I have lived here for six years, I am dumb founded by the comments made by the 1 star reviews. This one of the most piece full places to live when it comes to low income housing. The maintenance issues I have had in the past have been handled expeditiously and the front office is professional!

Ive been living here nearly, if not, 9 years now and have never seen our maintenance workers work as hard here as now. They really get it done. Too often we complain about the bad while disregarding the good however, in this instance, I feel compelled to bring this to light. Its remarkable yet rare.

The property management does not enforce any rules here.. The tenants are noisy. You do not want to move in here. You will wish you hadnt. Trash all over the property! Dumpsters never emptied! Constant vandalism on the property!! Property management is a joke... She couldnt manage her way out of a wet paper bag! Vicious dogs on the property. This is not a safe place to live. Rodents everywhere. Bed bugs and roaches in the apartments.

I am now trying my best to move out of this property because unfortunately the tenants have a problem with controlling their children. I have spoken to management many many times About the children playing soccer on the building that I live in sometimes till 10 and 11 oclock at night. The children have thrown rocks at my window and I dont know if it is because that I am the only afrikan American on that side of the complex or its just bad parenting and bad management. I spoke with someone last time in regards to this matter and I am hoping that someone will contact me soon in regards to this matter and get it resolved as soon as possible.

As with living anywhere, youre sure to experience mishaps. However, there is a team of staffers at Coral Hills who are definitely getting it done. Swift timing with problem resolve, willing to listen to issues at hand and not just listen to the information given but take action in bring resolve. I am more impressed with the absolute quiet, friendly, atmosphere. After being a resident for 4 years Im elated to see its only getting better.

Very worn down apartments thats why rent is cheap im assuming. My issue seems to be the controlling of the AC unit it seems to be controlled at their convenience. The electricity is paid through them and you are not allowed to choose your own provider and also as requirements for completting your application your childrens social security number is required as well as birth certificates.. I wonder if thats illegal but yet again overall a bad choice we made .... Im counting down the months for our contract to be over so that we can move ...

It was fantastic when it was The Beverly Hill. When it changed to Sendera Pointe that was the pointe of no return. It was such a nice complex 13-7 years ago... It used to be beautiful... What happened?Ill tell you what happened. And it isnt the fault of the lovely, Spanish speeaking tenants. Oh no! This has to do with the ownership and management deliberately sabotaging the entire place.Remember the fire that burned down the original leasing office and the nice, spacious unit that was above the leasing office? Accident? No.Plot to defraud and receive insurance money... Im just sayin

Great place to live. Its a community so expect to see life around you when staying here. After meeting residents who have lived here for several years, you understand why they have stuck around.

Very nice experience, the management is very nice and helpful and it is noticeable that they work hard to keep their tenants pleased. The apartments are cozy and sufficient in space for a family.

The staff is very accessible. They will work with you. This is coming from a long-standing occupant. Apartments are being upgraded as we speak.

Bed bugs!! bed bugs!! bed bugs!!roaches!! roaches!! roaches!!mice!! mice!! mice!!Thats all i can say about this place.. been here almost a year and ifs the worse pace you could ever live.. Poor maintenance!! Poor management!! DONT DO IT, DONT RENT HERE!!

I love it here. My apartment is adorable and reasonably priced considering its right in the middle of everything. The complex is quite and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place.

I live in this property several years ago, the service is good I cant complain, the maintenance take some time to come to repair or replace things I understand that I am not the only one who live here I am satisfied with the service, Susana, and her assistant are very professional am So happy!!.

Slum lord, illegals everywhere, hes letting 10 illegals live in a one bedroom. no spanish dont live here. if youre not an illegal dont live here . rather be homeless. .

If I could, I would give zero stars to the unprofessional administration, disrespectful to the tenants as if we didnt pay rent, they dare to tell me that he has no patience. My question is if you dont have the patience to solve the problems of the properties rented by the tenants that you do at that desk??? For Gods sake, put professional staff with education and capable of providing solutions! For some time now the maintenance is very poor, reporting damaged things for months and they never fix it, often you find one closed the office. Every time they change staff its the same except When Karen was there I hadnt had any problems, she gave you solutions!!!

I would like to be able to give 0 stars. The truth is, I dont recommend it. I regret having recommended family and friends. They are always dirty. They only clean when inspection comes. The doors are never useful. Broken car windows everywhere. A lot of banditry. The maintenance people never come to repair things. The administration specifically the manager, a very arrogant lady, the electricity bills from 150 to 270 I finally got out of there, thank God, TERRIBLE Look for Alternatives

They are very dirty apartments, I regret recommending them to my family. There is no good maintenance or good service, starting from the office. The apartments look like a dumpster full of cockroaches and bed bugs.

I have lived in these apartments for the last 6 years but I am already thinking about moving because you are going to report something that could be fixed in about 10 minutes and the maintenance does not come to fix it because the office tells me that they have already filed the report but they do not know why. When maintenance comes to solve the problem. I wonder where one has to go to report the problem. If the office cant help you, then who is going to do it?

Very nice place, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very nice. Susana and Verónica helped me get my apartment, it is evident that they like to help people.

Ive been living here for more than a year and they never fix the things that dont work. The maintenance is the worst thing this apartment complex has.

Poor management promises to solve problems and does not deliver. They leave you waiting until they feel like it. 👎
