I have Amazing Living Experience at Driscoll Palace!I moved into Driscoll Palace on February 9, 2025, and it has been a fantastic experience so far! The leasing staff here is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the moment I moved in, they made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free.The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and spacious, making it a comfortable place to live. I have requested maintenance multiple times, and they responded quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything was taken care of properly. Its great to see a management team that actually cares about the residents!The community itself is peaceful and well-kept, with excellent amenities that make living here enjoyable.

Refuses to Fix AC.My name is Nadia Rios.Lived here since July. AC has stopped working 4 times now. They send maintenance to just patch it and it breaks repeatedly. I’ve had enough. I’ve already contacted an outside source to fix the issue since they clearly don’t care. AC is stuck at 78 and at the hottest it got to 85 inside. That is a health hazard and I could report them. I have enough evidence to.Lots of roaches. Been here since I moved in. I use my own exterminator and place new roach traps out monthly and that seems to have made them gone away.People let their dogs poop on sidewalks. There’s always trash out here.There’s a side gate that is either broken or just never locked so anyone can come into our community. It’s not safe.Edit: 12/19 last night somebody threw a rock through the rear window of my car :) they didn’t even take anything, they just did it for fun! Of course there’s no kind of surveillance so nothing can be done about it. Ruined my Christmas.0/10 As soon as my lease is up I’m moving. Don’t move here.

So happy I have found this North Houston district 💎 gem of apartments. I had searched for a couple months. From the begining of the application process Oscar in the office has continued to be so helpful and friendly every step, still going above and beyond to answer my endless questions about everything. This is a big complex and they are thorough with the application process but its worth it. Everyone I met in the office was very friendly. Any minor detail issues were delt with with genuine attention. The pool is beautiful looks like a resort. My kids are adults now but the elementary school is across the street and dollar general walking distance the hights neighborhood bis 15 minutes away i 45 is right there.

Me and my boyfriend just moved here this week and we love the apartments. We love how clean and quiet the complex is. Another big factor that played in us picking these apartments was how professional and helpful our leasing agent Oscar was and continues to be. He always answers our questions and makes sure to follow up with any of our concerns. He made the process a lot easier for us. Overall, we are very happy with this apartment complex!

I would NOT recommend anyone move into these apartments, They bill you for things they don’t mention when you first move here. They had me pay for an extermination fee n when I asked why I had to pay that they told me it was “just in case” but I was excited about moving into my own place being New to Houston, they also have mold n there water pipes and when I told the lady at the front desk that my water was brown, she told me it was normal. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE I promise you will regret it. I heard bad things about this apt after I moved into them. My rent from 865 to 950 n a matter of a month. They have roaches, they roaches come out of the floor due to the fact they just threw carpet over them. I can’t unload the video of my water being turned on and it coming out brown but if you rent from these ppl you will see. Rent at your own risk but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

So today we went in looking for an apartment and the lady working today was very rude didn’t want to get up to show us an apartment. Also she kept sitting there texting on her phone while I was asking questions. Then she assumed I would be on housing I told her no I work everyday. I just felt very offended today when going to visit and will not be going back there. Not every person on housing some of us do go to work and pay full rent .

I have lived here at Driscoll Place for 3 years and have not had any issues… when I have work orders they are completed in a timely manor. Like my stove went out before Thanksgiving and they were able to give me another stove saving Thanksgiving for me.

Mr. Oscar Rivera is a professional. He is helping me to get my new apartment at Driscoll.. He showed me and explained all my questions. I hope I will be there living for years...

By far the worst apartments i have lived at. ( if i could give no stars i would ) Theres no security. No camera for residence on property. They do not take NO RESPONSIBILITY for property damage cause by the apartments not properly caring for the trees ( trees fallin on cars & massive pot holes) They allow people to come and leave your car on concrete due to people stealing rims. My childrens bikes have been stolen on multiple occasions. The gate is never working or closed. They changed my rent and increased it by nearly $300. The OFFICE staff have no sympathy what so ever. THE MAINTENANCE staff is top tier i must say. Note to say ive only lived here for 6 months so far. I DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️

Want the truth? DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments are roach,spider and moldy. Not to mention the pipes are old and rusted. Maintenance guy told me there’s leaks all over the buildings but they wont do anything. They didn’t tell us theres only one meter for the whole building and they split it with all the tenants. We pay $130 more than what we were told our rent would be. They continuously add stupid charges claiming our insurance is inactive when its being paid. The appliances are old and rusty aswell. If you have kids avoid this place as much as you can. I’m counting the days out lease is up.

RENT RATES TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!! ........ATTENTION::::There has always been gunshots heard, car theft, break ins, armed robberies, loud music, disturbances of the peace, attempted robberies and vandalism.My car parts, tires and rims were stolen off my car during the night while I was sleeping on more than one ocassion. NO SECURITY OFFICER!!!! NEVER SAW SECURITY OFFICER EXCEPT ONE TIME DURING MY ENTIRE LEASE!!! Some other various tenants véhichles were left on the concrete ground as well since the theives had stolen all 4 of their tirès and rims too. This repeatedly happened numerous times. Not to mention, they were never willing to allow me out of my lease to move elsewhere with out paying the rest if the lease out plus a resletting fee....If I had just moved out without notice then it would be counted against me in an apartment community data base and reflect as negative apartment rental credit and broken lease.I was denied being let out of my lease and had to fulfill my entire lease agreement.Management and property management never did anything about these multiple incidents that took place, except give advice to make a police report.My mail box was broken into several times and my checks were stolen.The entry gates are constantly broken and left open and anyone has entry access to the property when the entry gates are inoperable.Upon viewing the model apartment I was told that I could not view the actual apartment that I would actually be leasing but I was promised to have an apartment exactly like the model that was shown.The day that I picked up my keys up and went to move into my apartment, I realized that to my surprise, the apartment that they had actually leased to me was definitely nothing like the model apartment they initially showed me.In fact it was most disgusting and they refused to do anything about it.Maintenance, property management & management was à total nightmare at this property. Nothing was ever repaired or replaced. But rent was always paid in full, never late, demanded and mandatory.ROACHES, MOLD & MILDEW were always à problem but management did not àknowledge or take responsibility for any of these ongoing problems....I have plenty of pictures to show.......SEE 377 PICTURES....

I moved in on the 22nd of March 2024. So far all is well. I created 2 maintenance requests and they were promptly taken care of. So far I’m happy. Just wanted to add that the maintenance requests are always promptly taken care of. I love that it’s quiet as well. The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are always courteous. I’d recommend Driscoll Place.

Ive been here for 5 years and really enjoy staying at this complex. They seem to really care about the residents and handle any issues as fast as possible. Crime here is extremely low. Dont really hear too much about break-ins or auto theft. One thing they could improve on, as rent continues go up, would be to update the appliances in the units. Also, it would be nice if the pools were open more often during the good weather.

Driscoll Place is quiet and comfy... No yelling and screaming kids at night. The gro8nds are very well tooken care of. Bugs dont stay around because spraying is doneconstantly. So there are no insects. I love to see the community cats...Theyre precious.Residents also have small patios where we can enjoy the outside around the apartment.Glass doors where we can just open to get back inside..The down side..Though we have appliances:MicrowaveWasherDryerThey need to be upgraded. They do work;but could work better.Dishwasher is too small and water is stillleft when dishes are done.The heat goes straight to 80nothing in between.But we will be here for a while.Certain things have to be token care of...But Thankyou Driscol Place...We have a home to call ours..YES INDEED!!!

I love my apartment!. I moved in last year October of 2022 .. Staff is Awesome.. I was given a Chance when all others gave me Nothing but the Run Arounds!.Mrs. Christine... Awesome Lady inside & out.. Property Manager.. Rarely see her but She is a Very good Person to have running the apartments. The Staff are so heart warming caring as well as considerate.Ive been through alot these past few months Personal experience burying my own child and they have been very helpful and caring especially Mrs. Christine throughout this Hard Journey Ive been facing.My 5 stars and Im very appreciative for being given the opportunity to live comfortably in a place that I call my Home!

Upon moving in, I realized that both of the office management and the Maintance tea are absolutely amazing. I had a great move-in experience, and I haven’t had a single issue while living here. I really recommend these apartments.

So far living here is just fine, as in bearable. At first we had no roaches and we always keep clean. Then boom out of no where its like theyre spawning out of thin air. Literally everywhere. Traps helped a little, but its just an unwanted expense every month. The staff seem all happy and giddy when you first move in, because Yay more money. After a while of you living there and putting in any maintenance requests from things that should have been done before you move in most start to show their not so happy side. Dont get me wrong some of the staff is sweet, but youll catch an attitude every now and then. Especially from the main maintenance. Just wow. Horrible attitude when servicing someone. They can be super rude when coming into your home, and sometimes wont tell you theyre finished. They just walk out. Its been a little over four months of us living here. Yet I havent even put in a request to fix the two stove top burners that never worked from the moment we moved in, just so I dont have to deal with that rude maintenance man.The apartments however are what you make of it, and they can look very beautiful when you take your time with it.

I love living here at Driscoll Place. The staff is very friendly and the apartment complex is always clean and quiet. I have been here for 3 years now and will continue to live here maybe move into a bigger apartment. I love the fact that all units come with a washer and dyer connection and they will provide you with one if you dont have a pair, for a low price added to your rent. I have very friendly neighbors too. I Love it here.

For people currently looking, I only toured the apartments and honestly that was enough for me. They kept bringing up the deals for moving in and yea its a reason for that. On their website you see these really nice black appliances and seemingly nice apartment. The apartment looks dead when you get there. Toured the apartment and smelled like old fish. The appliances where white and dingy. They had a washer and dryer in there, the dryer looked ready to break if I touched it. So at this point I continue to walk as a courtesy. I go into the closet and Im just checking doors, roaches start crawling down the door. Thatll do it for me. I turned around ready to leave and the woman is telling me someone else business and how late they are on things. Also I saw comments about towing and yea they probably work with towing companies. Which is sad you can tell its somewhat low income. She also said no one comes out much because they know the rules. Those are grown people paying rent, not children. Theres no way Im paying rent somewhere and I cant sit outside my stuff. Nothing was good about the apartment. If you absolutely need an apartment and have no choice, go for it.

Ive been here since March 2017 and i havent had any issues. I pay my rent on time and keep to my self. The a/c unit at my apartment was not cooling and they made it their priority to fix it i got a new unit installed . Now my apartment cools and i sleep good at night. Hurricane Harvey did some damages to ceiling of my apartment and they came and fix it on a timely manner. The staff is very nice:) i would recommend complex!

So today’s activities consist of the water being cut off AGAIN without notice and work being done on the building all while I work from home. No notice in advance when they plan to do anything. These are the same people who will not compensate you for any inconvenience.

Please avoid these apartments at all costs. When you move out they will make up charges and immediately send it to a credit agency and the agency is worse. They reported it to my credit immediately because my checking account got closed because of a hack, and they have no mercy on you, they do not even work with you on making payments. My biggest regret was renting from them. Very unprofessional management and owners, and make a huge list of made up charges that should never charge to the renter. Please do not rent from these people. And plus the apartments are trash and terrible.

They are one of the many properties that are requiring that you earn Three Times the rent in income. So if you are Retired, Disabled on a Fixed income.. Forget it!How FAIR is that when it comes to FAIR HOUSING??Just because Im retired and dont have the income they decided(?) that I should have, does NOT mean I cannot pay rent and have the great credit rating (and references!) to prove it! Plus I have ZERO DEBT! No car payments either! So Im actually better prepared to pay rent than someone who might have 3 times income, but also has 3 times debt and 3 times responsibilities!Unfortunately though, we now live in a world with ZERO common sense or Logic!

I am a current resident here in Driscoll Place. Everyone is soooooo nice and helpful and kind. Ive been here for a year and I just renewed my lease for another 13 months. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that looking for a home. You will be treated like family.

I have lived in Driscoll Place for about 4 years now, and I like it over here. Maintenance its always quick and the managers and the people in the office are very very nice. Whenever I have an issue with something they always on it, and they try their best to please the people that live here and they will work with you if they see you trying and they know that you are a good person. Its quiet over here I have good neighbors we all look out for one another, so yeah if you looking for a place to stay come to Driscoll place.

Pretty bad place to live. I lived there a few years because it was convenient to my wife and kids. I always traveled for work. I got robbed at gunpoint one time at like 8pm. My cars got broken into more than once!! Management is not professional and sometimes rude. The apartment had to constantly be sprayed for roaches and fleas and we had no pets. You hear gunshots at night and hear about people getting robbed. The rent is high for the condition the apartments are in. Not recommended to live there!!!

Love it here! I have lived here over three years and never had any issues. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly. My maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner which was my biggest issue at my last place. I know the area is not the best but I keep to myself, mind my business and nobody bothers me. I would definitely recommend this place :)

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The rent is cheap, but could be cheaper for the location and for what youre getting. The lower office workers, maintenance men are all good. Thats the only positive. Management company is criminal. There were TWO assaults on women 15 ft from our door, about two weeks apart. We moved out, and now the apartment is trying to make us pay for a new oven and carpet! Id say the carpet was 10 years old, and the oven 20, when we moved in. So now theyre trying to do some upgrades and have us foot the bill? My wife and I are both very neat people. We now have a house and have moved on, but the apartment is now trying to come after us for for almost twice the monthly rent for these things. Do yourself a favor and keep looking somewhere else. I wish we had.

I moved here for my first apartment outta my parents house and let me tell you its everything a first apartment should be. On getting my keys and opening the door for the first time it was filled with roaches. Bathroom door uncloseable because the washer is in the way and everything is deterating. Leaking through the walls and after letting staff know they tell me to not run my ac cold and it wont leak. (Had it at 75) oh and the security guard had beef with me for making her not double park so I could actually find a parking space so she called her bud at the police station to ticket me on everything they could find.

I really enjoy living here in Driscoll Place. Its a clean and very quiet residential place. I havent had any problems getting things fixed if need. The office personnel is very nice and helpful if you need them. I really love calling Drscoll Place my home. Would recommend it to anyone that wants a good place to live.Vernell Hodge

Probably the best apartment experience Ive had so far. Although its not perfect. Loud music every now and then, a serious insect problem, especially ANTS. But if youre clean, you wont get roaches. Good for first apt or college student.

We have been for almost 2yes and it is the WORST place you will ever live! They dont notify you when they change something, or when there is holidays they will be closed for. We have gotten our money order stolen here before and I honestly think its someone on the inside thats stealing them. They lie to face about anything and everything and they do what they can to charge for every little thing. We have had roaches since we moved in and its only gotten worse. We have called them over and over again to come do treatment to ge rid of them and they have only came once since weve been here.

I lived here in the past and let me tell you for the location this apartments are pricey. Not only that we pay for amenities and the pool is never open. Another thing they dont have a tennis court I never seen it. The manager was rude, there maintenance guys are always in peoples business. If you were affected by the Hurricane Harvey they didnt care.

That pool looks great and they tell you it will be open soon but it has not been open in 5 years. Saw 4 ppl robbed there and stopped one or those robberies. Non of the amenities available but they will charge you for them every month, lol.

Sept 2018Jasmin is amazing! I called on a monday, she was so polite to answer my questions. Came to see her the next day. Took me on a long tour of the grounds, saw 2 apartments and treated me like an actually person. All the ladies live on the property! I did my application and Jasmin kept me updated to the very minute til my fee was going to expire. We set everything on an apartment and an online application got my apartment, which is understandable because online applications get proceeded faster. I have been looking for apartments for months. I havent been treated this way, so i didnt want to go anywhere else. She and Denise worked to find exactly what i wanted before the time on my fees expired and i had to go some where else. Not only did they do this in a short few hours but their power was also out. Unlike other apartment complexes theres multiple ladies in the office, all of them smiling and happy and willing to help!

Excellent location. A great option for parents, all three Elementary, Middle and High School are at walking distance from here. Management minds their own business, and Maintenance responds quickly most of the time. Only downfall are the hollow ceilings. :(

Just recently moved in 3 months ago l, stayed here four years prior and enjoyed it then. Now since we moved back the management and office help is very poor as far as help. Im currently pregnant and moved back here because they were older and quiet the last time we stayed here, but now we complain about the upstairs neighbors and there jumping around and noise from morning to night. We called the office team several times, spoke to the management team and the third time my husband was told there wasnt anything they could do they had talked to them. So it seem like the ppl up stairs are running the pats not the office . We even talked to the upstairs neighbors and they were aware from the last ppl who stayed under them how mosey they were but obviously didnt care once again. My ting is as management you could always give them a warning if that dont work evict them , DONT KEEP MOVING PPL UNDER THEM AND THEN GOVING THEM AND OPTION TO MOVE EAPECIALLY IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HELP WITH THE MOVING PROCESS. So ready for lease to be up or for us to purchase a home . Pregnancy and noisey rude neighbors dont go together especially when your sick most of the time.

Great place to live. Multicultural and safe. The office people are always on their job. My mother-in-law and a coworker lives here and theyve been treated fairly.

The water was cut off without notice. I’ve stayed here three years and it’s issue after issue. Do not move here! I’m paying $850+ in rent and they won’t get their iish together!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT.I filled out my application on August 17th and got approved two weeks later, I continued to call and inquire about my welcome packet for move and no one ever fulfilled their responsibilities or their Promises never did they call me to simply communicate, or give me the courtesy to tell me that it was a no go. All the information that I received is because I had to call. first it was because they couldnt determine the wood floors, and then they ran out of appliances to put in the apartment. Just a MESS!!! AVOID this! but I tell you this once I read the recent reviews all I could was thank the Lord for this covering me and my infant son.

Im going to get straight to the grain and not beat around the bush with what Im about to say. Everything has been fairly well here at Driscoll apt place. All except one major issue and that is with the on call service tech. I have called 2 times within my 6 months here and both times the maintenance tech who is suppose to be on call has been really rude and to point of hanging up on me. Literally ! The guy hanged up on me. Real unprofessional and they need to address the issue because Im pretty sure Im not the only one this person has been rude to.

It has been a very nice experience living here. The staff is very kind and very helpful. They are quick to respond to all maintenance problems that may occur no matter what time. I would recommend Driscoll Place to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I love the new colors management selected to update the look of Driscoll Place! Its an awesome place to live!!! Love the staff, I hope the update the furniture in the office, its not a huge deal but they could use a better decorator.

No problem with the apartment. I had the worst neighbor ever. I was vexed and harassed the time I was here. The worst part was them following me everytime I left. Following me from room to room, I lelt like no privacy.

The leasing agent William Torres was super awesome and very helpful with all my questions! I would definitely recommend him for a tour, not looking to move-in till next year but he still was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is so Roach infested. Do not bother buying nice furniture or anything once you move in. It will be a waste of money once the roaches decide when they want to take over.i can write a book on just the roaches alone. 1 star is a bit much but I had no choice.

David Gary is by far the worst manager at Driscoll place! I was affected terribly by hurricane Harvey and wasnt able to pay full rent so he refused to take 60% of the rent I had and told me thats not his problem hes just doin his job! I will be moving real soon

I love this property!!! The staff is awesome!!! Best place to live and lease in the Greenspoint area!! The Manager ( Inez) go above and beyond for her residents. Jazzman and Christine rocks!!! Live here you will not regret it😉😀

Love it! This is my second time living here. I moved in back in August of this year. Big apartments at a reasonable price. The staff is very attentive and professional.

Dont waste your time or money. Very rude an unprofessional staff. Dirty and roach infested apartments. ALL of the apartments have Roaches. Im so we only had a 7 month lease. Dont do it.

I love it staying here. They are very good with maintenance issues. They people in the office are kind and compassionate to the residents. Great place to live.

Driscoll Place is one of the best places to live in North Houston, clean , quite, peaceful, its so freaking conveniently located to near the airport and easy access to the freeways.

I was planning on moving here, but thank God I didn’t. There staff is very dishonest and unprofessional. They were not truthful and upfront with me. Every one tells you something different. Such a disappointment and a waist of my time and money.

Oscar was very helpful I enjoyed my tour I cant wait until I move in

I think these apartments is not worth wasting money on my uncle been living there for 3years for them to say if you have a vehicle it haves 2 be in ur name i think its very dumb i think all dat should matter is you pay ur rent on time

What a miserable place !!!! Terrible costumer service !! They want everyone that’s gonna live in the apt to fill out paper work not only that they charge me crazy fees just to apply and is not refundable !!!!! Please do not even think about applying at this place worse ever !!!!!just got an apartment at crescent view and got Aproval the same day by my self That’s the way to do business also nice people and excellent costumer service go there instead!!!!!!

Very nice place to live specially if you have a family. Maintenance is Always on point it dont matter what time 24/7 . management is professional and respectful .

OK so Im currently a resident and one of the neighbors broke into my apartment and stole some electronics and my rent money I did a police report and I went and told the front office the ltitle kids mom is not the one registered as the resident in that apartment her sister put it under her name because shes a ghetto lady thats been kicked out from all her other apartments plus all her kids taken away from dcfs her boyfriend does alot of car and rims stealing the mom uses drugs they have like five people living in one apartment and her son stealing from everyone so my point on saying all this is that I brought it to the managers attention and nothing has been done about it they also broke into the leasing office and stole everyones rent money so to the owner that responds saying bring it to the leasing office attention I have done as you say so were are you at so you can get the job done for them every time you let all this criminal activity go on it doesnt only affect us it affects you too because they broke your leading office glass window and you obviously had to pay for I heard a lot of stuff they want to do to your property so if I was you I would put a stop to this stuff going on before you stay without a property Im a family person and I wish you would take some consideration for all the good residents family and children safety with this being said I dont recommend no one to come rent from here because if your going to work hard to pay your rent is for you to be living calmly and at peace and neither does happens here they always ignored the tenants complaints when we are the ones working hard to pay the rent and not break a lease to mess up a good resident record I recommend everyone trying to rent here to look for a better safer place to live no need to throw our hard working money to the trash in DRISCOLL PLACE APARTMENTS

Now this apartment alot of robber , my friend got jack 2 time in 2 week , first time they took all electronic .and then when my friend bought another tivi ,they broken glass window take the tivi again . feel sorry to my firend

I like living here. The customer service, and the staff members are wonderful. If I need something done it is done before the end of the day.

I love living here but the only thing they need to do is update the appliances because they are really old . But other then that I love it here it’sQuiet .

Stay here back in 2018 it was a pretty nice apartment.I stayed in the front so it was pretty quiet no problems.

The staff at this apartment always know how to bring the cheer & joy (Holiday time or not!) I could not recommend this place more!!

A week and a half into the lease and my car tries already been stolen, GREAT PLACE!!!

Repairs are done quickly and efficiently. Staff members are friendly. Its a nice, quiet place to live.

I lived here for a year and I do not recommend it, one day going to work at 5:30 am they almost killed me in a shooting, after I finished the contract they charged me 300 dollars in addition to the 150 that I had deposited for absurd things.

Been a resident here for nearly 3 years and I have to say that it has been totally awesome! No problems! Loving it!

The property is quiet, conveniently located, and the office staff and maintenance staff are some awesome people

I been living here for long time but bad servlce they want to charge something we havent to pay that no good

I applied there two years ago, and was denied, and they never returned my deposit.

Be careful when you leave money in advance and do not make the contract, even if they tell you that it will be reimbursed, because the same thing happened to me and they kept my money...
