I just want to take a few moments to tell everyone how impressed I was at the customer service at the Evolve Champion Apartments. I had been keeping a close eye on the property since they started constructions and when they started leasing I took a peek I wasnt sold just yet. The leasing agents kept in touch and with my current lease coming to an end I visited Evolve on line and filled out the application the follow up that I got from the leasing agent Mrs Portia was amazing she was friendly and very supportive she answered all of my questions and walked me through the process.The property was beautiful it didnt disappoint. As my moved day approached I was nervous because Mrs Portia was going on vacation however being the professional she is she had all my stuff together and ready for me and had left me in very capable hands Mr. Ivan who got me all settled into my new home and it was a smooth move the apartment was beautiful clean and had a lot of small personal touches to make you feel welcome it smelled good and they had left me a small gift to show their appreciation. I have been here 3 months now and I love it here it feels like Im at a resort so it safe to say I love where I stay.

I went in the other day to check out a 1 bedroom. Its my first time going out to look for an apartment. Staff was very friendly and patient, even offered me something to drink. Complex was nice and clean. No trash or litter. Will definitely be adding this to the list.

Mrs. Portia is an absolute gem and one of the most thoughtful and kind-hearted people I’ve ever encountered. Her expertise and dedication in assisting with apartment buying are unparalleled. Not only is she incredibly professional, but her style is truly everything—it’s elegant, confident, and effortlessly inspiring. From the way she carries herself to the thoughtful details she brings to her work, her sense of style adds a special touch to everything she does. She truly goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless and enjoyable.

I want to give these apartments “0” stars I would give them less if I could , for a new property it’s horrible There are several common issues that residents often face in apartment complexes, including:1. Maintenance Problems**: Delays in repairs for plumbing, heating, or electrical issues can be frustrating.2. Noise Complaints**: Thin walls or poorly insulated units can lead to disturbances from neighbors.3. Lack of Amenities**: Promised amenities such as fitness centers or pools may not be maintained or available.4,Parking Issues**: Limited parking space can make it difficult for residents and their guests.6.Security Concerns**: Insufficient security measures can lead to safety worries among residents.7.Lease and Rent Issues**: Confusing lease terms or unexpected rent increases.8. Management Communication**: Poor communication from management can leave residents feeling neglected .what’s hilarious is how quickly management reply to these google reviews, but won’t attend to the above issues and make a million excuses of why they didn’t attend to you in a timely mannerYes I’m reviewing the correct property like I said before you are quick to respond here but not to fix issues1. We have no maintenance issues that you describe, this is a new community. Maintenance tickets are closed on average within 1.06 days.. FALSE Maintenance don’t even bother to answer the phone and if you have an EMERGENCY you will be told they don’t work weekends2. Noise complaints are limited and that’s at every community and not special to this community. FALSE3. We have a fully equipped fitness center that has been open for a year along with a large pool also open. There is no lack of amenities.FALSE pool not open all year long sometimes it has a big chain and lock on it4. We have tons of parking, including open spaces, garages, and carports. Guest parking is clearly labeled. This is not an issue at this community at all.FALSE6. Everyone is responsible for their own safety. We don’t control crime and no one can guarantee this. This is every community and any public setting in existence. We do have cameras and a courtesy officer as any community would .FALSE Never saw a courtesy officer7. Out lease terms are standard across the board. We encourage everyone to read any contract before signing it. There is no such thing as unexpected rent increases when locked in a lease contract. FALSE when you see pet charges and other charges on the app when it time to pay rent and you don’t even have a pet I’d ridiculous8. We communicate constantly and effectively. Community emails are frequent. We also have a very knowledgeable team that can help anyone who comes into our office.FALSE y’all communicate after the residents complain about you not communicatingI hope this help clear things up for you !

If you dislike bad management avoid this place. They make unnecessary changes all the time and usually it is to restrict residents. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you dislike random sudden changes that inconvenience residents. The latest came today with them changing parking. Now they limit where residents can park when the parking lot is so big it shouldnt matter.

Apartments are absolutely stunning. I must say Porsha made me feel so welcomed , She made the whole move in process really easy and got me moved in by my desired date! I definitely recommend touring with Porsha she is so awesome!!

From the moment you enter the condominium you feel a peaceful vibe, you breathe the cleanliness and you see the harmony and professionalism of its agents; Mr. Ivan, Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Porsha!! Thanks to Porsha I made the decision to stay, she is special, so I want to express my deepest gratitude for her support and dedication in the process of renting my new home in the condominium. Her knowledge of the place gave me the confidence I needed to make this important decision. I came to these apartments to see 2b 2b floor plan,they were Beautiful.The new property manager Mrs Susy greeted me at the door, and gladly showed me a model of the apartment. She was super nice and very helpful.

I just started my lease here a month ago and I love it Maria one of the office workers helped us along the way with any questions or concerns even now everything is very easy to adjust to. She was very accommodating anytime we need help and I’m satisfied with my choice leasing here

I had an amazing experience, I moved in February and I have not had any issues. The leasing staff does an amazing job at making sure that all your concerns are taken seriously and addressed properly. I filled out my application with Jordan and worked closely with Porsha. I had an amazing experience. Porsha and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I was in my unit at the time requested. Porsha did weekly check ins to make sure everything was going smoothly the first few weeks I got in the complex. Porsha made sure I felt comfortable with bringing any issues or concerns to her and properly handled them . Porsha and the management team did go above and beyond to make my move painless and comfortable. I appreciate the evolve team for always making sure my family is always safe and comfortable. There is also free Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate as well as a private room for late meetings or small conferences open 24 hours. There are cameras upon entry. I’ve been here for over 6 months and I’ve had no issues with getting anything fixed in my unit or even communicating with the leasing staff. I do recommend you move here it’s a great community. I have no issues with noise. The only noise I hear is cars driving on the main road early hours which is expected. It is family oriented and dog friendly. I feel safe here and so does my family. We also have food trucks that come out to the complex often as one of the perks. The people are kind and we all look out for each other.

Do not recommend. The management hides or doesn’t allow any posts they dislike on the community board. The gate code doesn’t work, and they watch delivery people struggle to get in despite having a direct view of the gates. Attempts to contact them are futile; I called seven times during work hours this week and got one answer, only to be put on hold for 20 minutes without a callback. The place is dirty, and its common to hear neighbors yelling outside until 3 AM on weekends, talking about how it would be a great place to rob. There have been vehicle break-ins and packages stolen, but you are not allowed to have a Ring camera. People drive 50 mph in the parking lot. I saw a dog get run over and had to wait for the SPCA to help it; when I reported it to the community, they told me it was handled but they did nothing. I have been without internet for days multiple times, despite paying $75 for poor WiFi. The trash people are never on time. The only nice thing is the apartments interior and price. When we first moved in, it took a month of calling for them to let us use our checking accounts to pay because they kept giving new excuses until someone finally resolved it in a second.Edit:Just want to add someone was recently murdered here and they have not added security or revoked their policy on no ring cameras. They also never informed the community they just said an Incident occurred.Wifi is still trash and is currently down. Let us have security cameras and chose our own wifi.

This place is nice and new. I really moved here because of porsha Marquez because she was so nice, patient. I could have gone somewhere else but I decided to move here. Anyone that is looking for a fancy, beautiful apartment this is the place to be. Ask for Porsha Marquez she is the best.

I’ve been at Evolve Champions for 10 months now and it hasn’t been all that great.The office and maintenance staff Jaclyn, Jordan, Phil, Porsha, Ivan, Jose, Gustavo, and Juan have been amazing. Every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for better support.My low star rating is for the properties ongoing issues. Internet is included with your lease so for $75.00 a month I expect to have service. Well that is not the case. The Internet is out more than a bit. Which is a major issue.There are more than enough inconsiderate residents around here. They don’t pick up after their dogs, they leave their trash around the property, and blast their music with no regard to other’s.A final straw for me is the no water issue. I do understand that this is not anyone in the office or maintenance fault but gheez, these are new apartments that has been up a little over a year. Why is this happening? Especially so close to Christmas? The constant issues here makes it hard to reconsider renewing my lease. These apartments have so much potential but the property overall needs work.The only reason for 3 stars and not 1 is because of the amazing staff.

Management is rude as hell whoever the new lease agent in the back is she’s very rude Not to mention, someone just got killed here not that long ago. They have no security cameras, people steal packages fast as you can.

This review is regarding the maintenance team here that have been extremely helpful for me. Oscar has helped fix a couple issues with my garage remote & also he was able to get a necklace that I had accidentally dropped down the drain. The response time is always fast, he knows what to do & he gets the jobs done quick

From start to finish the team at Evolve Champions has been AMAZING. My leasing professional Phil was informative, engaging, and helpful every step of the way. Thankful for my new home at Evolve Champions!**6 month review**Ive had a fantastic experience living in this apartment community! The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything I need. The management team truly cares about the residents and fosters a welcoming community atmosphere. Theyre always professional, responsive, and go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels at home.The maintenance staff is also top-notch—quick to respond and always professional in their work. Any issues Ive had were resolved promptly, which is a huge plus.I absolutely love the spacious layout of my apartment, and the amenities are a great bonus. From the gym to the common areas, everything is well-maintained and adds to the overall comfort of living here.If youre considering leasing here, I highly recommend it. This place has exceeded my expectations in every way!One aspect that could definitely be improved is the internet service provider, Wirestar. Unfortunately, youre stuck with them, and their service leaves much to be desired. Its not only pricey, but the connection is unreliable, with frequent outages. If you work from home, this could be a significant drawback.

Management here sucks they threw my babies ashes in the trash, Jackie for sure they locked us out of the apartment because my name wasn’t on the lease but I was the one who picked up the keys when moving in, the light bill was in my name Jackie told me since I wasn’t on the lease I wasn’t able to get anything out of the apartment until the lease holder came, the lease holder never answer the phone for me I explained to Jackie I didn’t know the girl I just got the apartment from her because she was moving out of town. I had called almost every week asking about my things in the apartment most importantly my child’s ashes & death certificate Jackie told me maintenance threw all my belongings away after I called and going up every week checking on my things. I told her idc if they wanted to keep the tvs , couches and beds I just wanted my child’s ashes and they didn’t have the heart to at least give me that because they had a “job” to do.

Porsche is so great and is helpful and is a pleasure her customer service is awesome. I wish mangerment was as nice and pleasant as her.

Google needs to update the rating system so we can put 0 stars. Only thing good about this community is the way it looks in photos. Its still in a bad area to live in and not worth the money at all. Parents let kids roam the property all times through the night and day unsupervised, even past midnight. Residents leave trash everywhere, pet owners dont pick up after their pets. Cars constantly get broken into. Residents are loud and dont care about anyone living around them. The crime rate in this entire area is high. They only allow one internet company here and its locked in with your rent, & it always goes down with no estimated repair time. Internet was down for a whole week one time so if you make money on the internet youll be missing out on a lot of it and or fired if you work from home. Property staff will lie to you in a heartbeat. I havent had a peaceful month since moving here. I seen a lot of my neighbors moving out and I completely understand why. If you value peace and want to keep your nice things nice, do not move here, no matter what the photos you see look like. If you want to be charged a premium for living in the ghetto, this is the place to be.Update: this is the second time in a week a person that i do not know has walked into my apartment. claims he was trying to clean the carpet.

Don’t do it , horrible management , bad record keeping , constant changes without notice , unprofessional situation handling , constant change of staff , if you have mold or apartment issues you will be moved and charged as if you are at fault , constant issues with recordsI like how management was so quick to respond to these reviews but not quick to resolve issues at this apartment complex , and apparently you don’t keep all the records because residents have to constantly remind the office staff every month to remove items that’s not in the lease agreement from the portal when there rent is due . And no thanks to the office trip , I like to be treated with respect my preferred language is English , and I don’t like when I speak to someone they start speaking to the other employees in Spanish while I’m speaking to them in English to me that is rude and disrespectfulAlso I didn’t come in the office and speak to no one nice touch adding that comment you haven’t helped me at all and that’s the issue , they need to replace everyone in that office they are just there to get a check they don’t resolve any issues

On Dec 22nd I got my keys to my apartment. A new start in a new place but I thought it would be more work than what it was due to past experience. Luckily Phil made the process simple. Anything that was needed on my part was communicated clearly. Even when I had questions I knew I was able to call up and he’d let me know what was up, or what I needed to do. I’ve been here almost 2 months and I love it here so far. The gym is beautiful the pool is nice. Plus I’m the 1st person to live in my apartment!! They do a lot of nice stuff around the holidays too. It’s peaceful here. Something everyone needs so if you’re loud and rude please don’t move here 🤣🤣🤣

I fell in love with the property the moment i viewed it. What makes it even better is the management team is so personable they truly take an interest in their tenants. Porscha stopped by to just have a friendly chat and in conversation I told her that I had just ran out of gas pulling a “I KNOW MY CAR MOVE” and was otw to the gas station. She used her personal gas can to help get me some gas to get to the gas station. A true blessing in disguise just holding friendly conversations. Property highly recommended ☺️

I love the property itself but I have two issues. Number 1, the Internet service is terrible! The internet was down for a week straight and I work from home full time. This has impacted my pay for the week. How can I pay rent without Internet?! Can you please let us pick our own Internet provider or switch to a more reliable company?! Number 2, someone has been stealing packages right from our doorsteps. Myself and multiple residents have experienced the same issue. Can you please address this or allow us to install ring cameras so that we can catch the culprits? I now have to get my packages delivered to a family members home because I am worried that they will be stolen. This is very disheartening due to the amount that we are paying to live here. I wouldve stayed at the previous property where I was leasing if I wouldve known that I would have these issues. 😒*Edit 07/01/2024- The internet continues to go out. Also they lied about the discount for the 3rd month. I received paperwork when i moved in stating that my rent for the month of JULY would only be $125 but was told today when calling in that they pushed it to August since I moved in towards the end of April... wow! Talk about false advertisement! Please do yourself a favor and explore other options before moving here.

Absolutely stunning property, & the vibes are unmatched. The leasing staff was so helpful especially Jaclyn. Im so happy that Jaclyn made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions that I may have had. This is the place to call home.

The community has no security or cameras. A young man was killed here last Sunday and all management cares about is tenants not smoking at the complex. No security measures have been taken. Anyone can enter the apartments and roam the parking lot with no security.

Phil was an amazing leasing agent that helped us make our move in smoothly. Jordan was also amazing at touring us in the entire apartment complex and answering all our questions. Thank you so much in helping us pick our new home for many years to come.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This complex LOCKS YOU OUT if you don’t Pay rent they will lock you out !! I was locked out of my place of residency since JUNE 10 and I have not seen my personal belongings since. I have called numerous times even got a lawyer just for them to request 2 months of rent and I didn’t even live here 2 months, also tried to give them the rent that I owed because my name wasn’t on the lease they didn’t accept it . I even admitted to not my wrongs and I still have not been given my belongings. I am now trying to move out of texas and the only thing keeping me here is this company having my personal belongings, my kids ashes , my dogs memorial, my passport, my luxury beds and multiple TVS. Something tells me they either stole everything or made my things disappear. The courts said we were to be out by JULY 8 the day of the hurricane and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY BELONGINGS. The amount of distress this company has caused me is unbearable! Imagine being locked out from your personal belongings one day and never seeing it again. Im in an emotional distress and I will go to the end to either retrieve my things or SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEM . No matter what they didn’t follow protocol and I never saw my belongings put out on the street I go by this apartment EVERY SINGLE DAY because Its august and this has just been dragged out far too long .

I have been living at Evolve since December 2023 and I can say it’s one of the best Apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. You can see the level of professionalism and friendliness of Jaclyn, Jordan and Porsha on how they care about making this place feel like home from the moment you walk in inquiring for information and also as a resident. As for the residents please take ownership of taking care of our brand new complex!

When I say they have the best hands down leasing professionals here I mean it. Jordan is such a lovely welcoming soul. I just loved his hospitality & welcoming energy. Thank you so much for making my move in so stress free.

We are very blessed to find this apartment and to call it our new home. It is close to our work and school. Jordan and Phil helped us in making all of these possible and answered every questions we had. I highly recommend this beautiful and brand new apartment home to anyone who is interested in looking for one.

Apartments are very lovely , management is very rude and have no empathy. My lil sister car was broken into on their property her purse , laptop and shoes were stolen. She let them know she recieved a police report and she wouldnt be able to pay her rent on time due to her not having a ID nor debit card to even go to the bank to get money out to pay her rent she let them know she ordered an ID and it will be in 7-10 bussiness days she would pay her rent soon as her ID came today she was locked out and has to wait up to two hours outside in the heat while shes 5 months pregnant and they dont care at all. She also has a free month of rent for July so I’m not understanding if she has a credit why they are doing her this foul , just a bunch of hood people in the office very DIGUSTING

From my own Personal experience, I applied back in February of 2024 and the guy was polite toured me and i loved it so the application fee was 180$ I was on board I immediately paid what was necessary for me to start the process about a week later they denied me which I get that The guy told me to stay in contact because they could probably work around the denied application if it wasn’t for negative reasons which it wasn’t. I emailed them countless times no response which the week prior he was responding fairly soon which makes me believe I was kind of a waste of time to them After i was denied and they got my money basically you pay anywhere between 180$-350 just to get a tour and screened and bit of hospitality. Needs improvement!

They love and reward tenants who are loud, destructive, and don’t pay their rent. Model citizen tenants, however, are not wanted or respected here.

This place is not a fairytale... i was skeptical on the photos and whats included in the price, once i arrived here ive been nothing but satisfied with the amenities, staff and my place. High ceilings was a must for me and internet is actually decent. Staff has been nothing but helpful since i arrived. If your looking for a clean, quiet place, this is it.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mrs. Jaclyn, Jordan, and Phillip were amazing and super helpful. I ran into a few hiccups and they were more than willing to help. Honestly having amazing positive people means so much to me.***Oh might I add the apartment and complex is AMAZING.

I took a tour with evolve champions and I absolutely fell in love..When I walked into the office. I immediately felt the love there.. I was blown away with how beautiful the apartments were. I’m so eager to move into these apartments… I literally had just got done doing a tour at another apartment and totally forgot about them once I stepped foot into Evolve.. Taelynn was so nice and sweet. She gave me a wonderful tour. She made me feel like that is where I wanted to call home.! Also the guy that was sitting next to her, sorry I forget your name but he was also sooo nice and welcoming …Me and my husband are definitely applying and hopefully will be moving in soon.. Thank you so much Taelynn McKay for helping us choose our soon to be new home .! If you want to live somewhere where it feels like a community of family.. I definitely would recommend this place!

Toured this property but didnt lease. Everything was clean and new. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely polite! 10/10 would definitely recommend. I worked w/Phil and he was completely awesome!!! Made sure all of my questions were answered and extremely polite.

Jordan and Phillip helped out a lot before and during my move in everything is so beautiful it’s just one concern the internet company I guess their contract with is horrible and I’m only saying this cause me myself need the internet cause my kids homeschool and I hate it comes included in the rent cause I can’t switch to another company or keep the one I had. Seems like this area have internet problems on a regular basis it cant even stay on for a week ever. Toured property with Jordan on Friday and fell in love with it!!! He was so nice and professional I just enjoyed speaking with him! He answered just about every question I could think of and even the ones I couldnt remember right away! He showed me a very beautiful 2bedroom and I was impressed. This place is a joke seriously..a week with out internet/ WiFi I work from home and my spouse also does things that require the internet at home. This really sucks and is very inconvenient for us all. We pay for these services without an option on other providers so things should be working as such.. we pay rent on time so I feel like everything should be A1. This is going to be a big problem for sure. Also they don’t let you know there is an outage or send out emails for those that do wfh and home school so there’s no way to prove to your job/school the difficulties you’re having.

If i could do 0 starts i would this place is a joke you can’t , internet was off for a whole week and they add it to your rent for $75 which is crazy , for the rent you pay it’s not safe over here it’s loud at night kids be playin outside at 3 am it’s not clean either this place was nice when i first moved here it’s starting to be ghetto

Excellent apartment all new. Yeah. Cockroaches. Super clean, has a large and fabulous pool area for meetings or birthday celebrations. The friendly staff and they assist you in Spanish or English help you in everything possible so you can rent. 100% recommend

Hello, I have been a resident of this condominium for 6 months. I want to express my great admiration for the administration, especially Mr. Iván from the office, from the first day he explained everything to me, he is super friendly, pleasant, always providing good attention and explanation and a timely response to my concerns, I feel happy to live in a place like this.

I see many bad grades and I understand that each case is different, for my part IVAN gave us excellent support and guidance in our process, he motivated us to move with his excellent attention and we were approved on the same day of application, we are immensely grateful to Iván. The apartments are new and very modern, we are very happy with our new home. Sincerely, Nathalia and Andrés.🫶🏽

Bad experience called to resolve a rental problem at a price that Ivan said and then he cut off the call supposedly one price and then they gave me another higher price, I paid 250 when I gave the application and he said it was 100 call for the refund and They said no, these people are irresponsible, they cut off your call, dont go with them.

I just moved in and I love my apartment. Maria is very attentive if you need a place to live come here you will love the vibe.
