I never write any reviews but tonight Im just frustrated been waiting three hours for maintenance to come and fix my ceiling leaks that have been going on since 8:00pm it is now 12am and still noone has came. This is ridiculous its like you pay all this money to stay here and leave comfortable but have to deal with all these issues with no help. The maintenance in these apartments are getting worse by the month I would not recommend anyone to move here you will be very disappointed. These apartments are not worth your time and money they have gone way down

I want to repeat this review because the apartment has already worsened the worst environment you can meet. There is nothing working in this house and we asked a week of someone to come and fix everything but there is no point in that, we cant cook because the gas stove does not work and we cannot wash the dishes because the sink does not leak and water is collected in the sink and when we go to order again they say I will send someone and two or three days and no one will come and this is not the first time we ask for something to fix and they do not meet our request for it We are really tired of these problems and I hope no one will come to this apartment.

I want to talk about my experience with the worker there (Helen). I have been living here for about two years, every time I have a problem with her.She is a bad person at dealing . I lived in an apartment. Then I moved to another apartment in the same place and I have two cars for me and the other for my father. I asked her many times. Do I have to change the private sticker. She said no, its okay that you moved in the same place. we moved about 10 months ago. Today When my father woke up to go to work. He didnt find the car.When I went to ask about what happened, she started shouting loudly and saying I dont want to talk to you with something, just ask the police. When I researched it about what happened, I learned that the car was withdrawn because the sticker had the old apartment number on it, and when I tried to talk to her, she closed the door of the room on herself. She is a very mean person in dealing with everyone and when I asked for the managers number to talk to him, she refused, This place is very bad because she is in it. She doesnt know how to talk to people. She waited in front of the office door for about half an hour. She is a very racist

We have had a leak that made it impossible to use the upstairs toilet without flooding the downstairs kitchen. Why dont you just get help? Our family tried getting help twice and the most success they had is fixing it temporarily. Electricity went out around a month ago. It was like that for a few days. If its night time and you want to do something, pray that you have some light source. Want to cook, just have a portable stove that doesnt rely on electricity. We have these at home, but odds are others dont. If you need somewhere to stay, and the choices are being at a friends house, or going to chelsea lane, ALWAYS PICK THE FRIENDS HOUSE.Edit: Problem already solved, we are moving away from this terrible place and not looking back. Also there is no power outage dumbass, if there was one right now, how would I be writing this?

As a tenant of the Chelsea Lane Apartments, I can say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. The managements response to these issues was slow and inadequate, which added to the frustration. The lack of attention to these basic necessities shows a disregard for the comfort and well-being of the tenants. It is clear that the Chelsea Lane Apartments is not the best choice for anyone looking for a well-maintained and accommodating living environment.

I am here to beg every future tenants to stay away from the worst apartment in Houston. Hot water and electricity worst.You can be off power for days . Since yesterday no power and no management apology .No month without power off or hot water off and still those staff talk rudely to the tenants .Pls stay off . After trying to pay for house rent , you will still spend for hotel when there is black out or no hot water . For townhome , water leakage in your down room. Pls stay off

POOR MANAGEMENTI had lived in a couple of this management apartments and they mostly give you the same not quality serviceMaintenance in here is very much horrible. They only come to just check and tell you they will come back but they never do. Office people come to work with their personal life issues. They do not even know what their doing there , all falls reviews are not good because they do not have good employees not dedicate employees.

The worst apartment . Tenants can be off electricity for days and the Manager is so rude and lack sympathy . Pls stay off this apartment

These apartments are not even worth one star.I would not recommend anyone to live here. They have a bad rat and roach problem. Every month I consistently go days without having hot water...yes ever month the same problems with no hot water. It’s ridiculous how many times I call to complain about the problem and it’s never resolved. The People in the office don’t like to help with problems, very unprofessional.Mrs.Hellen is disrespectful. She caught multiple attitudes with me because I was asking questions about the lease. She just wanted me to sign the papers and not ask any questions.she can be very rude and also hung up in my face instead of being professional about the situation . I got attacked by a Maintnance persons dog. No kind of remorse after I told him that his dog had bit me. The parking is horrible. Multiple brake-ins in the apartments. Shootings during the day and night time. Crack heads walk around the apartment at all kinds of hours.

Ive been very hesitant on writing a review to see if they would address the issue but seeing as though the problems have only gotten worse I do NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE ! The parking is horrible our car has gotten towed three times for very dumb reasons like parking in reverse a problem that was never an issue until recently as they are now trying to make rules for parking and not tell anybody about this change in parking rules so beware of towing! The managers in the office are a joke and will not help at all I call and they will hang up before I even finish talking, the young man in the office is the only reasonable person working there but theirs not much he can do as he is not a manager. Our a/c has been broken for two months now and weve been able to suffice thanks to the cold weather that was outside keeping the apartment cool but when the weather is hot we have unbearable heat to the point we dont even want to be in the apartment anymore. Ive called and asked them to fix on multiple occasions and they just tell me they will send someone but never do. The hot water is always being turned off at least once a month never fails , I suggest do your research before moving here.

Falls of chealse Lane is very well maintained clean spacious apartment complex. Leasing consultant Ms. Stella was very helpful, pleasant , knowledgeable professional who provided above & beyond customer service with all the info, brochures with different floor plans, fees, rent & answered all my questions eagerly. It is one of the best location I have seen so far & would definitely recommend my friends & family members looking for one decent place to live. Ms. Stella sure is an asset for the company. I have a friend who live on this apartment for over 6 years, he told me how good the community is. How the new staffs “ Stella and Hellen” has been showing their professionalism, taking care of the issues, the staffs are very professional and neat, the community always clean, they always answer rapidly and help as soon as possible whatever My friend need, He has not complained and he is very please. Thank you Stella and Hellen for your good and kind natures. Keep the good job going

This apartment used to be a wonderful place as at 2020! In the last one year it’s been terrible, you hardly get maintenance on time, sometimes you end up trying to fix the faults yourself! Rats and roach invasions! And the worst now is your car getting towed even with resident sticker? Talking about old or new sticker! Very wicked management!

I love this apartment. Each time I have any issues they show concern and quickly do something about it. The ladies at the office Hellen and Stella are nice and they know their job. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to have great experience.

This is about 3 months, I am telling the leasing office to come and fix this problem. No one comes to check on this issue. All the water was stuck under the fridge box. I dont know what should I do.

This apartments is always clean,everything is in perfect condition,Miss Erika the lady of the office she is so sweet ,she always help you I appreciate her for everything

We found multiple rats and mouse. There a lot of bugs, there was always problem at that apartment

I’ve been here for a month and so far the place is nice. My only complaint is the lady in the office Helen she is very rude and has no understanding at all. I prefer to talk to Sergio when he’s there he’s very polite and helpful. So far my stay is great but I’m only giving 4 stars due to Helen.

Lived here for a whole year, the worse management I have ever had. Roach infested, bed bug infested, and rat infested. Plumbing is horrible and the apt complex does nothing about it. Constant problems with parking. Would never recommend these apts not even to my worst enemy. The two positive comments are made by staff members from the office btw.

It sucks. I live in the chase apartment for one year . It a bad decision to move to this apartment .it has a alot cockroaches a day and night and they dont do nothing. the managers dont do nothing about it. Is not safe for kids. The apartments are falling apart the water comes in from the bathroom and the maintenance they dont do nothing but more likely they dont know s*** about nothing here .. it sucks it really sucks here...FOR REAL DONT RENT HERE.... The laundry they dont work you dont have parking and they rob people here theres no security....

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! My father has been living there for awhile now , and keeps having the same problems these people supposly fixed GUESS NOT if its happend plenty more times same place and others aswell. Bad maintenance, the office is not doing a great job at keeping the apts good ! He has told them about 5 times this week about the leaks in his kitchen and not once have they came to look , not check his drainage since September of 2015.

Ive been living here for over 6 years and sometimes things do happens but every time I have an issue Helen the collection manager always takes care of the issues, the staff are very professional and neat, the community always clean, they always come and help me in whatever I need, Im very please and understanding, and thank you Helen for your kindness.Carlos I Reyes

This place is horrible!! The floors makes noise when you walk. The apartment came with roaches. The toilet looks like it has been there since the 70s. The Management is the worst!! The maintance is a joke. Get rid of the Jerks in that office and bring in people that dont discriminate and try to steal from tenants.

Please I travel for work all the time and my deaf dad is in the hospital from an horrible accident and I can’t get ahold of the office or email the management very unprofessional and so if some can please call me back that would be great because this about my rent idk what’s going but I’m not paying those late fees I was never notified bye email about a rent change and I have proof in email that I have payed rent on time so plz can someone get back to me #113 Shane Young

I like the place , Cristina has been very helpful every time . It’s a nice place to live . My apartment was remodeled before I get there. 5 stars to Cristina ,4 for the place because I never got my dishwasher or my closet door.

Living here currently and all I can say is that the Maintenance system here is top notch and the manager Christiana is very patient, understanding and polite ,while the other lady called Stella is always open to listen to the complaints and act fast to make sure that the occupant are comfortable in their different apartments.

It is a very great attend property also the management with miss.Cristina was very helpful and she helped me a lot. If you have any questions or help go with miss.Cristina she will be very helpful and informative about your apartment.

I have seen good changes in the property it looks really clean and maintenance is great!!

To whom it may concern may case involves maintenance and repairs as well as religious discrimination. since Ive moved to Chelsea lane apartment May Ive reported various issue to date some of these problems have still not been fixed such as flooring which has nails sticking up which weve stepped on various time with or with out shoes on other tenant issues have been fixed with minimal time In addition on 11/07/14 i went out of town and left a family friend watching are apartment when i returned on 11/10/14 by 1 pm I was informed that the maintenance came to clean the patios and through away my lawn chairs inside of the come holder of said chair there was an irreplaceable religious artifact in there when i addressed it to the manger at Chelsea Lane she stated oh well there is nothing I can do because it s in the dumpster she later stated i better not be have religious parties at my house then warned my about using candles which was never addressed til this accident she said dont be like them referring to black Americans since i am i black Hispanic and she along with all employeess at Chelsea lane are white Hispanics i felt so offended and hurt by the management I felt truly uncomfortable the management is horrible please be aware if you move here

Super spacious apartments, Restroom outside bedrooms which is awesome. Washer and dryer connection. Property super clean great friendly office staff.maintenance when you need it. Over all ecxelent apartments.

Nothing procefional the people have working in that complex 2 month playing around with the united i need and the pass 2 month and they dont finish dont go to that complex bad service dont help in nothing put some one more intelligent that gay sergio try dont do nothing about contrac or deal with that person its a stu.... person I deal

Am very disappointed to madam HelenShe dont do good, am a new tenant, she did give me what I want 2 bedroom 2bd,with laundry connected, she lying to me, that these no more unity, and I find out the unity available, I want to explain to her she should transfer me to 2bd with laundry, she say, she nice, but she is not to am new tenant, she just disappointed me ,I want my sister to talk to her,she say not, she dont want to talk, if I dont pay she go to lock the door, she say to leave the office leave leave and she slammed the door in another roomI want to see the manager ,I want 2bd 2 bd with laundryThanks for understandingI ❤ this appartment

The hospitality in the leasing office are very rude I inquired about a 3 bedroom thanks but no thanks IM coming from a whole another state me and 4 other families to rent apartments what looks nice and homely I hope all apartment complexes in Texas are not rude Im just looking for a change of sceneary.

VERY VERY BAD MANAGEMENT BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH AND THE FIRST TWO DAY I MOVED IN I SEE RAT HOLES EVERYWHERE! YOU CAN HEAR THEM ON TH WALLS AT NIGHT JUST HORRIBLE!! IM PREGNANT AND CANT BE LIVING LIKE THIS SO ME AND MY BOYFRIEND GET OUT AND RENT A HOTEL FOR LIKE A WEEK ! I CALLED THE OFFICE ABOUT MY PROBLEM AMD THEY DIDNT DO NOTNING ABOUT IT ! UNTIL I CALLED AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL SAYING I WASNT GANNA PAY MY RENT THATS WHEN THEY GOT THERE LAZY ASS AND SEND SOMEONE TO FIX MY PROBLEM. TOOK THEM A 5 DAYS TO FIX IT. ALL THEY DID WAS PATCH THE HOLES WITH DUCK TAPE . NEXT DAY THE RATS ATE IT UP . AGAIN!! SO I CALLED AGAIN VERY BOTHERED AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AS I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED SHE KEPT CUTTING ME OF SAYING THAT SHE WILL SEND SOMEONE ELSE AGAIN TO CHECK THE PROBLEM. THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOU AT ALL ! I HAVE NOT PAYED MY RENT AND DONT PLAN TO PAY 700 FOR A ONE BEDROOM WITH RATS ! THE FLOORS MAKE HELLA NOISES AND THE TOILETS ARE A JOKE ! Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are working to improve the quality of life at the complex. I enjoy living here.

NOT TRULY A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. PEOPLE GET ROBBED. THE OFFICE DOESNT PAY ATTENTION TO MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS. POOL.STAYS DIRTY AND CLOSED ALL YEAR. SECURITY SUCKS. AND THERE ARE DAMAGES TO THE APARTMENTS. AS WELL ROACHES IN EVERY UNIT.

If I had to recommend this place I would not do it, first of all maintenance never comes to fix anything you have to call more than 5 times for them to come, secondly there is never parking do not move to these apartments they are terrible services

Terrible service to be honest, first they agreed to give me a renovated apartment and nothing was what they said, add to that the fact that it took more than a month to give me the apartment when that is not what had been discussed. The apartment was full of cockroaches and the air was almost always broken. At night shots are heard in the area. I dont recommend that place at all.

They do not have spare air, from the window, if the air conditioning breaks down, you spend several days without air conditioning, if you need it, buy it yourself🙄

They are very nice, but the maintenance person doesnt help much, so to speak, and in the urine there is a very rude clinic, but thats how I went and the poor person they have, Erica, gives excellent service and excellent attention to the problems that arise from day to day life. service they just need to fix that with the maintenance people and it would be great and I give them 5

Very Bad The Truth The Lady in charge of these moments does not attend to you and when you complain about a problem they do not help you right now, their staff who cut the yard broke the internet wiring in my apartment and they were not held responsible And days ago I They opened the car twice, the thieves, a very bad place, apart from being expensive, they dont help you with the problems you have in your home.

Super irresponsible, the maintenance people are very irresponsible, the office people are super terrible when you go to make a claim or something that is wrong, there are infestations of cucas and they do not come to fumigate, there are rats, the air conditioning breaks down all the time and if you are not dialing and dialing emergencies they do not solve anything apart from the fact that you pay you have to beg them to fix it, they make changes all the time and they do not notify you of anything, they lost mail from my mailbox because They changed plates and when I went to see and complain they did not take care of it, the laundry machines were damaged, Mrs. Helen treats Hispanics badly and they do not solve anything at all and I had a bad experience and my neighbors roof fell on her and it took until she called the city. In summary of all this I tell you I do not recommend it at all, Cristina charged me almost 700 dollars more just because they lost the contract I paid app and they still took that money from me in February they sent me a receipt that I owed when I paid my rent per day and what it was and when I went to the office they only tell you if you dont like it and dont pay you can leave, they are so irresponsible aaaa but the maintenance people take apartments here and theirs are luxury and one who pays what it is you have to be begging them for the truth, please rent here

The pipes break down all the time and the apartment fills with sewage.

Please, if you are looking for a good environment and safe place for you and your children, this is not a good place to live, things often happen, and you usually have problems with damaged things in the apartment because they are only a facade to make it look nice, starting with the electrical outlets that do not work and when you tell them about something they get very upset and it costs horrible to send something to be repaired and they are super expensive, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Bad service, we are new, Mrs. Helen supposedly helped them apply the mines on April 1 and only gave them the key to the apartment except the one for the mailbox, no sticker for the car and she never told them or showed them the visitor parking spaces, she never told them anything and with The thing about the sticker for the car he always said thats it and hes going to send someone to leave it and it never happened and they towed our car because I didnt give you a sticker. I went to the office, theyre supposed to open at 8:00 am, theres a sign that He says well, I came in so they could help me with the car because it wasnt our fault that they took it and a very upset lady told her if she could help me and she said dont you see Im coming, we open at 8:30 am, we cant. They wanted to help when they didnt even want to give me the sticker, and since we moved them we said that there were some things wrong with them and no one ever sends them, they just say theyre going now and I wouldnt want to connect anything to the corporation. I fell once because the pipe is broken and all the water reaches the dining room and I have to go to the hospital because Im pregnant and not even hysterical if bad service I dont recommend this apartment, also the gate makes a lot of noise when you open it and it never tells you to pour oil

They are rubbish, the filthiest apartments, most humid and full of bugs that I have ever seen, and the garbage parking lots, there is nowhere to stand. If you arrive after 6 in the afternoon, you have to stop in the Shoping Center in front because there is nothing there. More people live there than Nowhere does everything get stolen, my daughter is so seriously ill that for 3 years she has not recovered from the asthma that she got there because there was water leaking from the walls. Everything was full of mold and they did nothing to fix it for my garbage.

Very bad service, my air doesnt work, they installed a garbage stove, they gave me the apartment in very bad condition for two months now and they havent solved anything, there are leaks in the bathrooms and many bugs

I like the service they provide. They have been completely remodeled. I have never had a theft problem. It is very quiet and the pool is delicious and the park for the children is wonderful.

I like living here, its quiet, it doesnt flood when it rains, they are renovating the apartments, the maintenance is very good,

The manager never fixes anything, security is the worst, they are very arrogant when they complain about one, I dont recommend them.
