Hanover Montrose

I brought my client today to the Hanover Montrose and Nhu Nguyen provided us with phenomenal customer service! The tour was amazing and the views are breathtaking!

Absolutely beautiful place to live. As soon as you get into the driveway for the entrance you can see the quality of the place. Everything is absolutely stunning (even the waiting area for the lobby).As a resident you have access to the deck area that has a pool and lots of outdoor resting area with amazing views of the city. Perfect to chill out after a stressful day at work or to have friends over and have a bbq outside (there are grills u can reserve)Also indoor dinning area, a big screen for a movie night that can be reserved, gym, meeting rooms that also can be reserved. There is wifi all around the common areas. There are even an area for dogs.There is also security to access any of the floors.This is definitely the place you want to live in.

I moved into Hanover Montrose just two months ago, and it has been an amazing experience so far! The amenities are fantastic, with an excellent gym and the movie room are super nice. The apartment itself is beautiful, and I’ve really enjoyed the modern finishes and the nice view of downtown.The parking lot feels extremely safe, and I appreciate how well-maintained the elevators and hallways are kept. The valet parking service is also a huge bonus— the valet team is always cheerful and ready to greet me with a smile, which adds a nice personal touch to the experience. The concierge team has also been wonderful, always friendly and eager to help with anything I need.I am especially grateful for all the assistance from Nhu at the leasing office. She made the leasing process smooth, simple, and straightforward. Her professionalism and kindness truly made my move-in experience stress-free.Overall, Hanover Montrose has been a great place to live (so far), and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment with excellent amenities and exceptional service. I placed a couple of repair request and they were fixed within 2 days so that is pretty good.I will try to provide and update later. Check other peoples reviews for pictures.

I had the pleasure of living at The Hanover for two years, and it was an incredibly comfortable and hassle-free experience. The units were well-maintained, and the overall environment was peaceful and enjoyable.The concierge staff and management team led by Keith truly stood out—they were always friendly, professional, and attentive. Whether it was handling requests or just greeting you with a smile, they made the place feel welcoming and well-managed.If youre looking for a place where comfort, luxury, and excellent service are priorities, I highly recommend Hanover apartments!

I moved here from another state. With not much time to spare, the quick work of the staff and Property Manager Keith made the credit check process short, and it took only four business days to receive the lease agreement.Since the previous tenants were living there before our move-in date, we couldnt do a visual tour at the time of the contract, which made us worried. However, upon arrival, my unit was excellent.Especially, the leasing consultant Nhu perfectly handled all the special requests regarding the carpet and many other tasks that needed to be checked before moving in, even taking care of the things needed for the Pods moving.When Nhu was off, I went to the leasing office for some maintenance work. And this time another leasing consultant, Alexandra kindly and meticulously resolved everything.I really appreciated her willingness to actively help residents.Particularly, this apartment has valet staffs at the first-floor lobby who help just like in a hotel, and as soon as you enter the door, there is a concierge. The staff here communicated systematically and efficiently with the leasing consultants in the office right behind the concierge, helping to ensure a successful move.If anyone is moving to Houston, Texas, I would recommend this apartment. From the staff I met in the basement cargo room to the apartment entrance, concierge, leasing office, and maintenance, everyone was kind, responsible, and communicated well with each other, ensuring no delays.Especially the maintenance manager, Gerson and the team member, Pedro are incredibly fast, friendly, and genuinely help us live comfortably in the apartment without any inconvenience.If you need leasing assistance or an apartment tour, please ask Nhu and Alexandra, and you will feel they are genuinely there to help you.

Real person. Real resident. Real review. Just wanted to leave a 5 star review especially after the great service my girlfriend and I have received time and time again from the staff. The apartment complex structure speaks for itself. Great location, great views, great amenities. On top of that the staff is great, especially Dylan Vo who has been very helpful in many aspects. Just now he supported my girlfriend and I - who were both out of the apartment - by coordinating a furniture pickup from our apartment. 5-star service and we are very grateful. I was a resident from July 2023-Feb 2024. Writing this after experiencing moving out from another building.The apartments are great and the concierge and doormen were very helpful. Leaving 3 stars because of my experience with the leasing office. Upon move out inspection the leasing office lady noticed some scratches on the fridge door. These seemed within normal wear and tear, but after some discussion I agreed to pay to replace the door. The final bill for this was around 1,800 dollars. This seemed high (its basically the cost of a new refrigerator), but the leasing office was very non responsive. I wanted to avoid having the bill sent to collections and paid. Having moved out from my latest apartment building with minimal fuss its clear to me that I was definitely scammed by the leasing office. Please take aggressive photos and videos of your aparment as you leave the building to protect yourself upon move out!

Moving to Houston a few months back, I moved to another hanover building. I am a Hanover fan now. Every building is better than the next. Montrose office management team is amazing, but no one beats service to people living here like the maintenance supervisors Dulla. He truly cares and loves his buildings, and it shows.The apartments are amazing, I chose the K unit because of its views, with 4 large windows overlooking the Galleria skylines and the other side overlooking downtown. I think I choose, right! The apartment is an open floor plan, and the kitchen is a great size with a lot of storage. As you know, my thing with closets. This apartment didnt fail me. It has one walking closet, average size, and one small walk-in closet. I do love that the guest bathroom is not attached to the room like many other apartments. The master bedroom I am a little sad because its small, it does fit my king-size bed, but not the whole night stands, but its okay I found a solution.The balcony is also a nice addition to this unit if you love looking at the sunrise and sunset and have a drink. Only negative there is a glass divider with your neighbors so if they are out there chatting and you are out there you might over lap, but so far we had amazing neighbors so we hardly see each other.There is a gated garage, but the best part there is a basement garage for those who have luxury cars and want them in a reserved parking and away from many other cars. Inside the basement garage, there are single garage units for those extra luxury cars.Amenities: The gym is a little small and can get crowded at some parts of the day, but it has good machines.The club house is beautiful and big for nice parties and its also hidden so its not mixing. It also holds a large table with chairs for those dinner parties you want to host. The theater is nice as well.Well, thats all for now. I hope you enjoy touring this building. I definitely ask for Joanna shes a super friendly leasing agent, and Keith is the office manager, and hes is just as amazing.Thank you, hanover, for another amazing building to live in.

I took a tour of this Beautiful property, with wonderful views all around. It’s definitely in a good area and was very modern with great natural lighting. I haven’t made my decision yet, but I did enjoy the tour and my showing agent Nhu Nguyen.

This complex is amazing! Joseph Aveiga really is an Allstar and has made the transition into the complex incredibly easy. A lot of places claim to be luxury, but Joseph really makes it feel like it is with his amazing customer service. Quick response times, replying even when out of the office to let me know when hell be back, etc... You really couldnt ask for anything more.

This is prime location. Downtown, the museum district, and the bayou are all less than a 10 minute drive away. There’s a movie theater room, conference rooms, outdoor “loggia” overlooking downtown, workout room, and pool (closes at 10pm) on the ninth floor. Complimentary valet and 24 hr. concierge.Sydney in the leasing office was very profesional and helpful in getting me the lease. The amenities are great as well as the opportunity to socialize.The woodwork in cabinetry, flooring, and molding is below average as well as other finishes in the bathroom and kitchen. The high prices are definitely for location and amenities.There’s a 32 story high rise being built on the south side of the building. The view to the medical center will be blocked in over a year.

Lived here for a year. I’m going to write a review from the OUTSIDE, to INSIDE , to MOVE OUT.I was on the 16th floor, but I was able to hear everything on the streets. From people talking to the cars wanting to crank their engine. I did like the concierge because of my type of job. Viewers/ fans will become stalker real quick!!At first I didn’t hear any of my neighbors. None next door nor upstairs. But it’s like 2 months before my lease up, my wood floors started cracking. I heard every step I took and my upstairs neighbor floor started cracking too and I heard every step he took.When moving out make sure you get a company to dispose your old furniture because they will tell you it’s $1,000 if THEY get rid of it ( I paid someone off yelp $250 to pick it up). I knew I needed a full painting because of the oil and makeup mess I made while working. Im mad wasted my time cleaning the apartment because I was still charged for cleaning something already cleaned. They said the microwave wasn’t working when I literally sent a video of it ON !they said they needed to change ONE room rug, but charged me for BOTH rooms because they couldn’t change just 1 rug 😂!The residue in the oven was from the cleaning foam, I was also charged a fee to clean it again😂. The thermostat went out twice, the second time, I didn’t call maintenance because I knew I was moving soon!So I ended up paying almost $1,600 at move out ! If you’re a CURRENT resident, be prepared when moving out . If you’re a FUTURE resident, move at your own risk! That’s it ! I’m only paying it because it’s less than $1k or I would of let it go to collections, then DISPUTE it off my credit as I’ve done before 😘

We love Hanover Montrose! There are so many apartments in the area pumping terrible scents in their hallways and common areas, it’s great that Hanover doesn’t need to do that. Clean and modern spaces, great amenities. Some of the best floor plans and views in the city while still at a reasonable price range for high end living. Joseph Aveiga our leasing consultant is fantastic. We have met and worked with him at multiple Hanover properties, and he really goes out of his way to show us all the best each property has to offer. He works with you to find what aspects of your apartment search are most important and follows up to ensure you are aware of any openings that fit the criteria you have set. I highly recommend A) moving to Hanover Montrose and B) working with Joseph.

Toured the community today and it is a lovely building but Sarah is amazing !! I am truly impressed with the community but her service is impeccable. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and a great asset!

Alex is an outstanding leasing consultant. The property is great, and the tour was thorough and helpful. She answered all my questions clearly.However, even though I was impressed, I decided not to lease because it’s beyond my budget.

Aira (concierge), Khalid (valet), Mohammed (both concierge and valet), Tito (valet), Gerson (maintenance) absolute blessings on earth. During my time at HM I could lean on them for anything and the utmost hospitality and kindness. The energy the staff brings into already extravagant complex makes it feel like a whole home. Coming from Austin, I couldn’t have chosen a better spot than HM during my 1st year in Houston the area is perfect. However the service is truly high-in and they keep up with the establishment at a standard all should project. Leoncio Perez is in-charge of cleanliness and his work is magic, the entire place sparkles he’s from Cuba and only speaks Spanish but his smile lights up a room.Thanks all, I’ll miss you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The easiest 5 stars I have ever given. I love living here and am in the process of renewing / upgrading my apartment for a second year. Alex is helping me through the process and has been nothing short of amazing.Hanovers reputation proceeds itself - you do not have to think twice about this. The amenities are always clean and working. If there are ever any issues, they are resolved immediately. The building is secure and safe, the parking garage is secure and safe, the location is wonderful. Special thanks to Alex for being so helpful and assisting with the search for my new unit here. Alex was a phenomenal leasing consultant to work with. Very helpful and answered all the questions I had on the tour. Following the tour I sent numerous emails to the leasing staff at the Montrose, to which they never responded. (Including my emails in response to their lease follow up emails) Sad to see, ended up leasing with one of their competitors.

Bonus star for being in a great location, close to restaurants / bars / parks. Loses stars for poor maintenance and management. I am now eight, going on nine, months into my current lease and still dealing with fixes that were supposed to be completed before move in.Hidden Fees - Amenities not included. The common areas (pool, kitchen) were closed the first year and a half I was here, none of those fees were refunded even though they said they would. The first time I tried to reserve the kitchen area, I was told that I could not - I had to just show up and use it if no one was there. When I showed up to use it, concierge came up to kick me out, saying that I couldnt use it unless I paid for the reservation. When I argued that we didnt have to pay an additional reservation fee, he said in fact someone else reserved it. I waited. There was no one else. I also pay extra for parking.Flooring - the floors were damaged when I moved in. Some water damage, impact damage and gaps from where the pieces werent measured correctly. The gaps are over a centimeter at largest, and occasionally will stub your toes or lightly cut your feet if you are walking in your apartment barefoot.Floor transition - came loose and raised. A variety of fixes include gummy silicone exuding an inch from the transition to blue painters tape, which is still in place.Doors - I think previous owners had a pet. The doors look like they were chewed on all over. Laminate is gone in several areas, sub layers of the mdf are exposed. The fix was coloring it in with a marker. The front door will not close unless you force it. This has still not been addressed.Paint issues - I was charged over $700 on my move out from my last apt where I never put anything on the walls. Zero holes. Some trim here was painted sloppily, with paint marks extending onto other surfaces that were not supposed to be painted. The rest of the apartment was never painted, which we were holding off until the fixes were completed. At this point, dont think it will be addressed until after I move out. Paint is discolored in the shower, not sure if its a leak or just condensation that doesnt dry out. Appliances - Came rusty, dented. Maintenance said all of them are like this so they cant even switch out the doors/etc. They did replace the rusty dish rack.Windows - I know of two that shattered in the building - the ones in between you and the world. Maintenance said its the way the building flexes sometimes, I dont know. One of them was the apt above mine. Over the course of a month I had a lot of glass shards on my balcony. They came to clean it in the first week, left a bunch of shards behind & never came back.Thermostat - It swings five degrees. Maintenance suggested I get a nest and replace it myself.Trash  - Always sitting out in the hallway area in front of the chute, takes awhile for someone to come clean it. At some point we had flies coming up the elevator shaft for a couple weeks because of trash at the bottom level.Review getting too long, other issues: amenities constantly closed. The garage door to parking left open for a year or so while tenants had their cars stolen or vandalized, building would not assume responsibility and deferred to their own insurance. Key fob. Multiple issues with access and losing access. No bathroom exhaust fan for 6 months. Several tenants have HVAC problems.Re: management. I have emailed, called, shown up in person dozens of times to address these issues. The main response I would receive is, We dont cover wear and tear before theyd even take a look. Then after some hounding, someone would come by, make promises, and then not show up for repairs. They have missed countless appointments and follow up calls. After the missed appointments and not hearing from them in weeks, theyd say they thought it was magically resolved because I didnt say anything. In my last in person visit to the building management, instead of speaking to me and dealing with the open issues, I was asked to send another email that they could ignore.

I had an amazing experience touring Hanover Montrose with some friends especially thanks to Nhu! She made the apartment tour a seamless and enjoyable experience. Nhu took the time understanding our preferences and needs for an apartment. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed and felt comfortable throughout the process.

Nhu was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and was very pleasant while we took our tour.

Have visited friends here many times over the years, building has continued to go downhill.Valet acts like they’re doing me a favor when parking my car and the concierge has no decorum or professionalism.Staff is incompetent, rude and not friendly. My feelings are shared by friends and family who live in the building.Hanover - step up your employee vetting & training, this is a luxury building, not the La Quinta.

I went to visit Hanover Montrose. I absolutely love this community! The leasing consultant provided some misleading information that I was notified of days later. I still enjoyed viewing the property.

Would definitely recommend checking out this apartment. After touring 10+ apartments, this was in my top 3. I ended up going somewhere else do to location. Dylan was a great leasing agent and the best one I had out of the apartments I toured. He was very friendly and made the interaction very personable. He followed up with information and videos of each of the floor plans toured after the fact to help remind me of how each one looked. He even referred me to a company that helps set up furniture rentals and utilities so move in is seamless. If you can, ask to tour with him.

He was extremely informative and friendly, so much so that by the end of our call we were scheduling a date to tour a couple units. Had a great experience touring this beautiful community with Jon! He was so polite and professional and made sure to add in a couple extra stops so I could look at interiors too! Love the amenities spaces and of course the views are incredible. Valet parking and a concierge are a huge plus as well. There are also some very unique amenities (like a deep freezer) I’ve never seen before. Highly recommend a tour and it seems like resident retention is quite high.

I had the opportunity to tour this community on behalf of a client. The amenities and views are exceptional. Units are nicely appointed and the large balconies are a major selling point. My positive criticism is that the builder grade shower pans detract from the luxurious feel - they make the units feel less cohesive than one might expect after walking throughout a building of this caliber. Dylan (Leasing Consultant) was kind enough to accompany me on the tour and was very knowledgeable leaving me with no questions by the end of our tour.

Beautiful property and an excellent tour, but Ive had extreme difficulty getting in touch with them to set up a lease. Despite numerous attempts via email and phone calls, I havent received any response. Unfortunately, this is a major red flag, leaving me unsure about moving forward, even if they eventually get back to me.

Beautiful property and great location. We walk in and toured. We loved the location, but the couple of units we saw needed a little updating for the price. There were dents in the refridgerators and they lacked an outside ice dispenser (on the outside of the door). There were a few amenities that another Hanover location has that we prefer (theater, larger gym, golf simulator).

Beautiful building I have been living here for almost three years. It’s not as well maintained as it use to be but none the less still nice amenities. The reason I love living here is because of the concierge and valet staff. Mo, Augustine, Tito and the concierge Mohammed have all been phenomenal and greet me with welcoming arms and smiles every single day.

I cant recommend this place enough. They always go above and beyond when you have a question answered or an issue dealt with. Especially Nhu and Alex. I recently came to them about a light switch question and the lengths they went to to figure out the issue was inspiring to say the least. Alex and Nhu both crawled into the ceiling to find where the wires went and tracked the issue down. Nhu even went as far as to solder and connect the wires herself. When they both came down, they offered to help me set up my modem / router. They even came up with the coolest WiFi name ever. So unforgettable that we came back less than 48 hours later to sign a lease with Hanover Montrose. The entire application process has been a breeze with the help of the staff members. Each person we have talked with is very helpful. We could not be happier and are so excited to move in in March!

Dylan was definitely a pleasure to meet he made the experience seamless and informative while also leaving no stone unturned. This is hands down a great property with all the amenities I need and the location is stellar!

The reason Im giving the Hanover Montrose five stars this morning is because I recently went to tour their building and I was greeted by the most genuine, respectful, and enthusiastic concierge Ive ever met. Nowadays when you go places youre not usually greeted with a smile and a bottle of water so this felt very personal and that made me want to come back . Eric was so helpful with any questions I had about the property and amenities and was very informative and thorough when he gave me a tour. I will definitely keep this property in my list of potential new homes.

This property is BEAUTIFUL, very walkable, & my favorite would be the Starbucks conveniently located across the street! Sarah was amazing at answering all my questions during my tour. Definitely at the top my list for my apartment home search!

Not only am I in a fabulous building located in the heart of Houston, but I also have the privilege of being assisted by a fabulous staff. Keith, the assistant manager has been very attentive and more than accommodating to even the pickiest of clientele (yes, that would be me lol). I have also had the privilege of being assisted by the amazing Paige, and between just the two, I have to say they have made my move a trouble free process. I am looking forward to my stay at Hanover Montrose!

I was greeted immediately upon entering the building. This young man’s energy was upbeat and refreshing. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided me a thorough insight of the property and it’s amenities.Upon leaving, he let me know that if I had any further questions, not to hesitate to call him, and if he didn’t have an answer for me at that time he would surely find the answer.It’s rare that you find someone that young, so positive, so upbeat, and so knowledgeable, who provides that kind of customer service!I had an awesome experience during my visit!!! He was so knowledgeable and easy going but professional. He was not pushy or annoying like other realtors or managers are generally. Loved the building! Enjoyed every view it has and the amenities!! They have great big balconies MY FAVORITE. And great customer service, Johanna was our leasing agent and she was great and super nice, very attentive to our needs. Can’t ask for more

This staff is top notch! I went with my cousin to help her find an apartment and was blown away by the atmosphere and warm welcome from the Property manager, Hollie. She made the entire tour from start to finish an experience. We have toured about 9 other communities in the past 2 days and this place made a real impression on us. My cousin signed her lease tonight and moved in next week! I can not wait to visit all the time!

The Hanover montrose team is AMAZING! They make you feel at home and like family Instantly upon arrival. The property is 5 Stars & the amenities are Breathtaking. We came visted friend that lived here, We also had the pleasure of meeting Dulla the building engineer he was very welcoming. Also the location & access is great! Check them out.

Throughout my search for a new apartment, I dont think anybody has serviced me better than Paige from the leasing team. From her warm welcome to the positive attitude to her attention to detail, everything was top notch. I am specific person who asks a lot of questions. Paige was well prepared and more than willing to go over board to get me the answers I was looking for. It is this type of energy that makes me feel right at home. I havent made a housing decision yet but I must say Paige definitely left her mark on me on behalf of Hanover Montrose.

Great high rise and no, I definitely looking to come back closer to my move-in timeframe. Dylan had exceptional service and high levels of professionalism, super knowledgeable of the neighborhood and the product.Please come and ask for him!

The building has an amazing maintenance team, a very big hello to the maintenance supervisors Dulla, he really loves this building and takes care of it and its customers. He always greets everyone and asks if anyone Needs help. I feel I can approach him and ask anything. Thanks for being amazing!

I’ve been at Hanover Montrose for about 2 years and happy to call it home! The great staff in valet, to concierge, to the leasing agents have made the transition from California back to Texas a great experience. Thanks to the great and friendly renewal experience with leasing agent Erica Monterrosa and her team, I’ll be renewing for a 3rd year! Erica and her team is always helpful, persistent on renter’s needs and just flat out always has a smile on their faces. Continue the great job Hanover!
