I was amazed when I went to tour the property and was immediately greeted at the door by Ms. Maryann. She began by telling me the information about the property but I notice the other office staff engaging with the residents , so I was curious of what was going on and found out that the property was hosting an interactive events that the resident was apart of from the property. I actually stayed and was offered treats and drinks. A community to where the management staff actually care was mind blowing. I will be returning and recommend this property to others. You have to see it for yourself. Go visit and ask for MaryAnn.

I give the manager Shawn 5 stars. Very considerate manager and offered to come resolve my issues herself. I was very impressed. We need more property managers like her. I am excited about the changes been made.

I just want to give 5 stars for the great customer service that these apartments have. The managers are really nice and well mannered. I really like Shawn alot because she is a really helpful and genuine person.

They don’t even need the one star! INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Don’t let that demo apartment fool you!!! These apartments are NASTY. Then they’ll have you sign that lease and won’t let you out of it which will give you no choice but to either break the lease or live in an unsanitary environment!!!!! Terrible terrible! I still owe these people I would not even recommend the homeless to live here! Then they don’t send people for it but once every 6 months! Neighbors fight every night! Smh never ever again!

I was looking for a new place to live and walked into this property. The lady Mary Ann greeted me at the door and showed me the property. I like the property and the customer service. The manager Shawn came over and greeted me and I decided to apply. I am ready to move on the property.

MaryAnn and Jose in the office are amazing! They handled my issues with consideration. The new manager Shawn is awesome as well. Great new staff!! I like the changes.

I visited the property looking for a nice place to live and when I stop at North Forest and met Jose who was very helpful during the process. I applied and it took 4 days for me to move in and I am very happy with my new place.

I’ve just moved in by the week ago and I left my apartment. I love the staff there Miss Ashley she’s gorgeous. She’s go above and beyond. She deserve a raise and miss Mary Miss Mary she. It’s awesome. She does a great job in management. She deserve a raise as Miss Ashley. Anything I ask of them, they got it done in a timely matter They’re very home welcoming They’re very kind they have a heart And I can just say you have two gorgeous workers that work with you and working hard to keep the I would definitely give this out this apartment of fire store and I would definitely recommend friends and family I have a reason from Louisiana they made me feel like a real Texan family

I’ve been here less than a year, there’s more cons than pros!ProsThis is the second chance Apartment complex.The new staff are decentAs far as the rent is concerned, it’s pretty decent amount for rentConsThe maintenance could be more timelyAs long as you stay to yourself and not allow your kids to play, you should be fine. The reason why I say that because you will get into a big conflict with other parents..The gun violence is out of control..I wish some people knew how the throw there trash away in the trash can and not in the park lot you might run over some glass..The roaches are out of control when you first move in you will probably see one or two, but live here for a while you will see a lot of them, but as long as you let the office staff know they will put u on pest control .But other than that, I would say just stay yourself in mind your business and you will be OK living here..

HERE with TAM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES !!!!! DO NOT!! RUnnnn NOW!!! Someone COLD MURDERED here 2 wks ago- 4 BULLETS IN HIS BACK! GUN DWN LIKE ANIMAL In FRONT APTS! Mailbox breaks& have to pick up mail from post off., leaking ac unit they wont fix raining dwn water several buckets to catch water have to empty every HR.! CAR breaking, POOR Mngmt nonchalant, not forthcoming, unknowledagble, dishonest. Security a joke, toilet barely flushes, stores made out apts 24-7 weird traffic no peace.

I wish I would have meet Mrs. Shawn before I decided to move. She is very helpful and considerate. Very nice young lady.

Since we got the new management, everything has changed tremendously! I feel safer, and they’re on top of fixing everything! I’ve been living here two years and now I finally love it.

The apartment leasing process was a breeze and one of the easiest processes I have ever encountered when moving. The staff was great and easy to deal with. They honestly made the move in process lovely! I could not have asked for better service from the front office. Please request Management if you are ever curious about the property! My mom loves her apartment its nice and cozy just for her Verna Jenkins.

Jordan and maintenance personnel have been very helpful, but management is Horrid, especially Mary, other (management personnel have frequent turnovers)! Was told I could get Ist level unit near the office, because of disability. NOT!!! Got unit on second floor 4 bldgs deep into property. I want to move out asap! Roaches, property is nasty. Needs at least weekly cleaning of stairs, the landings and hand rails. They are disgusting! Keep your hand sanitizer ready!

The manager Mary was very polite and very willing to assist me. My voucher had expired due to another complex holding the voucher. Mary guided me through the process on retrieving a new voucher. I will lease with Mary and North Forest Trails

I would say I’ve been living here for 1 year and some change and dont necessarily love it but it does have pros and cons before moving in people understand that people are nasty and disgusting and disrespectful I live on the 2 floor people above me that stomps and nothing has been done I also have water damage in my apartment due to people above me and nothing has been done the apartment itself isn’t great old appliances and the walls and apartments aren’t made to last the carpets are gross even if you clean them I will say management it’s great the people are lovely and understanding and try to do their Best but this is 2024 soon can we please give people better ❤️communication is rough and roaches aren’t fun to live with

The new manager Ms Jade Jefferson and her staff are very sweet and professional.. Ive had nothing but good experiences when dealing with them. That includes all office staff and maintenance as well....I reported a problem in my unit and they came right on and fixed it..This is what we have been needing for a long time within this community...And Ms Jefferson also put forth effort to get to know her residents as well by organizing different social events... Im finally hopeful about the community because of management and staff....

I’m a current resident I’m on the 3rd floor I was told I was going to move into a 2nd floor apt , but I told her I needed a 1 st floor unit she said possibly a 2nd floor but , it wasn’t ready so the only 1 bd that was ready was on the 3 rd floor & I’m still on the 3rd floor now, I’m preparing to sign another yr. new lease again, I went to the office and spoken with Mary asst’s in the office she stated once I signed my new lease I d be up 1st for a 2nd floor or 1 st floor apt I to am disable I been disabled since 2009 yr and I struggle getting up or down theses stairs but, if I DON’T GET A LOWER LEVEL UNIT I’M JUST GOING TO HAVE TO MOVE OUT. . I love my location unit area I just needs to be down stairs I’m to old with my legs 🦵🏼 disabilities. LOVE MARY I JUSneed a little more help I don’t want to move out just to a lower unit in my are if possible keep me in mind please 🙏🏽. Thank you

I love my apartment but the crime is horrible they are shooting on my floor about a hour ago Im scared to walk out my door to take my kids to the bus stop and school just started its getting scary

The one star is an gesture they doesnt deserve the one star. Since the city has been opened literally it has been at least five or more different faces seemed like an everyday. When you go in the office for a problem nobody doesnt know anything. They make you wait for months before they solve the problem. They have valcons with set ups that doesnt look like none of the other units. As far as being business they doesnt communicate with anyone. But they quick to wait until the office closes to put letters on people doors about false information. They have some people thats been there for some years either the only bringing in SSI and on housing they raising up their rent leaving them not having enough money to pay their other bills. they had one lady and her son left in her apts with growing mold and a piece of nail thats coming up from the rug. They dont stand on like every year if you renewing the lease they suppose to shampoo your carpet they dont . My A/C has been stopping they replaced the fan it works then it just out of the blue just stopped working I went to the office about the same things about the A/C one time I went without central A/C for almost 3-4 months even letting them know. Then after the freeze I told them about my hot water I went without hot water almost 6 months before they went an order me another piece for my hot water heater. Ive been residence at this apartment for almost 3 years to say that Im not renewing my lease.

When I decided to move to northforest trails, the apartments was the worst decision I ever made. I explained to them that I needed a downstairs apartment. I did not find out till they gave me my key that it was an upstairs apartment. I am disabled and unable to go up and down the stairs, this leads me to be confined to my house whenever I called the Rent office they’re never a answer the phone they’re never in the office. They have poor communication. I’ve been calling to speak with their district manager he does not call back. He does not return phone calls either and this is an ongoing situation.

The manger Mary is very helpful and has a wonderful personality. She was very helpful in helping my members and friends locate a apartment.

I recently inquired about renting from this location. I talked to several tenants and I heard good things about the management staff. The office staff was very helpful in walking me through the application process I cant wait to move in.

Worst apartments ever my daughters car was broken into twice and they steal your packages off your porch management never answer the phone of fix any problems you have do not move there it’s always trash overflowing the dumpsters children unattended playing in the street and to top it all off if you call the police they don’t come please I warn you do not move here

Ms. Cynitha is a very awesome person thats cleaning up this Property and things thats happening in my Apartment shes making sure everything is getting taken care of. Shes the right Manager for building this Community. The community has made a big chance. People are not hanging out like they used to because under New Managerment and I know I would continue being a resident here a North Forest Trails Apts. continue on building this Community up for the Residents

DUSTY, DUSTY, DUSTY! DONT MOVE HERE. Almost every single day there is trash overfilling the dumpster, and furniture, couches, sofas, and chairs on the side of the dumpster. Looks a mess. Then at night stray dogs sneak under the fence to have sex and go though the trash.Theres always baby mamas or future baby mamas and young thugs monopolizing the hallways. The manager is a liar, tells you one thing and does another. Trash all over the parking lot, the residents dont care about there environment.But the worst part of all is the ROACHES. There are roaches in all the rooms, your food, your clothes, your utensils, drawers, cabinets, and furniture. I believe its like this because some tenants are unsanitary. We even tried bombing the place with foggers but it just seem to make the roaches worst at my grandparents place.

I absolutely love my apartment very spacious , the maintenance guys and office crew are great with getting back with you and making sure everything is done for you . Also theres security here , if you just stay to yourself youll be fine .

Trash everywhere. Dogs with various disease everywhere. The leasing office is of no help. The services is poor and not up to standard. You can’t get any useful information when you call. Am yes Verionica is of no help. I must say poor service very poor service from you and rude.you can’t get anything done except you do it yourself. You go to the leasing office for information and they both act like they don’t see you.

I been in north forest trails 1year an its its been rocky alot of problems but last week I come in office an its a man name kirk he very professional he got right on the job yesterday I observed Rico work ethics an it was amazing he getting right on an Today I spoke to Daniel an he took care of all my needs so they are trying to turn this place to a peaceful home yes other managers came in an wasnt doing they part yall lets not take it out on these guys give them a chance cause they seem like they really getting on it hopefully they will keep our home safe liveable an peaceful ✌From Saundra Hawthorne

If you are driving just drive straight by this apartment. The manager Joe will debate you rather than fix an item. Wherever you move that make you do a checklist. Joe began to run down prices of things. I informed him thats why I pay rent. Im still waiting for those things to be completed. Also, Joe has one a friend or family member towing cars left and right. My car was towed once they scratched it and damaged my oil pan. The pool is only open during office hours. At that time it is the hottest time of the day. He doesnt care for certain people. Another thing is whenever you have to renew they would raise the rent. Most places would keep the rent the same in order to retain tenants. Not here....BE AWARE

Im rating it NO stars. Worst place to live at have the ugliest tenants no security kids always hitting the cars and other kids from neighborhood across the street always at the apartments smoking fighting and even keying cars for no reason. I do not recommend no one to this apartments they are the worst and when you inform the manager Joe he never does anything he just says well if you bring me proof MAYBE I can do something. Worst place Ive ever lived at

I Lived here 4 years ago . I stayed to myself so it wasn’t a problem but they had a really bad bedbug infestation!!! I just had a new born too . Wouldn’t recommend just for that very reason

Who is the owner of the property I think they need to know who they have managing there property is stealing providing false information on legal documents who is the owner not tamresdintal the owner

MY GRANDSON MOTHER LIVES IN THIS COMMUNITY. HER APARTMENT IS VERY NICE AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. SOME OF THE PEOPLE ARE GHETTO AND ITS DRUGS AND CRIME EVERYWHERE. WITH THAT BEING SAID OVERALL THEY ARE DECENT.

I cant wait to move...instead of making repairs theyd rather implement new policies to avoid repairs.There used to be a bad bedbug infestation...now there are roaches everywhere. The new manager has the nastiest attitude, and she doesnt know how to speak to her tenants. If your car happens to get towed by their parking enforcement they damage your vehicle and steal your belongings, then lie about it. The only good thing is there are various schools close by in the area.
