This apartment complex is a nightmare to live in, plagued with severe hygiene issues, including bed bugs, roaches, and a complete lack of maintenance. The owner is extremely rude, never listens to tenant complaints, and refuses to address these persistent problems. Despite repeated concerns, nothing is ever fixed—the roads are rough, security is non-existent with the gate always open or broken, and the pool remains closed without any safety measures. When it’s time to move out, the owner conveniently disappears, only to later send false charges and aggressively threaten tenants who demand their security deposit back. The entire place is a scam, and if possible, it deserves zero stars.

Horrible experience.Guys please dont ever try to rent this place .Few points must remember.1. Dont look they offer $100 or $200 cheaper rent than neighbouring apartment complex because they are literally worst to live in .Management dont cooperate if any small issue comes they will ask you for money .Nothing is free here .They will charge you extra money for any service throughout your stay .And no maintenance at all .2. These are full of roaches and infestation,you will regret.3.Most important they never give back your refund money ,never .I have seen almost 99 percent of peoples refund money they just eat up by putting up false charges on name of cleanliness.This will happen to you remember.4.Many students live here ,they will lure you to rent this place just for sake of $200 referral.5. Dirty place ,No trash cans maintenance at all ,mosquitos and cockroaches everywhere .Bed roaches and electricity bills will be too much because these appliances are very old .6. They are worst place to live in ,rude management,greedy management overall.

I dont recommend renting here. Its cheap, but its cheap for a reason. And honestly, I dont even think it was worth the rent I was paying. Firstly, there is no sense of security because the residents keep the side door open, and I was one of the 20-30 cars that got broken into. Management didnt do anything about this but offer an apology lol. The buildings are old, and you can definitely tell. For example, I kept my apartment at 80 degrees during the month of July and got charged for 700 kW of electricity, which is extremely high considering that its a 400 sqft apartment and I wasnt even in town for the month. I contacted management and they assured me that their A/C was of high standards, which is doubtful. From then on, I kept my apartment at 83 degrees (ridiculous and freaking hot) and my bill still came out to around $100. For more reference, Im at an apartment twice as big now and keep the temperature much lower and Im using half the kW. Furthermore, the roof of the building literally fell on my car. I contacted management about it, and it took them three weeks to fix it despite me emailing frequently that no one had come to check on it even though they kept saying that someone would come soon -.-Lastly, as a few of the other reviews have said, you have to fight to get back your security deposit back. They literally ghosted me after I returned my keys and didnt even acknowledge that I did return them. I had to spam them with emails just for them to give me half of the deposit back (a day late might I add). Additionally, they didnt send me an itemized receipt even after they said they would. If youre renting here, you should know your rights. Your security deposit and itemized receipt has to be returned within 30 days of move out or you can sue your landlord for 3x what youre owed. Read the TX law and get your money back.

I wish there was a 0 star for this area. The most pathetic maintenance and the manager (Sohail) has no manners to deal with the tenants. I live there for almost an year and found this place the worse. Firstly, the apartments are full of roches and no pest control is offered by the maintenance, they increase day by day no matter how much effort you put to clean the apartment or preffer pest control, my aparment was even worse a mice was visiting every night, i complained to the maintenance several times they didnt listen. Apart from roaches when thr is heavy rainfall the water leaks. Comming towards the main point, when i was leaving the apartment i called manager 100 times and sent several emails, he neither responded to the emails nor attended my cal. I was calling him to handover the key and i also wanted him to see the apartment that was fully cleaned and no item was damaged. He didnt come and showed highly irresponsinlble behavior.. i handed over the key to one of the maintenance person. 3 days later he sent me an email while mentioning, put the key on refrigerator..i sent him an email for the security i deposited, he simply refused to return the security. He also threatened me that he will go to court if i asked for the security. Oh my god what a rubbish argument.In a nutshell, i suggest everyone not to rent this place, if you do you will regret forever.

Bad management. I was robbed out of my deposit for no reason. I tried to contact the management multiple times about it with no response. Rent there if you want to lose your money.Edit: they contacted me ( almost 9 months after I left) and sent me back the deposit. I will still keep the rating as is because no one should wait 9 months for their money.

I have been living here for four months. Its quiet. They are quick to fix things. Only thing i dont like is there are ants everywhere and the owner gave me a spray can of raid to treat it. The problem is too big to be treated by a spray can. It needs professional treatment. Ill personally hire one because the price is so reasonable and they really work with you on getting furniture. I am happy overall. I also dont like that there is no place to drop your mail on an out box. I love the big bathtubs and the fact that there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is also lots of cabinet space and covered parking. Its close to a grocery store. Its still a good choice of you like a nice place but dont have much money.

Very clean apartment , nice landlord, and everything you want you can find it in the apartment, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, stove , refrigerator, and other furniture. In addition, covered car garage. I live in apt 133 for more than one year and I was happy.

I Was living here for a year till last month, I wish there is 0 rate!!! The landlord charged me 2 times rent the last month, and never mentioned that!!! I have to go to bank to cancel the payment. Whats the worst, he doesnt want to give back my deposit at all!!! I have to sue him, SMALL CLAIMS COURT is your best choice for innocent people!!! The rate here is he paid for it!! Dont live here, the maintain guys are always try to go inside everyones apt, I asked my neighbors as well!!! One of the Mexican guy try to harass me many times, the Manager never cared about it!!! He even blame to me that I changed my lock for keeping myself save?! THEY ARE VERY HORROBLE PEOPLE!!! Too evil Manager, he has one leg doesnt work well, he never told me his name!!! God will punish you!!! Shame on you!!!

No sense of safety. The walking front gate is always left open and there are no cameras within the vicinity. About 20-30 cars were broken into in the same night and there is no way of determining how many suspects were apart of the break ins.

This apartment complex is owned by several owner. Most of the units in this complex belong to Kazim or Sohail. The person Sohail has very bad behavior. He does not know how to talk people/tenant. Because of him, whole units owned by Kazim or Sohail reflect bad. Other care taker Mohsin is very nice man. I have no idea about the units belong to other owner. I am giving one star because of this person. Otherwise everything is nice there.

I chose this place on my first day in Houston only because the gentleman was very professorial! Only the a/c unit is very old, but very eased with the residents and the quiet atmosphere!

I’ve been calling for 5 hours. No answer the phone they just hang up the calls. The other number is disconnected. No call back. no voicemail nothing. No Website. I would literally have to drive there at my inconvenience just to get information. Shameful.

Very nice looking complex. Very clean and well maintained. Very quiet. They have garages or covered parking. Apartment are nice inside.
