I went on a tour today and David was my tour guide/consultant. From the moment I walked in, with the complimentary valet parking, to the hospitality from every Staff member there, I loved it. David was amazing, 10 out of 10. Great personality, really pays attention to what you’re looking for, and very knowledgeable about the location. The floor plans are actually great. They really do accommodate to different lifestyles and you can find exactly what you’re looking for. I’m still apartment shopping, but this tour experience definitely put them at the top of my list. My sister just got a place here at the Driscoll & it’s absolutely stunning from even the smallest details to the breathtaking view of our beautiful skyline. Also found out a soon to be WWE wrestler stays here currently but I won’t leak their name. I love it here. I think I’ll claim the living room till my sis kicks me out.

This building is gorgeous. Spotless clean! The views are spectacular, the amenities are terrific and probably the best location in Houston! Just downstairs are the best Restaurants in Houston. Definitely a 5 star winner!

Long story short - I had signed my lease but before ever moving in I needed to relocate for work and gave more than enough notice.Instead of being kind and considerate, they chose the path of most financial burden. Never even stepped foot in the unit or saw it and they made me pay over $4k after I offered them to keep the security deposit. In the end over $5k down the drain for somewhere I never even lived in.Should be criminal. You’ll never see me or anyone I know recommending a Hanover property. Not even if it were the only place available.They didn’t need to do me or anyone like that. Wouldn’t recommend. What happened to being compassionate and good people?

Driscoll River Oaks is the highlight of River Oaks.Upon walking in I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. The decor is immaculate. It smells amazing. Loni the General Manager is a ray of sunshine. Her dedication to her residents is undeniable. I attended a Resident Wellness Event which included not only massages but the best and most effective yoga class in my life. Go visit Driscoll River Oaks. It’s totally worth it!!!

The Driscoll at River Oaks is the definition of a luxury apartment youd want to live in! When I was referred by my realtor, I instantly knew this was the place I wanted to make my home. With Lonis added assistance and knowledge of the property, it finalized everything for me. She was such a great help to me and my many questions lol. Very grateful to have had her as my tour guide for the property.I look forward to my move-in and being able to finally be home! There are so many great/ unique amenities here for the residences here. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has the budget to live here.

Besides the obviously stunning view and beautiful building, Driscoll is a wonderful community. Residents and staff are warm and welcoming. Community events are often and varied, and do an excellent job of including everyone from young professionals to older adults. Events include everything from wine and liquor tastings to fitness and yoga classes. Convenient dog park and wash stations stay well-maintained, and all dog owners are very friendly, courteous, and respectful. There’s always something going on in the building--the rooftop pool is where it’s at!The 24-hour concierge team is amazing. All are terrifically informed, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. Many thanks especially to Lauren!Issues of building maintenance are virtually non-existent. Rene runs the most impressive maintenance team of any building I’ve ever lived in. He and his team are incredibly responsive and kind, and clearly care about the quality of their work. Amenities are kept in top-notch condition and functional, which we all know in most buildings isnt always the case. Entire building stays immaculately clean, too!Not a complaint to list!

Location, location, location. I viewed 8 different apartments within the River Oaks area before choosing Driscoll. I wanted an apartment building that wasnt Greystar (Disclaimer: I am perfectly happy with Greystar. Ive lived in Greystar for 3 years and wanted a change), was a high-rise, and was near restaurants that had more of a city vibe. Driscoll had everything I was looking for.

From the moment we walked into the building, we were warmly welcomed with a sincere hello, setting the tone for what turned out to be one of the best property tours I have ever had. I popped in last weekend without an appointment (I know) after a couple other showings just to see if I could get lucky as Driscoll had been on my shortlist. Elyssa is the absolute sweetest and she squeezed me in on a Saturday! The property is beautiful and quite well kept--valet is also in a great location where you dont need to fight any thru traffic. If youre looking for a River Oaks option, absolutely call miss Elyssa x

The Driscoll is a wonderful property filled with stellar amenities. The views of downtown, the Med Center, and Galleria are second to none. Sarah, Taylor, Johnathan, and all of the staff are wonderful and so accommodating. Resident events are often and range from cooking classes to yoga.

Best building management Ive ever experienced. Ive lived at the Driscoll for over a year now and am in the process of transferring units. David & Maya in the leasing office worked with me every step of the way to make sure the process is seamless and efficient! I toured this property several times and each time I saw something I liked more and more. The property manager Loni (sp) was so warm and caring and you can tell a caring leader. Every person I interacted with just seemed like like they wanted you to reside at their property as I saw great pride in details and descriptions. I am always leery of where I reside because of safety parking and noise. I have gone to the property in three different phases of the day and it checked off all my lists. I went with another property due to price point, however Driscol would have been a shoe in esp with Kroger 300 ft away CONVENIENT!!!!

In the rare occasion something is wrong with my apartment, work orders are usually executed within the day. I just finished my tour at Driscoll. I didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t toured an upscale property like this before, but it went great. The staff was very welcoming and Monica gave a super convincing tour. It’s on the high end of my budget, but I think it’s going to be worth it.

I chose this property over other hanover properties solely because of Maya. Service and explanations were by far the best. Maya left me feeling so confident in my choice picking this location that I decided on a penthouse. Hard to top the people over the property. But in this case that was the case.

What a great place. Complete Oppulance. Be sure to ask for Monica. She is 5 Star. Extremely knowledgeable and VERY personable. No need to be looking anywhere else. The amenities are second to none.

Am really enjoying the Driscoll Experience from spacious floor plans, great amenities and awesome location to the uber-helpful on site team that made move in a great experience (or at least not as awful as it would have been without them), always handling questions, scheduling package deliveries and elevators, and just answering general knowledge questions. And the view of the City from the 21st floor is pretty spectacular!

The building is awesome with a great community! Elyssa was wonderful and welcoming - she let me view the unit multiple times until I signed and held my hand the whole way through the application and pre-move process. She really made me feel comfortable about the apartment. She is a rock star along with the rest of the leasing office folks -super nice and always willing to help!The building has multiple residence events a month and everyone is super nice. I was not going to post a review about how my rent increased by 14% but then I got an email this morning telling me to renew because moving would cost me $2,000.The property is well maintained and the amenities are nice. But be forewarned, they indiscriminately raise the rent.

Horrible experience. The leasing agent (David) made it a very difficult and unpleasant process. We were strung along for almost 2 weeks with minimal communication. After reaching out to the agent NUMEROUS times, we were then told that the units we had been interested in (and applied for) were no longer available. I hope this agent isn’t a reflection of how Driscoll operates their leasing process.

Amazing views and amenities! The staff is out standing they also throw the best events with the perfect cocktails and food. They have the best catering company which most residents use, “Sweet Tea Catering,” it’s always good food! Great location and the perfect views. Anyone should be thrilled to grow here!

I’ve lived here for a while now and love it. Time to time, theres something wrong with an elevator or 2 but overall it’s a great living experience. Maintenance is great and is super quick. If something in your apartment is wrong, they’ll be there ASAP and get it taken care of. The staff is all very sweet, especially Rene!

This a very nice property-- dedicated staff, good mix of both older and younger neighbors, wonderful amenities and stunning views in all directions (youve got to visit our 8th floor!), quiet, clean and very well maintained. Ive now lived in three luxury apartment buildings in Montrose and this is the best.

My husband and I have been touring places as we prepare to make our move to Houston. Working with David was a wonderful experience and everyone was very welcoming. The property was one of the nicest weve seen and the location was great.

Just when I wanted to give up on finding a place that met all my needs I found out about Driscoll from a co- worker. The property is beautiful and so close to work, which is deal breaker to me as traffic has been a major stressor. I met with Elyssa for a showing and was really impressed at how much she knew about all the amenities and the local area. I’m a little over the top when it comes to asking questions and Elyssa took the time to answer them all and I never felt rushed. Had very different experiences with other showings. I highly recommend Driscoll at River Oaks as a must see.

Delivery drivers: The front desk did not let me take a food order upstairs to my customer. Furthermore, they wanted me to wait in line behind hotel guests before addressing the customers order which was getting cold. I get paid per order not per hour. Customer requested I or front desk bring up order. I told the desk I do not get paid to wait, dropped the order, and left after several minutes waiting. If you have to deliver food here, do not wait in line or ask permission from the front desk. Leave the order on the desk with the clerk, take a picture, and walk out.

I moved in about 2 weeks ago. I have been impressed with the Driscoll since I toured the property prior to moving in. Jonathan is amazing. I have enjoyed living here. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance team is thorough and prompt. Sarah, the property manager is very personable and ensures you are satisfied with your unit. You won’t regret moving here!

Weve lived at the Driscoll since May, and have had a very positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, any maintenance was addressed Dane day and the comforter and Amazon package distemper means we dont need to worry about missing packages. Amenities are amazing - pool, views of Downtown, the Galleria and Med Center are fantastic! The gym is top notch and the oil is beautiful. Also, our balcony is spacious and has a killer view of downtown - also great to watch the fireworks. Overall, we enjoy living in this high rise.

I have been living here for a year now and surely google would not even allow the character count for me list all the reasons I absolutely LOVE living at the Driscoll. The community of residents is great and everyone is always friendly. The amenities and atmosphere are even better in person too! My biggest concern when I have chosen places to rent has always been how helpful/accommodating/friendly management is, and the Driscoll is by far the best building to live at if those are your concerns as well. The property manager is the sweetest and has always made sure all of my concerns were addressed promptly...even when I felt like I was being a pain, she took care of me and did so with a smile. Moving to a new city has many challenges, but apartment shopping is by far the worst! The Driscoll is beautiful, but what really stood out was the property manager Sarah. I was early to my appointment and she was willing to meet me earlier with my chaotic schedule. Sarah was very professional and did a great tour! I never felt pressured or rushed during the tour as I did with others. I asked her several questions and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She also gave me the tips for decorating and recommendations for places in the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I write this because others had poor communication, forgot or changed my appointment, or rushed everything. Will definitely consider living here! Thank you Sarah!

Living at The Driscoll has been amazing! When I first toured with Anna she was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and sweet! I choose to live here because my experience since I walked through the doors has been excellent . The building is beautiful and has great amenities and spectacular views of the city. The interior of the units are modern/ contemporary and have a fresh, new look to them! I highly would recommend you to live here. You will love it 😊 !!

The Driscoll is a beautiful building that has spectacular views of all of Houstons skylines. The amenities are a huge plus as well. I love living here and would highly recommend to live here. The maintenance team is great and is always quick to respond to work orders. Anna with the leasing office is always attentive, and has excellent customer service...I just love her. Walked into the building to see if I could bother for a bottle of water and ended up taking a tour with David, albeit, after I had a mini interrogation. He was very knowledgeable and matched our curious energy about the area. Great tour, beautiful property.

The Driscoll is a great place to live and is in a very walkable location. Restaurants, grocery store, drug store all in a minutes walk. Management keeps the building clean (they are cleaning the hallway carpet on my floor right now-they do it monthly!)A big shout out to the Maintenance team. They are very proactive, inspecting regularly for potential problems. When there is a problem, Rene and his guys are quick to respond.

Such a great stay here at the Driscoll. The property manager loni did a great job of showing my everything I wanted and needed. I will definitely be back!

The property is magnificent!! The Driscoll at River Oaks has one of the greatest views in the city, it’s so exquisite. Jennifer the leasing agent was so wonderful and genuine. She took her time with me, and explaining the property very well and detailed. Like the floor plans, the colors, the theater room and outside lounge area/pool and more! Jennifer is so amazing, she made me feel right at home from the moment I met her, great positive vibes, and very helpful. The Driscoll at River Oaks is the perfect luxury living to stay, I love it.

The location is amazing. Everything you need is right here. The property is gorgeous. From the valet, to the concierge, to the incredible team everyone is beyond stellar. The resident events are the best Ive ever been too. Views are Wowzing!

The apartment complex was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite and respectful. The maintenance supervisor I believe his name was Rene was very polite and said if I needed anything to reach out to him, very hard worker.

Absolutely love the Driscoll! The best parties, some of the best resident events. The food is amazing. Couldnt be better located in Houston. The view is spectacular. Management & staff always welcoming.

This place is the biggest dump in the city. The entire street it’s located on (West Gray) smells like trash. The entrance might as well be in a back alleyway where they shank you in the middle of the night with no one around. The employees are all weird and inadept but they sure look fancy lol but it’s not is the problem. You are sharing balconies with you neighbor…yikes! List goes on…don’t believe the reviews.

Had an amazing experience living here. Excellent head of maintenance Renee always took care of my needs and kept the property well kept. Valet service is always on point. Also concierge is very reliable and knowledgeable with the property.

Met with elyssa at the driscoll and went to view a few units! she was so helpful and had an answer for every question i threw at her! which was a lot! haha, wonderful first impression! shout out to the valet service here! i love it here already and i haven’t even signed a lease yet!

I came to tour the building this morning and absolutely loved everything about it. From the beautiful pool deck to the huge screening room! William is awesome when it comes down to touring and I would recommend touring with him if you go. He know his information but also is genuinely a great guy. This property is amazing! I checked out a few other high end apartment communities (including other Hanover properties) and this was by far the best in terms of the property itself and the staff. I toured with Natalia Angeloni and from the very beginning she was extremely professional and friendly. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor during my leasing process and she was just as attentive and knowledgeable. I can not emphasize enough how wonderful the staff is here — ultimately, this is what really sold me on this property. Natalia was empathetic to my needs every step of the way and made sure to attend to any questions and concerns I had while making my final decision. If you are looking for a beautiful property with a great staff, this is a great place to call home. I 100% recommend and can’t wait for the move-in date!

The staff at Driscoll at River Oaks has exceeded our expectations at every step from initial tours to our recent move-in. We love the neighborhood! Having a Kroger next door and dozens of great restaurants easily walkable from the building. We are thrilled with our unit and especially love the views in all directions. We are here to stay.

I went to go tour today and what can I say the place sells itself. The amenities are unbelievable and the pool was a sight to see. Great floor plans, great amenities, and particularly great staff. Lived here for a month now and already set on renewing. David in the leasing office sold us on the place, and Dell at the front desk made moving in particularly easy.

Finding a new place is such a stressful and draining process, but I’m so glad we met Evelyn at The Driscoll. The views are unobstructed and amazing on every floor, all of the fixtures and appliances are top of the line, just breathtaking. We have been wanting to move somewhere that we could live resort style for a few years and The Driscoll does exactly that for us. With the amazing restaurants within walking distance, on top of the grocery store, nail salon and other retail shops, you just can’t beat the quality of life that The Driscoll provides all the way around. We are so happy to be able to call this home and can’t thank Evelyn enough for giving us such an amazing and helpful experience.

We have lived at The Driscoll at River Oaks almost since its opening two years ago. On site management (Sarah and Taylor, Samantha), front desk Lauren and maintenance team (Rene+) are top rate. On 10/14/23 there was an amazing Yoga & Fitness experience at the Driscoll.Ms. MarSha Joseph’s company Solai provided a service that was therapeutic and very needed! My brother lives here and now I am going to put in my application for a 2x2 . Every time I come to visit him everyone is so attentive and nice. Anna always has a smile on her face and is happy to be here. The staff overall is great and the building is beautiful along with the views it has. I have been to several other high rises in town and hands down this building has spectacular views of the city.

I’ve toured here a couple of days ago. I was met with a warm welcome from William who was a very charming man and knowledgeable in what he was talking about. The amenities were great and the view was breathtaking! The pool was huge and everyone seemed to be nice! We looked at a few one bedrooms, and omg when I say they were nice I mean they were nice. Great finishes and quality was fantastic. One last thing to mention was the fact of William didn’t know something his team was more then will to help out when we went downstairs. Shoutout to Evelyn for being so helpful! Definitely will recommend to family!

Ive been interested in this property because its new, but it far exceeded my expectations! It is absolutely gorgeous and so close to everything, especially the I-10 corridor so I can get around Houston easily. The entire team from Didi at conceirge, to Sam, Taylor, Evelyn, and Natalia in the Leasing office were amazing! They made me feel at home immediately. I couldnt recommend this place any more!

Really love the building. The layouts are very thoughtful to get maximum natural light; the location and walkability & being right next to the Kroger are fantastic. The amenities (pool, gym, common areas) are really large for the number of units and so well thought-out. I checked out the floor plans on the internet. You had three that met my primary concerns. I made an appointment and Jennifer gave me the ROYAL TREATMENT. She showed me the amenities (awesome) and we looked at my three choices. She explained the various choices of the cabinets and rug or wood floors in the bedroom. Having a 24 hour concierge and valet were very important to me. If I could give Jennifer and The Driscoll 10 stars I would have. It will be my home for many years.

One step on the eighth floor was enough for me. Having someone knowledgeable of the area, like David was, was even better. It’s like we got a tour of the city and it wasn’t even the top floor. Wow, what a view and what a crew. Top tier tour.

I lived at the Driscoll for 2 years and I enjoyed the location and the view to the West. We had the best sunsets and sunrises in Texas. I wanted to be closer to the tree line and canopy and moved to a lower rise - it was a very nice time for me and my dog.

I have recently went into the complex to look around, and I was greeted by the maintenance supervisor Rene. He was very polite and I was very satisfied with how clean the place was. It is very rare to find clean apartment complexes and this one was perfect.

Wow what a building! Amenities are so nice and new. I love the show floor that they have so you can see every floor plan. I met with Taylor and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me with all my questions and made me feel at home already.

I love my new home. It is upscale with a beautiful view I wake up to everyday. At night the view is very tranquil and serene. Just what I need after a hard day’s work.I must say my salesperson, Jennifer Routson set the tone from our first meeting. She was very professional yet relatable. She was very helpful listening to my desires and helping me pick the perfect size apartment. Her cheerful attitude was just what I needed during this stressful time of change. She was so supportive and most of all referred to my apartment as my new home, NOT my new apartment. Since moving in she has been very responsive to my every need whether is a question about using the app, a repair, setting up internet service or whatever. I really appreciate her being there for me making it easy.She is all about costumer service. She referred me to see another property as an option early in my search. I reported to her the salesperson did not demonstrate the same level of care during my visit. She immediately reported the individual and apologized for their lack of professionalism.Overall a top not place in a perfect location.

The crime at this property is terrible. Continual problems and cars stolen. We are leaving as soon as lease expires in September. It’s statistically disproportionate to have this much crime at one property. All the staff is great except for the manager who is indifferent and deceitful in her communications.

This location has so much to offer, and is simply beautiful. The views of the area are dreamy. What made it extraordinary was meeting with sales consultant Jennifer, who has excellent knowledge of the property, and is on top of answering any questions I had. Jennifer went above and beyond what any sales consultant has ever shown me.

This is an amazing place to live. It is located in excellent area of town. Staff is amazing, especially Lori and Lauren. Does not feel like apartment living. An amazing place to be.
