The leasing process went crystal clear from the very beginning of me walking into the main offices of The Park at San Vicente, all the way to the end of me getting the lease signed. It’s all thanks to Ivan Cavazos, who made the entire time smooth and easy to understand. He always kept me up to date on news, changes and prices, never kept anything hidden, and always encouraged me to make the best decisions (which is especially important as a first time renter, myself). There’s a certain brilliance to the way that he can make you feel welcome at the establishment, honestly, he’s a gem for the leasing side of that company. Efficient, effective, and friendly. QUICK UPDATE this is Ashley again I couldn’t leave another review from the same email. Soooooo the leasing office did eventually try to temporarily moved me to until my apt was repaired after I called the city of Houston (311) but unfortunately I was not allowed to be temporarily relocated for lease purposes. Some gentleman were sent to fix the ceiling in the bedroom where the ceiling collapsed & they did succeed it doing that although it doesn’t look too good but hey they working right. Mind you during that repair there was water continuously sitting in certain parts of my apt but there was no leak. I called the emergency hotline the maintenance man came out & told me it was water from the wood that was drying & to use towels to soak up the water! So atp it’s clear he don’t know what he talking about so I refused to break down my bed in my room & let them do the ceiling. I’m like stop the water from wherever it’s coming from because I’m not sliding my ISH through no more water nor am I mopping up anymore water ! Come to find out I had a leaking pipe that was repaired yesterday 1/4/23 when my apt flooded 12/23/22 & I had called in the issue before the New Year. Despite their efforts my unit is beyond repair as I’ve said before & will keep saying because BM Residential keeps proving me right. During the repair to the ceiling in my bedroom I discovered the wood is severely molded, it’s evident this has been an ongoing issue & not only in this unit but of course I couldn’t see it when I moved in ! Thank God I work from home & didn’t temporarily relocate because I would’ve never knew they would have just replaced the Sheetrock as a matter of fact that’s exactly what they did lol ! These folk worked right over the mold in front my face & they can try treating it but it’s going to continuously grow unless all of that wood & flooring is replaced. I communicated that through email earlier today Melissa came to access the damage to find my son’s linen molded, tried telling me my kitchen cabinet that was leaking water like a waterfall don’t need replacing I didn’t even object because I will not continue to lease no matter what they fix. Seriously the entire apt heck mines and the one above mine needs to be gutted yet they are still doing patch work to make it look good check out the photos !!! P.S. BM residential y’all was telling me what renters insurance cover but y’all best be checking to see what y’all medical insurance covers the way you guys have people living, mold causes serious health issues………..what JT said YGPFT iykyk

Renting at The San Vicente has been a horrible experience. This is suppose to be a remodeled apartment, but the work was not finished on move-in date. The office has not been courteous or diligent to resolve these issues. The dryer outlet is not up to code, and they tell me in order to use my dryer I am responsible for bringing it up to code. This is not a remodel apartment, they only gave it a face lift, and the was poorly done. Im having problems such, toilet not have adequate pressure to flush. Dishwasher grains as if a piece of metal was left in it. Ceiling fans not connected to the wall switch. Front door is not secure, I dont feel safe or secure leaving for free of a break- in. There were on pulls on the cabinet doors. All the electrical outlets are to large, or just dont work. No electricity going to the dishwasher. And after all of that, there is yet more I could list, but problems to vast to describe.This was the worst decision I made to move here.

Just moved in last night & overall I’m very satisfied, Houston is known for roaches !! But luckily I have not seen any in my new apartment, very impressed. Also the fact that a security officer is onsite 24/7 makes you feel safe in the community. Maintenance is really friendly, the lady in the office deserves an award with how fast she got me approved, VIVI CRUZ , tell them u need a raise girl ! it was definitely a smooth sailing process. The property is really clean , and very quiet i almost slept like a baby last night 🤣. If you’re looking for something cozy and peaceful, this is definitely your place. I might be here for a few years 🥰💯

I was looking at 3 other complexes when my Grand daughter reminded me she has lived over a year at The Park at San Vicente. I had visited her there several times and love the location, easy access to major shopping, clean and friendly residents whether there day or night. The office staff was clear re details regarding renting, verified all information I shared and showed what I think is the perfect location and unit for me and my family. I would recommend The Park at San Vicente to anyone who wants to feel safe, have good neighbors and good property management. Thanks for All to the staff that helped me…VeVe♥️

I’m giving 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I think the current admin staff is nice. The cost for the apartments is really reasonable. It’s fairly quiet here and they try and handle service request quickly. Also, they have little treats at the office when you go by. Pretty chill place to live.
I love the people that work in the office so friendly and inviting but I want to pick out a special person and that ViVi Cruz she went above and beyond for me, I moved all the way from Georgia and she help me virtually, over the phone through communication and she never not answered or had an attitude she smiled through the phone and her smile is even brighter in person. She is the sweetest person I have met and all around has a beautiful soul. I would recommend these apartments to everyone I know. Thank you guys for everything the experience was amazing and moved in on 11/27 and I love my place if I could they would have 10 stars.

Whew chileeeeee there is so much to say with so little space……DO NOT MOVE HERE (MOLD ISSUE) the staff was nice to me however the owners were very poor in assisting residents. While living here I posted a review but deleted it because I was moving and didn’t want the staff to retaliate & the office manager personally called me and asked me to remove it. During the winter storm the unit above me pipes burst close to Christmas i lost everything and no emergency personnel came out to shut off water until days later. New years passed nothing was fixed, repairs didn’t start til mid January. Previous to the flood I experience mold in my son’s lien closet that they just repainted over however the flood revealed severe mold in the walls. Thank god I was working from home and was there to witness it because they would have just repatched it all. Not to mention the rent was going up with no upgrades to the units, I enjoyed living here the quality of the unit was extremely poor beyond what meets the eye. There was leaks from the walls as well ! This was unit 703

Trash apartments they dont fix anything. MOLD COMING FROM WALLS AND CARPET ALSO WATER LEAKING FROM CEILING. THE CEILING HANGING WITH WATER BUBBLES. Avoid these apartments dont let the fresh paint on the buildings fool you. All they do is paint over mold to make it seem like it is fixed. On top of all of this they decide to increase the rent!! to pay for all the upgrades they are doing

What an amazing experience I had visiting at The Park At San Vicente. Maria , Fabiola and Vivi are super friendly they helped me out and gave me a tour around. Must I say lovely apartment complex never seen one so clean from the outside. I think I found my new home .Great management.
So approximately a week ago I went into the leasing office and I asked, “What is the monthly $15 amenity fee for?” One of the ladies in the office answered that she was unsure and that she would have to ask and get back to me. Today I go into the office and I was told that the amenity fee is for “maintenance.” I explained to the lady that maintenance is not an amenity. (This is an apartment complex you’re SUPPOSED to have maintenance). But let’s not forget, when they first tacked on this amenity fee, it was for the pools! (Let them tell it)! Pools that are only open 3 days maximum out of the entire year. And that’s no exaggeration. Needless to say, this is Houston, it gets HOT in the summer. So now you’re false advertising because you’re showing these beautiful eye catching pools all over the site and brochures when in fact theyre never available to use. Now since I’m here, I’m going to also address this flat rate of a water bill which is bizarre. I’ve been here a couple of years now, and those who have been here for a minute can attest to this as well. We originally used to pay our own water bills which I think was wonderful because I feel as if you should pay for what you use. But with this new little flat rate of a water bill that they add into the rent, I notice that I am now paying double and sometimes even triple. Why should 1 person be paying the same of a home with 3-4 ppl? Mind you, like I said, I used to see a physical bill and pay for the usage that ” I” used on a monthly basis.Lastly, if you want to tack on that amenity fee for an actual amenity… how about you all put that dog park or fitness room out there somewhere that you all have been promising people for the longest or how about this one… some security that’s going to be here every night so that people’s vehicles can stop being broken into and damaged.

Loved the customer service from Ms.Yadira, she was very helpful in showing us around and making our mind up to rent our first apartment. She answered all our questions and concerns respectfully.Edit: DO NOT move in here. They steal cars, break in and the front office does nothing for you. They dont even let you leave until your lease is up.

I’ve been trying to apply for an apartment but unfortunately they hard to reach when you try to call. No one never answers the phone. They lack in communication big time in the office. I had to keep calling them because they not going to call you. I feel like I was rushed into an apartment that wasn’t quite ready for move in. Haven’t been able to stay in it since I got my keys due to the restroom just not properly working or fixed. Realized there’s no air vent in the restroom. Some other things need working which I reported but no one have came out yet to fix. Wish I would’ve seen all this before moving in. Pictures they sent me doesn’t look like anything like the apartment I thought I was getting.
I went in for a tour and the leasing agent Vivi was busy. However, while I waited the managers Maria and Fabiola talked about the community and the amenities very friendly staff.

I just moved into The Park of San Vicente on 05/01/21. I started the leasing process when it was Bonita Springs and the ladies was very helpful and patient with me. Other than viewing the apartment and obtaining my keys in person I handled everything online or by phone without an issue.When I moved-in the New Management, The Park of San Vicente, met me at the door with open arms and they too was very helpful and patient with me, as I was shocked of the management change. They handed me my keys, walked me through completing the paper work and then drove me to my new apartment. The property manager completed a walk thru with me and urged me to complete a form of items that needed fixing in my apartment. I did have a couple of issue with my air conditioner being the main one, however they corrected the problem very quickly. Everyone including my neighbors has been very friendly and respectful. I was very impressed as my kitchen appliances was all new and the apartment was cleaned. I have not seen any roaches nor can I complain about crazy neighbors. Now I have seen kids around the pool on the weekend acting a fool but kids will be kids especially when their parents isnt around, if they have parents that give a dam.Now Ive only resided here a couple of weeks but to date I have no complaints and look forward to the changes the new management talked about making to the property.
I am a first time renter ,with bad credit. I was approved fast,and I was able to move in within 3 weeks. Ms. Ysdira is the sweetest,and I appreciate how much she helped me. The apartment have their share of problems, but that doesnt fa on the staff. The honestly do the best they can with the resources they are given. The complex is quiet for the most part and people,stay to themselves. In my section of the apartment, my neighbors are very friendly and everyone looks out for another.

Ever since Blue Magma took over as management it has been absolutely terrible. They claim to be making things better but they have only made things worse.Theyve added amenity fees to the rent, yet theres no amenities. Not even the pools. One pool opened for a few weeks last summer but that was it. The other pool constantly leaks and they just keep wasting water refilling it. The ground all around it is soaked all the time. Theyve increased the water costs so Im guessing were paying for the cost of refilling the pool every day that we cant even use. We have a gate that never works. Cameras we dont have on site access to. So please tell me where this fee is going??? We were told there was going to be a computer lab and gym in the works. That was a whole year ago!If you have an issue good luck reaching someone over the phone. Half the time it goes straight to the automated system. The other half, nobody answers. Better walk down to the office if you want to be heard. Work orders can be done through an online portal but apparently they dont get notified about those. Once you finally are able to talk to someone they get all defensive because you are at the point where youre upset.They have no customer service skills at all. Dont understand at all how to deescalate a situation. Was told they were going to end my call because I was being rude. Well yes I may come across a bit rude because nobody has come to fix my AC for the 3rd day in a row! Even after speaking to assistant manager. Its literally your job to speak to uspset tenants. If you cant do that maybe you should get out of customer service. I wouldnt have been upset if people did their jobs. Then they claim they dont have any maintenance guys. Well maybe you should let the tenants know that work orders may be delayed due to being short staffed.There is absolutely NO communication going on around here unless its to remind you that your rent is due! No follow ups when you put in a work order. No call backs when you request surveillance footage. No email to let us know that they have security patrolling the property. Not that it matters since my car still got broken into.Theyre so concerned with kicking out tenants that arent paying that theyre not taking care of those that do. Its pretty easy to see why so many people are leaving this place. One of the only good things about this place is the cost but as you can see it comes with drawbacks. Just hope you never have any issues if you decide to move in.
My experience with The Park at San Vicente Great!! Maria Fabiola goes far and beyond to make you feel at home and Efrain Pabon makes sure that if any concerns within your apartment needs are addressed! This is a team that will take care of you. I do Love living here!!!
Unfortunately I wasted my time I was motivated by the prices on the website and it turns out that they are higher, the non-renovated apartments do not have a good finish, only paint, different types of carpet, they told me that there were very few renovated, in short, it was a long journey in vain. I will give it three stars because the lady who served me was attentive

I have been living in these apartment for about 4 years the office management are lazy they have been breaking in cars and also keyed my car the lady below me in apartment 103 smoke so much dope that is coming through my vents and I live above her I reported this issue to the office twice and nothing was done about it who do I need to talk to about this issue my lease is up this November they contacted me in July about signing a new lease. Please do something about this issue

So, first and foremost, they don’t have very good customer service etiquette. Don’t expect them to be nice. They’re not. The receptionist tries very hard to do everything she can but everything is ultimately up to the manager. We complained for about two months about a leak coming from the tub upstairs (we were in a townhome) and they never came to fix anything. Thus, mushrooms and mold began growing out of our ceiling. The water heater then began leaking water and that was disregarded as well. We were transferred into a bigger unit and we’ve been here for a week now. The ac is not working and although we’ve had maintenance come twice, the house is still at a solid 76 degrees. The pool is never open, even though they charge “amenity fees” in the lease. There’s actually two pools on the property but there’s no use in that because you will never get to enjoy them. Yes, make sure you read everything. There’s only one entrance and one exit despite there being multiple doors and gates all around the complex. That’s a fire hazard and very irresponsible if we’re being honest.
My experience: CHECK your portal CHARGES!!!!! They charged me a $55 late fee for my first month (can’t be late, you have to pay a deposit to get the keys) and I didn’t have access to the portal for two months to see. They sneakily charged me and took a week to refund me until i threatened to speak to the Regional Management. Do not move here unless you are their preferred people.

So recently, early Christmas Eve, apparently a water pipe burst and they had to shut the water off throughout the entire complex. We found this is out via email which is fine, but within that email they said they would keep us updated (they didn’t). Christmas comes… there’s no water… the day after Christmas… there’s no water… the day after that… THERE’S no water!!! So of course I go to the office but I guess staff doesn’t want to come in because THERE’S NO WATER and there has been 0 UPDATES given to the people who lease here!!! I am LIVID! I’m almost more than sure you all were at home with your families for the holiday WITH water! Now here they come with more bull with some type of “updated new ways to make payment crap” that doesn’t work and they would know if they’d answered the phone! It is Dec 30th, 2022 and they constantly want to send emails today about the “new ways to pay” but oddly can’t answer the phone. Now I wouldn’t have so much of a problem with them for the water being off for several days DURING the holiday if they would have at least had the decency to keep us updated rather it was what we wanted to hear or not. But there’s hundreds of families that live here… and even more that came in for the holiday and you all don’t see a problem with how y’all went about all of this? I could really go on but this is just to say… if I could give zero stars… I most definitely would. If you really want to know how it would be living at “The Park at San Vicente” don’t ask those not knowing anything folks in the office a thing and take a tour of the apartments on your own and ask the residents who actually live here. Do better management.

I and my case manager was told one thing, over a month later we were told something different that wasted time in our process of getting me a home. I feel like they lack in communication and had me excited about something they obviously didnt want to do. Valuable time wasted.

I would like to address a few things on here that I have read. First of all I am an employee of these apartments and would like to say, that many of the things that were said here are untrue. For the reason that I was aware of the situation of the remotes and the situation of the resident that took it upon herself to make it a personal matter.1. The manager sent out the notices of the dates that they were going to start towing. I know because I passed the notices, and in the notice it explained what the resident needed so this wouldnt happen.2. Many residents would come to the office and would try to (lie) that they never received a notice. Others would try to be slik to get by without getting noticed that they didnt get a permit to park at the property. She said if anybody was going to visit they needed to go to the office and get a temporary permit so your vehicle wouldnt get towed.3. If the place is condemned as the lady said. Is because many residents were destroying the apartments and the manager before didnt care about the property.4. To the same lady that (took the time) to write a full page review on her personal opinion on how the manager prefers to hide instead of dealing with the issue. Your job as the resident if you have a problem in your apartment, you are to go to the office and let the manager know. Its not to tell the maintenance guy of your problem because you consider him a friend thats called a conflict of interest. Thats an actual policy that we have, for the resident to tell the manager. Then the manager will make a work order, for the maintenance guy to go to your apartment and fix any problem that you may have, thats explained in the work order. Which by the way I spoke to this resident several times Letting her know I was going into her apartment to fix the damage that was done.5. The residents had plenty to of time to get their remotes, over a month if Im not mistaking. She didnt start towing any cars until everyone had their permit, and the people that didnt vet it it was because they didnt want to period.6. Ive seen at first hand how the manager is doing her best for the property. She can only do so much being that shes the only person in the office. For someone to say shes being unprofessional is only because the person didnt get their way.7. For months shes been having trouble with the phone lines, just recently about a week ago they have finally solved that problem8. When you sign a contract to lease an apartment, you need to read it carefully before you sign it. It explains everything even about the part of the deposit. If you didnt receive your deposit back. Then you need to read your paperwork and figure out why, instead of accusing someone of theft. Im not sure how the manager before handled things, but the manager thats there now making the effort to make the property look better despite of whats going on.9. From the bad reviews Ive read its because many of the people dont like the manager thats being unprofessional. When you make it into a personal matter
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve moved into this complex two months ago. From the first day I’ll had lots of broken things in my apartment. Every time you need maintenance you’re always told “we only have one maintenance person” I’ve seen two older guys walking around and two new guys they’ve hired. I really wish I had moved somewhere else because all the office does is lie to you.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE ! Not the best place to move. I’ve been having issues in my apartment and they never came to fix but only 2 issues. STILL have mold in my sons room from a leak I’ve reported to many many weeks ago. They started charging more for rent when they never want to fix anything. I’ve complained many times. It’s very trashy here. Office workers are careless.
I just moved in I really recommend moving here, Fabiola is awesome she made my move in process so easy , the property manager Amanda is very helpful and is on top of everything, the assistant manager Maria is great she is very understanding.
Zero stars !! These apartments are horrible !!! I’ve had problems for about a year and some months now and even with the switching of management, problems was never fixed. $780 is what I’m paying for trash and not too mention the fees continuing to be added when I always pay my rent before the third !! The photos below shows almost everything, my fireplace leaks so bad whenever it rains and so again never came to fix it only look at it and cover it up to solve the problem which solves nothing . Also I believe there is mold around the air vent in the living room. I’m not the only one with the rent problems either but the leasing office agents keeps telling me I’m the only one with this problem and that I should contact my bank , even when I broke it down they put it all on me. They take on promises that they don’t keep. I plan on showing this to Houston health inspectors and also getting a lawyer . so PLEASE do not move here it’s ridiculous!! #readytogo !!

They is so full of it.. they went extremely high on rent like EXTREMELY! the demand rent but don’t fix anything on these apartments. I have mold coming into my kids room that they only vaccum up the water from and didn’t remove the carpet when my ac was leaking .. my restroom sink ain’t working .. I’ve had my converter stolen .. DONT MOVE HERE

Worst place to live! I tried to ignore the fact that this place has 1 star, but they ARE horrible. I have to harrass them to fix my a/c i just had a baby and thw temperature inside has reached 95°, front office doesnt care tho! She was ignoring my calls , i then called fromna private number and she answered, only nto be given the run around i dont know why they havent came, we have to sit in the HEAT all weekend if not longer, its quite sinister. I thought when ana left things would get better, its still the same! The changed property managers, and the new people seem really nice, Ive been going back and forth with them via email, and theyre having someone come from another property to fix my a/c, what a shame. I had to harass them to notify the people above me to stop letting their dog out to pee and poo on the balcony cause it would all fall to my balcony! Even tho i went to the neighbor myself, nothing changed. This place is the bottom of the barrel. They do patch work, i have a bathroom full of mold u can smell it, and its paint on top of it smh. When i moved in i noticed all this, but my lease was already signed. My car has been towed from here twice and they are not on top of their paperwork. My boyfriend paid the app fee to be on the lease, and they were saying he didnt! Good thing we keep our money order receipts! Dont do it!! Save yourself the energy, and go elsewhere. They dont care about their tenants at all, what a waste.UPDATE 9/25*Water is constantly OFF without notice, and now they changed the name of apartments. However the reputation will forever be the same. And they want u to pay water bill now??! With no gusranteed that there will even be running water lol they are ridiculously sad.

Well I have the best staff you can ever meet hear at The Park St. Vincinte. Yadira is the most pleasant young Lady you can come across. When they say you are home, they make you feel it as well.

IF THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION, THEN JUST PRAY and bring your own materials to repair anything that goes wrong with your apartment.1) The Manager is terrified of residents and she cant handle complaints or resolve conflicts. She rather hide and transfer the office phone to the Maintenance Mans cellphone. He has an attitude or doesnt answer at all because he cant resolve any issues especially maintenance.2) Ive been there for nearly 4 yrs. Theres been 4 Managers and 2 Management Groups. Currently, Orion Management Group is overseeing the property. The City of Houston has placed violations on the complex because Management claims that the Owner isnt providing the available funds to take care of the complex. I expect this complex to be condemned within the next 2 years.3) I pay my rent on time every month despite the cosmetic of the complex because my time is up this year. Im not renewing my lease because my building has 2 tenants including myself. One of the vacant upstairs apartments piped burst on Wednesday and flooded out my bedroom, closet, and bathroom. This happen at 9:39pm and I called the office hoping to be able to leave a message for an emergency but to no avail. I have the Maintenance Mans number, so I texted him and sent pictures because I didnt want him to think that I was over exaggerating. He was aware of the other apartments and would be around to assess the damage. He did come only to tell me that he will tell Management the next morning. I called the main number after 9am and she wasnt able to talk to me because she had someone in the office. Finally, I called and she answered. Only to tell me things are out of her hand but someone will be coming to pull up the padding in my bedroom. They came around 12 noon after disarming my alarm. They pulled up the padding and left. Today, I still dont have a clue of when they will be coming back. Mold has formed in my closet and I also notice a hole. I asked the Maintenance Man and he said that he would repair it. However, Im still waiting on that as well. I will provide pictures later.4) Management gave us a week to pay a $35 deposit for the gate access. However, if you have visitors, then you must walk/drive to the front to allow them entrance. Theres no working telephone lines to operate the key pay entrance that we once had and the walk-in gate is welded together. Therefore, those that dont have cars will have to wait until a car enters/exist for them to enter/exist. Theres this elderly man that receives dialysis on Mon, Wed, and Fri. He doesnt have a remote control so he has to walk to the gate and stand curbside for Metrolift. Once he returns, if no one is entering, Metrolift drops him off and he was to wait. Now, there are times when a dialysis patient is weak and barely can walk. I spoke with Rick @Orion Management Group and he still hasnt call me.5) The LOVE the towing service and thats the only thing thats consistent there. Please keep in my that there are more vacancies than theres occupancies. So, why is this more important that resolving issues to keep the residents there.6) Theres no amenities working. The pools have been out of service for about 2 years and even when they were open...the close them at their convenience.7) The mailbox is accessible only when the office is open.I tried to be as specific and detailed as possible. Just to online the issues that are going on at this complex.

They ran my late fathers background instead of my own. So i was denied. Before my father died he had a lot on background. I was very disappointed. I ready to move in.
They went extremely up on rent here to not fix anything. I’ve had called up to office multiple time and nothing is to be fix. It’s mold coming up from the carpet from when ac has been leaking and I have kids here.. this is way to much I’ve had a daughter to had to be rush to a hospital due to mold and it’s horrible i won’t be renewing my lease. This is horrible

Lived here for years, fortunately got away when I could. Management at the time was horrible, and there was constantly cars broken into, maintenance problems, drugs, etc. If you are a single guy and somewhat brave , you might be fine. Do not bring family here. Overpriced roach infested hellholes where crime flourishes.

0 STARS!! CROSSWINDS MANAGEMENT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! WHEN MY BOYFRIEND MOVED HERE THEY HAD JUST GOT A NEW MANAGER (COREY). THE LADY IN THE FRONT OFFICE TOOK HIS NUMBER FROM THE APPLICATION AND CONTACTED HIM BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT HE WAS ADORABLE SHE WAS LATER FIRED AND BEFORE SHE WAS..SHE HAD AGREEMENTS WITH TENANTS FOR RENT. WHEN SHE WAS FIRED I FIGURE THE MANGER COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT SO HE STARTED MAKING UP PRICES AND FALSIFYING LEASES..INCREASING RENT AND UTILITIES ( WHICH IS ILLEGAL ). ALSO SENDING OUT NOTICES AND SCRATCHING OUT NUMBERS AND WRITTING IN A NEW PRICE AND DUE DATE. THESE APARTMENTS ARE UNORGANIZED AND IS ONE BIG SCAM. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. DO NOT MOVE HERE

They treated us very well at the reception and throughout the entire process before moving in, especially Ivan, the guy who works there, was very attentive, the only problem was that when they went to give us the key the day they told us to come get it to move, they were no longer there, they had left, it was a Saturday and they didnt even communicate with us having our contact.
I went on a tour of these apartments and miss vivi was busy. While she was finishing I met the managers Fabiola and María and they explained everything about the community to me. Excellent service.
