I’ve had a great experience living at Tuscany Court! The office staff is always friendly and professional, making it a pleasure to interact with them. Katherine, the leasing consultant, stands out—she’s so helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns.The maintenance team is fantastic as well. They’re quick to respond to work orders, and everything is always taken care of efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing that any issues will be addressed promptly.The grounds are another highlight. They’re always clean and well-maintained, which makes coming home every day so enjoyable.

I absolutely love living at Tuscany Court! From the moment I moved in, everything has been nothing short of amazing. The complex is always impeccably clean and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The maintenance team is top-notch – whenever I’ve had any requests or issues, they’ve been addressed quickly and efficiently, which really adds to the peace of mind living here.I can’t say enough about the office manager, Khadija! She is truly fantastic – always friendly, professional, and super helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and her attention to detail makes a huge difference. I genuinely appreciate her amazing customer service and the positive energy she brings to the community. I wouldnt recommend this place, it all started well when I moved in and now I am just counting the months to move out. They are pretty decent on maintenance requests but they very much lack on:-> customer service/ management - working against you and not with you; if you give them any excuses, they will start throwing fees at you;-> pet area - very poorly managed, my pet and others are getting sick;-> cockroaches infestation - they came several times but the roaches are keep appearing;

A solid warning for new or current tenants.My experience here as been pretty much a headache with constant miss information regarding pricing and process.I would highly recommend asking them to prove they know what theyre doing. There are only 2 employees here and yet the GM seems to be the only know who has access to the correct information needed.When speaking to her regarding a incident i had with an employee, she was quick to cover herself and starting to tell me about this persons medical issues, this is a hippa violation and as a hospital employee and someone who values privacy this was very gross use of power from the GM.

I definitely love living at Tuscany Court. I have been here for two years and have no complaints. Great location and I can walk to H‑E‑B and the library. Constable on site as well as security. No weirdos walking down the street late at night. Maintenance requests done within hours if not minutes not days like some places. Khadija and Katherine are the best. Doesn’t hurt that they’re both pretty. 😂 I saw a review about roaches and rats and that’s bs. Been here two years and never saw a rat or a roach. If I did I wouldn’t still be here. So if you got rats and roaches you may wanna look at your cleaning skills 💯💯💯😂

Buyer beware. Current resident. There have been issues of both rats and cockroaches at the property. The rent prices increase dramatically and quickly within the lease period, and no maintenance has been done on the property in over 2 years. The systems aren’t consistent and changes made don’t go through (though charges are made quickly). The location is solid but, with sewage extra fees in the summer, it costs the same as living on Post Oak.

Katherine always has been diligent at keeping us up to date and staying on top of work orders. She does a great job! My only concern which doesnt involve Katherine would be that if building loses power it affects the Water not just the Lights...that is an issue that would need to be thought about.

I moved into Tuscany Court a month and a half ago, after 7 years in another “luxury” apartment complex nearby. I was nervous about making a change. My decision to relocate from this competitor property was prompted by exaggerated rental increases year on year, inefficient lease administration, poor maintenance response, and lackluster tenant relationships. Moving to Tuscany I gained sizably more square footage at an equitable and fair price point. I still have high ceilings, crown molding, stainless steel appliances, and postal lockers. I gave up zero amenities but gained significantly more space, a better balcony, a more cost-effective cable provider option, and most importantly an overall sense of feeling like I was home. Although there is always some minor disruption in any apartment setting, this property is well-kept, quiet, and peaceful. It has controlled access and garage parking and is near everything Galleria has to offer. Leasing and moving were a breeze. Maintenance has quickly followed up on all my move-in inventory concerns, and the staff goes out of their way to take care of every request. I wanted my new home to be perfect, and it is. A huge shout-out and lots of atta-boys should be given to Khadija, Katherine, and Johanna! This is a wonderful team that has made my transition smooth and easy. They foster positive tenant relationships through regular communication and addressing concerns. In my opinion, happy residents are the secret to success in rental properties, and Tuscany Court seems to recognize this! Keep up the good work! ~ T.

Editing my review to one star after my most recent encounter with the office. I am sad to say that this community and company does not do anything for their loyal residents. Will be glad to update again after (IF!!) the situation is resolved to my satisfaction. After moving into my unit, Im thrilled to say it is absolutely gorgeous. The office staff has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, and we were able to move in one week after applying.The complex is secure, quiet, and stunning. Im pleased to call Tuscany Court my new home.

I had a great review previously, but in the recent months my experience living at Tuscany Courts has completely changed. I do not know if it has to do with Khadija moving on to another opportunity, and my new review has nothing to do with Katherine in the front office who is nothing short of amazing.Ive been a resident at Tuscany Court going on two years next month. I wish I had good things to say but I dont so heres an honest review.If you are a pet owner, run from this place. Heres my laundry list of issues that go ignored by the leasing/corporate office:Discrimination against residents with pets and or emotional support animals. Upon move in, I have provided the leasing office with official government documentation for our two ESA animals and instead of accepting the paperwork as promised, the leasing office continues to unlawfully fine our account for our pets. They accepted this documentation previously but still add random fees to our account depending on the month. They even take it a step further and charge me and my roommate for not picking up our pet waste at the dog park but refuse to provide camera footage proving we do not pick up after our pets. We have been fined 4 times for pet waste when we are even picking up other pets waste to be sure it is not our pets waste. They refuse to show evidence because it is not true and they dont have any evidence. They have cameras without ever providing video evidence upon request, lights that are dim (when they work) and dont cover the entire dog park for months so you cant see the pet waste, and let the dog bags run out so residents have nothing to pick up their pet waste with. They make it extremely challenging as a pet owner to live in peace and clearly shows that they discriminate against residents with pets. I have tried to resolve these issues with the coorporate office and all of my recent emails and calls go ignored.The dog park was infested with fleas and my dogs suffered because of it. Only after I complained multiple times was treatment finally done.They target certain residents at the pool. During the afternoon around 2:00 pm on a Saturday, moderate music is allowed, however, on multiple occasions I have received invalid noise complaints from the leasing office when no rules were broken. Again, what feels like Im being targeted and discriminated against.Trash pick up is during the week. The leasing office also works alongside the trash pick up company to target residents and collect extra money. I was told because my trash bags in the trash bin were not tied properly I would be fined. This was simply not true and a clear money grab opportunity for the front office if there are 2 more violations. I tie my bags every single time I put trash out, not only out of common curtesy, but because I am OCD and have never left a trash bag untied.A friend of mine also just recently moved out and moved to a different property due to the roach infested apartments here at Tuscany Court. Thats pretty self explanatory.Bottom line: If you care about your pets, value your sanity, your peace of mind, want a leasing office that cares about their residents and responds to communication, and dont want to live with roaches, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I cant say enough great things about the staff at Tuscany Court Apartments. Xiomara and Khadija are always quick to respond and assist with any of their residents needs. They are so friendly and helpful. Its truly a pleasure to know them. The maintenance staff is fantastic as well. I dont recall all of their names but Salvador has come by to assist with small maintenance issues and hes just wonderful. The kindest man and always very polite, on top of being great and efficient at his job. A big thank you to this delightful staff for all they do for the tenants at Tuscany Court!

I moved in in April and so far I love it. Christina helped me from beginning to end throughout my move in time. I toured a lot of placed but this one was the one that felt like home. She really made it easy to pick this place out.My 1 bedroom is a perfect size for me. The building is pretty well kept and clean. the pool area is perfect, not too big but not too small either and the hot tub has worked each time Ive gone. Payment portal is easy to use too.Its also very quiet. I hardly hear people being loud in the halls. Parking is easy and theres always a spot for me when I get home. I placed a service request in the morning and it was taken care of by the afternoon & they even fixed some lights I hadnt noticed were not working.The only thing I could complain about is that my apartment wasnt clean in certain areas when I moved in like the kitchen and washer still had soap and hair :/ BUT that was cleaned within 24 hours of my request by housekeeping.Overall the entire staff is professional, the complex is older but still really nice, well kept and feels safe. the bad reviews are a little confusing to me because I havent noticed any rudeness from anyone.

I would really like to be able to give a 4.5 star rating, instead of 4. I would rate the manager Xiomara and staff, as well as Salvador and the maintenance team a 5. Xiomara was absolutely great at getting a new dish washer delivered when the turbine on ours broke. I have never seen her in a bad mood. Shes always happy to see you, even if you have a problem. Salvador is quick, and gets things done properly. As far as the apartment itself, Id give it a 4 rating. We have had relatively few issues, usually small ones. We are in our third year living here, and when we first moved in, I had asked about getting a new carpet - this one looked pretty flat and used, but nothing major. At the time, the management then (not the same as now) had told me it hadnt been here that long, and they couldnt do it. And they didnt. A few of the cabinets in the kitchen have some minor problems with the door finish, its peeling. None of these things are major issues, and they arent enough to give a bad rating for. In three years, the freight elevator by the garage has only gone out twice that I remember. The valet trash pickup is great. The gym is kept neat and clean, lots of equipment. Carpets in the hallways need a little help - people have spilled things in places. The landscaping is pretty with the flowers at the entrance. If I were looking for an apartment in a nice neighborhood, that is near lots of places like restaurants, and the Galleria, I would come by Tuscany Court and have a look. Youd be greeted by a wonderful group of people in the office, and we have some nice neighbors here too.

This is hands down my favorite place to have lived. khadija is so helpful and easy to work with. the property is Very well maintained and the residents are mostly very friendly. the pool can get a little loud on weekends but the residents always wrap it up right when the pool closes at 10pm. otherwise the property is pretty quiet. i can never hear my neighbors through the walls. highly recommend!

This review is based on About a month of living here at Tuscany Court.I will definitely do an update if anything changes, but My experience has been nothing short of amazing so far.Tuscany court seems like a place you live at and don’t ever leave. Lol everyone is very welcoming. It feels very safe and secure. (Although there was one resident who’s car tires were taken that I heard about.) But apparently it isn’t unheard of since moving to Houston (from CA).Since touring here, I KNEW this was where I wanted to be. The 1bd apartments are beautiful, and feel more like little homes.Khadijah helped me through the application process and toured with me twice. She listened to all my concerns w/ the apt & made sure everything was handled & in order prior to my move in . The application approval process took pretty long though.The maintenance team handles issues QUICKLY AND PROFICIENTLY ! And the valet trash pickup is like clockwork !! It’s actually worth the money.I love the included high speed internet/cable package provided to the residents. I love the secured access gates & entrances. I love how quiet and peaceful it is here even though it’s a very busy location. The rules and policies that they’ve put in place makes this place run so smoothly too!As I’ve said, my experience has been great here. Thanks for all you guys do to make this a great place to live.

I’ve been a resident for almost 1.5 years. I love that my apartment has high ceilings, large crown molding, and 8 feet doors throughout. Xiomara and Khadija in the office are amazing! Top notch maintenance team! Being minutes away to HEB and the YCMA is super convenient for our lifestyle. 10/10 location!! Tuscany Court has been my home for four years now. The community is nice, quiet and clean. I do have to mention an opportunity this community has to work on will be the tire theft issue. I personally have not been affected. However, I have never heard of any burglary happening here as far as the units themselves. So I always feel safe at home. Also a great location in relation to everything fun in Houston!

Weve been staying at Tuscany Court for a few years now, and have only seen the property get better.Firstly the location is ideal with easy access to I-10/US-59/Downtown/Memorial Park/Super Markets (HEB/Kroger/Whole Foods) and more importantly loads of restaurants in less than 5 minute radius.Sarah (Property Manager) along with her front office and maintenance crew (Salvador & team) have been doing a fantastic job keeping the property clean.Though being in the heart of Uptown between the busy streets of San Felipe & Westheimer - the place is peaceful & quite.Tuscany Court has a resort like feel with a very clean swimming pool (maintained daily) and well equipped gym (including a Peloton bike). In times of COVID-19 the new postal lockers have been a great asset.As renters we need to be cognizant that apartment properties have their fare share of challenges - not all are management related, some are due to residents as well. But if you have a team thats geared to enhance the living experience - that says it all.Sarah and her team at the front office are very attentive and quick to provide solutions. Communication is the mainstay of every relationship more importantly between renters and property management - which the team at Tuscany Court excel in , they have been very efficient in keeping all residents updated with the latest status e.g. when Houston was gearing up to Hurricane Laura & Marco , the Dos & Donts during COVID-19, to name a few.If you are looking for a new place called home with no hassles, i propose you meet the team at Tuscany Court and experience their professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional service.

I lived at this property for 5 years. Ive been through a few management changes, but I think they finally got it right with Sarah and her colleagues. Any concerns I had were always promptly addressed by the office staff, even during the pandemic shutdown. The property is quiet, and I never experienced any security issues.Sarah, Eva, and Carla will definitely take care of you! They are very friendly and helpful, and it has been a pleasure to have them working on my behalf to make the property better every day.

My dishwasher wasn’t draining so I needed a replacement. The replacement was a lower quality dishwasher that didn’t even have heat dry. But yet they wanna increase my rent for lower quality amenities. My dishes wasn’t drying so I submitted multiple maintenance requests I was only told to buy jet dry to make my dishes dry. No other solutions. I informed them I shouldn’t have to buy additional supplies to make y’all machine work properly. I even showed them reviews of the dishwasher and it said the same thing I said. Nevertheless nothing was done. I complained again and was told to try it again I tried it again and now there’s black marks all across my dishes and in the inside of the dishwasher. Another maintenance request submitted nothing being done. Now I’m hand washing dishes when I’m suppose to have a working dishwasher.

Adding one more star for the new Manager Xiomara. She is superb!My husband and I moved here six months ago.I particularly like location as well as the apartment however when I moved in I discovered there was dander in the carpet in our particular apartment causing my allergies/asthma to flare up. I didn’t realize it until after living here a couple of months. I got very sick and knew it was from the dander in the carpet. I requested that the carpet be cleaned or replaced and Sarah was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs/concerns. She agreed to start with a conservative approach by doing a deep carpet clean and vent cleaning. After a couple of months my allergies didn’t get better so I then reached out to Sarah again and expressed to her that I was not feeling any better and if she could get approval for a total carpet replacement. In a couple of days she then took care of this issue for me. To date, I am feeling terrific after having the entire carpet replaced.Last, I would like to commend Sarah for making this happen as I highly appreciate it. I can breath a lot better now. As a result, Sarah went the extra mile for me and I am truly grateful to her and the corporate staff for approving it.So huge Kudos to Sarah!!! Thank you 😃

I am a future resident of Tuscany court. This happens because Xiorama who convinced me to move to this complex. I picked up Xiorama one day evening in Uber after I got off from my regular job. What an amazing personality she has. After I picked her up, we started a conversation and I told her my lease is about to be ended in months and I am looking for a place to move. She was excited to hear that. Right away, she suggested to move here because she works there and knows how good the units are. Without a second thought I agreed to schedule a tour. The day I came for the tour, luckily she was the one who took me around the complex with great enthusiasm. Because of her personality and honesty I decided to apply that day. The demo she showed me was very nice. I hope my unit will even look better. Thank you again for the efforts you put it out to process my application asap and get me approved in days. I am looking forward to living in Tuscany court for many years to come.

I have moved to Tuscany court recently, The aesthetic and the design of the building is what attracted me to go in and give it a look. Cynthia was the one to help, she was so informative and detailed, She was very Responsive and answered my E-mails within less than 2 hours of me sending the questions, The Maintenance team is super friendly and fast to respond as well!The front office has taking a really good Procedures to deal with COVID-19 and still be able to help the Residence. The Package receiving system is great and super easy to grab your packages from as you need to,I have not had any issues with the company so far!Overall the 2 ladys have done a great job taking cate of all my Necessities (questions and concerns) I would highly recommend the experience at Tuscany court!

I lived at Tuscany for over 3 years. I can only speak about my experience. I enjoyed living there. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Each time I summitted a facility request online, someone was there the same day to fix it , if not the following day. The facility was also peaceful, quiet and clean. Parking was never a problem. The pool and gym is always clean and well kept. They now have electronic lockers for your packages and it remains secure. Youre 2 minutes from EVERYTHING. Grocery store, bank, restaurants, etc. If your single, married or have a family, I would highly recommend this place.

Im so accustomed to reserving reviews to be used in a negative light for subpar experiences but I honestly have to commend this property for how well they are maintained. I was extremely apprehensive to move back into this area due to my previous experiences but I have been more than impressed by Tuscany Court! From the moment I stepped into the office and was welcomed by Sarah and she gave me a tour of their property until these next couple days after my move in I have felt welcomed into my new home. Sarah ensured I would find the best location to fit my needs and since I have moved in she has called back to make sure my space has been everything Ive hoped for: she even called back to make sure the small additions to my unit were installed in a timely and sufficient manner. So far all the maintenance staff and office staff has been the most hospitable and you can tell they take attention to detail. Bravo Tuscany Court! Definitely looking forward to this year.

Another update. The new team at the leasing office managed by Sarah has made a difference. 5-star management.———-This is an update for my previous 5-star review. I will update it with 1 star hoping that someone from the company sees it.I’ve been living at Tuscany Court over 2,5 years. During the last year, there has been a constant change in the Leasing Office Team including Managers. 4 managers in 2,5 years have left so far. This definitely disrupted the management services given. My lease will end on August 23. I talked to the Leasing Office, gave a move-out notice with a request to stay by downsizing to 1 bedroom. They said there are numerous 1 bedroom units available. However, in spite of my several visits to the Leasing Office, my calls and my emails, they simply did not present me any options available, which is 1 bedroom unit at Tuscany Court. One of the agents promised me to send an email 2 weeks ago, which he didn’t. Lastly, I visited the office and repeated my request, they replied with an email finally. Then I asked them I’m ready to see 1 bedroom units available at Tuscany Court as of 23 August, which they did not reply yet. I’m still waiting for a reply email with a list of available options and dates. Moreover, one of the agents, I know his name, is always talking. He is either talking to a friend on the phone, a colleague, a customer or event delivery guys. However, he does never handle the packages arrived for residents. He simply does not like to handle packages and stack them in his room if he is at duty. One of the residents had to order the same product as he said her package did not arrive yet. She thought it got lost. Anyway. The leasing office team, except Christina whom I see rarely nowadays, is quite amateur. Lastly Amanda, one of the agents left the team. She was also super nice. After Deborah left, I have never seen a capable leasing office manager. I love the are and the compound, but the leasing office team seems they do not want me to stay. I hope someone from the company reads my review and informs me about the 1 bedroom units available as of 23 August.———-I moved almost one month ago. Its been great to live in Tuscany Courts. The leasing office staff, the maintenance team are just perfect. I could not believe you called me to see if my maintenance request was dealt with a satisfactorily manner. I have some good suggestions to improve your services though. Firstly, the area in the leasing office where the coffee machine is located can be accessible only office hours. It is locked up after office hours. However, it is a pretty big area where people in the community can stay and enjoy their drinks after their work or just before going to work in the mornings. In a period where the rent market is stuck, this area might be a good incentive for your possible future residents to consider Tuscany Courts as a home. Other apartment companies, for instance Mon Tierra on Sage Road, has a 24/7 coffee bar. Secondly, I wonder if you could provide any bicycle parking area in the compound. We have small balconies, and they are hardly big enough to sit and enjoy. Therefore, the bicycles can be parked in an area where you can provide. Thank you Richdale. But they get no support from head office when it comes to safety and security of the property for its residents!Richdale needs to support Property Managers so they can do their job effectively!More Security Personnel needs to be hired, ones that can do their job, more security cameras around the entire premises as well.

Moved to Tuscany Court after a home purchase did not work out as planned and have truly enjoyed staying here and received great help from Sara at the front office. One of the strong reasons for moving here versus other apartments were the tall ceilings and overall aesthetic.The amenities are good and maintenance was quick to respond to any issues we had over our lease term. The bonus was the Peloton Bike in the Workout Facility.

We went from paying $2500 a month at another property to $1500 a month here. The pool, hot tub and outside sitting areas are wonderful. I love the walls of windows in the gym overlooking the pool with palm trees and letting in a generous amount sunlight. They could use some new workout equipment in the gym but the windows and view make up for it enough to keep my husband and I still happy. The hallways and carpet in the hallways are older and could be updated. The building is very quiet and secure and I would like to say the property general manager Sarah Benaim is a 1st class professional! Eva and Cynthia assistant mgrs are Great! I would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of overpaying for rent and who want to deal with polite professionals in a unique, quiet, serene apartment building.

She was very polite when showing me around the building and she answered all of the questions I had and some I didnt even ask. These Apartment Leasing office will kill us with large bills, penalty when we vacate the apartment by adding so many dues, fees. It was the same experience from my friends as well. We posted in Whatsup group of friends about this experience and you know what...out of 27 people, 23 people responded the same with experience for all of them. They all vacated between 2016 and 2017. To avoid this large bills, I spent 150 $ for cleaning the entire apartment by hiring people from a corporate company,. They washed the carpet and cleaned entire apartment very neatly. But leasing office was very pain. They put lot of penalties once you vacated.They are very friendly when you sign in leasing. But when you vacate, they are NOT at all friendly. They want to make money on us during we vacate.Please hear me.. dont go there...Trust me... Better see other apartments...there are so many new apartments coming now a days in this location.Even Tuscany Apartments offer some credit when you sign on lease, they will take that money back in the form of penalties when you vacate.So, please please listen me... dont go there...I want save you ...you must have a family and kids...For sure you wont get mental peace here...!

Ive had the pleasure of living at this property for 4 years. The community is amazing always kept up nicely by the maintenance team who promptly answers request. Great tenant living would not be possible without quality management and thats where Sarah Benaim plays a major role. Her growth in the company is well deserved as I can see her managing multiple properties. Right along with her theres Baneza who makes the team complete, both always smiling, professional and willing to help. I must say Im sad to leave, however Im keeping it in the Richdale family and its only because of the consistency Ive been shown. My family and I love it here. From the start Sarah has taken care of us. We came in with a ‘Hail Mary’ looking for an apartment and she made mountains move in order to get us in immediately. Once we moved in....if we have had any issues, they have done everything in their power to help us as soon as possible.I have lived in a small town for most of my life, where everyone is very courteous to one another. I was honestly very nervous about moving into a large city. Sarah and Catherine have made my family and I feel right at home. The security system has literally been broken for over EIGHT MONTHS. Doors remain unlocked for anyone to enter. We were promised apon moving in, it would be fixed in “2 weeks”. But don’t worry y’all, they have made it priority to replace all the hallway carpets and repaint doors over the safety of the residents. But if you want out of your lease they will hold you responsible for paying the entire term of your lease to break it. Compliance officer and upper management are all unprofessional, rude, and insensitive. I do not recommend!

So I imagine you’re reading this because you’re considering touring the property and possibly living here. Well, hopefully my honest review on my experience here at Tuscany Court will help you with your decision.Property Location:I work Downtown, so the distance and time it takes for me to commute to work is one of the most important factors to me. The property is in between San Felipe and Westheimer which means you have access to many options nearby such as Food, Shopping, and Health Care. It’s also literally a couple of miles away from the 3 major interstates nearby (610, I-10, 59/69). Traffic is light around the property as well. Also, while a lot of surrounding streets flooded during Imelda, TC was unbothered even tho San Felipe and Westheimer looked like Atlantis.Amenities:One of the best features about the property is the actual courtyard. It’s a very relaxing area in the center of the property. The pool is a decent size, and their maintenance team are always making sure the area is taken care of. I’ve stayed at a property where the pool would be out of order for majority of the summer.There’s also a decent size gym in between the courtyard as well. Now this gym won’t replace your membership at the Planet Fitness, but it’s great for your basic needs. There’s even a YMCA up the block if you’re needing a little bit more equipment.The new postal lockers have been a great addition to the property also. A lot of times I would have to rush home from work in hopes I could catch the leasing office before they closed, but now I can take my time and pick up my packages at my convenience.There’s also a dog park area you can utilize as well. I don’t have a dog personally, but passing by it makes me want to get one so I can use it 😂Maintenance:Apartments have been taken care of for the most part, and any other issues I’ve noticed have been taken care of instantly. I recently put in an order for my light switch, and I got a knock at my door 10 minutes later.Noise:I live on the 1st floor, so I get the heavy stomping like you would at any other location. The high ceilings are CLUTCH! I may actually be the loudest person on my hall which says a lot. My surround sound picks up down the hallway, but the walls do their job for the most part.Parking:Never lived at a property where I can park where I want to no matter the time of day. This is big for someone who came from a property where you’d have to park across the street at a nearby business. Parking is well lit and enough for everyone including guest.Rent:This is what you really came for right? Is the apartment worth the price tag? The price is very reasonable for the area. Plus, the property is updated compared to some of the surrounding properties in this area for the same price or higher.Overview:I won’t pretend this is the dream location in Houston. I’m sure there are properties that can offer you virtual golf and a movie theater for around the same price. The difference I’ve found about this property compared to others is you actually get what you pay for. With COVID affecting every property, are you getting what you pay for once that theater and virtual golf area gets blocked off? I’ve been pleased with my apartment and have always received compliments on it whenever I have company.So why the long winded review? I’ve had issues here and there, but that comes with living in a city. I spoke to Sarah, the property manager, about putting in my 60 day notice recently, and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had already made up my mind to move not because I didn’t like the property, but I wanted to downsize space as well as price wise just in case the pandemic affected me down the road. She made me feel like a valued resident and that meant a lot. What could’ve been a stressful decision, due to moving to a different property during a pandemic where tours are limited and moving is a hassle, she made my situation that much easier for me financially as well as mentally. It’s a shame having to deal with Tuscany court after staying there for five years . Just got my deposit back , they have charged me for deodorizing and concrete treat , extra paint . These are things they need to do before apartment gets rented again , I paid 2000 deposit and all I got was 375 . 62The other issue was they charged me month to month for two month , 1750 for first month and close to 1800 for 2nd month , even though I had told head quarter that I’m staying , as well as advising office .

Worst apartments to ever lease from. Not sure if it’s the entire leasing company or just the leasing consultants and management of Tuscany Court. Not one person in the office has an answer for anything. Tires stolen off cars, apartment cameras are just for show. Employees change frequently not one person has been there for a year or more. Leasing Office MANAGER (KATIE) is VERY RUDE and NEVER HAPPY TO HELP! My rent rate changed monthly. Never know how much I have to truly pay.

Worst management ever, the manager Katie is the worst and even the corporate is worst with handling any situation. When I first moved in I got a month free rent as an offer and I signed all the papers before I moved in except the month free rent offer she didn’t print it out. So after couple weeks of moving in I received a letter of eviction because of that paper. Online payment never worked when I used this time the check was returned and and they still sending a letter of eviction on the 6th of the month for that. When I went to speak with them in the office the manager Katie was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional with handling the situation saying that I don’t have money in the account and I’m late on payment and in valuation of the terms of the lease and I was asked to leave the office. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever and I can’t wait to finish my lease.

The management is the absolute worst. Theyre not helpful at all, horrible customer service. Theyll give you the worst time moving out, everyone is incredibly rude. Id written a bad review initially and their head of customer relations, Andrew Spaulding called me and asked me to CHANGE my review after he finally addressed my problems. Thinking they genuinely cared about their customers, I changed my review and theyve disappeared again. Theyre playing a horrible game where they want to charge you rent for the whole year despite you having left the apartments, and then charge the new tenant as well. I was living there for 6 months. The experience was horrible. Multiple times the automatic entrance doors where not working..,, so the doors where open. Once over the weekend. The parking is no safe at all, if you have a good car with nice rims,,, it is a gamble! I have seen a poor SUV with no tires just on its Disk brakes, and it was not a fancy SUV just a normal compact american one! There are pics on the Web if you search you will find them. For someone that is not Houstonian having Valet garbage is ridiculous , unethical and weird... Furthermore you are obliged to pay amenities fee that include cable tv. What if you dont want that service or you are happy with other lets say on line tv. guess you have to pay it!! To move to maintenance the hot tub is not working the last 5 months! They never care to fix it. And not be shocked if you see dog pup on the corridors. As Far as the Stuff, i have asked them to give me a detailed report about my charges and they refused.. had to call the corporate office!! can you imagine? Be careful to give them your 60 days notice and then Also call the corporate office to verify it! They gave me a wrong date and then the corporate office asked me to go by myself and change it!!! I have to leave my work to go to the leasing office o do it or wait for the weekend!! If you are a working person their hours are a joke. Lastly if you order something on line you have to wait until the weekend to pick it up if you are a working person!! Why they bother picking them up since they cannot give them to you?!!!! So far in other civilized buildings there where people that you could pick them up when you left the morning or came after work., And they dare to call that a service! it is not a service it is an inconvenience!! For the same amount you can find a safer a better a cleaner and a more decent place to live! do not leave the looks of it to deceive you!

Washer and dryer were not connected properly water leaked all over flr, maintenance said they came and fixed it, water still leaking on flr and water is inside of washer. I recently moved out. As a resident moving in I had to pay a deposit of $650 I believe. I inquired about the status of my deposit after moving out and I was sent a bill of $40. My friend lives here, and I have to hear her complain about something new every time I visit her, so I encouraged her to share her disappointment.Tenants drape clothes, towels, rugs from balconies and throw beer cans and trash on to neighboring properties. Tenants smoke cigarettes and pot from their balconies, one even threw a watermelon from the balcony last July.Alarms go off often and some tenants are rowdy.Tenants and pets have died here. If you lose a pet, dont bother reporting it to management, because they are slow to show they care. Management is also non-responsive to complaints. Its hard to get a hold of anyone.My friend thought this would be an okay place to live, since it is a newer property, but the building is deteriorating.

RENT AT ALARA DEERWOOD>>> BEST SERVICE. So I really wanted to move into this community, but the leasing office made it BEYOND difficult. I started out by calling them to verify rates that were listed on the website so that I could jump on the first apartment that became available. However, every single time I called I was quoted incorrectly, THIS annoyed me terribly. Whenever I went in to view the apartment Taylor who was scattered brained also incorrectly quoted me several times on rates. So I call twice to make sure that there is indeed an apt available and Maryann did insure me that they had an apt available for 1150, I told her that the price online was 1130 and she responds oh let me go check. She returns and then tells me it is 1130. ONLY one available so I go ahead and submit my app for 245.........30 mins later I receive a call from Taylor stating that the apartment I applied for is no longer availble and I could not receive my $245 back unless I leased a bigger floor plan that was going for JUST 40 dollars more(what she said). So I ask Taylor to speak to the manager yet Maryann gets on the phone and tells me she will contact corporate and ask for a refund.....................NEVER received a call back about my money so I call and spoke to the manager. The manager should really consider taking classes in customer service. She told me Yeaaah, so mistakes happen and if you can come up with the extra $40 a month then I would totally be willing to rent you a bigger floor plan She also said, Yeah, maryann has just got back from an appointment when you called for availbility, so she didnt know. Why would I come out of pocket for a mistake your lazy employee made? I was very nice to these women even after the dumb mistake was made but I would neeeeeever rent from them, very ignorant and unprofessional.

The women in the front office have now stolen two packages from me. Both packages were signed for at the front desk and never delivered. Ive complained to the corporate office with no response. My packages sent address clearly said who the designer was so itd be easy to Google and decide they liked the look, not that either of them are my size.At both instances, Amanda and Christine in the front office simply said to me you signed a clause in your lease stating we are not responsible for your mail. Even though they are signing for and accepting responsibility legally. But they are under no obligation to actually deliver it to you.upon first moving into my apartment, every sink drain was rusted over. It took them two weeks to send someone in to actually clean it out to which the cleaning lady told me you understand this is not a new apartment yes? Eventually the rusted pieces had to be replaced.after talking with other tenants who have dealt with missing mail and discriminatory comments about their spouse, and even one woman who said they tried to charge her for dog feces in a hallway she didnt live down because someone else claimed it was her dog, I have no problem breaking my lease and leaving this place early.
