It was a huge blessing to live at the Voyager! If you want a peaceful environment to live, this is the place for you! In addition to the great amenities (coffee machine, valet trash pickup), I was especially appreciative to have indoor parking and the professional and kind office staff. Eva and the staff truly care about each resident, and I’m so grateful!

I recently toured the Voyager complex at the Space Center, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The location couldn’t be better—it’s right next to NASA, which is perfect for any space enthusiast. The amenities were beautiful, blending luxury with modern comfort, but what really set Voyager apart was the incredible vibe and unique style of the area. The huge archways throughout the complex added an impressive, grand feeling, while the abundance of trees brought a refreshing, natural touch that made it feel like an oasis. The atmosphere is unlike any other place I’ve visited, and I was so captivated that I’ve already applied to become a resident. I can’t wait to make this stunning place my new home! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary living experience.

Location is also nice for hopping quickly onto I45 and avoiding the hectic traffic a long lights on Bay Area. Its also conveniently located next to a few cafes and nicer eating areas.

Ive lived here for just over a year and have had a great experience. I checked out about five potential options for apartments in this area, And Im glad that Ive gone with Voyager.Any maintenance issues Ive had have been dealt with swiftly and effectively. Pests were a were a big concern for me, And Im happy to report that they take pests seriously, and have weekly pest control visits that you can sign up for. And the gym is in good shape and is a highlight. Finally, I saw reviews of other places that said once you become a tenant they dont care about you anymore, and make you interact with a call center, but Im happy to report that the friendly people who show you the property if you come into look, are also the people who manage the place and are willing to help residents with problems.

From Sept 2023 to Sept 2024, there was a time that this wouldnt have been a 5 star review. Since living here for a year I have noticed a strong uptick & increase in building maintenance/cleanliness. Repairs are happening faster, there are more planned activities like food trucks, snacks, a personal trainer on-site etc. In my opinion, the new-ish property manager Eva Alverio is doing a bang up job. Good things are happening and they are happening faster. The commercial real estate market is in a tough place right now. Interest rates being what they are & property taxes are on the rise each year. It cant be easy to run a luxury apartment complex, keep it full of tenants, balance a budget and keep hundreds of residents happy. Im happy here, the neighborhood is awesome, and I just resigned my lease to stay longer.

The manager, Alexus, has always made me feel welcomed and made sure I had a smooth transition into my new place and has made everything so easy on me since being here. Staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating, but I must say.. the amenities are some of my favorite parts of being here! There are plenty of places to just sit and enjoy the day. The fitness center AND pool are ALWAYS clean! Lounge area is amazing! It’s as though the property only gets better with time; they’re always finding ways to make this place the BEST it could be. Not to mention, there are so many places in the surrounding area anywhere from a 2-10 min drive around Voyager, whether it’s for a bite to eat, a night out, or something to do on the weekends. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! (:

I am very disappointed with the Voyager at space center and here’s why. I found out about the voyager after encountering a group of young marketers telling me to stop by. I figured why not and decided to visit. The manager and leasing agent at the time were very attentive and helped pinpoint an apartment I would love. However, I could not get past the starting prices of the apartment. The starting pay was around $1500 for a small 1 bedroom apartment that looked to be worth $800. I really expected more considering the prices of the apartments but the facility was very underwhelming. I asked about any deals and specials going on but unfortunately little to none were offered due to the higher ups. As much as I loved the hospitality of the workers, I can’t help but to wonder why have workers go marketing in common areas when the apartments available do not have common prices. I’m not sure who the COO or CEO of the voyager is but as a message to them, if you want more customers do something about those prices! People are not getting what they pay for and it is evident in the minimal things being offered from the Voyager!

I moved into Voyager in April 2023. I joined a “private” resident only Facebook page. I would later learn that it’s not so private as the assistant manager had her mother in law and husband join the resident only page that did not live there and start screenshotting posts by residents posting factual concerns. I’ll come back to that in a moment. The looks of the apartments are nice, however paying the amenities is ridiculous. I did not want nor use the valet trash pick up, but yet paid $45 a month for something I did not use. Each upper floor has a trash chute to drop your trash. The stench of garbage on the floor was overwhelming with stained carpets. Garage gates continuously broken so anyone can drive in the garage areas. Being an atrium complex, exterior doors are fob access to enter. I complained since Thanksgiving that one door was continuously Broke where anyone of the street could enter undetected. I was told a work order was in, waiting on cooperate to approve for repair to the door, yet spending thousands on remodeling the office. Being a police officer, I felt to let residents know my concern on the “Private” Facebook page about various issues, safety wise. Well I was informed by the manager, alexus and cooperate manager, Billie, my lease would not be renewed because of my negative posts on a private resident page. I spoke to Alexus and she told me that I was not the only one being denied renewal and that this is a business and cooperate looks at residents, not as residents, but customers paying revenue. Wow. So I move out and try to find out what my final bill was. I had to pay a $1250 deposit and a $150 pet deposit that I want back after I pay my balance. I hear that Alexus was terminated. I’ve tried contacting Billie by email after not receiving any feedback from Alexus and crickets from both. Then I emailed Billie’s boss and have yet to hear anything. Alexis was the third manager during the year I was there that was terminated. If you want to move into this place knowing your a customer and revenue rather than a valued resident, where your freedom of speech is retaliated against you, then good luck

I have lived here since July 2021. I chose this complex out of the dozen or so I looked at because, as a single woman, I appreciated the security. Living here is pretty nice and deserving of 4-4.5 stars. Yeah, I have complaints and wishes for improvement but most things would probably apply at any apartment complex. Management seems to be putting in the effort for improvement here.We signed our lease over the phone/on-line since we were not in the area. You have to do your due diligence and be on top of the office, but they are responsive.Move in was smooth. If you notice a mistake with billing, they’ll fix it (again, do your due diligence). Their communication (via text, phone and email) has been improving. Some stuff needed maintenance at move in but they responded quickly. Maintenance workers are friendly and knowledgeable. If you pay for the package locker you should have no issues with packages. If not, you will always be confused about where your stuff is.There’s a dog run which is a great area to take dogs when it’s too hot. The smell gets very bad there. But, I noticed they cleaned it twice recently and it makes a huge difference. As long as they continue to do that in a reasonable time frame it’s a perfect spot for dogs of all sizes.Hallways are consistently cleaned and common areas are well kept. Gym and pool also nice and well kept. You used to be able to get multiple parking spots but now you get one spot per bedroom. You have to park a second car on the last floor in guest parking which is really annoying. Wish we had the choice to at least pay for a second spot.Would be nice to hear about some added security measures and prompt notices when things happen.Base rent is on the higher end, but not horrible. The random fees are a bit much though. My top complaint is honestly the dog run smell (when not cleaned often). Other than that it’s a pretty nice place to live, and a great area.

PROS:Ive been living here for about a year now and just decided to renew my lease. They only increased my rent by $10, which honestly surprised me. I pay about $1450-$1500 which seems like a lot, but it does include covered garage parking and the amenities are nice. Id say compared to other apartments Ive lived in, the Voyager is very nice. I moved from the marquis/lynx where I had multiple flood issues due to my neighbor and water tank and the room got moldy due to bad heating, so I am much happier with my unit at the Voyager. I was able to find a unit with all wood floors which is a must when you have a pet! They also seem to have been also slowly updating units with all wood flooring lately. The management has changed very recently, and the new management has been a lot better in terms of communication (so far anyway). The maintenance staff has been consistent for the last year. For minor fixes, they usually show up the next day. I havent had any issues with maintenance so far. I do know a few people who had to deal with their a/c going out/slowly dying, and there was a long wait time due to waiting on parts being ordered. But I feel like thats just part of living in Houston lol.I live on the fourth floor on the inside of the pool, and its been pretty quiet so far in terms of neighbors. The pool occasionally gets loud during the summer time but its not bad. Management does occasionally send reminders out about quiet hours. Ive had a couple friends move units because of super loud upstairs neighbors, but thats something any apartment unit is gonna have.Ive used the common area a couple times for larger gatherings, and it really is a great room to use. I dont use the gym often, however, it is on the nicer side based on past apartment gyms Ive seen. The pool is also pretty great.CONS:The guest parking is located at the top of the parking garage on floor 7, and while there is a dial in thing attached to the door, it doesnt actually work. The apartment uses an app to let people in through the garage and the leasing office, but this capability isnt provided at the guest parking access, so you have to go get your guests, and it can be a decent trek because only one elevator goes up to the 7th floor. In the past I have had issues with packages getting stolen. They offer lockers but its another thing you have to pay for. I expect an apartment complex to provide a secure package area. I thinks its silly you have to pay extra, on top of already paying for shipping for a package and rent! I did have a package stolen from the package room here, so beware! Also, with the new management, there has been a lot of redesigning, per usual. I wish more money would be spent on things like installing new garage doors that dont break constantly, or installing a way to let guests in on the 7th floor parking garage. Or even another pool, actual pond, or yard area, in place of the reflection pond. Its a nice little outdoor area but its just a random pool full of water that I never see anyone at. Its sort of pointless lol.

Been living here for over a year now. I know they are doing a lot of renovations in the interiors and exteriors. I love the changes they are making. I know it can get a little loud when they are working on things in the daytime and sometimes after 6 pm. But they are trying to better the place. They send out notices letting us know when workers will be around our unit working etc. That’s apartment live. At least they are fixing up the place and not letting it get run down. The new landscaping is nice. The new tile around the pool is very nice. Keep up the good work management team. Most residents love the work you are doing.

The Voyager has turned out to be a terrible, cheap motel like experience at a luxury apartment price! Run dont walk before you sign a lease! They are renovating without thought to neighbors! No sound barriers whatsoever! You should hope for no one above you because you can hear it all! And top it off, get a neighbor who could care less and is up at ALL hours! Oh wait, add a dog to that! The management listens to complaint but apparently has to go up the chain to someone who could care less as well! We have almost finished living here with endless complaints that have resulted in us spending extra to stay at hotels to actually not be woken up all night! We actually have to go to work! I could go on about other things such as garbage pickup{mandatory $45 month} and the smell in hall as well as loud construction and garbage truck noise! The one star is for the first 2 months of not knowing no one lived above me! This place has been quite literally worse than a weekly hotel would have been!

Horrible experience. I signed lease because of a personal emergency and stressful situation but within 20 minutes of signing I called the manager to cancel the lease. I never picked up the keys to their apartment let alone move in, but they still charged me $880 just because I had signed the lease. I explained to them my personal situation and why I signed it but I did call immediately to cancel it and I never picked the keys or moved in. But they keep saying I signed the lease so I have to pay 880$ just coz I signed the lease. I thought common sense will prevail but looks like it doesnt n they must be in desperate need of money. So finally I gave up on my hard earned money n am just going to think I donated that money to them in charity. Hope it proves worth it to them. The staff including their regional manager are very unfriendly and curt. Huge mistake going to this apartment!

My husband, daughter and I lived at Voyager for 2 years now, and we have never had negative experiences with the facility or the staff. The amenities are awesome. The starbucks coffee machine is available any time. Game room, gym and pool are well kept property. Even if we see any problem, we can talk to the office and the problem is fixed within a few days. The staff plan a variety of events (Christmas party, wine party etc.) for the residents. The apartment is very close to NASA Space Center and many restaurants, and has good access to I-45. However it is quiet residential area.We would highly recommend Voyager if you are looking for the beautiful luxury apartment with reasonable price. I had to sign my lease without ever seeing the apartment. Due to a bug in their booking system, I ended up with an apartment that didnt remotely match the floorplan that I thought I was getting. Not exactly a thrilling experience for a first apartment, but it was a genuine accident. Due to the hurricane, they were full up and I was unable to move to a different room. However theyve handled the situation to my satisfaction. The staff has been incredible. Theyve gone out of their way to make things right and make sure that every issue I run into is dealt with quickly and professionally. The complex itself is awesome, and in good shape. The price is great for what you get, and the building is surprisingly quiet. There are small cons like anywhere, but on the whole Im very happy with my decision to lease here. Horrible management and company. Auto drafted what the system told me to auto draft and received an eviction notice as the amount was not correct giving me 3 days to leave . What company treats tenants that way. All they needed to do is call me and tell me that the auto draft was not correct and did not include other charges. They clearly do not care about tenants and retaining customers. If you want to be treated like this come to the voyager at space center.

Lived at Voyager from 2016 till 2022. First 2 owners kept the grounds exceptionally well maintained, provided 5 star customer service, enjoyable living. THEN, Exponential Property Group purchased the property. Living standards fell below par, apt break ins, multiple car break ins in a secure parking garage, maintence puts band-aid on huge plumbing issue that caused their return about every 6 weeks for a year to snake my pipes. Rent increases, poor leasing office management and add on fees drove me out. zero regrets.

Full Disclosure: I am submitting this review to enter a drawing for $1000 off my December 2017 rent. Suspect that any review since August 2017 will be entered in this drawing.I have been a resident here for 3 years. This is very much a luxury, resort-style apartment. Rent may be a bit higher than most apartment communities in the NASA/Clear Lake area, but the apartments and amenities are generally much higher quality. The apartments, pool, gym, club room, and parking garage (with assigned spaces) are well-equipped and well-maintained. Neighbors are generally friendly, or at the very least, tend to be courteous and quiet. One uncommon luxury amenity that the Voyager used to offer was free parcel handling at the front office. In November, the Management will implement the Parcel Pending locker service, to better handle the large volume of packages delivered here. Signing up for this service is voluntary, but will have a one-time fee and a small monthly fee, paid to third-party Parcel Pending. Residents who do not sign up for this voluntary service will no longer continue to receive any packages, as the front office will begin refusing to sign for them November 1st. This service was announced in October, and is an extremely dishonest way to increase monthly living expenses mid-lease while ending a well-used service (inefficient as it might be).The Voyager is absolutely still a great place to live, but I fear that it is no longer the best apartment community in the NASA area. I will definitely reconsider renewing my lease next Spring.

I have lived here since September. I dont understand some of the bad reviews. I find the office staff always have a smile and eagerly greet you! Before I signed the lease, I knew exactly what to expect in charges and/or additional fees. I knew there was a trash, valet fee... but in the last three places I have lived, there was a trash fee and I didnt have it picked up at my door! I had to take out my own trash to a dirty dumpster... Here, even if you choose to take out your trash, the trash chute is clean! So, I dont understand why a review mentioned that was a problem! The amenities are well kept. The halls are clean and safe. Even with only 4 floors there are elevators and they too are functional and clean. If you are not used to city style living, you might find the parking garage a nuisance BUT residents have assigned parking and it is covered! Im personally thrilled! With TX weather as it is, Im comforted that my vehicle is as safe as can be, in the threat of a severe storm.I would highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a little urban feel, close to several eateries and services (walkability score of 75%...when I last looked), gated parking garage, top amenities in the area, well kept, apartment living.

My husband and I were one of the first couples to move into this complex and we have loved it from day one. We have never had a problem with the staff or the facility. the pool area can be a little loud at times but we have never heard our neighbors other than occasionally hearing their washer. also, the comment about double parking and two bedroom apartments being typically rented by individuals with children is just stupid. We have a two bedroom and no kids. We also only have one car and I would totally double park it if we did not have pillars in between our spaces. Those people are paying for the space and they are not hurting anyone by using both. Also, Crystal is very nice and helpful and I have never seen and rude behavior from her. We recently had an accident in our unit that involved some water damage that was our fault and Crystal was kind and helpful the whole time, never rude or judgmental. I have a feeling all the complainers came in with a bad and needy attitude to begin with. No apartment is perfect, get over it.

So I lived here for a little over a year, while everything looks nice, and the place is in a good location, for the price I was paying compared to others, I had to deal with a lot of things that I didnt like:1. Maintenance was quick, but they dont actually fix the problems, they just put a bandaid on it. My A/C went out and they kept recharging it for like 8 times with 8 work requests until I finally convinced them to replace the whole unit. Then after what I think was the backup drain kept draining into my tub, and after 3 or 4 work requests on that, I gave up.2. Security could be better. My bike was stolen within the gate.3. They have a lot of fees and sometimes hide them. When at the end I was going month to month to move into a house, and I made my decision between that and 3 months, they didnt list an extra $100 month to month fee in addition to much increased rent for month to month vs 3 month. They also have a lot of little tiny fees. Youll pay $45 a month just for trash for instance. Also, there is only high speed internet with xfinity is there so you have no way to negotiate a lower price after 1 year price increases since they have a monopoly.4. The final security deposit return nickels and dimes you for tiny things. Not enough to argue individually, but it adds up. Tbh I have no idea what it is as I thought I cleaned that apartment very well. I even patched all the holes with putty.

Ive seen a number of negative reviews of Voyager, and as a resident of 2 years wanted to honestly review the complex. It is clean and well equipped. Occasionally you can hear stomping down the halls if someone runs down the upstairs hallway, but it’s few and far between. It’s extremely rare to hear neighbors either above or next to you. The front office has always been responsive and courteous. A big bonus is that the front office receives packages for you and notifies you via email/text when something arrives. Since pest control is every Monday, if you ever see any problem, you can notify the office and within a few days the problem is fixed. This is Texas, so you’re bound to find something you don’t want to occasionally. In two years living here, I have only had one instance of finding a roach in my apartment, which coming from Florida is much better than I can say of other places I have lived. The gym is well appointed and usually not crowded. I typically use it every day and have had no issues with it. If a piece of equipment does break down, it’s usually fixed within a week. There is only one pool at the complex and on holiday weekends it can get busy, but as an example, on 4th of July weekend I wouldnt categorize it as a ‘frat party’. The residents are all very friendly and willing to share their food, drinks, and generally get to know you while hanging out at the pool. There are grills in both of the courtyards, a fire pit, and plenty of seating to just relax. I have never had any issue with parking. There are assigned spaces in the covered parking garage and never had any instance of any one parking in my space. Visitor parking is on the 7th floor of the garage, but is always available. When it comes to location, many apartments can’t compete. It is less than a five minute, easy walk to a number of restaurants, CVS, frozen yogurt, and many other amenities. It’s close to JSC and has quick access to the interstate. In general I would recommend the complex. My only complaint is that I believe the rent they’re asking for the apartments, in particularly 1 bedroom apartments, is getting too high. I’ll be looking at other places to live soon as it is significantly higher than places nearby or even purchasing a home. Expect rent to be raised at the completion of each lease. If my rent had remained the same, I would of planned to renew my lease for another year. Make sure to read all of the reviews, but in general, it is a good place to live.

Not a bad place, just overpriced. Lived here for years, rent has gone up about $100/month every year. Amenities have not improved. Garden tub meets the same problem as many apartment complexes - the water heater runs out before you fill it halfway. Maintenance is nice, security is so-so, the surrounding area is slowly building up nicely. The pool area is nice, but getting hard to justify nearly $1400/month for a 1BR. They say its the market - well the only other comparable apartment complex nearby must be run by Fein as well because it charges the same amount. This will be my last year here.

This is an updated review. Staff reply below was to a previous review with complaints that I have carried over below. I lived here for 13 months (odd contract length from the owning company) and it started out great but toward the end nose dived. Started out at 5 stars but downgraded to 2.My issues with the apartments- Upon moving out I was charged for a whole months rent on the resident portal rather than the prorated rent for the 5 days of June that I had a lease. I was charged almost $1000 over the amount that was supposed to be taken out. Office staff made me aware that their move-out email included instructions to stop auto-payments on the portal because this would happen. With the stress of moving across country I overlooked this. But think about it for a second: Greystar apparently is in the habit of charging people for rent AFTER A CONTRACT IS COMPLETE. That is totally unethical regardless of how crappy their portal system is. It should be Greystars responsibility to stop payments. Now Im out $1000 for 30+ days and, if I were someone who didnt have money saved, would have dramatically over-drafted my account. Staff were firm in defending Greystar and insistent that I have to wait 30+ days for a PAPER CHECK to get my own money back. If it werent for this incident Id probably give them 3 or 4 stars.- They have failed over and over to keep kids from playing in the gym. I watched a toddler pull a 45lb bar that was leaning against the wall onto the floor and nearly on top of herself and her (presumed) grandmother who was PLAYING WITH A CHILD IN THE GYM. The child could have died or caused permanent damage. I complained many times about children in the gym and was told they had measures in place to handle this and that I should notify staff when I see it.- Community rules are ridiculous. You pay for amenities but can take only 2 people to the pool at a time and have to rent out the club house to take any family/friends in greater numbers. For the price of this place compared to the surrounding area I should be able to take whomever I want so long as I dont plan to have a rave. For comparison, I live at a much nicer, more expensive complex now in Washington DC and they do not have the same restrictions.- Overall rules are not enforced well. Many times Ive come across residents having pool parties and grilling with extended family and friends despite the no more than 2 people rule. My take-away from this is to never ask the office for permission and just do what you want because they wont punish you anyway.- Along with the lax rule enforcement I got emails all the time asking people to not do this and that (such as park out front) but without repercussions people kept doing that stuff.- The trash room makes the hallway reek to high heaven because people who live here are often too lazy to take larger items down to the actual trash room.- Office staff have replied on Google in an unprofessional manner quoting my private email correspondence with them (see below). I have contacted Greystar corporate about this behavior multiple times without reply. This is unacceptable. Given all of the above issues along with their lack of caring I will never rent from Greystar again. I specifically avoided Greystar properties in Washington DC due to this. What I liked about living here- The gym is well-stocked and will replace almost any membership.- Free coffee, espresso, and lattes in the main office.- Parking garage keeps your car safe (though there was one incident of someone trying to break into a car but staff handled it quickly and there are security cameras in the garage).- RFID access keeps the building secure and people who dont live there out.- Top floor apartments are very quiet.

I can say neither good things nor bad things about the Voyager. It is both good and bad but mostly just average. And by average I mean average for the luxury apartment. It seemed a little expensive to me overall. I got a special on my rent and it was still higher than other comparable places, and at the end of my lease it went up on teh order of several hundred dollars. I decided to not renew my lease but there were other mitigating factors as well as the rent increase. The office staff is very pleasant and overall if you need a place to stay you could do a lot worse.

I’ve barely been here a month, and I am so disappointed. I regret moving here at all. For such a high price and “luxury” complex, I expect way better. The secure, locked building is nice, even though 2 of the outside doors have been broken since I moved in. Mostly all of the shared amenities are nice including coffee machine, conf. rooms, game room, and gym. What’s not nice is the fact that my apartment smelled like dollar store perfume really bad when I moved in. I explained that I have asthma and allergies and the smell was negatively affecting me. So they had one of the maintanence men “clean” the carpet - a.k.a SOAK my carpet in water so it doesn’t dry for 10 hours, which leads my apartment to smell like this sole apartment got hit by a hurricane. Then they have the maintanence manager come to my apartment and talk to me about what happened. Well he is more interested in going on a date than fixing my apartment, but he tells me what I want to here and then changes what he says a few days later. Long story short, my apartment permanently stinks. But they say “it smells like your plugins”. Right....because I buy the Mildew scent from bath and body...Other maintanence request are “completed”, even thought your stuff will still be broken. None of the staff communicates with each other or updates you on any of your concerns. There’s also not many places to take your dog out unless you walk into the neighborhood behind the complex, which doesn’t have sidewalks. You basically pay a ton for a few nice amenities, an updated kitchen, elevators, and a parking garage (which takes forever and a day to get in and out of if your assigned spot is on a high floor). Everything else is pretty mediocre - of course unless you complain about something, then your stuff is left worse than before you complained. Unfortunately counting the months until I can leave...

Ive lived here for 4 years and I have to be honest the first two years here were awesome but since the apartments were taken over by Grey star management it hasnt been the same. I can sit here and type all day about the issues that I have been dealing with but I wont, what I will discuss is my latest issue. I had a leak coming from my bath tub, the water got into my closet and the carpet was drenched in water. We called maintenance and they came and fixed the leak but left the carpet wet which made my apartment start to stink. I made a trip to the office to inform them about the wet carpet being left and they sent someone by with a fan to dry the carpet, the guy said he would be back in two days but he never came back, a week later fan is still running and I had to go back to the office to tell them that the fan was left behind and that the guy never returned. So they sent someone to pick up the fan but the carpet padding that was supposed to be taken out a week ago was left behind and the carpet was left peeled back with nails exposed, so I make another trip back to the office to inform them, they apologized and sent someone to take the carpeting out only problem was that took about another week. This whole carpet ordeal was the last straw for me. My wife and i orginally wanted to resign but with a infant in the house and the negligence of the front office we changed our mind. I went to put in my notice to vacate and it was denied because we did not meet the sixty day mark, which I understand, I tried to talk to the manager to work something out being that we have been good residents here for four years, I agreed to pay the full amount in June even though it was supposed to be prorated since our lease expires June 18th but she did even want to work with me told me that I would be responsible for the full month to month amount I June and partial rent in July, for residents that have dealt with some off the stuff we put up with I thought they would work with us but as you can clearly see thats not the case, the apartments are awesome but the front office manager is not.

My fiancé and I wanted to check out these apartments and it was getting close to dinner time on a Saturday, so we thought wed call really quick to see what time they closed since we couldnt find any hours online and we knew leading offices tend to close around 5pm on Saturdays. So he called and the girl he spoke to said they closed at 6pm today. So we headed over there to find a very awkward layout to parking in front of the leasing office. They only have 5 spots to park in, as well as one handicap spot and they require you to parallel park, so if youre bad at parallel parking, have fun! We were walking up at 4:44pm to find the leasing office lights off and people rushing out the door to lock up. I asked the girl at the door with a confused look what time they closed and she responded 6pm. I looked at my phone and said, Well, its not even 5pm yet. And she proceeded to tell.me Oops, sorry I meant to say 5pm. She didnt even bother asking if we wanted to take some leasing information with us or anything. It was more important to her to be leaving work 15 minutes early and not helping answer any of our questions. She could have at least apologized for giving us wrong information over the phone. So, we were left with a horrible first impression of this place and will definitely be looking elsewhere to rent. Next time, be more accommodating to people who are interesting in renting from you, than being so concerned with leaving work early.

We spent $235 applying for the apartment and them running my credit just for them to tell me we cant have 6 people in the apartment. Keep in mind this is 2 hours after us asking this as our first question, in person. Major disappointment.

I pay way too much at this place to not get my groceries delivered unless I walk downstairs to let the delivery person in, plus waiting for this issue to get fixed for the past couple of weeks. When I was ill with COVID, I was supposed to be in self-isolation, but could not do that because I had to go downstairs to get my groceries delivered. It was very aggravating.

To rent here does each tenant need to make 3x the rent or is their combined income considered for that general requirement?

Houston, we have problemsThe instructions given to me by Deena were sparse to say the least, causing me undo anxiety to the point my husband was afraid I would have a heart attack. Anxiety condition continued into the next day to the point that I had several panic attacks that came out of nowhere for 2 days. I never had a panic attack before this happened.2 hour unexplainable check inI was told that I couldn’t check in until 5 pm. My instructions were to walk in the front door, turn left and talk to the property manager. For records sake his name is Trevanti. We got there at 5:03 talked to Trevanti and he claimed that he had no idea about this. That they didn’t do 3rd party reservations and had never seen anything like this. He spent 2 hours with us trying to figure all this out. Mind you, his quitting time is 5:30. Had we gotten there after that time to check in,we would have been out of a place to stay.No Wi fiBath towels stored in closet are folded and still wetNo instructions for garbage removalActually, no instructions for anything in the condoNo dish towels or rags to wipe countersThe glass in the shower was spotted and not cleanedThe faucet in one of the bathrooms was loose and could be moved back and forth with

It is a beautiful place to live, modern and safe, but if you work at night and sleep during the day, RUN, run away because here YOU CANNOT SLEEP IN THE DAY. Every day there is noise, unbearable noise, if they are not there painting, they are cleaning, but THERE IS ALWAYS NOISE.IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP DURING THE DAY HERE IF YOU WORK AT NIGHT.Everything beautiful and good about this place is totally ruined by this detail, there is no peace while there is sun 🤷🏼‍♀️
