Jennifer LaRocca saved me! I have had some real hardships over the last few years, and while my credit score is high enough, the rental history is rough. I actually have a debt of $14K from a property (lost my job and was hospitalized for some time during Covid). Jennifer told me the truth about the difficult time I was going to have, and she was so right! She sent me the list of locations I could try for my area and there was a property on the list that I actually had good rental history with. I was planning on just calling because I knew what I was going for, she encouraged me to go in and speak with someone. I did and I am so glad I did! I spoke with the manager (I recommend everyone do this!) and I applied. Received an email from the manager that I was approved with an additional deposit. I just paid the deposit! I am so happy and grateful for Jennifer. There are many locators out there that want you to pay $300 just for A LIST of POSSIBLE properties that you MIGHT approve you. You would still have to pay to apply, and then give the service 110% of the rent as a surety. Thats not including the rent you will have to pay! Thats a lot for anyone. I am so glad I trusted Jennifer and you will be too! My angel!

I called on a Thursday, because I was in need of finding a place to stay, and all other locators who called themselves having listings all over the city of Houston was only able to give me one or two apartment locations that would be able to accept me with a broken lease, BUT I had to have proof of being on a payment plan with the broken lease, which I absolutely could not get unless it was paid off. They are so professional they will answer any questions that you have, and trust me I asked a lot of questions. They call you back as soon as they can. Mr. Tim Malone, was very helpful and prompt with my Apartment Search. I went to their website and within 1 hour I was contacted by Tim and he went over my requirements. Shortly after speaking with him I had a list to look through. Once I narrowed my choices down to about 5 or 6 Mr. Malone called each property to verify availibility and pricing. I was able to take the information he gathered and create a list of properties to visit. Mr. Malone even ran another last minute search for me with Plan B options for me. He took it another step and called those properties as well. Through the entire process Mr. Malone was very helpful, responsive, and professional. I told him the date that I was going out to view properties and he even called me the day after to see how it went and to check if I needed him to run another search. Put in a request to get some help locating an apartment. Got an email back from Tim, so I called him and he was SO RUDE! Did not want to help at all. Asked him if there was anyway he could email me the results and he said, NO! with the rudest tone. The conversation didnt even last 1 minute and I had to hang up because of lack of respect for his customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AT ALL! I have used other locators in the past and this is BY FAR the worst. Looking back at other reviews, you can see the responses to others that have had bad experiences from the owner are very immature and NOT professional at all. Maybe it was just the person I was speaking to, but I wouldnt take my chances.

Tim was absolutely horrible to work with. He lacked customer service, was rude and highly unprofessional when I chose not to use the properties he compiled for me. He accused me of hanging up on him on purpose when my phone died. The properties he sent me all displayed the same terrible level of service and it was very disappointing. I will never use this companys services and I certainly do not recommend using or working with Tim.

Later in the week sheexpressed her recent issues with the property after she read the reviews. Wewish she would of read the reviews first like most people do. Mostapartments that work with recent evictions are sub-standard. We offered heranother solution where she could get a very nice quality apartment and evena move in special. At the time she was very appreciative (read below) Danasaid she would get back with Tim after she discussed the option with herhusband. She never did. Instead she attempts to hurt people that honestlytried to help her and her family. Some people simply do not understand whata recent eviction does to their lives and credit. They go through lifeblaming everyone, even those who try to help them. Because they are hurtingeveryone else need to be hurt as well. There are other apartments incompletely different areas of the city we could of referred Dana to but shenever asked for other locations. We want to wish you luck with your newlocator. You are going to need it.HERE IS MY RESPONSE:I never attempted to a hurt anyone. I posted a review of MY experience and I will not apologize for it. Just because I have a hiccup in my rental history doesnt mean I have to settle for a roach infested ghetto. I have since found a better second chance locator who compiled a much longer and better list. Tim and Myra obviously needed the money. I relocated from Ohio and so far I see Texas is full of scammers. I have filed a complaint against both businesses to the BBB and other agencies

If I could give this business a zero I would. Tim Malone is EXTREMELY rude he tried to shame me for the size apartment I was looking for for my family, when I then decided to find an apartment on my own he called to follow up I politely told him I didn’t like our last conversation and found a home on my own he then called me a looser and hung up. Beyond unprofessional! Do not use this service he doesn’t deserve anyone’s commission
