A.S.A.P. Apartment Locators

My first experience was not so great, the apartment locator that I had was nice, but once I found out I did not get approved for the apartment (even though we were both told that I initially was approved) I never heard from the locator again. I waited about a week & decided to try my luck again, this time I was connected to Monte. When I told him my precious experience, he decided to help me himself. Which was great! Monte stayed connected with me and the apartment that I chose from his list from beginning until end. I’m so glad I decided to give this company another try. I will definitely use Monte in the future & will refer him to anyone I know that is in need of assistance.

My wife and I have poor credit, and we had to find a new place relatively quickly. I contacted ASAP due to to the numerous positive reviews and their own website stating that they specialize in helping people with bad credit.I first spoke to Monte, who was very pleasant. He assigned an agent to me that supposedly knew our area. The agent that was assigned to me sent me a link to several apartments in my desired area. Cool! I found one I liked, filled out the application, then got hit with a statement that said tenants with poor credit will be denied. I contacted the agent and stated again (the first time was in my original email to ASAP) that we needed locations that specifically catered to tenants with poor credit, because we simply dont have the funds to spend on repeated application fees. The agent replied that I would have to contact each apartment complex to find out what their individual standard is for accepting a tenant.This kind of confused me as to the purpose of this company. ASAPs own website states that it specializes in helping people with bad credit and broken leases. Sending me a list of all the apartments in an area and then telling me to call them all myself to check whether or not they verify credit score frankly isnt helpful, because Ive been doing that myself for the last month on Zillow and Apartments.com.Im glad so many other people had a positive experience and were able to get the help that they needed. My experience was just so far out of the norm that its seriously making me question whether or not I even understand what service this company is providing.

I’ve used this company, specifically a gentleman named Monte that works here, for years and had them locate apartments for a ton of my friends too that were in need of good deals or move in special, etc. they really have the hookup and info on all the local places and how they operate. 👍

Monte has helped my mom out for maybe 15 years now in finding apartments. She always told me if I were to ever look for an apt always go through him so that’s what I am doing! I want to give him 10+ stars for always helping her

Not really happy with the service I received. Im extremely disappointed and devastated. I needed something as soon as possible but was left with only one option. Looks like Ill be on the streets. I was given one option and no other. I know my situation wasnt the best to work with, but at least give me something more than what was given. 0/10 would not recommend. Would like to add these reviews are fake! Was given a fake number and no assistance. These are not real reviews.

I went out on a limb and contacted ASAP Apartment Locators back in October of 2023. My wife and I were being harassed and forced out by our previous landlord and we needed to find a place ASAP. I had searched Google for resources similar to what ASAP Apartment Locators offers and kept coming across scam sites, so I was a bit reluctant to give them a call. Im so glad I did!I left a voicemail towards the end of a workday and the next morning I got a call back from Ms. Robin Gentry. Hallelujah! She was like an angel sent from Heaven! Before I spoke to her, I had resigned myself to looking at nothing but the most rundown apartments, thinking that would be my only option due to some recent financial struggles. Robin assured us that we had much better options and there were places willing to give people a second chance...and boy did she deliver! Within a day she had sent us a list of places to look at. Amazing results! I’ve worked with locators in the past but Monte is the best. He answers the phone or calls you back immediately. Mr. Monte is a throwback. He is an honest man who gives it to you straight forward. I was totally lost and overwhelmed with my apartment finding process. I was completely overwhelmed trying to find a decent place that would rent to us with poor credit, not much money, and 3 animals in tow. I put my full faith in these people, only for them to leave me in a bind after I told them my past situation with my broken lease. I was REALLY hoping Id get assistance after their recommendations... only to get denied after one apartment complex couldnt work on my broken lease. The complex also werent told about the real amount of my previous balance too. Who knows what was said or told in the end with both the locators and the managers, but.... This was my best experience EVER in searching for an Apartment. I recently moved to Houston and was having a hard time finding an apartment that was zoned to the school that I wanted my daughter to attend. I searched online and came across this business and gave it a shot. I submitted my online request late in the evening and the next morning they responded to my inquiry. Dealing with Monte i was able to get a nice Townhouse in a very nice area & reasonable rent. Ive only been here a week and already love it. There is no one hanging out at odd times of night, no tow truck to tow you if your 1 cm over the yellow line, and everyone seems to keep to themselves.

The Guy named Monty helped me and my sister find a great 2 bed 2 bath even though we were first time renters and new to the process he asked us where we wanted to live and he made sure to find us something that we really liked and not just try to get us to move any where . the apartments he sent us to were veryyy nice and within our budget , we even renewed our lease for the 2nd time !!!! I went through Sue to get approved for apartments. I must say the WORST experience ever! I would not recommend AT ALL. I’ve wasted over $150 on applications and amongst other funds to go towards moving just to get DENIED every time after being told I would be approved.

Ive had help from them twice and both times I got excellent service. Im low income with terrible credit but they didnt make me feel judged and were still able to get me in a place. They are great!
