She took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the complex, from amenities to policies, and patiently answered all of my questions. Her professionalism and attentiveness made me feel confident in my decision to move here. I wish I would have read the reviews before moving here!! This is the worst day my truck was stolen not a part but the entire truck!! I learned that today not only me but 5 other residents this morning around 1am to 430am. We work hard for the things we have and we choose to be somewhere where there is continuous thefts. Nooo we want security we want to feel safe! The feeling is Undescrible!!! The leasing office staff Myia told us she would send documents over to police at 10am then spoke with her again around 2pm she said she didnt have time she had to go to lunch! Amazing an 80k dollar vehicle and pay rent on time and no issues. Work and home!!! Couldnt access cameras!! Please please do your research and reviews diligently!!! I feel its an inside job!! Thieves go to work and buy you own things!!
Moving is never easy and can be stressful. My familys move here has been great; the apartment complex is very nice and peaceful. Keisha was attentive, ensured that all of our questions were answered and made the overall move in experience positive.

I recently moved into Fidelis Westlake. The process took longer than expected but overall I was happy with the experience. Keisha in the front office was very helpful and has a bubbly personality. I did not interact much with the other staff members but sometimes the office environment seems tense. Fidelis is a beautiful property that I feel blessed to live in. Looking forward to meet other tenants and take a dip in the pool on a summer day!
Our trucks catalytic converter was stolen over the weekend. Criminal activity is rampant. There’s a stray dog that’s been loose for a year attacking residents and their pets. Our fridge went out and we lived without a refrigerator for almost a month before they did anything about it. Our AC has gone out multiple times.They’ll also never paid my realtor for her work finding this place for me. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Don’t live here. They only care about the appearance and attracting future residents and leave the current residents on the back burner because the ink is already dry. If I worked here, I’d quit. This is a sinking ship.
Within a month of living here we had to deal with cockroaches, mice, a leak. Advertised as “luxurious prices” what a joke. Obviously based on the experience we wanted to leave but of course based on the contract we had to pay a fee of double to tripled the amount which was nonsense based on the fact that it was a poor living experience within 30 days. During our time there we were able to see multiple crimes. Cars been stolen into, tires been stolen, and cameras were not working at that time, what are the odds. Once lease was finalized we thought we were leaving the problems behind, joke is on us!! The agent that received our last payment did not close out the account! So guess who is dealing with the credit bureau trying to remove that hit to her score!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Save your time and money and do not move here you will regret it!
I moved into an apartment today, the property is stunning, and my patio view overlooking the lake and pool is simply breathtaking.A special shoutout to Ms. Keisha Gordon, my leasing agent, who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Her professionalism and kindness stood out every step of the way. Despite being on her day off, she went above and beyond to personally hand me the keys and assist with setting up apps and other necessities, as I was unable to move in on the scheduled date due to holidays.Ms. Gordon’s dedication, coupled with her warm demeanor, made the process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her if youre considering moving here.

Have not been living in these apartments 5 months and both of my vehicles have been vandalized. Today 1/28/25 my truck window broken and some items was stolen out of my truck. Three weeks ago my lawn equipment was stolen there is no security on this property. High prices but no security the owner praised the employees good reviews . Find away to praise up on some security owners
Fidelis Westlake is now a place I can call Home. Ms. Quad was beyond exceptional and the process what absolutely seamless. From the day I toured with her, she remained available and kept me updated on every step of my application process until I was approved. Every interaction with the ladies of Fidelis Westlake was amazingly pleasant. The community is beautiful and well kept. I truly have found peace within a busy city !! Such a great experience, I just shopped this property today as Im moving back from Midland to Houston and needing a 2 bedroom. I was greeted by Jasmin and I must say out of all the apts in the area Ive shopped the costumer service experience was superb i was very impressed with the overall treatment!! I felt welcomed and Jasmine was excited that I arrived to give me the opening of my future new home. These apartments are new and clean. I work in Corporate Housing and did inspections on about 8 units, and i did not have one issue. Never seen anything like it. The maintenance team did an absolutely phenomenal job, they were on top of everything, from door hinges, to paint marks, to one of the AC’s being out, they did it without me even asking.I did not have to report one issue amongst 8 units.Just to help grasp an understanding of that, I inspected 2 units less than 2-3 miles away and both of them had a combined 7 maintenance issues to report.
To the apartments reply.. I am still waiting on a call back from when I sent the original post, I left a message...Nice apartment apt home, friendly staff BUT neighbors are loud, dogs are loud throughout the night. Roach infestation is ridiculous. All has been reported to the office on many of occasions and issue is still happening. So if you have extra money to live in these conditions by all means, this is the place for you.
Tires and wheels stolen off my car along with 4 other cars and suv at this apartment complex.Jasmine which is the apartment complex manager/ spokes Person didn’t take any responsibility for the damage that was done. She did offer an ultimatum to get my car towed by some unqualified tow men that didn’t even come with the proper truck to tow someone’s car that don’t have tires or wheels. I repeatedly told her that my car is a performance car and it sits low and can’t just be dragged and that it would have to have tires on it in order to tow it. Then she provided some address in the email to some junk yard that was located in Orange, Texas. She didn’t even know the correct address to or could provide the correct address.She Also was well aware that my wheels were already ordered. We were waiting on a third party company that USAA uses to come out on the location to install the wheels and tires. The wheels had to be shipped and was set to be delivered on Saturday morning. Again She also knew all of this because she asked for my insurance and claim number and was in contact with them as well.Nothing else was offered then causing more of a problem and being problematic. She had the nerve to say she gave me over a week to get the car removed as if the car broke down or something we caused to have it still there. She’s really passive aggressive and also nice nasty. Moral of story don’t bring your car if you choose to move here. I know they offered others in the community who’s vehicle was vandalized some hush money.
Centric Fiber Representative- Great experience at the last event. Beautiful setup and great team vibe with a beautiful atmosphere. One of the most organized and sweetest teams I am partnered with. If you are a current resident definitely be grateful for the amount of effort and care the team shows their tenants.
I am very disappointed with this property. With it being a new and beautiful property there are issues with roaches, we were the first to live in our apartment, they then moved people in around us that have brought more and more. Also, the neighbors are disruptive, the trash and gross corridors bring more pest, and it is very frustrating. They only have optional pest control and it is not fair to the residents that are actually clean.

I noticed there weren’t really many photos or videos on their website so I just wanted to upload a few for potential tenants. When I recorded I had no intent of uploading so they aren’t perfect but it does give you an idea.
I have been living at Westlake for almost two years now, and I have consistently been impressed by the exceptional service provided by the team, especially the agent, Mya. From the moment I moved in, Mya has gone above and beyond in every interaction, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. I have lost count of the number of times I’ve contacted the office, and without fail, Mya has always made a point to address my needs, often going out of her way to ensure I am completely taken care of. On a scale of 1 to 5, Mya is undoubtedly a 10, and I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work.
If youre looking for a place to stay, make sure you have all your documents and life insurance ready to share. The application process is unnecessarily complicated, and the manager, Jasmine, is very petty. She creates scenarios to make you think you’ll get approved, but she actually has full control over whether your application is accepted or denied. She often blames corporate for decisions and pretends she consulted with them, but she is rarely available to communicate directly. As a manager, she should be able to take responsibility and communicate her decisions instead of shifting them onto others. Devin the leasing agent, is somewhat helpful but wasnt very effective in answering certain questions, which is why the managers availability is important. Ive also heard that Jasmine has denied several applicants, even those with good rental histories and substantial incomes. Im not sure what she is looking for to be approved but as manager you should be ashamed of your actions and think about what youre putting others through.

Listen, if you are looking for a place to call your own. Fidelis Westlake is where its at. I love my apartment the community and everything that comes along with it. The ladies in the office are the BEST! Big shout out to the Assistant Manager Erica who was a tremendous help with getting a beautiful apartment home. I would also like to give a shout out to the Property Manager Jasmine she is definitely the type of PM you would want at your place of living. She is loving and down to earth, always willing to answer your all questions. Thank you all for what you do to give us a place to call our own.
We have lived here for a year now and it’s been pretty good. The maintenance team is fantastic and takes care of everything quickly & Mya is absolutely great and very knowledgeable about the entire process!
If you want your vehicles broken into this is the place to be Ive been here almost 5 months and been to the office 3 times about vehicle vandalizing. High prices but no security today 1/28/25 truck was broken into and items missing.

Everything is close by and they offer great amenities that will be 24hrs! I also met with Devin, Jasmine, and Erika on my move in day. Super friendly and great customer service from all the ladies! This place is amazing. I’ve lived here for a few months and have been nothing but satisfied. The property managers make sure that the property is always clean. They are very friendly and helpful when I have gone in the office.Some great things about the property, well insulated, dog park and wash, food truck weekly, trash pickup at your door, the pool and sitting area is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. I could go on and on.
Jazzmine is a very sweet and compassionate person! She made everything perfect from the tour and throughout the entire process.
It’s pretty, but I wouldn’t recommend it.We moved in right when they first opened and were promised a lot of things that we either never got or took a very long time to get.The spiders are out of control and you get high off of the weed smell by just walking to your door. The staff is nice, but that’s about all we really liked.
I’ve lived here for like 2 month and there has been some new construction challenges but all in all pretty happy I chose here. Jazzmine the property manager cares a lot and Devon who I toured with was wonderful. I recently called the office and spoke to Erica to help me with a few concerns with my unit. Minor things and Christian the maintenance guy was just great. Super happy here come check them out.
I am so excited to be a new resident at Fidelis Westlake Apartments. I felt so welcomed by Jazzmine Hill the Property Manager. She was so professional and friendly. She was more than helpful in assisting me to find the right location and design that suited me and my needs. I have lived in Houston for over 5 years and have never seen an apartment complex in this area with such great amenities and convenience to everything. I would definitely say this complex is the number one place to live in this area.
Inadequate communication. They will take your money and waste your time for months. If youre in a hurry, I would not recommend applying here. The lack of communication and the run-around are exhausting, to say the least. I constantly had to call for a status or update until I just gave up. They initially said everything was approved, but a month later, they said I was denied because they didnt have enough information initially. However, if they had contacted and stayed in touch with me, it would have saved much-needed time and headaches for all of us. After about two weeks of the runaround, I understood what kind of leasing office I was dealing with and applied to and moved into another community, all while still waiting to hear back from Fidelis at Westlake. They are very pleasant to chat with but definitely need more organization, staff, and structure. If this is how they are during the application process, I can only imagine needing assistance as a tenant. My suggestion to the complex is not to take the $200 application fee first if you cant handle the load. Accept applications first, and then when you can provide proper service and attention, send the link for fees.
I was undecided between these apartments and Cascade. But Erica totally sold me on choosing Fidelis. She was awesome, very friendly, and hospitable. However when I went to the office to pay my security deposit I encountered Mya who was very rude and unprofessional and made comments that alluded to the fact that she was refusing to assist me eventhough I informed her that I had already applied and been approved. The experience was very off putting because I had just made a final decision between the two apartments and chose Fidelis. There was some confusion about pricing and she instantly got a nasty attitude when I asked her to write the prices down according to each floor. She sighed with this disturbed look in her eye and said the pricing is online. Then I responded and asked are you refusing to write them down for me. This distasteful experience with Mya almost turned me away from moving forward with Fidelis. But I had such an awesome experience with Erica I will continue the process and call Fidelis my new home! Staff should regularly attend customer service trainings.

Went to tour this place with my brother after eating at chick fil-A and saw how huge their patios were. We were not disappointed at all this place was super nice. Booked an appointment with Erica and ended up touring with Mya. Both ladies were great, I was really impressed by the gym facilities and the place being opened 24 hours a day. Will definitely be applying.
Fidelis Westlake Apartments is a new development within the Humble/Houston area because of this my wife and I were enamored. In addition, upon meeting the management team, we were impressed by everyones professionalism and enthusiasm but unfortunately, we decided not to proceed with the application process due to quite frankly the lack of concern and lack of communication from the management team.After filling out the application, the management team did a horrible job of following up with us to inform us about the next steps or the status of the application, and when we reached out they either did not answer the phone or did not return our phone call. Once we finally got in touch with them, we were told that they could not accommodate our desired move-in date, even though Jasmine, the manager, reassured us multiple times that they would be able to accommodate our desired move-in date. On top of this, they NEVER called to try to help us come up with another move-in date, more of a lack of concern and communication.Honestly, once they collected the administration fees and the surprise online fees, we were out of sight, out of mind.I would advise anyone to get everything in writing, especially in dealing with Fidelis.The floor plans are beautiful, but a bit small and the location is perfect, but hopefully, management can learn to show genuine concern to ALL of its applicants.
While the place is absolutely beautiful. And the property manager Jazzmine is great. Erica is not the friendliest, and comes across as very condescending. Devin is ok, just very quick to hang up the phone on you mid sentence. And there is often miscommunication between the staff as well. One staff member will say something and then another will say something completely different. With training and better customer service skills, I believe this place can do great things.
I’m relocating from Chicago to be near my grandkids and was EXCITED that these units were coming in the area where they live. Houston is my second home but I’ve now decided to make it my first. Although I discovered I couldn’t wait until completion of these units, I had the pleasure of communicating back and forth with their leasing agent “Jazz” and I must say, she was a pleasure to work with (VERY professional and thorough, just a sweetheart)! She is GREAT representative for the company! I am a licensed real estate broker in IL (16 years)and she definitely has what it takes to be successful in this business! I WILL be recommending others to Fidelis Westlake!

It’s brand spanking new. The customer service was A1. The Apartment Manager is like a blessing from Heaven. So far so good. They have the best Amenities ever. However, my multiple telephonic interactions with Ms. Jazzmine H., Fidelis Westlake Apartments Property Manager necessitated my action to deviate from my norm and let it be know how phenomenal this woman is!Summarily, I was curious about the apartments I saw being built in what I consider to be a thriving and safe area of the city (e.g., square footage, pricing, floor plans, etc.) near a strip mall that I frequent. After lots of online research to attain contact information for the apartment property still in its development stages, I successfully attained Jazzmines personal telephone number - yup, her cell number. Based on the fact that I am exceedingly content in my current apartment complex, over a period of 2-3 days, my interactions with Jazzmine included a plethora of questions, debates and concerns (even after she sent comprehensive information about the property via e-mail) that, due to her exceedingly knowledgeable, personable and pleasant demeanor, were more than satisfactorily addressed with comprehensiveness, accuracy and efficiency. In the face of my determining that I would likely renew my lease in my current apartment complex, Jazzmine argued with diligent clarification as to why Fidelis Westlake Apartments would be an excellent choice for me and that I should make the change! Albeit I ultimately determined that I would stay where I am for now (for a slew of personal reasons), Jazzmines genuine engagement with me has certainly left an indelible mark as it relates to apartment property management, which will certainly be taken into consideration should I decide to do a local relocation in the near future.Jazzmine, thank you for restoring my hope in the existence of stellar customer service!!!Genuinely,T.H.
I came to tour the place on Sunday April 23rd, 2023. Devin T. help me with my search. She is knowledgeable and has great communication. The place is still on construction. Definitely will be leasing. I felt in love with the floorplan 2/2 and with the specials going on to move in June. Awesome price. This property will be beautiful when is complete. If youre looking for an apt look no further and try to tour this place before its too late because the specials wont last long. 2/2 for $1650.

After being here for 1 year, I feel really disappointed. I tried reporting it to the company, but no one came down to fix it every time it rained.
I have been living here for three weeks and it has been very nice. My son goes to high school here and my daughter in Woodcreek has been very nice.
