Lofts at City West Apartments

While looking for an apartment I called Lofts at City west. I was greeted by Ashley the manager who was very pleasant to deal with. Ashley went above and beyond to make my leasing and move in smooth. Maintenance was very attentive to my needs. The building is very clean and well kept. 10/10 I recommend leasing here.

BEWARE! I rarely write reviews but honestly I cant help myself. I went to tour these apartments based on reviews and the website and once you get back to the actual units its like being in a movie. Baby it is the SLUMS! Nothing luxury about it. The hallways are dark and smell like mold, sewage and just overall contaminated air. Once I got inside the unit me and my significant other was BLOWN AWAY due to the fact that these are units they told us are READY for move in! I couldnt believe my eyes or nose!!! It smelled like maintenance just came in there and dropped a heavy chemical bomb with an old smelly car freshener type of scent to it. It smelled like they tried to mask the bad odour but instead mixed it with cheap, pungent toxic freshener. The tiles were coming up out the floor, there was rust all on appliances, grime buildup in the bathroom, the mirrors were chipped and rusted. I mean this place didnt even TRY!! to replace anything. It feels like poverty in there with an inaccurate price tag. Now I see why they have the move in special. Dont waste your time viewing these apartments because soon as you pull up you will realise youve been bamboozled and cat fished

Cecilia and Emily are wonderful and made the leasing process super easy and smooth! They helped with all questions during my tour that i had and made me feel super comfortable! I am so happy to be moving here :) great leasing staff!

This is my honest review as a resident. As far as the cons, the walls are very thin and tenants are extremely noisy and loud at all hours. If you are someone that likes peace and quiet, this complex is not it. Also, the common areas, such as the corridors and elevators are often dirty with trash and litter.For the positives, the apartment unit itself has a nice interior and maintenance has been quick and efficient overall. For the price, you can definitely find better.UPDATED EDIT* It has been a while since my previous review above and I felt the need to update my rating. Management has been attentive on tackling aforementioned issues like cleanliness and noise along with other common complaints. Overall the complex is improving and the responsiveness is clear. The maintenance team has continued to be fantastic and are much appreciated.

The new gm is charging residence fees that where unaware of even a friend of mine just move and bc the weather his electricity and power got cut off he got charged $150 he’s trying to get someone to sublease bc ppl refuse to be treated unfairly in a place of residence

The exterior and interior looks of the apartment complex is really nice and Emily was very helpful from the day of my touring till my move in day and she deserves a raise.The manager was helpful too and all I can say for now is that I love my new place.

The residents treat this place like their own dumping grounds. The hallways are constantly dirty and smelly. Elevators are also dirty and are either slow or broken. For how much rent is it could definitely be better. Will be moving out after lease is up.

There is no reason to move to a building full of roaches and worst services you would ever deal with

I promised Cici, the new Manager that I would write a 5-Star Review if she had all 100% of amenities working (ex. both elevators, pool, grill pits with gas, all community doors functional, gym functional, trash service functional, community restrooms functional, etc...). And she and the new Loft Team achieved it, so they hunted me down for this review, which is fine : ) Anyway, the key to 5-Star is always 100% Amenities (that is all the MGMT of the place), 95% security (some random criminals will always test the security systems and they have before), and 95% clean (cleaning is a constant, since all residents naturally produce trash). So, yeah, congratulations on the 5-Stars. Now, that you reach the 5-Stars, learn to keep it by attracting 5-Star Individuals in mind, habits, and spirit who want to keep the place stay 5-Stars. Emily Perez, Jose, and Fernando Rubio do help Cici keep things at 5-Star level, especially the beautiful clean pool, which the Oasis Attraction Jewel of the whole building and residents.

I’ve been living here for eight months, and I’ve really enjoyed my time at Alta City West. Considering its location, the complex isn’t too pricey, and the apartments are roomy with reliable appliances and amenities. Additionally, the complex is relatively quiet, and the management staff consistently does an excellent job maintaining the complex. Helen and the maintenance staff are always very helpful, and they have promptly addressed any issues that I’ve brought to their attention. Overall, it’s been an excellent experience.

Been living here for a month . So far I can say it is very interesting once you actually sign the lease. Residents here are disgusting. Leaving gum on elevator doors.. trash in elevators. You really can see the dirtiness people will have. Residents here think the parking lot is their garbage can. Mexicans/Puerto rican residents are very much so racist towards black residents. They will try their hardest not to get in the same elevator with you. Management is okay. Could be better.

Update, after being here for over 8 months I have to say that I am extremely happy that I am at this property. that service has been consistent and I love the way management takes care of its residents.......T..i.my first big move in over 15 years and moving hundreds of miles away always brings stress. Dominique and Shannon have been so amazing in helping me move in. All moves come with issues but the staff has been on top of everything. The property is right off Westheimer so noise is to be expected but it is normal traffic and the night is pretty quiet. The amenities are great and the property is kept extremely clean, even of one of the biggest roads in Houston. I love being able to get any where I need right off this main road. The apartment unit has beautiful wood floors, spacious storage in the kitchen, and the closets are very well organized. Dominique has made it an amazing move in process. The staff is what makes the property even better. They are polite, sincere, and keep their word. Overall this has been an almost stress free move to Houston and I think Ill enjoy my new home.

Cece the property manager has exceeded going above and beyond and is truly a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and diligence is unmatched and incredibly noticeable when working on new projects - I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you for making Lofts at City West a Wonderful place to live! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lived here for 3 years. I had a great experience at Alta City West. Staff members were always pleasant and helpful. I worked late hours, so they always offered to put my packages in my apartment for me. Courtesy officers live on property and are awesome. Maintenance is exceptional - my AC went out last year and within 24 hours it was fixed, including a new thermostat. Overall - I loved my time there.

2 words! CE-CE!! I had an issue that could effect my business however I wasn’t able to make it home in time to resolve it. CECE to the rescue! She went above and beyond to assist me. Her light, demeanor, and smile let me know she didn’t just help me but she wanted to help.These days a lot of apartment complexes are the same, what makes the difference is the PEOPLE. CECE is the perfect example of the type of people you can hope for to be in management of a community. Hospitable, accountable, and genuine!! When searching for your next apartment, stop by here and ask for CECE. Trust me, you’ll know you’ve found your home ❤️

I have lived here for one year. I have to say that the maintenance team and office staff are very on top of things. Ive enjoyed my year here and I recommend this location for anyone that wants to live in a place that is close to everything in Houston and an even greater environment to live in. The leasing process is very easy and my leasing agent Shannon, she was available every step of the way. The manager Dominique was friendly and eager to help as well. Thank you Alta City West for the customer service and greatest community experience to be apart of.

Had a great tour of this property with the Property Manager Krysten. She did a great job of showing me around and highlighting the amenities here. I look forward to becoming a resident knowing that someone as attentive, personable and professional is on property. During my visit I saw her assisting several residents with a level of attentiveness and care I wished all Property Managers demonstrated.

I lived at Alta City West for 5 years and loved these apartments! They’re quiet and very well maintained. Maintenance and the office staff is very helpful responds to all requests/questions promptly. My only complaint would be the visitor parking but the area is surrounded by other apartments/businesses. It is a great place to live!

I was apartment shopping a few months ago. After finding this apartment, I decided to go in for a tour. There I met their wonderful leasing agent, Helen Fanta. She was so helpful and amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the property and let me know all about the area. Unfortunately, I needed to live somewhere closer to my place of work. Helen was so great I almost signed the paperwork right then and there. I have yet to meet any other leasing agent that was as helpful and downright fun to interact with. Overall great experience!

So, I have to say that reading reviews can be quite discouraging and onesided. Luckily for me, I didn’t just go by the reviews when choosing Alta City West as my new home. I must say that every property I’ve lived have their pros and cons. But I knew from the start of my tour that Alta City West was the place for me. “Customer Service” is very hard to find. My experience started the moment I walked into that office. Everyone there was so helpful, it’s like I wasn’t just working with my consultant which was Shannon, but even the property manager Dominique offered his assistance on more than one occasion. The application process was quick and easy, which was great because some can be very stressful. The apartment and amenities are very very nice and although I noticed several reviews regarding parking I hadn’t had any issues since I’ve been here. My suggestion to anyone is to tour the property first before making a final decision because reviews (including my own) can be very hard to gauge. Just form your own opinion, it’s the safe choice!!!

I moved in March 2020, when the entire world shut down, and the old management was not quiet up to par. Then Tiffany and Helen came in and turned this place around. Tiffany is on it and always makes sure her residents are getting what they pay for, and when Tiffany is not there, Helen doesn’t miss a step. They compliment Alta City West so well, and probably the hardest working duo I’ve ever met. Thanks Tiffany and Helen. Besides the best duo ever, the place is beautiful , it’s gated so no crime, and overall just a badass place to live. You’re in the middle of everything, and apt neighborhood is quiet during the night. Been here for a year, and I’ve loved every second of living here.

I just recently moved to this property on the first of June and I’m in love with my new home! From the amenities to the floor plan, I couldn’t ask for a better package. The leasing staff is awesome here as well. Krysten helped me step by step through my entire lease experience; from the initial tour which convinced me to move here, to her accommodating all my special requests. She made sure I was taken care of and it showed. I’m looking forward to many memories here at City West. And thanks again Krysten, for being AMAZING!!! ;-)

Love love living here ! Great location. Beautiful units! Most of all staff is amazing. Shannon and Dominique make you feel welcome and at home. They take care of business and are very helpful ! The Repair and Maintenance team surpasses any other apartment complex I have lived in here in Houston.

I have had a great experience living at this property. The staff has honored their word relating to fixing my issues. I feel like a priority here, unlike other places where it now seems that bad customer service is the normal. It is NOT like that here! I am so happy I have found a peaceful place to live and have my family enjoy as well! The staff is awesome and I LOVE IT! :)

My girlfriend and I searched up & down Westheimer for a centrally located and stylish Mid Rise apartment complex. We checked out 6 Mid Rise communities in the area. We found 1 or 2 amenities in each we loved but none got close to the Alta City West. The floor plan we chose was beautiful. The property grounds were expertly managed and manicured. We loved the clubhouse, 24 hour fitness center and sparkling pool area.I swear you enter the office lobby you think you’re in a five star hotel.The property director, Dominique Sauls was warm, welcoming and eager to accommodate our needs.Dominique was very helpful giving excellent ideas on how to best maximize space, with expert advice on color and design.We’re looking forward to enjoying our new home at Alta City West.

I have been living here almost 5 yrs . I like the management team : Lakon , Ivan and Cece are very nice and professional. The maintenance team John & Milton are really quick in fixing any problems for my unit

Alta City West is a fantastic community. Not only does Helen, Tiffany and Krysten go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, they also treat you like you’re family here. Great restaurants and night life are all close by. Thank you all for everything you do to make this community as great as it is. I’d recommend stopping in to anyone in the market, searching for a great place to live.

Just moved in a month ago. The staff is awesome and incredibly nice. Shannon and Cash were very helpful with the moving process and the property is great. Location is PERFECT, really close to Galleria area, I-10, or any other freeway you need to get on. It has been the best experience so far.

Brandon in the leasing office was amazing! My move-in experience was great I was able to move in my apartment a day early after driving 16 hours from Minneapolis. Krysten also helped me throughout the whole application process made things very easy! The apartment complex is is beautiful and the location is excellent if your looking to move near the loop in the city of Houston I recommend these apartments

I recently moved into this place and it has been great so far. Aneitria and Carol are easy to work with and have been very helpful in helping me get settled in. The place is cozy, quiet and clean. It is a small community complex that feels like home. Some disadvantages - Community room closes after 6 PM but the team is working on changing it. Gym is small and equipments dont work sometimes. Hopefully these issues will get resolved soon!

Moving to Houston in 6 months and I already found my dream apt! Having lived at an Alta community in North Carolina, I was excited to hear that the Alta brand existed in Texas as well. The moment I walked into Alta City West, I knew this is where I wanted to be. The staff was friendly, and I was even greeted by the new manager! This community is in the heart of the city and close to all the exciting things going on. It’s new, and certainly feels like a hidden gem. You’d never know the community was as big as it is from seeing it on the street. Really looking forward to calling this place home!

Ive lived at Alta City West for almost 18 months, and its one of the best decisions that Ive ever made ! THE PERFECT LOCATION ! Really close to the Galleria area, I-10, Memorial City, and the Bellaire area. I moved here from Brooklyn, NY and the staff here have not only been accommodating, but extremely reasonable in providing a remedy to many of my unforeseen circumstances. The apartment complex is usually quiet and is patrolled by courtesy officers, which attributes to Shannon and Dominiques commitment to safety. Our property management team are truly champions of service excellence.

I’m a new resident to the Houston area & haven’t experienced apartment living since 2006! I was so anxious about relocating AND trying to find a place to live all at the same time. However, when I walked in to Alta City West I felt right at home. Cash was awesome!!! I had my Mom with me & she was full of questions. Cash answered all of them & put all of our anxiety to rest. I didn’t bother looking anywhere else as I knew ACW was going to be my new home in Houston! The entire staff is awesome. My apartment overlooks Westheimer & I love it! I haven’t closed my blinds yet, lol. I’ve had no issue with parking, trash or noise! I’m glad I chose this property!Thanks so much Cash!!! Also, thank you to the entire staff. You guys rock.

Our friend has been living in this apartment for a few years, and every visit to the apartment complex is a pain. There are 8 parking spots for guests. (TOTAL 8 SPOTS - for all apartment complex). It takes a great luck for any of the spots to be open and available. As there is never any guest parking available (certainly it is not due to EXCESSIVE number of GUEST parking spots provided) you are in need of parking at the front of the apartment complex just to find out that management encourages and allows towing. If you are even a bit of a social creature, and like to see and invite friends over - do not consider this apt complex as an option.

Noce place. Not perfect but good enough for these money. Most of the time is very clean. Valet trash. Clean but not too deep pool. Club room with a pool table open till late. They change managers at the leasing office very often, but the main lady stays same and she is professional enough to help with different issues. I put 4 stars because unfortunately sometimes (due to limited possibilities) they have to limit you in ways like a parking space, garage or storage or pets areas. Garage doors are very loud that makes discomfort to anyone lives on the second floor. It is understandable but at the same time this is an issue of this complex. Also there live 3 police officers, and they are on duty every night, so safety is on the high level. Overall I would give it 4,5 stars

The staff is fantastic. Jonathan and Shannon are always smiling and we love living here. It has been the best experience at an apartment since we’ve moved to Houston. Thank you Jonathan and Shannon for your awesome customer service skills.

Would not recommend. At all.The staff is very unprofessional. Primarily Shannon. And trying to go above them to the actual leasing company (Alta) yields little results. I had to break my lease and in doing so had some very rude things said to me from the staff. When I tried going up the ladder it ultimately ended in disappointment and me having to drop several thousand dollars just to get out.Parking is also a major issue here. There are covered spots which are for residents only, however there is no enforcement on parking. No stickers, no one monitoring, etc. If you can get in the gate you can park where ever you want, which means its nearly impossible to find a parking place most of the time. I imagine this is done intentionally to drive tenants into leasing the on site personal garages for an extra $90(?) a month.Maintenance is non responsive. I had a water heater leak that was spilling out all over my floor for weeks and as of my move-out still hadnt been looked into.If you do decide to live here, be sure youre not put into a unit facing Westheimer, as they are very loud at all hours of the night.Note that I also found a used syringe right outside my door one evening. I notified the staff and it was later removed, however this is not exactly a sign of a classy establishment.

I have lived at City West for 3 years and I have really enjoyed myself. The new manager and leasing agent give good service to residents and even helped with our renewal being too high. They really care about us. I look forward to another year here.

Weve lived in this property for six years and it was an incredible experience. We never saw Insect whats so ever, its very clean ,great location, we had our kids in this place .good memory .we thank you krysten and Brandon so much. Nice building, extremely bad service we know that the head office dont care about it at all what so ever. Bad neighbors smell weed all day and night , whats funny is the pool still close and were end of July lol.Theyre good at collecting rent end of each month. They run the whole building with o e poor manager...its disrespectful very sad.

Wanted to give 3 month update. Still love the property, all of a sudden theyre has been bugs here and there. Staff is still helpful. In my previous review, i complained about the parking situation and the owner replied come by the office to discuss it. All they told me is that, the 5 spots are designated for visitors, while the other 5 can only be occupied after 5 Monday-sat for visitors. So the parking situation still sucks but un fortunately i dont think they are going to make any changes about the situation.

Administration is really bad. We moved there in Oct 2017 and a month after we found out administration decided to change the parking policy. They did not mention that IMPORTANT part when we chose. They did not refund our deposit and they charged $220 extra because according to them we damaged the apartment. We did not damage anything. We always took care of the apartment, but unfortunatly we did not have proof to fight back. We never had such a bad experience. I feel administration lied to us and stoled from us. Bad experience with neighboords too. Do not recommend this place at all.

We have been living here for almost 4 years already and the past year and a half have been insanely crazy how things are getting worse. My car has been open twice inside the parking looking for things to steal. All the popo from the dogs is everywhere nobody cleans it (not the resident not the property), there are a lot of cockroaches now in the building, the machines for cardio in the gym are not working for at least like a year, the whole gym is like and old one already, the grill from the pool almost never have gas. They close the lobby so we don’t have access at some time and it used to be 24 hours before. Please make things better because this is not a cheap place to live.

Alta City West was easily my first pick when I was apartment hunting. Now that I have been living here for a few months, I can still say its the perfect apartment. Here are some things it checked off on my list:- Safety: Gated community, secure windows, secure door locks, secured entrances.- Amenities: Grilling by the pool is the best! The gym is small but has everything you need.- Appliances: Essentials like the oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer are in great condition. The water temperature and pressure from all faucets is terrific - especially in the shower!- Building amenities: Parking has never been an issue. Maintenance is reliable and quick to address service requests in a timely manner. Valet trash pickup is everyday of the week from right outside your apartment door. They had the best pet policy compared to other apartments in the area, with several well-equipped dog walking stations around the building. Packages and deliveries are held at the front desk.- Environment: The staff and maintenance are so great to work with. Residents here are friendly and respectful. This location offers many options for food, groceries, and shopping.The diversity in this area with authentic food is fantastic - thai, chinese, indian, peruvian, persian, lebanese, mexican, caribbean, colombian, mediterranean, italian, turkish, german - so much variety in close proximity. I really enjoy living here, it had everything I was looking for and then some. This is my first review ever written, that is how much I would recommend Alta City West Apartments!

Most of the time they don’t want to help the residents of this property. Packages are an issue here, they returned it all the time, never want to sign, and always find an excuse about why they didn’t keep the package. Parking is another thing here, just 1 car per bedroom apartment and for visitor parking, you will never find any for your visits, they will have to park in the restaurant that is in front of the property because there are only 10 parking spots... social amenities are always closed, pool is never open, grills have been for more than a year broken, and there is no light. Also, if you have a neighbor upstairs that makes noise from 6am to 1am EVERYDAY, every hour and never let you sleep, and you complain they will tell you to calm and breath because its a child and they can not do anything about it.. the only good thing about this property is the maintaince people and they are firing them..

I have live here going on a year… I love the property from my neighbors to the leasing office everybody here is family , Krysten is like the Mom of the apartments and Brandon is like that big brother you never had rather if you have a question or just a bad day they are always there to talk , laugh and if there’s a problem they fix it as soon as possible! Everybody here is family honestly if Brandon/Krysten ever leave I would leave too

Amenities, price, size of the apt are all great as well as the cleanliness, but the real five star review goes out to the management team. They truly cared to listen to me when I had concerns and resolved them. Big thank you to Tiffany Puga.

Worth the read, as it will be more helpful than your leasing agent. My experience here was good, not great. My best & only compliment out of the office is the manager Jonathan, he is understanding and will work with you within reason. Firm but fair! Maintenance guys are excellent!!i was not made aware of the parking rules upon move-in and we had trouble the entire time here with parking. if you want two parking spots or a garage and a spot, YOU MUST HAVE A 2 BEDROOM.1 bedroom and even 2 people on the lease will still only get you ONE PARKING SPOT!! Same with your keys and clicker, you only get ONE! Tough luck if you lose it. We also learned the hard way about visitor parking.. you can only park out there (LMITED visitor spots) 14 days out of the month, so every other day, my boyfriend had to park across the street, run across 6 lanes of traffic, rain or shine, and hope that i was home to open the door if leasing office was closed.Forget about having guests, the rules only allow you a few guests at a time, you cant use amenities without the lease holder by your side,pool and computer/pool table included.Walls and doors are THIN. You will not be made aware of packages so check every chance you get.Go over trash valet rules bc i was not made aware of those either and was charged TWICE for violating and was never given the full rundown of the rules.Neighbors are hit or miss, the frying chicken in the hallways was annoying, constant littering and dont leave your valet trash can out more than an hour after after they pick up your trash, residents will walk by and drop their trash in yours smh.theres more but i feel like Ive made a clear point. GO OVER THE ENTIRE LEASE TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN!!!!

We went over to look at these apartments and get info but their prices are way higher than what it says on their website and supposedly the lady said they might keep going up. They need to continuously update their website with the accurate prices because it was false advertisement. They are really nice but I dont think its worth the amount especially being a hotel vibe atmosphere. It doesnt feel homey.

Best Customer service ever. I appreciate all the new manager Tiffany Puga has done for me and my family I really appreciate the hard work she puts in the property to make it look the best it has looked in a long time. She really cares about her residents I hate to say goodbye but I do recommend this place to anyone looking -

I was stumped between this apt complex and another but because of the amazing help I got from Brandon I will be moving to Alta City West! Thank you Brandon!

My visit to Alta City West was extremely great! I have to let everyone know how great this place is. The staff is incredibly nice and makes you feel extremely welcome and at home. I am definitely making this my next home and I can’t wait!

I do not recommend it at all, a lot of theft, many smell of marijuana, Mr. Carlos from maintenance is very disrespectful, he yells at the employees, Juan and the cleaning lady, the only ones who work excellently are Juan from maintenance and the young Tania cleaner who leaves the building very clean, she is a great cleaner, Mr. Juan is always helpful. Brandon one love.

Look nice inside and outside. B U TIts really noise. Car wash work till 8 pm and sometimes forget to turn off lights. So it will be loud and lots of light in you room hard to sleep. And when your lease will over . they will charge the top they can. They will call you Dirty. Just to upchagre u.Only good thing. they make good tacos on cinco de mayo.Visitors parking problem. Aggressive towing. good luck if you decided to move in.

This is my second year living here and Im in love with my apartment. Cece is a great property manger as well!

I must say when I went to the property it was fantastic . I meet with Shannon, who was professional and very nice as she gave me a tour of the property there. It’s was more beautiful than I thought can’t wait to make this property my next house and since I just moved to Houston.

Been living here 3 years maintenance has went down hill been without ac going on 2 weeks been having ac problems since I lived here . Limited visitor parking .also if you are looking to get a apartment here don’t get one with garage under it you can hear the door up under your feet open and close very loud .

I moved to Alta City West a month ago and it is by far the best apartment experience I have had. Love the proximity to the Galleria and City Centre. Right off Westheimer which takes me all over the city. Glad I made this decision.

We suffered massive discrimination during our application process to these apartments. We could have gone somewhere else but we stayed. We liked our apartment but hated the fact that the amenities were limited due to behavior of other residents. At the end of day, we dont recommend this place.

My recent visit to tour Alta City West was nothing short of amazing! Jonathan and Shannon were so helpful and informative and made me really feel like I was already part of the ACW Family! Kudos to this staff and their hospitality! 😁👍🏼

Mrs. Adams is a rarity in this industry. She engages you with not only a smile, professionalism and helpful knowledge directly for you. The feeling of being treated as if youre her only client speaks volumes. She definitely gives you the experience you deserve.

Staff is very informative and helpful. Maurice in particular was super attentive, very patient, and extremely professional. Outside of the complex being nice, knowing Maurice is there would be the reason I lease, I know he’d be there to support me

I dont want to give a star! The elevator on the west side has been broken for almost a month, and the leasing office only said that it has to wait for the supervisor level to pass the review before it can be repaired. I really don’t know how to wait for so long for an approval? The stairs on the west side are also very smelly. I am really disappointed in this community!

They will only treat you good the first days, after that you will be in a hell. The people in the leasing office live in ur house, they know, each and every single visitor that come to visit. Aneitria( manager) is the most disgusting person you can find there, she violate your privacy. I was wondering why the place was so cheap base on the location but I have figured out that most people are just waiting for the end of their contract. This place is a HELL.I have never met so many unhappy people like those in the leasing office, the most is the manager. Think about it.

I’m on a hunt looking for an apartment. I arrived and Clarissa was very dry and unhelpful to me. I thought this was a very beautiful place. However, I refuse to live somewhere a leasing specialist acts like this. Worst your I had today and this was my last apartment tour and it was aweful Ridiculous!

Alta City West is a beautiful and wonderful community. Visited the property recently and Krysten was very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to becoming a resident soon.

The property is so clean and it is a nice small property like a boutique hotel. I love the unit interiors, very modern and larger than others in the area with this quality. Property management is very responsive.

This place is filthy, management is horrible, trash everywhere, dogs piss anywhere. Property never stays clean for the rent to be extra high.

A friend of mine told me about this place...I was about to go tomorrow but since Im reading reviews regarding parking issues.No thank you.We are a couple with long hours of work and come home late... Last thing I want to do is struggle with parking...Good luck... I guess you are out of my list to rent....

Only 8 visitor parking spots for the entire complex- yet there are at least 20-25 empty spots inside the gates (if theyre working) Actual apartments are cool.

Brandon in the office gave me a 5 star tour of the property he was patient with all my questions and made it a fun experience! Thanks a lot can’t wait to move in.

If in 3 days of making calls every 20 min from 11 am to 5 pm they dont pick up the phone, then you cant expect for the service at the place to be any better. Probably trying to compensate bad customer service with low pricing.Good way of losing customers!!!

Im still contiplating on contacting some one high up in the food chain about some very unprofessional employees and things that have gone on and have been said at this property. I would not recommend anyone. Worst experience ever.

I called 5 times in different hours today, and nobody picked up the phone... just to get information . I cant even imagine how it is when residents call for maintenance. Ill go somewhere else

Finally the complex is shaping up thanks to the new Manager Tiffany Puga, it looks like she cares about the community and the well being of the tenants, keep up the good job!

There is 130 units here but only 10 guest parking space...they will aggressively tow any guest of the complex...my advice is, do not rent here if you have any friends or will ever expect company...

Home sweet home. Brand new and certainly distinguished living. The pool area and the extra amenities place this in the nicest list of places in H-Town.

The condo is quite good but now there are very serious problems with parking, you cant park outside where the customer is because you have to give priority to those who come to see the condo, inside they dont let you park if you dont have the sticker, so finally where do we park? Those of us who arrive tired of working and live here??!! On the street!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Very bad service, they sent us a notice that we were celebrating, claiming that we were having a party, even though the night before we were working the night shift and there was no one at home.The manager has very bad manners, we think she is racist.
