I’m reporting this company to the attorney general. They have deceptive practices and regularly dox their potential customers over 1 star reviews. I honestly believe they are a front for something else. We will see what the attorney general has to say.

I’m writing this from the view of a prospective client. Your responses to negative reviews are very rude and show us what type of company you are. Clearly no mannerisms or customer service skills. Anywho even the website isn’t working soo maybe you guys should focus on what you are showing as far as your company is concerned. Who would want to work with anyone who responds soo negatively to a review

Lol, I’m about to try to work with them. I obviously understand that with my background, it may be a little harder to get apartments so I know already this could be hit or miss. I have to say, the person responding to the one stars actually is the reason I’m going to try.We need more HONESTY and whomever it is, is reading y’all down chileeee🤣😂😂 please don’t get at me with this review honey. They Didnt Help With Anything. They Need To Tell You Up Front What They Can And Cant Do. They Dont Help With Everything And MOST Of It Has To Be MORE THEN 4YRS OLD SMH Then If They Cant Help They Just Dont Text Back They End The Conversation At That, They Dont Even Tell You They Cant Help Very Unprofessional I Had To Ask Them Could They Help Or Not And After A While They Said NO.

This is actually a joke I qualified with their program they only provided a couple of listings that were poorly managed and have hiigher crime rates than other places honestly that’s not why I’m actually writing this the properties that I was interested in they said they work with them it just they had no availability I called the properties they don’t do any business with them so why the lie I would never recommend anybody to work with them they are rude and I honestly felt discriminated against

They were so persistent with their help, and unbiased... They didnt treat me like i was less of a priority simply because my credit was poor. So helpful!

I was living in an extended stay for 3 months!!!! These people do no check credit at all ! sounded too good to be true but glad I took the chance. Wish I would have found them sooner!

No follow up after submitting application twice. Said I was approved for their help but no one has contacted me. I’ve been calling all morning and I cannot get a hold of anyone . Is this company still open????

It a goof service I certainly needed some support with a broken lease after I sealed the contract I found an apartment within a week which is great because I need to move by the fist of June. Thanks Done Deal and here to help.

I got referred to them from an apartment locator in houston. Tried to apply on my own but got declined. They moved me into a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with my kids in katy within a week!

No one calls back or they want money just to send you information on another company that may or may not be able to assist you. 🙄
