Vanessa is the best, i was skeptical at first but once she toured me the property and i saw all the amenities, I was convinced this would be my new home! The management team is always responsive and professional, ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly. The building is well-maintained, with clean common areas and a sense of community that makes it feel like home. The amenities are excellent, and the location is unbeatable – close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Looking for the perfect apartment in a new city can be definitely overwhelming. I appreciate my locator and Vanessa for taking the time to listen to all my needs and wants when it came to choosing the right home for me. Millennium has the perfect location as you’re in the city but still get the suburbs feel. Everything I need is near by and I love that a lot. Vanessa has been a great location guru, she has referred me to all the cool nearby spots to go to. Community events have also helped me meet all my neighbors. I’m glad I chose millennium as my new home!
I’ve been living at the millennium for going on 3 years. Vanessa showed us our first apartment and was super helpful throughout the moving process. After our second year Vanessa and the team helped us transition to our bigger apartment and again made everything possible for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Vanessa got us exactly what we wanted and knew what we were looking for. Living here has been amazing and the team is always friendly and doing stuff for the community .
Being new to Houston, finding an apartment has been a terrible experience. Customer service lacks everywhere BUT coming here I was super fortunate to finally find my home. Vanessa answered the phone (that never happens here) and offered us an appointment and when we came she was expecting us! She made the tour so easy because she LISTENED and didn’t show me anything I didn’t want to see or that was out of my budget. It truly was my deciding factor in living here. Thank you Vanessa and team. You guys are great!
UPDATE 9/13/2024: I lived at Millennium High Street for 15 months and I cant rave about the leasing staff enough. From when I first toured with Vanessa to when I recently moved out, I have nothing but great things to say about her, the leasing staff, and the community as a whole. I knew once I finished my tour in June 2023, that I wanted to live there. I have not experienced any issues throughout my time there, and that is a credit to the leasing staff at Millennium.The one time I had a pending work order (I think it was about 2 days), I had a chat with Vanessa and it was resolved within hours. I can tell she is someone who truly cares about the wellbeing of the community, and which is why I wanted to take time to credit her, as well as the rest of the staff, maintenance included. If you are looking for a new apartment and Millennium is one of your options, I truly advise you seriously consider living here. From the ease of talking with the leasing staff to the multitude of community events, I cant speak enough about how much I truly enjoyed living here.Although it was my time to move, I want to sincerely thank the Millennium staff for making these last 15 months truly enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!(July 2023) I’ve been living here for a little over a month now and I can’t speak enough about how great the staff, the maintenance, and the overall community is. After touring the complex with Vanessa, I knew I wanted to sign right away. Since moving, she’s been nothing but helpful in answering any questions I’ve had and making sure I’ve been enjoying my stay at Millennium High Street. My dog seems to love the community, too!In addition, the leasing staff consistently hosts community events for residents to partake in, including pool parties, dog-related events, and more. I encourage anyone in the area to take a look at this community. Not to mention that it’s right next door, and in walking distance to the River Oaks District!

Ive been a resident here for a few months now, and can say I absolutely LOVE IT HERE!!! Julia and Vanessa were extremely helpful during the entire application process and made it so easy. The amenities and events they throw here are so fun. I havent had a single complaint about anything. Rachel and Cailei are amazing managers! Any concern Ive had has been answered so fast, and they are always willing to help. I cant get enough of it here, definitely recommend it as a place to live!!

Me and my husband have been living at the Millennium High Street for 2 years and we really love this community. The entire staff is very friendly, and especially I’d like to thank to Cailei! She is always willing to help us. She is super friendly and answered all my questions. She is the best property manager I’ve ever met. The amenities here are also superb. I love spending time at the resort inspired pool. They also have lots of amazing events that I really like to participate in. Lots of restaurants, shopping spots and a theater are in walking distance. I’m a walk lover and this community is paradise! I recently recommended this place to my relatives and they decided to move in soon. Absolutely love the Millennium High Street!
In our experience, the the sales office is much more devoted to gatekeeping than allowing people to lease. Many efforts were made to see available units, quotes were provided, but at no time were we allowed to see the actual units. We were allowed to see a “similar” unit but not the actual, available units. Leasing office staff told us that they could lose their jobs if they signed out the key to the units we were interested in. Now we have a lease at a different property. (No photos bc we never got inside!)
Ive been a resident at Millennium High Street for a couple of years now, and I cant imagine living anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and always are super helpful. The parties they throw all the time are also huge plus!! The location is great, with convenient short walks to target, central market, and much more!! It’s dog friendly, guest parking friendly (huge plus), valet trash, pest control, pool, grill, hottub, FREE COFFEE MACHINE & TANNING BOOTH!!! Theres a reason I havent left – its the perfect place to call home.

My stay at the Millennium was one of convenience and location from my job.I was desperate at the time I was looking for a new apartment due to a relationship issue that required me to move.I have stayed at multiple luxury apartments in Houston, since I have been here and I thought that this place would match the description so I gave them a chance.I was toured with Vanessa and it made me feel like I was bothering her. Almost like she did not like me but we just met. I attempted to break some ice with her but she just sounded sad about her job and over worked from what little she did reveal. Needless to say I did not feel welcome. I put that aside because I need the location more than anything. And I wrote it off as she was just having a bad day. That was mistake, she didnt get any better during my stay and I would see her tour other future residents and could tell that they were having the same experience I had previous. I never said anything because it was not my business.But Im saying something to all now.1 week into my stay I was served with a company complaint about valet trash as their policy states only 2 bags stacked on top of each other on pick up day. I just moved in so I had seen residents there who had more than that and documented it. The only thing I left outside my door were broken down boxes and 1 bag of trash.I called to inquire about the trash notice and got no sympathy. And when I mentioned other tenants abusing the regulation I was told not to concern myself with other residents conditions? I shared that the hallway conditions in my building were disgusting and not up to the level I was used do to lack of vacuuming. I even offered to use my own vacuum to help them! I was challenged on my observation, with Vannessa who did not believe me, and then told to file a request?As far as my move in apartment. It was not clean, the water filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced, 3 electrical outlets did not work and the debris sent out from the AC system was so disgusting that I had to mop everyday for the 1st 3 months.Car break ins were constant. Thank the lord I was lucky but there is not a consistent security presence. And this is supposed to be river oaks!They change their entry systems but the new changes are a hassle and they dont enforce them any ways. Or add extra security.The property is old and most of the time the elevators do not work for months.And finally the energy of the upper Management feels the understaff. I mean that Rachel will not have a open mind or have flexibility about your observations. They are just running a business and dont do well at building a community of residents that want to stay longer than the lease agreement. They treat you like a number and a bank account and after you move in they dont care about you. Even if you are full and transparent about your needs and difficulties.I hope they changes their ways and improve and I would like to see them do well, even after I left, bit current information from current residents, houston tv news and other employees of businesses around that select area....Things at the Millennium are not getting better.

Disappointed in the office staff. They “misplaced” a package of mine that of which was very valuable that was delivered to office. One day they said it was there the next day they could not find it and were unwilling to provide the footage from office. Given the delivery was completed and accepted by one of their work members UPS is not accepting the claim & i am Still awaiting the next step from the police report filed but i’m highly disappointed in them not helping with the process and do not recommend this apartment complex.AddendumThat doesn’t excuse the fact that the office claimed to have my package, only to be unable to find it when retrieving it, and then failed to take responsibility or provide any accommodation for losing it.
If you’re in building 4 beware of mold and it being handled in the most unprofessional way possible! It’ll get painted over and you’ll be told you have to have a humidifier to keep it at bay along with getting your air vents flushed out and coming into a terrible smell that’s actually toxic to be in under 6 hours but they’ll tell you 2. The mold never goes away it just pops up somewhere else and they say it’s just mildew growing all over your walls, appliances, and clothing. They’ll come unannounced to try and “fix” it even with animals in the house. I’ve never been so disappointed in how little they care about people, your health, and your animals.

It has been a year since I lived in the complex; overall, my unit and the amenities are not bad. I appreciate the new security system through OpenPath, which allows me to use it conveniently. My only issue here is the staffs unfriendliness, which I have observed since the first time I came for the apartment viewing (a year ago) up until now. Vanessa is not friendly at all and has been showing attitude since the beginning. She always looked annoyed since the start of my leasing process, and even after having been living here for a year, I would have thought I would feel welcomed. However, her body language when she spoke to me has always been very sassy whenever I came to the office to ask for some questions and clarifications. Besides that, I feel like the carpet in the hallway can do a bit of deep cleaning, and it looks very gross and dirty, and you can even smell the trash when you are not even that close to the trash chute at Level 2 (I feel bad for those living near that door). Despite that I still continue to promote the complex who is new to Houston since the location is very strategic.

I had a horrible experience with the leasing office. They were very un-welcoming and not cooperative. I went today to check the place, and go a tour. She was not nice and very rude, barely gave us any details about the building.
I have enjoyed calling The Millennium my home for the past 5 years, and it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who have always gone above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and the overall management of the property is fantastic! The community here is warm and inviting, with friendly and respectful neighbors. It saddens me to leave at the end of my lease term, but I will always highly recommend The Millennium to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Definitely my next apartment! The Millennium team has been super helpful answering all my questions and finding the exact floor plan I wanted in my price range. The pool is HUGE with so many chairs (my current apartment pool has like 10 chairs that are swiped by 8am) & I love the outdoor fire pit area! Everything I need is walkable & convenient - July can’t come soon enough. If you want the best customer service in River Oaks AND a cool apartment you can actually afford, this is it! Rachel & her team are the best!
I love living at Millennium!!! The whole staff is super nice and very helpful. Theyre quick at responding and so is maintenance. Lots of restaurants, gyms, and beauty salons walking distance. I love how living here you get discounts at certain places. All the events are fun and a great way to meet people that live here. Highly recommend living here!! I mean look at this rooftop view!
The staff are all nice and friendly. The building activities are great when you are new to the city. Maintenance response time is very quick. So far, so good.
Living here is the absolute best! The leasing office team are so sweet and so community oriented. They plan thoughtful and relevant events every month, are personable, and so quick to respond to any inquiries. Additionally, the maintenance crew are quick to fixes and any upgrades. The property is well-kept, the amenities are great, and the community itself is quiet and the tenants are friendly. Have been here for 2 years and have enjoyed every day I’ve been here. My unit is a great size and has everything I am looking for. Plus, the location is surrounding a lot of fun and great eats, as well as being within a 10-15 min commute to anything in the inner loop.

I recently moved back to The Millennium after moving out of state, and I couldnt be happier! The place feels like home, with spacious rooms and a great location. The staff here are truly incredible; theyre friendly, responsive, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Cailei and Rachael are the best ever and make the moving process so easy. Moving back was the best decision I made, and Im reminded every day why I fell in love with this place. When moving in, the apartment was not move in ready. They rushed cleaned it Friday for a move in on Saturday.The floors were dirty literally the bottom of my feet were black.Ants in the kitchen cabinet drawersShower heads needed to be replacedDust on the toilet roll handle in the bathroomBedroom window screen ripped ( when I told Rachel she replied maybe it was the rain instead of taking ownership that it should not be that way and that her maintenance team should have checked)Balcony completely filthy dirt everywhere ( when I told Maintenance, they told me it’s because their machine is broken so they couldn’t clean it in time..(THEN WHY DID YOU SAY THE UNIT WAS READY IF ITS NOT)Balcony door pain was all chipped and different colors.The apartment was so bad they had to send a cleaning lady to re clean the next day, send a painter and schedule for the balcony to be cleaned. Clearly this apartment was not ready for anyone to move in. The property management team took no accountability, they didn’t have anything to say about the condition of the apartment and wonder why 2 new residents are completely frustrated. We were not treated well at all, one of the team members actually said to me “Im not sure what you expect me to say” when I spoke about the apartment being a disaster.I would not recommend anyone to live here. It’s outdated.. the entire building decor could use an update, truly. The hallways could use a paint touch up. Literally stains all over the wall. Only thing your paying for is location. That’s about it. Very happy my lease is only 1 year.
TRASH EVERYWERE!Ive communicated this to the administration multiple times and their reply is that they are going to take care of it and that I should send them pictures of the apartments that do this, which is obviously not my job.Everything else in the building works very well, but this is a big problem that I cannot overlook.
I’m extremely disappointed in this apt complex. I have only lived here 4 months and I’m already regretting my decision. I have been faced with so many maintenance issues since moving here it’s honestly incredible. Not to mention that the elevators in my building keep breaking down, causing me to carry my 50lb luggage down the flight of stairs just today. There’s a huge lack of concern from those in charge and there’s no accountability. The elevators were once down for multiple days and there was no concern on their part that those living in the building were suffering. Additionally, the leasing office closes at 6pm and the system they have in place to enter the building doesn’t give access to UPS drivers or any delivery person so if you’re expecting a package to arrive after 6pm, like in most cases nowadays, good luck. There have been so many issues of drivers not able to deliver my packages because they can’t access the building and my packages keep getting delayed. I honestly don’t know what to do about it because I’ve never dealt with this type of situation before. Save yourself the trouble and don’t live here, it’s truly not worth it. Even if you think you might save some money on rent, it’s not worth dealing with all of these issues.
Vanessa has made my move-in process stress free, i am very happy with my decision in leasing at the millennium and would recommend to anyone. Also was very knowledgeable about floor plans and layouts.
These apartments are listed as luxury apartments and they are just that. The events that they host for the residents make me feel like a social butterfly and really part of a community. Unlike other apartments, the employees you meet when you move in are the same employees youll see throughout your time here. You arent just another tenant that brings money; you become family with the staff here and they really brighten up my day.
Great application process experience, Vanessa got us into our unit super quick with no issues, along with Raquel’s assistance. We had issues with another apartment & had to be out of our current apartment within a day and they got it done with ease! So far everything has been perfect here, we had a maintenance issues and they were here bright and early the next morning to resolve it.
The staff at Millennium High Street are fabulous! They recently hosted an event here to benefit our nonprofit organization and we were blown away by their professionalism and hospitality. The area is great with a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The interiors are luxurious, and the neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend!

By far one of the best apartment properties in Houston. Since living in Houston I have moved 4 times never renewing my lease. Millenium High Street has been the best by far, from the sweetest and caring leasing staff, quick maintence team, cool neighbors and amazing location. I highly recommend living here and will definitely be renewing my lease.
Although my stay was brief, I absolutely LOVED living at Millennium. My apartment was awesome, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was phenomenal. Package pickup service is easy. Gym is great and I loved the pool area.Move-in was easy as could be (which is a RARITY!!) and they even gave me a “welcome home” goodie bag. Move out was even easier.I highly recommend this place!!!
Let me start out by saying that if you are on the fence about moving here, STOP WASTING TIME. TAKE THE LEAP AND MOVE IN! Millennium High Street is unlike any other apartments Ive ever lived in. Not only are they located in the perfect area, really put the luxury in luxury living, but the staff (Cailei is so professional, but is literally considered family now) goes above and beyond to treat their residents like absolute royalty. They have many events throughout the year where you have an opportunity to meet your neighbors and have an all around great time. We were having to find apartment online, since we were moving my daughter 10hours away. Julia has been so amazing getting me all the information I needed. She was so quick to send pictures and videos to us, or any information we needed. Julia has made our process so much easier and went beyond and above to help us. Great community and comfortable layouts. Management team is constantly putting on all types of events from beer tastings to pool parties. Maintenance issues happen just like anywhere else but the repair team is prompt and professional.

The condition of this location was far from satisfactory. The stairwell, carpets, and hallways were all in a deplorable state, and the room had insufficient lighting with broken bulbs. The sofas were also heavily stained, making it impossible to stay for more than 5 minutes.
Management is great! Have enjoyed my first few months here!
Cool place to live- have a couple of friends who live here and the staff has always made me feel welcomed. Pretty rare for the area!
FYI, I have been a resident for two years. I really didnt start having issues with this place until June. I had issues with my a/c not blowing enough cool air to cool down my unit. I made multiple tickets about the a c blowing at the desire temp, but the air pressure is extremely low. Its to the point where I have to bring a fan into my living room to cool off my guests. They blamed the A/C issue on the heat this past summer. At the time of writing this, it is october, and it is 50F outside, and my units temperature cant even get to 67F even with the window open. They keep telling me my A/C unit is working fine. I never had this issue years before. Anytime I called the leasing office, they responded with combative language. Not to mention, the elevators are constantly down as well. For what they charge for rent, you are better off staying at one of the surrounding high-rises in the area. I really wish they would let me out off of this lease. I am definitely going back to Hanover Post Oak ASAP. I 100% do not recommend this place.

I walked into the community expecting a completely different experience than what I have endured. Despite the many great reviews and overall well-kept appearance of the property, the energy of the staff is very unpleasant. Also highly unresponsive with questions.
BEWARE RAW SEWAGE LEAKS AND SMELLS: Raw sewage brown water has been leaking from unit above me into my apartment for over 3 months. Previous tenants moved and management said the issue was fixed. New tenants have moved in and sewage leakage has resumed. Note: The maintenance staff is very nice and responsive and I believe this is not the maintenance staff’s fault, but rather they do not have the resources from management to properly fix the issue. This property is managed by GREYSTAR. (I will remove this review once the issue is resolved.)

While apartment hunting I came across the Millennium high street apartments where I met vanessa to help me. She was an amazing help. The tour she gave was super informative. I walked in knowing nothing and she went into detail about specific things about the apartment. Excellent service.
Drove 30 minutes to come see the apartments. The leasing agent Vanessa Diaz stated she could not give me a tour because she has a schedule tour in 15 mins. She went back and forward with me for 5 mins when she could’ve just toured me. She only wanted to give me information about the apartments. Well the thing is I already have information on the apartments which is why I drove to come view it. It also doesn’t states on y’all site that you only tour by appointments. I hate when leasing agent just let money walk out the door and with her attitude she sets the tones how the duration of your lease will be when dealing with the front office. Potential nice property base off site but leasing agent has horrible attitude.
No longer the luxury community that I signed up for! Encountered dog feces several times in common areas. Not acceptable! Neighbors continue to walk their dogs around the property and dont have waste bags! If these pictures represent a luxury oasis, then my standards are way too high! Even though the property owners appear not to invest in the property, the location is a gem and the staff is super friendly!
I have loved living at millennium for the last three years. The staff is very helpful and very welcoming. They are very prompt about making sure things are fixed in your apartment and that you stay happy. They continue to make awesome updates to the spaces that are open to all. They just added some amazing new gym elements that I am super excited to use. Overall, the location and the area is amazing.
This place will give you the run around completely. I have been looking at this property since July. The first time I went on a tour, there was not much availability, but I still wanted to see the property, as my move-in date was far out at the time. Julia was extremely pleasant. However, the past two times I met with Vanessa and she had an attitude. She is not very welcoming at all. It is like a nice nasty attitude. I booked a tour for a specific unit and they insisted the unit was not ready to be seen, even though the website showed “available now.” I spoke with the community manager, Rachel at the beginning of this week and she promised to give me a call back after she spoke with the head of maintenance to find out when the unit would be available for a tour. I never heard back from Rachel. I continued to contact them to follow-up (phone and email) and find out when I would be able to see the unit..all to no avail. Today (Friday), I finally got through to Kaylee and she told me to come in to see it tomorrow. A few hours later, I received an email saying that the apartment was leased. It surely feels like a slap in the face because I informed them that I had an urgent move-in date and I just wanted to see the actual unit before I signed my life away. I am not sure how the unit is all of a sudden “leased” when they told me my application would take at least a week to process. Likely discriminatory reasons for continuing to give me the run around! Considering how unprofessional they were towards me, I am extremely glad I did not lease here! I’m sure I dodged a bullet. Not to mention, other reviews support my stance.
Millennium is a great property with a wonderful staff. The staff is energetic, understanding and friendly. The staff here at Millennium set the standard high. The property is wonderful, from the pool to the gym the amenities has something for everyone. My only complaint is that I have not found Millennium sooner. Maintenance Request are fixed in a very timely manner.
I am a travel nurse from New York City. I was visiting and shopping around for apartment, but when I visit this complex I automatically fall in love with it. The place is beautiful the apartments are amazing. Its rare to be able to find a place where youre going to live and automatically fall in love. During my visit I was carrying some bags and I asked one of the workers if he could help me carry them to my car and he very kindly helped me without any problem and in that gesture of kindness made feel like I was very welcome in the complex without been a tenant. So I asked for hisName because I wanted to giving a tip and he refused. His words were. Sr. I am just helping you no for a tip. You needed help and I am happy to help. The workers name is Alejandro Nolasco. He was very kind. And I am assuming everyone was the same.
I want to express my appreciation for the staff and maintenance crew working at this property. They are very friendly and always keep me informed. I would like to give a special mention to Hector Martinez who consistently wears a smile and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly.
Hello. I dont even know where to start. First of all I am very upset because I slipped and fell in the elevator with dog urine a year ago. I called the leasing office to report it because our lease was going to be up and couldnt be able to move because i couldnt walk.The reply I got from whomever I spoke too did not care about what I had to say. I asked for Corporate number I reached out to them and they didnt care about my situation either. Ever since Ive having lots of issues not walking. I work with attorneys and they wanted to go after them.. i told them not yet.. Well I cannot get out my apartment to enjoy the day or evening because I use a walker to get around. The elevator in my building is always going out. It always broken.. My husband asked the manager when will the elevators will be up and working and she said she didnt know. Well I have a hard time walking and have to use the elevators for my doctors appointment and I have to cancel them. I was in the hospital 5 months ago and couldnt get inside my apartment because the elevator was out . By the grace of God I had to use the stairs in the parking garage and made it inside my apartment. I use Door dash to deliver my groceries and theyre very upset because the elevators are out and dont even try to deliver my groceries. Our lease is up next month and I am very worried because we will have movers helping us move and we will not be able to move. I have never lived anywhere like this place. Ever since they changed companies and management things have gotten worse. Like I said I didnt want to take action with the accident I had , but Im thinking of doing it. Right now were stuck in moving. We dont know what to do. Theres a lot more issues we have had if I go on Ill never finish.
Have nothing but good things to say about Millennium High Street! When we moved from Nebraska to Texas in May we were greeted with the kindest southern hospitality exemplified by Cailei. She and the staff are always so polite and we have enjoyed the community events they put on. Our neighbors are all so friendly and we’ve really enjoyed living here. Have been recommending to all my friends!
I’ve been here for 2 years and it seriously gets better with time! Rachel, Cailei and the rest of the Millennium staff is truly outstanding! Maintenance is amazing, but the care and attentiveness of the staff is top tier. The events, amenities and the apartment itself, sets millennium apart from the rest! Excellent location, clean, modern and spacious living. Lots of community events for residents. Most importantly a management and maintenance team who greet you with a smile and go out of the way to make you feel at home.
The front office staff is engaging and friendly. They can answer your questions about the surrounding area and where the community partnerships have discounts. The community itself is kept clean inside the building and outside. The community itself is pretty quiet, especially at night. Security is consistent and if the garage gate malfunctions, Management let’s residents know the steps of the repair and timeline. (I am very thankful for this). I have only lived here for the past 2 months but I have loved living here so far.
Visited a buddy here and the office staff was so kind and helpful. Shout out to Rachel and Cailei for assisting me find my way around the building. Common areas were so well maintained and the coffee bar in the lobby was too legit!
The staff at Millennium High Street are always so kind and helpful, especially Vanessa! Our food truck provides dinner service to the property residents monthly and each time we visit this beautiful property everyone is always so professional and go out of their way to welcome us back. On top of that, the complex is in a great location for food and fun with some impressive amenities! If i could give 6 stars for their over-the-top level of customer service i would. We always look forward to being back, you should definitely consider making this place your future home!
I was recently in the market for a luxury apartment and just unsure of the location, however when i reached out and got in contact with Vanessa. She was patient with me, she was open to what i was looking for and ultimately, she was ready to deliver. Vanessa knows her business and while i was indecisive, she showed me the most generosity. I absolutely love my experience here. I appreciate the sense of community here and I have enjoyed the many events they put on for the residents. Vanessa is always helpful and I adore my neighbors. I feel very safe here which is the most important for me.
2 months here and zero complaints whatsoever. The leasing staff goes above and beyond to keep us happy (shout out to Vanessa, Julia, Cailei and Rachel for always keeping the neighbors connected with monthly events!) The maintenance staff are extremely prompt. Amenities are always taken care of. No regrets thus far!

I drove from NC to TX on Friday. Then I completed six apartment tours on Saturday. The best tour was at Millennium High Street. The apartments and amenities are updated, vibrant and quite nice. But the reason it was the best was because of the customer service provided by Alexis. She listened, was polite, professional, friendly, and accommodating. She was able to work with my requirements to get me the apartment I wanted at a dece price. My apartment was also readily available on Saturday evening (same day). Alexis stayed an hour plus after she was done working to ensure I received the keys and all that I needed to access the apartment. She was also available on Sunday to answer all additional questions regarding my lease. So far, I am happy with my decision. Thank you very much for the exceptional service Alexis!Three years later and I am still here. The staff has changed but the amazing service, care, and community remains the same. Vanessa, Rachel & Cailei offer exceptional customer service unique to their respective personalities. Nonetheless, they are all friendly, cordial, helpful, and go above & beyond to ensure satisfaction. Thank you ladies for all that you do!
We are moving from out of state in a few days. Not only was the application process easy and straightforward, but the leasing office has been so friendly and offered great communication along the way. We cannot wait to move in!! The floorplan is spacious, the amenities are incredible (the rooftop terrace and pool are my personal favorites) and the location is unbeatable. Walking distance to endless shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores! We are so excited to meet our neighbors at one of the many community events and cannot wait to call Millennium High Street our home.
This is the best place to live in all Houston. If you looking where to move don’t hesitate to check here. And the most important thing is ask for Heather in the leasing office. From the first moment you come looking for information about the apartments, she treats you very kindly, has all the information you need and knows very well all the details of the apartments, amenities and the area in general. Her sympathy and charisma are unique. Once you move in, she assists you with everything you need. She always cares and is attentive that everything is in order. She always helps you with any problem you have. Her answers and solutions are fast and effective.
Walked into this property very eager to lease based on the units I saw online plus the location but unfortunately met some hiccups during the application process. Although I still think the property is amazing I am giving three stars because I felt staff was ultimately unhelpful/unresponsive in trying to possibly resolve my situation.
I recently renewed my lease here at Millennium, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The maintenance team is incredibly prompt and efficient, addressing any issues in my apartment without delay. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Living here is a joy, thanks to their positive and upbeat attitudes. Highly recommended!
The administration staff are very rude and very disrespectful to say the least:I have been staying in block C of this facility in an Airbnb since a week and I have two more weeks left, my colleague has been staying in block A where the main admin office is located since more than a month and he has two more months to stay.This morning I showed up at 8:58am to pick him up from his block, a junior clerk opened the door to ask me what I wanted, I explained to her but she wouldn’t let me in because she said they only open at 9:00am. I begged her because it was too cold outside and she wouldn’t accept. At that time her supervisor showed up and again I explained the purpose of my visit but there was no way they would understand and they just shut the door in my face to open it again 30 seconds later at 9:00am sharp. This bad and unpleasant gesture from both Vanessa and her lady supervisor is totally rude and very unfriendly.. I would like to know what the senior management of this place think about this behavior and what type of hospitality training they provide to their staff…I will never ever return to this Airbnb accommodation and will never recommend it to anyone..

If you’re looking for the River Oaks location with an at home feel from the office staff, I recommend this place. Since the day I moved in the staff has made me feel like family. The apartments are beautiful. I plan on living here for a long time.

WARNING TO ALL LOCATORS. Had a terrible experience with the leasing agents and property manager. My client was also frustrated with the situation because the property manager here was lying. My client and her roommate signed here, I located the property for them and my client applied without touring. I called and emailed a guest card over, in response they told me I would receive the commission if they put me down on the locator form (they said that’s all that needed to be done and to send a guest card). My client was also not able to locate where it says “how did you hear about the property” which I confirmed it wasn’t on the page because she sent me screenshots. The leasing office said it was okay and to just sent the guest card and have her have my name on the application. Once they got approved, my clients told me they signed the locator forms in which the leasing agent also told me they signed and put my name on the locator form. The property manager told me I wouldn’t receive the commission because my client’s roommate was working with her directly, and said she found this property because she works nearby, which is a lie. My client was surprised because her roommate wasn’t even in town and said she never talked to the property manager. If I can attach proof here I would, or message me on my Instagram for proof.Even if that wasn’t the case, the leasing agents assured me I would receive commission if my clients had my name on the locator form. So locators please beware about this property.RESIDENTS ALSO BEWARE! I also heard the good reviews on here are fake!!
I have lived at Millennium High Street since April 1. This is one of the most beautiful and well kept apartment complexes I have ever seen. The grounds are immaculate, state of the art amenities and the common areas are beautifully maintained. When I moved in, they were installing new windows and there was a lot of scaffolding up in the pool area. They have since taken down the scaffolding and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The location is awesome and on and off the freeway is a breeze. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If I have questions with anything the staff goes out of there way to help. The residents I have met are friendly business professionals. It has been a great experience right from the beginning. Its really a great place to live.
The women in the leasing were very unorganized did not have my tour appointment but you all clearly had my email and were spamming me with emails after I provided her my email to set an appointment to tour. May have been racially motivated. But anyway, when I came in the woman in the front desk to the right already had an attitude and said she could not find my info then had me sit off in some club area and wait for someone that she said could give me a tour when she gets back from break. The whole interaction since the moment I stepped in was very lackluster definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I would absolutely not lease with you all.
I wish I could give 10 stars!! The entire staff is very friendly and very helpful. Julia, especially has made the stressful process of moving easy and efficient, she explained everything clearly and helped every step of the way, they even call and check in on you after you move in to see if you need anything. I absolutely love living here.

Searching for an apartment complex can be tricky, especially when trying to find one that checks all the boxes for you.The Millennium Staff has definitely gone above and beyond for me, every step of the way in finding my perfect apartment. From touring multiple different units, to providing assurance that I will never have any unforeseen issues with my apartment, the staff has done everything to make me feel comfortable to call this place my new home. Cailei and Rachel both did an absolutely phenomenal job getting me setup, and I have no doubt that they go above and beyond for every person that walks in through those doors.
Toured with David who was amaziiiiiiing. He was very welcoming and friendly which I love! Extremely knowledgable about the property and talked about it so proudly! He certainly takes pride in his work and deserves a raise :)I did end up signing somewhere else just due to pricing and other factors but other wise Millennium is a nice complex, looked really taken care of and clean. The apartment has a nice cozy feel to it too.

What a great community in River Oaks!! I absolutely love the location and walkability, since this is fairly hard to come by in Houston. Everything is clean and well kept. Rachel is always around and just such a positive energy. I would definitely recommend Millennium to any friends or family looking to move to this area! Best bang for your buck, great customer service and a killer location.
I went to go tour here a couple months ago & Vanessa was the one who helped me out. She was amazing! She was very polite, personable & made me feel comfortable the whole time during the tour. She was very knowledgeable & professional. I would recommend any of my friends here simply just because she is there.
Every two weeks they change the access control system to a new system so if you live here for a year you will be caught outside after the leasing office closes at least once. I do not recommend living here.Update: Saying that you have only replaced the access control system once is categorically untrue. Every time there’s a power outage multiple doors stop working and people have to get their fobs replaced. I know this is common because I’ve seen the staff ask if that’s what tenants need before they even say anything at the front desk.
Heres how you can tell that the most recent reviews are fake and written by the management staff (1) the Google accounts that theyre written from usually only have 1-2 reviews. (2) Most of the fake reviews mention the maintenance supervisor by his whole name. How often does a regular resident know the full name of the maintenance supervisor at their apartment complex? (3) Look at how closely the reviews are written together...whats the likelihood of that many residents all writing glowing reviews of this place, within days or hours of each other, most of which mention the entire name of the maintenance supervisor? Use these tips when spotting fake reviews! Check for unusual details that a typical resident wouldnt know or care about; the timeframe of when the reviews were written; the number of reviews associated with a single account. The management is just creating Google accounts and posting these reviews and theyre hilariously FAKE.
While the apartment unit itself is nice, there are several issues with the amenities and management but this review will focus on the two big ones I’ve found especially frustrating.First, I picked this apartment in large part due to the EV charger—which has now been out of service for more than a month. I first sent an email alerting the staff to the broken EV charger and no one responded for a week, so I called. The person I spoke with was baffled that the EV charger was down and claims he never saw my email. When I asked for an update on when it would be fixed, he refused to provide one. After another two weeks passed, I called and asked for another update and the person I spoke with thought it had been fixed (even though it is clearly still down). She also refused to provide an estimate on when it would be fixed. The delay by the apartment seems to imply they have no concern for the dozens of residents who drive EV cars and are now forced to drive over 30 minutes away to charge when we all should be charging from the apartment garage as was promised to us when we signed our leases.Second, the apartment has a serious package problem. Even though the apartment is well aware they do not provide enough parcel lockers so that the packages residents receive can be safely put in a locker, they refuse to accept responsibility and constantly send out emails blaming the delivery services (even though they have no where to put the packages). During the holidays, the parcel lockers were down for weeks and peoples packages were left out and constantly being stolen. The apartments “not my problem” attitude is extremely frustrating as other apartments in Houston are able to handle packages with ease.UPDATE: it has now been almost six months since the EV charger broke and it’s still broken. Any attempts to call and get an update on when the apartment intends to fix an amenity they marketed when we were applying for the apartment is met with a “it’s not our responsibility.” Completely ridiculous.
I can’t say enough good things about this community. From the manager to the staff, everyone is super helpful and amazing. They always answer all of my questions and they always receive you with a smile. You will love living here, the views, the amenities and of course, if you’re a foodie like me then you will love all of the great restaurants around here too.

Very friendly staff. They took care issues when they raise. Great communication from the leasing office, email, notes on the door... they will make sure you are informed with whats going on around the place. The best part is the people staying. Nice neighbor and strong community, especially during the Hurricane Harvey. I feel very safe staying here and safe for my 7 year old daughter as well.
After visiting over five different complexes, Millenium had the best balance of all the things important to me. From community to the customer service I felt a comfortable environment. Julia and the rest of the team were helpful in finding the best fit. Excited to be part of the Millenium High Street community.
I love everything about staying here from the staff, my neighbors, and the many events. The Bouzy Bonfire was by far one one my favorites. David the new leasing agent was the bartender and boy did he out do himself on those drinks!!! Every drink was delicious and he was even had the ingredients listed, so I will be re-making the fireball sangria. The community is very welcoming, affordable and convenient.
My lease is up in October. I emailed them 3 times personally to let them know that i was not renewing my lease. The manager didnt accept it because she said that i emailed them to the wrong email, but yet then she showed me the emails on her computer and it showed that she received them. The manager Rachel will not listen to you or even give you a chance to speak. She has a bad attitude and is not friendly at all. This has been the worse management ever. Ive lived here for 6 years and never experienced anything like this before. So I suggest dont even try moving here.

When I moved to TX last October I knew nobody and Rachel and her staff made me feel so welcome. The location feels safe and is a great community to live in. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance and if you have a dog, they’ll love it here too.
Lived here for almost 2 years. Great staff, especially Superstar leasing agent Amanda Martinez. She was corteous, professional, genuine, & she most definitely made you feel at home at The Millennium. The maintenance staff was extremely quick on fixing whatever issues I had or the property. The Cares Team always had fun events for the residents, I even won a nice gift card for best Halloween costume one year. Great location too, close to everything, literally!!

I have recently moved to the Millennium High Street and the location of the complex has been astonishing. Everything I need is around me. It started with leasing consultant Alexis giving me a tour through a FaceTime and the professionalism that came with it showed me a lot. She was genuine, respectful, and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had about the area and complex. Since I have moved here she has been very helpful still. This complex has been nothing but amazing and wouldn’t pick another residence to live. I am beyond thankful to be here and experience Houston with this great community!

Love my experience here. Staff is wonderful. Very polite. They have addressed all of my needs. Neighbors are friendly and responsible. The property is well kept. Location is excellent.Review update 3/2022- The management has changed and my experience has become extremely disappointing. I have been disrespected by management and ignored. I’ve been disrespected by the lead maintenance personnel, and in general, the management style is authoritarian. I don’t think the manager and assistant manager understand that part of her duties include treating all residents with respect, compassion, and understanding. Residents should not talked down to like children. I personally have been talked down to and dismissed. This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been renting for over 25 years.
Had a great experience living at The Millennium High Street in Westheimer Rd.The location is outstanding and safe. Walking distance to The Galleria Mall and all the shopping areas in Post Oak Boulevard. Also, walking distance to great supermarkets like HEB Central Market and Wholefoods. Just across the road from a new area with some nice restaurants, fitness, spa and ice cream places. It is also 5 mins walk from Highland Village and literally next to River Oaks District. The bus stop to downtown is also across the road and I enjoyed not having to drive to work sometimes and just take the bus.The community has everything you can ask for and it is very well maintained. Some upgrades were done recently so it is even better now. Nice and quiet pool and roof top. The fitness center is also very clean and they run a lot of monthly activities and fitness classes.Our apartment was in perfect condition and clean when we moved in and the maintenance team is always pretty quick solving any issues that may arise (AC filters, replacing bulbs, etc.)The management team (Tommy, Chantel and Amanda) have always been very helpful and quick with any questions we had. Great team!Finally, price wise I felt it was very competitive as well. We are relocating to another state due to work, otherwise I would have definitely renewed our lease.We had a great time here. Highly recommended.
Amazing management, great place to live! To start with, Im also a real estate broker and assist with apartment locating on the side for friends. Ive see all stories and different scenarios with various class A properties, such as this. I had a one off situation that is extremely rare and almost never happens, but the management here has worked diligently to ensure that my move was nothing short of exceptional. Tim and Mary is the manager and assistant manager, and are quite attentive and ensured nothing less than a great move in. Even my request for more hot chocolate in the business center was immediately fulfilled.This community is not only convenient, but also wonderful because of the management. They host resident events quite often and are personable. Of all the apartments I have toured in addition to taking clients to tour in the past, I would say this place is amongst the top of my list.

This is by far the best place ive ever lived! The staff, the location, the amenities are just a few of the reasons why I adore this apartment. The staff is professional, helpful, responsive, and does an incredible job at making the building feel like a community and a home. Holiday parties, give-aways, food trucks right out front, and even birthday gifts! The location is walking distance from Target, Central Market, Apple store, iPic (movie theatre), and much more! The pool is great, the grills outside and on the roof are so fun and convenient, the gym/spin room is so nice and clean, and they even have a tanning booth! PLUS a coffee machine, which I definitely use basically everyday. The building is extremely pet friendly and all the dog owners are so sweet. The area is super safe to walk your dogs and theres a dog park on the property to have them play in! (with a water hose to rinse them off, too!!) Also HUGE shoutout to the maintenance team! They are super helpful and so sweet- theyll literally come to help change a lightbulb. I could go on and on but to wrap it up heres some quick honorable mentions that I love about the building: 1. Garage parking with LOTS of visiter parking space 2. Amazon package area that texts you when you get a package 3. Valet trash pickup 4. Dry cleaning service lockers 5. Computer room with a printer AND a coffee machine!Lived here for 2 years and I dont plan on leaving any time soon

She has answered all of my question’s throughly, and has been great about communication with the leasing office. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. I would recommend this location 10/10.

I’m a Locator in the Houston area so I deal with the leasing staff regularly. They are always very responsive and very courteous. They are the best leasing staff in the Houston area. Also, this complex is located in a great location. You have shops, and restaurants at a walkable distance. This community is run very well!

The unit and amenities are gorgeous. However, I was here before Greystar took over and now its an absolute mess. They make you buy your own water filters for the refrigerators they provide and the leasing office team are passive aggressive if you ever ask for help on anything. The vibes are all wrong and this will be my last year here. I refuse to live under a greystar managed property ever again.

The Millennium High Street has been my home for over two years and I just love it here! The management and staff bends over backwards to accommodate my requests and are always looking out for my best interests. They all know me by name and its a very warm and welcoming environment. The monthly activities are a a fun way to get to know other residents and Ive made some wonderful friends too.The entire complex is immaculately maintained and any service requests have been dealt with swiftlyI. I cant think of anything I would change...Thank you Kim and the entire staff. You guys rock!
Biggest perk is Mi Cocinas being connect to the property! Julia was a kind and knowledgeable leasing agent! I would recommend this place to everyone!
Ive been lived here for almost three years, it was greatly managed before gray star took over the management recently.After Gray Star took over the complex, the management team was super awful. Two things happened to me just recently: 1) we used to have packages delivered to the parcel locker, but the parcel locker was down and wasnt fixed for a long time. However, during the locker down, the office refused to receive any package and didnt give correct instructions to the shippers, I have LOST FIVE packages within this month!!! The management team didnt even make any effort to help looking for the packages!!!; 2) The payment system charged me twice on my account, I called the leasing office tried to resolve the issue. The staff Rachel was rude and not helpful at all other than asking me to deal with it by myself with my bank!I would never recommend anyone stay lease here with the current management!!!!
One of the best places I have lived in Houston. Staff is great and repairs get done within 24-48 hours. They do a good job here and the place is always clean. I hope they continue the high quality of customer service. Great location close to shopping and and all the fun sports in the area. Glad to live here!

The Millennium High Street is Phenomenal! Julia and the entire leasing/management staff make The Millennium High Street simply untouchable when compared to other apartments I have viewed. My decision was very easy!
I’ve been living here for 4 months and can’t complaint. The leasing office staff is very kind, polite and helpful. Heather guided us from the beginning and she’s been awesome. Not giving 5 stars only because the garage gate is often not working and remains open. In general this place have a good maintenance and the amenities are ok!
Recently toured with Vanessa D. who was very pleasant but I had a follow up question regarding the application process that was asked via email and never received a response. Chose to sign with another property. Great location and amenities though. The units were also nice but there was lots of trash bags in the hallway, leaving behind a foul odor.
I I must say julia exceeded all expectations! She was so helpful, kind, and extremely patient. I loved everything about these apartments and look forward to calling this place home

I enjoy the quality, high-end finishes, and layout of this property. It has all of the comforts of home, in a safe “hub” location for restaurants, shopping, and even an excellent super market.The greenery on the property and rooftop access add a lush vibe. The staff is kind, responsive, professional, and fair. I’d be hard pressed to find better city-living anywhere.
We have been working with Alexis Martinez and she has been awesome. Our move-in date wasnt flexible and she worked with us to find the exact place we wanted. Even though Covid made the process alittle complicated, her customer service was incredible, always available and responsive and made sure we felt comfortable. We worked with Alexis years a go at another property and was one of the reasons we chose The Millenium, besides its great location in Highland Village, was her.
The perfect place to live if you love the city and you prefer to be central. The leasing team is amazing and definitely knows how to give back to the residents. Looking forward to my renewal!

When I first moved here I was excited due to the fact that I frequent the area so much so why not live here. Well let me explain why not. Within the first few months, my friend and I were harassed and discriminated against. We were having a great night walking back from one of the restaurants in the area. We were asked our names, where we live, and what business we had on the property. Racially profiled is what it felt like. The officer didnt announce herself and was in an unmarked vehicle. Several situations happened about 5 total. I had guest over, they were called in on due to the being on the roof top. Said they looked intimidating (2 black men) and that they made the leasing agent feel uncomfortable while she was giving a tour. I stepped away to get something I left from my apartment and this is what happened. Then another time my daughter was on the roof top,, she was harassed, asked if she lived on the property and if so where and what apartment number. Again the person didnt announce who they were. It took my gift card almost 5 months to come. Also, security witnessed a resident blowing the horn at me for no reason and flipping me off and did this all the way to 3 levels. I came back down to make security aware of what happened and how I didnt feel safe going to my apt he did nothing. Also another time while waiting to get into the garage I was stopped by the onsite officer harassing me again asking if I lived here. When I went to the office regarding all of these complaints the manager asked if I just want to get out of my lease??? Why would I want to waste all the money I spent getting moved, deposits time off from work? Just fix the situations and dont give defensive reactions. The excuse for these actions were that its been a lot of break in so they are just trying to be safe. However I didnt see anyone else being questioned and there was no resolve or updates about the situations. I moved out after my lease was over. Sad because the property was nice and in a great area. Also the friend that lived on the property was harassed as well and was giving a lease violation when she didnt give the officer her name and apt number. Like wth??
Alexis and the team helped with everything we needed prior to moving in and since moving in a professional and friendly manner. Responses have alway been prompt and offered solutions to questions or problems.Our apartment is spacious and everything was clean and working when we moved in. So far we have enjoyed everything about our apartment and the building.
People leave trash out and people smoke which smells up the hallways constantly and management doesnt do anything about it. The Manager doesnt respond to emails promptly if at all, and is never there after 5PM. They also sold off a good majority of the visitor parking and more and more corporate apartments are popping up. The only amazing thing about this complex is the incredible Apartment Life Cares Team.
We have lived at The Millennium High Street for just over a year and we LOVE it! We can’t imagine living anywhere else!! We love the complex, the amenities, the neighbors, and all of the staff (especially Mary and Tim)! Thanks to the Cares Team (Ben and Elizabeth!!)there are social gatherings frequently (pre-Covid) where we have yoga, free pizza, free beer/wine, food trucks, Super Bowl, etc., and we really enjoy being able to connect with our neighbors and the High Street team on those occasions! We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone!! We definitely don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!
We had such a great experience working with Alexis Martinez and the team. The property is so convenient and located next to shopping and we can walk to Highland Village shops. The property itself is in great condition and the apartment Alexis found is perfect for me and my family. The customer service, especially during Covid, was incredible and I would recommend The Millenium to everyone looking for a great staff and great location.
In major need of updates/upgrades that management refuses to address and down plays concerns. Like many others have mentioned in past reviews, the apartment unit itself is fine but there are major issues with the amenities and management.Pros:•Near shopping and Restaurants•Apartment unit itself in good condition•Close to Fwy•Community eventsCons:•Fire alarm randomly alarms late at night/early morning regularly each month for several months now•Elevator to rooftop has been out of service for several months. You have to walk up flights of stairs to access.•Garage gate breaks down at least once a month for several days and sometimes over a week at a time allowing anyone to enter and security concern•Pool area fire pit has been out of service for several months. Also some tenants have their dogs in the pool/hot tub.•TV near the pool area do not work with not remote or instructions for operation.•Carpet in public hallway areas is in major need of replacement. Heavy dirt and animal droppings are visible often.• Charge $50 administrative fee for online electronic rent payment and will not accept any other payment methods. Hiding admin. fees varies per tenant•Management should informed tenants when maintenance will do repairs that will cause loud noises in the area the work with be preformed. That rarely happens unless it is building wide.•Gym is small and outdated. TV’s in the gym do not work. Wi-Fi in the gym will not work but only in lobby area. Sanitize wipes constantly out of stock. Dumbbells weight missing from the rack to complete the dumbbell set.•Lot’s of trash on the parking garage levels, Some areas missing trash containers.•Key fobs intermit working with door readers/garage gate. Several times tenants have been locked out or unable to use key fobs to access the building.With that said, for the price management is charging at this location you can find plenty other modern/updated apartment buildings for same if not less rental prices.
I would give this place negative stars. Applied and was approved, then was told to send over pay stubs and bank statements (which I found odd) to send to a third party. Was never told who would be receiving the information. I called to find out the status and was told my app was now denied. I have asked several times for the reason as to why I was initially approved then denied. I was told each time that they would email why and I still have not received the information. Property manager is always unavailable for paying $300 I deserve a reason and legally I am entitled to a reason. I will be escalating this further.
I recently toured here at Millennium. Vanessa gave me a really knowledgeable experience. Location of this property is beyond perfect from upscale shopping, dining, & even a movie theater right next door. Staff is friendly & great to work with.

I can honestly say that Millennium High Street is a fantastic community that you should strongly consider calling home.My wife and I toured with Zach in mid December and he was extremely friendly and un-rushed. We intentionally ran him all over the place and he kept on smiling and never once even sighed. He was awesome throughout the entire process and accommodating at every turn.We moved in a week ago and while we have a had a few unexpected maintenance problems, the maintenance team has been very fast to respond and correct things. They even came back once just to follow up and make sure things were okay. It is unrealistic to think that things will never break, but it is how they respond that a sets the tone and they have set a high bar for themselves.We also did meet the manager Tim who is equally friendly and takes the time to listen and find solutions for any and all concerns.People do complain about traffic in this area and it is very bad, however that’s what you get when you live in a prime location where you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the movie theater.

Great apartments I lived here for a while and anytime I had any issues the office would respond in a timely manner. Maintenance would be sent over without waiting long Mr. Hector Martinez was always helpful and friendly.
Have been coming to this property for 6years as our friends lived here and always heard great thing about the management and overall the property. When I had to look for a new place it was a no brainer and picked this location as my next place to be. I have been in this property for now 2years and soooo much has changed here and not sure it for good more recently.Earlier Any issues we ever had with apartment , packages, security was resolved or addressed respectfully. When they said they with get back to you, people in the office truly did and now no one cares. Last few times whenever we have reached out to anyone in the leasing office, they just shrug off anything you are trying to get addressed. Either they are rude or just say ok and cut the conversation. Just a few more months here and then saying bye to this place for good. Don’t want a stress of dealing with such management when you just want a peaceful living community. It’s a lot than can be put on prior management but that being said they were patient and respectful in conversations. Even if they were thing beyond their control explanation and dialogue was such that you did not feel let down or agitated. Now it’s either their way or no way!!
My girlfriend and I feel very comfortable in this property, mainly because of its comfortable facilities and secondly, Mr. Alejandro Nolasco makes us feel at home because of his kindness towards us residents.
Living here has been an absolute pleasure. You will have a property management team that looks after the well-being of its residents as much as they look after the well-being of the property itself. The white glove treatment by property management combined with the close proximity to everything in the Houston metro area makes for one very pleased tenant.

Trash container located in unappropriated space. Walls are pretty thin. For the Price of 1400$ for 575 sq. ft. Leasing office saw that my bicycle was stolen on cameras, but gave me no refund or a small apartment drop fee like 500$. Love the location is awesome!

I love the MillenniumHS architecture but what makes the place so precious and unique is the team behind it. Everyone is superb, professional individuals and genuine, they care and work hard to make everyone stay is pleasant with the kindest smiles and warm greetings, and they are paying all efforts, going all miles to ensure that everything is perfect for everyone on a daily basis. An outstanding management and the best team I have witnessed.
The hot tub does not get hot, the grills do not work, and the fire pit has no knob to turn it on. I did call and leave a message for the maintenance team but I did not receive a call back so i don’t think they actually wanted to discuss with me personally. There are other issues that occurred regarding apartments flooding on the first floor and there was not a great resolution for those issues. It is unfortunate. Please read through the reviews because many of the 5 star ratings are from people leaving a review based on a tour and not based on living experience at this complex.

Ive been at MHS since April. I couldnt be happier. I love my apartment, (except for the family of heavy-footed elephants that live above me). The gas range is a treat every day. My utility bills are ridiculously low, and the gym has literally changed my health for the better. The staff is, hands down, the finest collection of caring, professionals, I have ever been around. Chantel gave me my tour, before leasing, and has treated me like her long, lost, uncle ever since. She has always been spot on for repairs, or general info. She always goes the extra mile for her tenants. I believe, that SHE believes, we are HER tenants, and it shows in her attitude, and performance, daily. Great teams start at the top, and, as someone that has been the GM, and/or owner, for 35 years, I speak from a position of authority. Tommy Ku is at the top of his field. Since the day he sat down as Manager, the entire property has elevated its game. From management, to amenities, to Hurricane parties, I am certain, I am living at the top of the food chain in Houston.

Ive lived at the Millennium High Street for over 3 years and have loved every minute here. The location cant be beat, right next to River Oaks District for some of the best shopping/restaurants/nightlife and also next to new great restaurants (Bosscat, Eloise Nicols, Le Peep, etc.). Walking distance from Highland Village and the Galleria. The staff here has always been not only very professional but they are also extremely helpful and courteous. The rooftop terrace is an excellent spot to either grill out, watch the fourth of July fireworks, entertain company or just relax and get a good view of the Houston skyline. Have recommended this place to many of my friends looking for new places to live.

We have been with the Millennium for over 2 years and just re-leased with them again for another year. The amenities are great, the location is excellent and the front desk staff managed under Tommy has been the best weve experienced under any management company. They truly care about your comfort and keep the property safe, clean and promote a strong sense of community. They are worth staying for.We have 2 dogs and really enjoy that they cater to pet owners by offering a private dog park, private dog wash and host events where people can enjoy meeting other pet owners. The area also provides a very nice setting for long walks around the adjacent neighborhood.Other features we really enjoy are the location which is next to River Oaks District with a short 3 minute walk to Target on San Felipe. Steak 48, Hopdoddy, La Colonial, Taverna, Sullivans and Bosscat just to name a few . Galleria is less then half a mile away. The quality of the units and appliances are all top of the line. Gated garages and the roof top patio are all major pluses as well.
I came in to inquire about floor plans and pricing and Vanessa was very helpful and kind. The price was a little high, so I don’t think I will live there, but the customer service was great.
The thought of moving during COVID-19 was initially scary for me. Alexis M, made the process seamless. Every call I made, every email I sent she was always there to answer. She was genuinely kind, and did not make me feel like a bother. I can honestly say that my anxiety was at an all time high. Kudos to Alexis for being awesome, kind, and a problem solver. She set the tone for living in such an awesome community.
This is a great place in a perfect location. We walk to many restaurants for breakfast or dinner. We can go shopping on a whim (walking distance to Target too). Additionally, the management and staff are exceptional. They plan so many events for us like soup on rainy days, pool parties with bbq, & charity events. They are also very sweet to our daughter and that warms my heart.
Short Answer: MHS is GREAT: location, price, service and people. I recommend it to anyone.Elaborated Review: I lived in the apartments for 4 years and during this time never had any sort of inconvenience.Location is the best you can get specially for the price. There are maybe newer apartments in the area offering you an attractive deal ( still higher than MHS) for the first year but then they will dramatically increase the rent the following years for renewal. Instead MHS will give you a fair deal with a modest increase, if any, over years. The place has an easy access to i10, 610, 59 and Memorial Dr.Important fact, the walls between apartments are made of concrete so levels of noise are low and you wont bother or feel bothered by neighbors at any point.Grocery stores at a walking distance, the amazing Central Market, Target and Wholefoods. A few miles drive Randalls and HEB.Shopping Malls at a walking distance, luxury River Oaks District which includes Equinox Gym, restaurants and high end shops. Highland Village, Galleria Mall and Uptown Park.Schools, hospitals and churches are close too, which makes it a safe place to live.Common areas are nice including the pool, rooftop, gym, etc.Parcel for mail its a great service and convenient if you shop a lot online.Finally but most importantly, the service from Leasing Office and Maintenance is great, responsive and they are always willing to help.

I love living at millennium! It is really close to my job and the property is beautiful! The staff is what really makes it the best place to live, office staff and maintenance! They are truly great at Millennium!!
I’ve never seen a property cater so well to their residents—refrigerated eucalyptus towels in the gym, fresh fruit Akaline infused water, happy hour events for the residents, pool parties with free food, free dog treats, and so much more. Rachel, Cailei and her team Vanessa and Heather go the extra mile for their residents.
