I have lived at this complex for about a year now, and I have truly enjoyed my experience. The office staff is always welcoming and willing to help with anything. Maintenance stays on top of the property to ensure our community remains clean and inviting. If youre looking for a great place to live with an excellent staff, this is definitely the place. None of the apartments in the area compare to what San Palmas has to offer. For those of you in the reviews claiming they dont approve anyone, thats not true; youre just not qualified.

Since I moved here I have been very happy. The people are very kind and the office has helped me a lot, especially Bree, she has been extremely good and has helped us with everything. I highly recommend it.

Bahar provided the best touring experience! Hands down one of the most knowledgeable, patient and friendly marketing reps I’ve encountered. San Palmas also offers beautiful amenities and amazing size units. 10/10 Hoping the unit I want doesn’t get leased before I’m ready to apply! 🤞

This is my sixth apartment in as many years and this was easily the best application/move-in experiences I’ve had. Super quick turnaround and very helpful in coordinating the move from out of state. Brand new building with great amenities and high quality appliances throughout. Very glad with my choice and would recommend to anyone in NW Houston.

I recently toured these apartments and was completely blown away! The community seems to have been very well thought out, from all the amazing amenities to the apartment layouts. Demi was very personable and informative, providing exceptional service! I can’t wait to make this my new home!

I’m almost a month in and I am loving everything about the property. Demi was my leasing agent and she’s been great and so sweet from the very beginning. I’ve seen all the maintenance workers clean the area daily and I love seeing that because the property is just so gorgeous, it needs to stay that way as they get more tenants in. Everyone else at the front desk have been very nice and helpful as well. Very happy to be living here.

When relocating to Houston from Atlanta, I had to do my apartment search virtually. I came across San Palmas and felt that it was a beautiful property, and brand new. Demi was my leasing agent and was amazing throughout the entire process. We did a virtual tour, since I was out of state, and she even answered some of my questions about the area and its amenities since I was unfamiliar. Demi was extremely communicative and personable, and put me at ease with the decision to move forward without ever having actually stepped foot on the property.I picked up my keys this week and was truly floored by the propertys beauty. The website doesnt do it justice, it feels like a vacation resort (and this was the day after a hurricane!). Im excited to enjoy all the amenities, as well as future resident events thatll help me meet new people in Houston. Thanks for your help, Demi!

I recently had the pleasure of touring this remarkable apartment complex, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.The layout of the apartment was both spacious and functional, with modern fixtures and luxurious finishes throughout. In addition to the stunning interior, the amenities offered were second to none. From the resort-style pool to the well-equipped fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to relax and unwind.I was also impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the leasing staff. Special shout-out to Demi whom I had the privilege of touring with she was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns.

This place is a ripoff for price per square footage 1100 dollars for a 490 square foot shoe box is insulting. if people want to pay that good for them. i know one person who wont and thats me. i hope this is the exception not the norm when new apartments are being built.

Brand new appartments! Beautiful common areas. The pools are amazing. They have great service. I feel like I am in a hotel.

Unprofessional and discriminatory. They are uninformed and have no idea what they are talking about in regards to their policies that are unjust. They treat immigrants terribly (I am a permanent resident of this country and have been for 23 years and have never faced such discrimination for not being a citizen). Dont recommend at all.

Do not waste your time! The service here is terrible, and they treat immigrants very unfairly. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and seems to lack basic customer service skills. I had a horrible experience and felt completely disrespected. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would give them, if you are going to apply to this place think carefully so that it doesnt happen to you like I paid 430 dollars to apply and then they dont approve me and not because I have anything wrong simply because they dont approve anyone, If I were the owner of this place I would run out all the workers who are useless, they dont help you at all, Im still waiting for them to supposedly give me back 200 dollars since this was about 15 days ago or more and they wouldnt let me know. They have still really returned it, dont waste your time applying here for not paying attention to the comments and the bad opinions here it happened to me

The truth is that it is nice, very comfortable, but they dont approve anyone, they are very existing and what they do in the end is steal the money from the people in the application. They made me pay 7 dollars so that the money would be refunded the same day in case they didnt approve my application and it turns out that I have to wait 1 month for them to reimburse me. Its shameless what they have, they live very few because they are very demanding, and the rest who dont approve them finish them. stealing with the 60 dollars from the app anyway there is a lot of abuse here

I try not to pay attention to the negative comments and I swear on my sons behalf, this advice is for everyone who thinks about renting there, dont do it, its a scam, they treat you badly, the lady at the reception is rude, you should stop Take it out immediately, they charge you more than 400 pesos for the individual application and then they dont really approve you. The advice I give you is not to rent there. That doesnt work and the worst attention from the lady. If any boss sees this, follow me. They must take measures that doesnt help and if you have doubts write to me but if I tell you you will lose your money I am so insulted that I would spend the day writing and every day whenever I remember I will continue doing it just like my wife and I will tell everyone The family I have here in Houston, the same tomorrow I will continue writing this is the second time I go there and it is the same I remember that there was a girl named Mayra that was the best for those apartments but they moved her to other ones

I recently toured the apartments, and I loved them and I loved the kindness of Bahar, he was very attentive and sweet with us. We are hoping that with Gods favor they will approve us, and make us new residents of San Palma. I am more than delighted. I hope to enjoy those luxurious apartments 🥰🥰

Simply spectacular, wonderful attention from Bahar and the apartments are wonderful, the pool area is beautiful and very quiet throughout the apartment complex. I am eager to be part of this beautiful community
