Wow what a great experience we had! Wayne was very professional and understanding. Also having sold his own business previously he was able to understand some of the feelings and concerns I was having during the process. After building and growing my business for 20 years and still loving it, it is not easy to just let anyone buy it and Wayne totally understood that. The only issue we have (which was out of his control) was the buyers bank being very slow at the process. This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. For over 2 years this company could not provide a decent broker to sell my business after I had moved far away and could no longer be at work every due to some health problems with my family I had to be closer to home. Quoc was the first broker who had my business sold for 250k then on the 30th day of due diligence he allowed the buyer to back out and the bank transworld uses also denied a loan after the guy put down 50k cash. I had already moved away thinking it was a done deal. 3-4 more buyers come and go. Took 100k off the price, Quoc was 30 minutes late every time so we threw him to the wind like the garbage of a broker he was. Then Kevin contacts me after to resign with them and swore on his life he would do a better job. Lowered the price another 50k. 3 buyers come and go. He was even worse than quoc. Although on time to the meetings would constantly let me and my business partner get ransacked and flanked with a barrage of financial and legal questions over and over and over. Lowered the price to 75K. He still couldn’t sell a profitable business. Last week I had to close my business after my grandmother passed away because I did not want to renew my lease or deal with a 120 round trip commute any longer. I hope who reads this and thinking about hiring these guys, you’re better off getting on biz buy sell and doing it yourself. Transworld is the pinnacle of trash in this industry and they will drive you bankrupt is you sign with this snakes.
