We had their insurance services for years. As a small business owner and contractor the pricing, service, and attention we get is valuable. Aimee is one of the agents we speak with and she is great with all our needs.

Very unprofessional. Cant get any response back, when I do its someone that cant even help me. Wait times are insanely long only to not be helped anyway. Just severely unprofessional experience with this business.

I have always received great service from Jason Jimenez Insurance. Our account representative, Sandra Gaitain has always provided me with great professional service and she is very responsive. She has always answered all the questions I have and provided me with options for our insurance needs. I have been very pleased with their level of service and would continue to do business with them.

This is the worse insurance agency ever. If you know any better please doo not use them. They are shady and have the worse customer service. One of their agent Evie Abundo is the worse. They do not reply emails, when you call to cancel to insurance they do not process your request they keeping charging for monthly premiums.

Leslie did a terrific job of helping me to lower my insurance premium. She was very attentive to my needs for the policy and came back with a great solution! I was very pleased that she took the time to find a lower price. I had previously checked with another provider and they were not able to lower my price and were not as helpful. Im glad she took the time to work on it for me.

The staff here is very friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. I spoke with Mateo in the commercial department and he took the time to explain everything, he was quick and was very professional.

1st thing I like to say we are in the days in time and era where is normal to text someone send emails but we forget that personal face-to-face business conversation. today out of all emails and paperwork sending back-and-forth I had a chance to meet my insurance agent her name is **Janet Chavez** Her knowledge in insurance policies and making you feel comfortable and that knowing I did right thing by letting her company represent me and telling me that I did not just buy a policy for 12 months I bought someone who will represent me for 12 months and beyond I want to thank her very much.

I used them for a builders risk insurance for a house, and I have had nothing but issues come up. The first quote had one price, but a few days later, they gave me a higher price. After I finished with the house I was flipping. I called them to cancel the policy in Dec, and we are now in Jun with no refund. I have to send them 4 to 6 reminder emails to even get one email back from them. I would never use them again and tell everyone to stay away.

Horrible agency. Screwed me over with my motorcycle insurance, called many times to correct issue and they just kept giving me the run around and a “we’ll call you right back”. Ended up dropping their policy and having to add it back to my old insurance. Avoid this agency at all cost

Terrible experience, disregarded my directive to cancel insurance and dropped the ball completely, even after I called back for an update, had the audacity to call me back to renew such policy, they technically had me under two policies for home insurance at the same time. Avoid this agency at all costs, not to be trusted.
