When I moved from Canada to the UK, there was a lot of stress regarding the process. However, Kacey has been a huge help to ensure that I had viewings lined up prior to me leaving Canada; giving me peace of mind. She is just wonderful to work with!

Not a great experience… signed a contract to sell a piece of land in June 2021, got very little traction for 2 months. During the 3 months there was very little communication [usually was instigated by me] on Belvoir end.Come to find out, the agent I signed with, left the company and my property was just sitting in limbo lol. No one told me, and the only way I found out was because I had to call their office and ask where the agent I was working with, went. So theres 4 months down the drain. I’m now reassured that the VP will be handling this and giving me the utmost attention, which is true for about 1 month, and after I rejected an offer presented.. silence. Easy termination, but unfortunately wasted 6 months.
