Big shout out to my broker! When I decided to move from a food truck to a storefront, I was jumping into something I didn’t know.But then, my broker came along and totally changed the game. She wasn’t just a broker; she felt more like a wise friend who’s always got your back.Looking for the perfect location could have been super stressful, but she made it easy.Now, I’m here managing four amazing locations, and it’s kind of surreal. A huge part of this journey and growth is thanks to my broker’s support and expertise.For anyone diving into commercial real estate, especially in retail, I can’t recommend Hunington enough. And if you get to work with Tooba, consider yourself lucky.

I was trying to get ahold of Huntington properties for a couple of days and after finally talking to someone on the phone and expressing how I’ve been trying to get in contact with their agent/broker over a commercial property I was interested in I ended up speaking to the broker Jonathan who was impersonal and rude. I am happy to say they did not want to help me! I’ve spoken to other brokerages and even when they were unable to accommodate for my type of business they will usually direct me to other options. Huntington properties did not do so. Poor customer service.

*After this review, I was contacted by Tooba with no response to my inquiry if this was standard practice however it was stated that we may view the property with out completing the personal financial form if we were still interested. This was Flat out discrimination.*I reached out regarding a vacant commercial space in Katy, Texas. Upon communicating with Tooba regarding this space we were asked what type of business we owned. We gladly shared the information as we are looking to expand and find the perfect space for our second location. Tooba agreed that we could in fact view the property however we needed to fill out a personal finance form in order to receive the property viewing information. This form stated we had to disclose our social security numbers, all bank account information (institutions, account numbers, balances), Additional sources of income, assets and all liabilities. I must admit I was a little taken back. Again this would be our second location for this specific business and we are actively viewing additional commercial parks. I responded to Tooba on two occasions inquiring as to if this was standard practice for Hunington Properties as we have been in business for a few years and have yet needed to provide confidential information with out entering into a lease agreement. I have yet to receive a response. It is disheartening to know that although we are successful and own multiple businesses that we will continue run into encounters such as this.

I strongly endorse choosing Hunington for establishing your brick and mortar business. The leasing teams exceptional expertise and communication throughout the entire process really wowed me!

As I began my search of commercial retail space with no knowledge of the Houston market, I happened to stumble upon a listing through Huntington Properties. I called and left several messages regarding multiple listings with multiple brokers, but Jonathan Aron was the first broker to return my call and promptly! We had a long conversation about my needs and I felt very confident with his knowledge and experience that I could commit to working exclusively. My partner and I were extremely motivated to make a decision, so I really had to put my trust into someone I could rely on and I made this clear. We committed to working exclusively with Jonathan and Huntington Properties and couldnt have been more pleased with everything from top to bottom. We found the retail space we were looking for very quickly not to mention all the time I took from this broker under the circumstances. A++++ to Jonathan for all his hard work, his very strong communication skills, returns calls promptly, met me at the local sites, educated me through the entire process and worked hard to help me negotiate the deal that was in the best interest of our company. I HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and Huntington Properties to anyone and I will absolutely contact this broker in the future if I need his assistance in the future!

If I could give this company 0 or negative stars, I would. They will even falsify documents to avoid returning your deposit at end of lease by stating that you owe them rent a certain month or months from a random year at end of your lease and will not reimburse the deposit. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, and health.
