I will never advice anyone to use this company for any of their property management because it is absolutely one of the worst i have come across. Tricia Taylor, a property manager for Hollister business park is one of the most dishonest, inhumane being i have ever come across. She has treated clients very unfairly and about 10 left the 1st month. Imposed almost impossible duties to staff that were onboard of which they were forced to quit within the same month. It will just get worse from here because more clients are moving out and closing their businesses due to her execrable policies and decision making. Simply poor management and lack of relational mastery with clients. Stay away please!!!

Unprofessional and rude. They constantly misplace packages and mail. Rarely is anyone in the front to greet you and often times no one is in the building at all.
