Advenir at Boulder Creek

Coming from Canada, Advenir made it very easy to accommodate myself and my friend so that were able to move in and satisfy the requirements needed to be able to lease a unit. Andy Tran made the impossible happen and moved us in within a few days of receiving a quote! Even with the quick turn around, Andy was able to get us settled in with no problems while still providing us with exceptional service. Whenever we had questions (and we had a lot!!) he was quick to pick up the phone and give us clear answers. Im happy to have found this amazing place!!

I lived at this place for over 2 years, and they never heard a peep out of me, and I always paid my rent on time. And let me tell you it was not cheap! We had a surety bond instead of a deposit. Today, 2 months after moving out i receive a notice from the insurance company that the apartment filed almost a thousand dollars against the surety bond which we now owe. Now that I log back into the portal I see all the charges like (shower resurfacing) $200. There was nothing wrong with the shower. But this is besides the point. I would have not even argued the charges. In there defense we had a fee for extending our lease for a few days that we also forgot about. All they had to do was call me and let me know there were charges and I would have paid them!! If your rent is 30 seconds late, they will be calling. I guess they feel no obligation after you are no longer a tenant and dont want to hear any feedback on said charges so they simply allow it to be charged back against the surety bond which is a terrible business strategy. Im not sure what kind of effect this will have on my rental history, but if it has any effect at all I will be doing more than leaving a one-star review. Id also like to mention I forgot one drawer in the kitchen that was full of good tools and change and miscellaneous stuff over $100 worth of tools alone and I called the day after I moved out and asked if there was anyway I could retrieve it. The office lady said she would check, and I never heard back! Again, a call would have been nice!!!!

Andy Tran made the entire apartment search process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, responsive to all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect apartment that fit my needs. His friendly and professional demeanor really stood out, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease here!!!

My sister and I have had a smooth and very informative application and move in process. Our leasing agent throughout the process was Mary and we love how helpful and informative she was. We also had a great experience with Stephanie in the office on our move in day. 10/10 would recommend. Also love the property!!

I have lived here for almost a year and Stephanie and the staff have been amazing. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure any of our needs and questions are taken care of. She is super sweet and caring. The staff including maintenance does an amazing job keeping this complex beautiful and taken care of.

I lived at this apartment complex for almost 4 years. It was called Domain Boulder Creek and I believe Advenir Living bought it and changed the name. Now its called Advenir at Boulder Creek in Houston, Texas. Around Covid, I was awarded rent relief (Covid funding) by two organizations. The company knew the rules and policies to this. I told the organizations to make out the check to the property whichever one gets approved first. Property received both checks but were only suppose to apply one check to my account. They applied both and one of the organizations requested that their payment be refunded. After applying to my account and me staying there, they later tried to evict me and left me with a balance of over $8k making my rental history horrible and difficult to get a place to live. Id never recommend staying at any of their properties. If they wouldve just followed the rules, they never wouldve owed the organization. Being greedy will get you that. I wouldve been perfectly fine with them saying, we received both payments but were going to send one back. Instead you mess up my credit and rental history by putting an eviction and a balance $8k+. Craziest thing, they wont even take accountability for it. Theyre like oh well. Id never put someones livelihood in jeopardy like that. Im currently homeless because of them.

I have been living at this complex for 3 years and I have to say, my time here has been nothing short of amazing. Any time I had any concerns or questions, there were addressed and handled in a timely manner. They ladies in the leasing office are professional, empathetic and compassionate. Maintenance comes quickly and works had to get things done. The gym has plenty space and equipment. The pool and its amenities are beautiful and well kept. The community is clean, quiet and manicured. I have 0 complaints. I highly recommend this community, this is your sign to move here! 10 OUT OF 10!

I’m absolutely ecstatic with my daughters first apartment! From the moment she moved in, both my daughter Jennifer and I have been blown away by how quiet and peaceful it is—truly a serene retreat. The management here is top-notch, and I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie. She ensured my daughters experience was fantastic from the very first tour to today.Advenir is by far the cleanest and best-maintained property I’ve come across. My daughter loves it so much that she’s adamant about not wanting to move out, ever! If you’re looking for a new place, I highly recommend making Advenir your home. Thank you so much, Stephanie, for making my daughter her first apartment such a memorable and delightful experience! :)

Originally shared a disappointing review, but after moving out Id like to leave positive feedback. I had to terminate my lease due to personal matters and all of the staff, especially Stephanie, were incredibly understanding. I was able to move out without any issues and received my entire security deposit.Some things to keep in mind when touring the property is 1. the location and 2. proximity to the forest. For starters, being right off the Beltway just causes an increase in crime. My car was stolen once but the office staff was helpful. 2. The only other issue I had were occasional big bugs and possums. This is because my building was right next to a forest. These were my biggest complaints, but the location is to blame.Regarding cleanliness, this falls on a lot of residents. The pool would have issues after parties. People would not pick up their pet waste. I would see maintenance trying to combat this, but overall saw this as something beyond their control.Aside from this, the apartments are probably one of the nicest in the area. There is a lack of parking for residents, but I think it depends on which building you live in. I had easy access to everything I needed. Maintenance requests were completed promptly. It was a great space for what I needed and I would recommend living here.

Move here if you want to never have a nearby parking space and if you want your friends and family to have their vehicle towed.I arrived last night at 7:30 to have dinner with my fianceé; due to circumstances, we forgot to fill out the electronic parking permit. The HPD record shows that my vehicle was towed around 8:25 last night, less than an hour after I arrived.To be clear, the landlords have a legal right to build apartments with wildly insufficient parking, and to treat towing as a revenue source. The fact its legal doesnt make it right. They should be ashamed of themselves, and you should choose a different place to live.

I’ve been renting for over 20 years all over the US due to being in the military and this by far is the most clean and up kept property I’ve ever lived at!! The staff is extremely professional, prompt and polite, maintenance is extremely responsive and fast, the property is 100% bug free and there is always parking available. Move here, you won’t regret it!!

The jetty deposit is a actual scam. it says it’s a more affordable security deposit by having you pay a bond instead. but in reality it is a non refundable fee for nothing. i would rather pay a deposit to get it back later. the fine print also says if any damages occur to the unit, you have to pay all the charges. nothing is covered. so the fee is legitimately for nothing. an actual scam.the leasing office etiquette is pretty poor. important phone calls at 5:59pm (they close at 6). getting accounts switched. leasing office closed with no notice or anyone to help.the fees in the lease are also wrong. and when i brought this up, they said yeah we know but corporate won’t change it. so i had to sign a document with wrong information??? all for a decent place to live???

If you think you are getting your money for referring someone to live here, think again. This place will jump through hoops to make sure that you never see the $500 referral. The management team was extremely unprofessional when I called for an update (after following up about this for 3 months). I was accused of writing a bad review about the complex that I didn’t write and was confronted about it over the phone by one of the associates (Stephanie). Accusing me of calling them “rats” and asking “how would it feel if you were called a rat?”. I was extremely confused and shocked at this accusation. I had no idea what she was talking about.After realizing it wasn’t me that wrote the review, the manager apologized while still making excuses for the associates lack of verifying the review, and overall tone and behavior. I expressed how unprofessional it was which resulted in the manager being dismissive and focusing solely on defending the associate’s behavior.I had to redirect the manager back to the original topic ($500 referral) multiple times because she wanted to continue to focus on her emotions and why SHE was upset that I was upset for being accused of writing the review. This ended with her telling me that I was not going to receive the $500 because one of her associates did not document my referral correctly when my referral signed their lease.Take a picture of the referral information when you first move in, it will be gone “all of a sudden” if you don’t and they will say “well we didn’t get a specific name” when they had my name up until it was the actual time to pay out. How convenient! They are scammers!

Recently renewed our lease here, and this place has been amazing. We have a two bedroom with a yard for me and fiancé and our dog and life has been so nice here! The dog park comes in clutch it’s always clean and stress relieving! The amenities such like the gym and theater are fun to go to! And one thing you hardly get in other places is good management! And here it’s amazing communication it’s easy and they’re real people who understand life happens! I truly love this place and they always try their best to be on top of technology when it comes to gates and everything that’s convenient for us!

Didn’t realize how spoiled I had gotten by my attached garage until it got off track and I had to park outside in 100 degrees. I submitted a repair ticket before work and prayed it could be repaired asap. By lunchtime, Carlos had already replied, repaired, and closed the ticket. Thank you for the 5-star professionalism and service, Carlos!!

We have been living here for about 6 months and it has honestly been great!! The new management team is always willing to answer any questions that you have and work with you if you are having any issues.Here are some highlights of the complex:They are always sending out alerts to update the community! From security updates to loose animals around the complex.From my experience maintenance requests are done within the week you requested or sooner!They have community events that are honestly the highlight of my months. I think it is a unique part of this apartment complex that they are trying to gather the community together. Majority of the events will consist of food or sometimes prizes! I included some pictures of the home appliances that were raffled at the last event.Overall, I have not been disappointed and really enjoy living here at Advenir at Boulder Creek.

I am currently a resident here and I absolutely love my first apartment that I have gotten on my own. The staff is friendly and works with you. Everyone is very always so nice. The community is really nice and the amenities are amazing. I love how quiet it is and peaceful. Never had any problems with anybody back there. Great place to stay I definitely recommend

I have been living at the Advenir At Boulder Creek for 2 years, and Im in the process of renewing my lease for the third year. My Experience has been great from my initial tour of the complex until present day. Management have done a great job at keeping the property up to date with new technology that makes life easier, and the community safer.Throughout my residency every concern Ive had has been resolved in a timely, and professional manner. I have never seen a maintenance team resolve issues as fast as Paul and his crew.On the weekends you would think you were at a resort. With the resort style pool and the community get together’s like wine night or movie night, as well as local food trucks that come and serve us anything from Thai food to BBQ makes home life more relaxing.The gym is one of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen. It’s equipped with all the essential gym equipment. Not just a treadmill and a medicine ball. You can meet physical goals and the gym is stocked up with enough weights to also hit your PR’s, but the best part is that it’s not overcrowded like your commercial gym.I highly recommend anyone to live here and become a part of the Advinir family.

My boyfriend and I have been renting here since May of 2023 and we love our apartment. The staff here is amazing. They are accommodating and do their best to satisfy all of their residence needs/ concerns. The grounds are kept fairly nice and the residence here are quiet, friendly, and keep to themselves.The units here in my opinion are modern and fairly high quality. Whenever we had any issues with anything in relation to maintenance the maintenance team will respond quickly and do a great job at fixing whatever is broken. The amenities here are great.. we love the beer garden, the pool is awesome during the summer, the indoor amenities are fun (pool table, shuffle board, poker table, indoor theater), gym is standard, and the amazon lockers are huge plus in my opinion.Ive seen a couple of reviews in regards to car break ins.. I was shocked because I have not seen or heard about anything of the sorts happening while we have been here. (hoping it stays that way lol) . I appreciate the efforts the advenir team puts in to instill a safe space for residence.Overall, I have no complaints and if I did I feel confident that the staff here would try their best to fix the issue. If youre considering living here I would recommend it!

Amenities arent taken care of. Pool constantly closed due to bad management. Non residents party all night and leave huge messes, maintenance doesnt clean property well. Too much money for so little in amenities that matter. Gym is filthyAdded pictures of the pool now opened

Don’t waste your time referring friends or family to stay here. They don’t honor their end of the agreement.Our friends have been living here almost 5 months. We have followed up numerous times and keep getting new excuses on why it hasn’t been processed. They were quick to get that lease signed. Very disappointing.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. Im a newer resident been here about 3 months absolutely no issues at all. Ive looked at many options in this area and this one was by far the best. Thank you!

The best aspect of this community is the rapid response and quality work from the maintenance team, particularly by Carlos! The management is also very quick to reply to emails and are responsive in action to community concerns and requests. The gym is a great size and has enough equipment for most workouts. Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here with the exception of a few packages going missing after being delivered (porch pirates I assume) or lost in delivery. Opening the gate by the 7/11 for entry/ exit would be helpful for the residents living on the Pearland Parkway end of the property. The pool furniture is worn and has been suspicious for mold on occasion. Otherwise, I don’t have any other major concerns!

Very nice place, well kept property. Office staff friendly and easy to work with. Attended one of the community events with my daughter and it was so nice! What a great way to bring a community closer.

Elora and her team are awesome to interact with, they answer all questions quickly and concisely. The property is kept extremely well, with very nice amenities. The location is perfect to commute for work, with great restaurants just minutes away for after work. Grocery stores are also less than 10 minutes drive. You really cant beat the experience.

I toured with Andy he was professional and I consider leasing with him. He was very respectful and sweet.

Disgusting place to live. Any 5 star reviews are for employees that no longer work there. Pool is literally green, was closed for 2 months and is still closed multiple days every week for deep cleaning yet is still a swamp. Security is a major issue, there have been multiple breaks ins and car thefts in the last 6 months, the gates are broken and left open, and there is no onsite security. Management does not take issues seriously and enters apartments without notice/record. Corporate has been made aware of the issues and does nothing. This place should be a case study in how NOT to run a community.

I’m writing this five star review mainly for Elora Michel, The office manager. In all of my interactions with her she has shown me grace. She’s very helpful, kind, and understanding. Also, I would recommend moving here. They keep it clean, maintenance is always quick with coming out and assisting. I feel safe here. This has been my favorite apartment complex to live at. Everything’s close by, It’s nice.Stephanie is a leasing consultant there as well, she helped with a smooth move in. Very sweet & kind. I’ve been living here for about 4 months and it’s been nothing but a great experience for me so far . The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even asked if they could pick a package off my door step until I could pick it up and they did . The property is very quiet and well maintained. This is best experience from any apartment I’ve stayed in . If you are thinking about living here go for it it !

I love how friendly the staff is! The community is great especially all the events thrown every month. They always keep us on our toes when it comes to the events!

This place is not clean or safe. The reviews on here are all fabricated. They bribe their residents to leave reviews and have employees leaving reviews. They only clean around the office. Beware. Too much focus on events and not enough focus on basic bare minimum cleaning. We dont care about apartment life or community events. We want a clean living space and friendly office staff. Do better

Advenir has definitely improved under Eloras leadership! The new maintenance and front office staff that she has brought in are truly exceptional. Theyve been incredibly efficient in handling work orders and ensuring that the property remains clean and well-maintained. Eloras dedication to fostering a sense of community is truly remarkable – her innovative approach of organizing community-based events has allowed me to connect with fellow residents I might not have otherwise known. Her leadership has certainly elevated the living experience at Advenir to a whole new level! Also, I like all the raffles because you get to earn cool gear and prizes!

I have been living here for almost 6 months, so far I’ve had a great experience. The girls in the office are always so kind and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, I love the fact that the kitchen has so much cabinet space including the island. The only downside about the apartments is the hallways not being pressure washed I a while. Also, the beer garden and pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax, even though is closed most of the time.

Marry was absolutely phenomenal and very professional. She was very helpful & patient throughout my move-in process. After she gave me the tour I immediately applied and also this place is just so beautiful! I love it here. It’s very clean, well kept and up to date!

Having called Advenir at Boulder Creek home for over 2 years, I can confidently say that this place has only gotten better with time. The arrival of Elora as the new manager has been a game-changer. Her proactive efforts and commitment to residents satisfaction are truly impressive. The propertys upkeep has never been this excellent. Also, the front office and maintenance are always attentive when it comes to work orders and carrying them out in a timely manner. Five stars for the remarkable positive changes under Eloras leadership!

Just moved into the property and everything is running smoothly! The front office is super sweet and tries their best to take care of any issues I have in a timely matter. I noticed police officers patrolling the surrounding area which makes me feel comfortable and safe!

My wife and I love the new management. It was a good place to live but when new management came in it has been amazing! Everyone in the office is very friendly and easy to talk to. Things are getting fixed in a timely manner, the property is clean and well taken care of. We will be renewing our lease when the time comes.

I been living here a few months and I love it. You cannot beat the location of the complex. Literally everything you need is in a 2 mile radius. The units are really nice as well. I love the workout room and Amazon hub in the office. The maintenance crew is super professional and very helpful. Totally recommend this a place to live!!

After living in a nightmare apartment complex for a year, this place was a huge relief. Our dog loves the huge dog park. We love the fantastic gym and secure package lockers. The apartment itself is really nice. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Any maintenance issue has been addressed quickly. We love it!Something that was extremely important to us is the cleanliness of the complex grounds and they really keep up with it! The grass is mowed regularly, annoying bushes are trimmed regularly, the hallways are power washed regularly, etc. Maybe to some of you, you’ll read this and say “well duh!” But trust me, our last complex was filthy.Overall we love this place and hope to live here for several years.

I have honestly been pretty happy being a resident here at Advenir at Boulder creek. The ladies in the office are amazing and so friendly. The office manager is the best. They are really on top of all the residents needs and concerns. I encourage anyone who is looking for a quiet well managed complex to live at to visit this one. Can’t beat the price for the service and management that they have here.

Moved here in April and absolutely love it! The new property manager is amazing, she gets stuff done in a very timely manner. Whenever we put a work order request in some comes the next day to fix whatever may need fixing! I also like how they have the little get together for the neighbors to get to know one another. Already planning on renewing the lease here!

Conviced these reviews are paid reviews. Cars are being stolen. cars being broke into. maintaince IS TERRIBLE! pool is ALMOST NEVER OPEN (they keep failing inspection) then when they finally pass it’s still not open. my car was broken into 2 times inna last 2 months!!!!! all they say is “do you know who did it” ????? like what? they always leave letters saying “we are coming in the apartment to do maintenance and if we are unable to get inside we will change the locks” They super rude and just do not care. on 10/27/2023 , 3 cars were broken into (including mine again) and someone tires got stolen. a couple months back someone WHOLE car got stolen.. worse part is , ITS BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!! they always say we security but WHERE ????

Worst apartment ever if you are looking a place to live look some other place. The stairs of the apartment are always dirty because never clean with web spiders and wasp nest. Now I cannot even have visitor they this new app which i told them did not let to put on time my guest car and got towed away when complain to Elora the manager she said she didn’t understand why i was mad imaging after few days i was putting my guest car and when i came back no car trying tp figured out where it got towed. Then she told me just tell your guest to park outside, well my guest doesn’t want to come back after this. After finishing my conversation with the manager told me will get back to me the day after i spoke to her, guess what several days passes and nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Also they are associated with an internet company that is the worst and you cannot choose another company for internet which is really expensive.

The entire office staff is AMAZING! Super nice, always smiling when you walk in and pretty prompt. I’ve only been here for a week and never have I received customer service like what I receive from every single person in that office. Michael was who I worked with to lease my apartment and he was very knowledgeable and nice. The manager and asst manager are sweethearts as well and very down to earth. So far, I’m very impressed and glad I made the decision to call Advenir home!Natalie B.

Tried to Evict me on the last month of my lease knowing they had my last month rent in certified funds. Charged me after move out every fee that they could think of. After I cleaned the apartment better then they gave it to me. I moved in with broken bathroom shower, no refrigerator shelves, patio filthy and they didnt paint from last occupancy. Definitely was the worst experience ever.

They will hammer you with charges among move out, unreasonable ones at that. They also have removed any kind of walkability from the property, you now have to get in a car to go to the movies/food places that are less than 100 yards away from the property.

Since moving here over a year ago I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed this property very much. I encountered an issue this past weekend and reported it to the office. I was very pleased to have gotten a call back from Tamika, the manager informing me that the issue was being handled. It felt so reassuring to hear and know that management support their resident and are concerned about our safety and well-being. On behalf of me and my family we thank you! Glad to be apart of the Boulder Creek community.

Been here since last June. Old management was not so good. New management now is a lot better! We can put maintenance order in and if not the same day the next day will be fixed! Amenities are very awesome! Apartment tends to host little get togethers so neighbors can meet all around and get to know each other. Definitely recommend if looking for a place! Can’t beat it! You have target across the free way, you the fast foods, and if you’re a drinker, specs across the street lol. Very convenient also to get places!

I toured this property last week, Isabella gave me and ny husband the tour. I must say everything is very nice!! It feels like a resort and the amenities are amazing. The pool and beer garden are something I really liked. The apartment it self was very modern and spacious. Isabella answered all our questions and was very sweet! I can see my family and me staying here soon!!

Advenir at Boulder Creek has so far been a great place to live. Tristan made my transition from a home to an apartment very smooth. Especially with all of the family issues I’m having right now. Tristan is very professional, patient, kind, and considerate. Advenir is extremely lucky to have him. Tristan definitely goes above and beyond and I appreciate him so much.The property grounds are clean and it feels like a resort here. The location is awesome , with many amenities nearby.However, the apartment itself could’ve been better. There are pee stains in the main bedroom on the carpet. It should’ve been replaced and the kitchen counter tops have several dark marks on the granite like burn marks and the dishwasher keeps letting out black stuff no matter how many times I run it and clean it. For the amount of the rent here these issues definitely shouldn’t exist.

I wish i can give 0 stars. the black lady (i think the she the assistant manager) she is sooooooo rude! shows no empathy towards no one. she walks around with attitude like she don’t wanna be here. Cars are constantly being broken into and she don’t care. cars tires are being stolen, she doesn’t care. they are supposed to have 24 hr security… i have seen security 3 times MAX! and all he does is sit in the front in his car! save yourself

The new staff at Advenir at Boulder Creek are so amazing, I get things fixed quicker than I usually do. They’re friendlier and they make me want to actually talk to them, and I don’t even like people. That’s how great they are. Move here quickly and use me as a referral, we can split that bonus money. Advenir at Boulder creek has been the best complex I have lived in. Their amenities are great they have a big and spacious gym. The office is very helpful and responsive when I need assistance. I can honestly say living here feels like home!Thank you Advenir at Boulder creek!

So as a tenant who has lived in this complex over 2 years I am going to provide a real review!! Maintenance has become an issue. Bad leak in my bathroom from air conditioner, called answering service, she stated manager stated maintenance arrives at 9:00am it was 7:30am. Still no maintenance!! Third time I have had an issue with the air conditioner. Amenities are constantly being closed because of residents leaving areas a mess!!!! I pay too much money for these things to be a constant issue!!!UPDATE:: 06/01/2023-So as of today the air conditioner is broke again for over a week! All I have received is excuses!!

These apartments are wonderful. The gym is very large which is important to me and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Isabella is a pleasure to interact with and so knowledgeable about the property! I can’t recommend Advenir enough!

Angel is well, an angel! Elda is amazing, and all the other staff have been great! Was just about to lease at a nearby complex that was lower rent but chose Advenir because of their welcoming attitude. Glad I did. Love the property. Hate the parking.

Angel has been the most helpful and professional office manager I’ve ever seen. She makes sure all are taken care of while maintaining all of the numerous tasks she is responsible for. She is the sweetest person and is mindful for all, we came in with the largest corporate group she’s had and couldn’t of handled us any better. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!

Living at Advenir has been such a beautiful, blissful experience. The entire staff is so helpful and patient anytime I’ve needed anything. I especially want to thank Angel! She has gone above and beyond for my family and myself the ENTIRE TIME! She never ceases to make our days better, with that wonderful smile!! Thank you all so much! I also would like to note that the maintenance man, whose name I haven’t gotten yet, is working nonstop and doing it with a smile on his face! Big salute to that gentleman as well!!!

Angel is the best ever! Has been so helpful and patient with every single one of us here. Any questions or issues and she will do everything in her power to make sure there is a solution as soon as possible. BEWARE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!When I moved in, the bedroom REEKED of dog piss. The head liar (property manager) at Boulder Creek tried to lie and say it doesnt smell like dog piss. When you pull the carpet back, though, there are pee puddles EVERYWHERE.Confronted with this, the manager said that it would take MONTHS for Sherwin Williams to come out. Once I told them that I would take legal action to get out of the lease, they magically can replace the carpet in TWO DAYS! And they pretended they NEVER said it would take months. Absolutely amazing.Somehow, they can SUPER QUICKLY fix the issue now that Ive started posting on social media and advising them of their responsibility based on Texas Property Code. I guess that is what it takes to not live in a piss soaked apartment.BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! My apartment smells like Im living under a bridge. I wouldnt let my worst enemy rent at any of their communities. I feel disgusted just being here.

Adviner at boulder creek is top notch. We have had the beat 3 years here. They have updated some many things and made things like there new again. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for an apartment.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. They won’t hire another maintenance worker so it takes weeks to get anything fixed, pool has been closed for almost 2 months since maintenance quit, gym has no AC. Paying for amenities we can’t use! They keep saying no one wants to work I bet they just aren’t offering a livable wage.

Isabella, the leasing agent, gave the most amazing and informative tour. I was very pleased with how nice and patient she was with me. The property is so beautiful and speaks for itself. Definitely would love living here.

I recently just applied to this apartment and fell inlove. The area it’s in is pleasant, and quite. I’m a college student so I wanted a different scenery and the area of the apartment is down the street from a dentist I shadow which is great for me because I’m a dental intern. I worked with Elda, which she was very helpful and helped me through the process of my application. Definitely looking forward to calling this place home!

The property is beautiful but it not well maintained. The hallways are nasty. They say that it is due to them being short staffed, they could find a pressure washing company to come clean. The hallways are the first thing you see and they are filled with bugs, stains, webs, trash, rusted fire extinguishers, etc.Pool is always closed. Gates dont work or are chained off. Do not recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Advenir @ Boulder Creek for last 2yrs & some change. I was able to get things handle in a orderly fashion when I put in request & others (people) in the community was fairly nice as we crossed paths. Also, Elda & management was very prompt & on top of things when asked to rent out the entertainment room & etc. I would highly recommend anyone planning to move here to ask for Elda in the near future if you plan on moving to the community. Plus, you cant beat all the resourceful eateries, stores, car wash & brand new gas station theyre building beside the complex.

They are so mean. I followed their requirements and try my best to contact their office for application verification, but they pretend they are blind and cannot read my documents. They wasted my time badly, I never met such a terrible apartment. All they want is your application fee. Liar and racist.

Been here for almost 6 months and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. Maintenance comes quick when you put in a request. The ladies in the front office are always so nice and the amenities are my favorite!!

Worst Parking EVER. They refuse to make more reserved parking spots for a resident. One night you can park and other nights you have to park on the other side of the apartment due to GUESTS......I have to wait till 12 AM to see what guest have went home so I can walk across the complex to drive back to my side where I live...

Elda was the first person who contacted me about my application to Boulder Creek. She has been so welcoming and diligent with my transition out of state. During my move, I was able to count on her as a great resource for learning about the complex and my place. Thank you!

Poor cleaning and Communication, Management DO NOT value tenants!!!I have had a pest problem for months i constantly report to management, but leak of maintenance doesnt help. ONE maintenance guy for the building. i would highly suggest for the landlord to replace management and hire more meanings individuals like 3 more maintenance techs.

This place changed its name from domain Boulder creek to Advenir and somehow went from 1.5 stars to 4.5. Place is trash. Overpriced. There’s a $115 monthly mandatory cable/ internet built in which is such a crazy waste. Tenants leave trash outside their doors over the weekend and it brings in roaches. Every apartment has nice front staff. They never last. Take your money elsewhere

Definitely a great place to rent! The location is very convenient for me, maintenance is quick and the service manager is very charismatic and kind.

My experience here was absolutely awful. I arrived with just a tiny bit of rain outside and was rejected a tour and even laughed at by one of the employees in the office. It was very unprofessional from the moment we arrived into the office. The representative we spoke with not friendly whatsoever. If I could rate 0 stars, I certainly would. I would not RECOMMEND living here.

My stay here was cut short due to relocation for work, but greatly appreciate the staff who helped and answered any questions I had. Its a super nice apartment complex with fantastic amenities. I would have stayed here longer if I could have!

If it wasn’t for me getting approved for a home loan I would have definitely paid the expensive price because of the amazing bubbly personality you have in the front office Elda. You need to give that girl a raise so she can teach others to be sweet like her!

Elda has the best customer service by far. She is also always so sweet and welcoming, she can turn your whole day around. She is definitely an asset to this facility!

Please reach back out to people. Our move in process has been a lack of communication. Please call people back and respond to emails. Dont wait for us to take off from work, to then tell us to bring a money order to finish the set up. (Wed paid via card already on the portal) Call people please. Let us know ahead of time of your needs. Also, we just went and got the money order after they told us... Came back and said that our apt. wont be ready until 2 pm today... (After they just spoke with my girlfriend and had her waste her lunch break). COMMUNICATION please....We are moving 2 homes into one, working full time, coordinating with moving company and storage company, have a sick kid... No time for unprofessionalism and delays.Our time was disrespected and it threw off our schedule and made her late, for returning to work.

This place is not for intentional students in the beginning they will say it’s ok if you don’t have social security pr credit score, and after you apply for the application and pay the fee you will get denied. Don’t waste your time discuss with them about your application because they will say that was my second misunderstand.Also if they tell you we are going to call you after 30 minutes don’t believe them I spent the hole day waiting and nobody call me.SAVE YOU TIME AND YOUR MONEY FOR ANOTHER PLACE.

James is an awesome guy who knows his way around the place. Hes always going out of his way to help people. It is a much better experience living at Boulder Creek because of him. Hes the perfect example of the phrase, one person can make a difference.

Pool has been shut down almost a whole month now because management cant do their job. No biggie, only 100 degrees outside, who needs it. Move here if you want to pay for amenities that are never open!

I was very impressed with how quick I was assisted! I stepped into the leasing office and Isabella (Leasing Professional) was ready to assist me with all the information I needed and gave me a quick tour in such short notice! Much appreciated 5/5 stars

Mold grows in the closet. Maintenance request takes weeks close to a month to get completed. Sink broke and took them 2 weeks to come fix it. Car got stuck in garage for 3 days. No one answered calls. Just awful tbh.

The expierence since we have moved in has been amazing the staff is really friendly and helpful haven’t had any issues with the amenities or other residentes everything has been super great i highly recommend Isabella Cuellar for any information in moving into the apartment complex she will get you all the information needed….

Angel has been so helpful with my entire expierence here at Advenir. She was the first person I spoke to when me and my daughter walked in and she has always been so pleasant and helpful.

I enjoy being here. The property is nice and my neighbors have been cool. The outdoor public spaces are also very relaxing.

Pay to much for the pool to be closed, entrance gates been broke for almost a week 4-5 cars broken into just last night , I don’t even feel safe parking my car.

Only a fraction of the bug issue my wife and I have been dealing with a small baby, found a silver bug in my babies hair and we keep apartment very clean.

All the staff here is great, especially Elda!! Any time I have an issue, they fix it quickly. Love living here!

Had to leave because the manager yelled at my husband and it was a safety hazard living there. Close to no maintenance.

My stay at Advenir at Boulder Creek was exceptional. The apartments were cozy, well-maintained and conveniently located. The amenities offered a perfect balance between relaxation and functionality. The response and dedication of the management team really stood out here. The manager Elena does a good job keeping the property in order and cares about the experience of all residents. I highly recommend it for a five star living experience.
