Very noisy neighbor and informing the management at multiple occasions didn’t help at all. IMO If someone with a health condition lived here they wouldn’t be alive for long.Update - showed videos to Jackie in the front office how this neighbor is purposely causing disturbance and still nothing has changed. I was not given the option to move out. Requested to be moved to a different apartment only to be told that my lease will start again. Who would want to stay at a place like this ever again? Time and again, no help. They are just about money! Attached video to prove what this person is doing everyday especially at the early hours. Lack of sleep and peace and it’s affecting my work.
Love this place. The kids playground is a great size for my kids. The pool is always clean and super blue. The maintenance is wonderful, they are quick the response and get the job done the first time. The ladies in the office are always so helpful and full of energy.
Jehovany came and Service my washer on 2/6/25he explained everything to me. he returned back today and did a follow up and explain everything to me when he replaced the washer back.The management team made me feel welcome soon as you walk in the leasing office. Tania, Jacqueline, and Lucia are very helpful and they made the leasing process go by smoothly . They took time out explain everything to me and made sure that I got everything done . The maintenance staff is helpful . When ever I had an issue Mr. Douglas has showed up first thing in the morning and sorted the issue immediately.. he’s reliable and good at his job. I’m happy with the service
Look for Lucy, she’s really helpful and respectful. Recommend the apartment as well, clean environment and on top of their game. Gate broke and was fixed in like 2hr. Love to see they are actually managing and doing what they supposed to do!
My wife, daughter and I have been living here going on 5 years now and it is indeed a beautiful community. So far the new management is doing a good job! Shout out to Jackie and Lucy for being great leasing consultants. They’re always willing to answer any questions we have with a smile. I loved these apartment homes. They are spacious and clean in the inside. When I first signed my lease in 2023 I was grateful and impressed. However since they have changed managements the property is not as clean as it used to be. Disgusting if you ask me. And they are overcharging for rent. Each month there appears to be additional “fees” and no one in the office can explain however I’m still obligated to pay in full. Obligated to pay fees that they are unable to explain. How does that even work? It’s ridiculous. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Whenever i put a request for maintenance and when i have Jehovany the problem solving is always very quick. Even if you dont put a maintenance request and if the issue is quick to solve which does not require a request he takes care of it like you need a battery change for your fire alarm or the lights need to change.
DONT MOVE HERE when you move in it as good and shit till 1 year goes by and they start acting like you just dont matter takes 20 work orders just to get my dryer fixed I complained about my dish washer not working and still yet it is not working 1600+ for the worst service IN THE WORLD even with new management it still has not improved .they NEED to treat us right with the money that we are paying yall Need to do betterthe only thing I like a bout this place is there new employee willy he does his job and is nice with it if there was a way I would give him 5 stars

I am sad to say that I wasn’t able to apply to grandea because of distance from my job but I would definitely keep them in mind.Up dateLove this apartment community. I moved in 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Jackie is super fun and professional. Lucia is super sweet and always smiling. I have been living here for 8 months, I have not had a big problem for repair. Recently due to storms in Houston the living room window started leaking water, apparently the rain and strong winds hit and weakened the protection, I sent an emergency email at 7:00pm to maintenance and management, when the rain stopped Jovanny, a very kind man, came to see the problem, he said that this could be repaired the next day very early, before it started to rain, he left me a fan so that the floor and walls could dry well, they certainly arrived before 8 :00am and they left everything ready very quickly. Towed our car despite not having a single sign saying that you are not allowed to park there and that they enforce towing. Staff was also not helpful.

The new management has been making great strides to improve the community. I appreciate all that theyve been doing. I do miss the community events that we used to have with the former management had. Worst apartment worst management taking approx $2000 for apartment but there is rat inside the kitchen broken cabinets main entrance gates are opened zero security which lead my brand new car tyres stolen plus the manager is so arrogant doesn’t feel sorry for our loss PATHETIC MANAGEMENT! We arrived and immediately felt very welcome. Since we are relocating from GA to TX we have been apprehensive of the moving and overall rental experience. Best maintenance man in the complex. enoch B goes above and beyond to help tenants with any repairs. my air went out the other day and he worked hard to get it repaired, but could not finish during the not but came back early the next morning to complete. in addition neighbors throw trash on roof and he climb up to get it to keep property nice and clean
The office staff is completely phenomenal! They’ll help you in any way they can and very understanding! Since the property has taken on new management, they’ve came in and got straight to work! Making great changes on the property and working hard to keep it safe. Very informative so you’re not left with many questions. Highly recommended to live, great neighbors and the property is always clean and quiet! Very much so enjoying my stay here at Grandea Bellfort!
I have been here for going on 2 months, Karina the office Manager is wonderful and does an excellent job in communicating with you and always responds when I need her. The Maintenance team here is AWESOME. If I could give 100 stars I would. Jheovany is always here to help when you need him, my AC broke late at night and he came right away and fixed it! I then had issues with my tub and he changed my dishwasher as well, brand new! He is AMAZING and fast! Douglas is also Amazing and always has a smile on his face and willing to help EVERYTIME! My A/C went out on a Saturday in the evening after office hours, reported this on the emergency line. I was not sure if i could be fixed that day as it was later on in the day. I love this place! The location, the quick access to 59 south or Highway 6, the office staff of Lucia, Jacqueline and Karina and the efficiency of the maintenance crew! The amenities are great, clean and well kept! Theres kids playing, pet friendly areas and courteous neighbors! The front office is really helpful rectifying issues and making you feel heard and seen and If you lived here, youd have these same experiences as well.Come, stay a while!

The recent switch in management companies has been one of the greatest changes ever! There is actually a staff that is courteous and knowledgeable as well as willing to talk to and treat residents like actual people. I recently had an issue and Karina was incredibly kind and supportive of me. She was highly communicative and helped me get things back on track. So grateful for her! All of the new staff in office is great very kind as well. I do appreciate the high communication from the leasing office to residents about all things happening within the community. Before it was pretty much a stab in the dark and very hard to get in touch with anyone in office quite frankly felt like a huge burden to them but I definitely appreciate the change they are off to a great start!

She helped us a lot to apply online and waited us until 10 pm in the office to hand us our apartment keys.The apartment is not as luxurious as I expected, but it is clean. The maintenance team also helped me so fast when I needed it.And there is a nice playground for kids.

I had issue with AC on this weekend and when i put the request at leasing office jehovany was there and it was surprised that he came right away even its on weekend. its surprised and never expect they will fix it right away very helpful. I recommend his service since he is very friendly and fixed it within same day. So if possible i will give 6 star for him.

My AC went out. Enoch from the maintenance team came by during the holiday weekend and was able to install a portable AC while they worked on getting the parts of the AC replaced. Douglas from maintenance and Enoch made sure to come periodically and keep me updated on the process of the repairs. They were able to fix it thankfully before the heat got worse. Both very kind.

Just got maintenance on my AC last minute. Jehovany was kind enough to respond in record time. He was extremely respectful and courteous. Jehovany was able to turn my AC on so I didn’t have to sweat in the Houston heat all night long. He was a life saver! Cannot stress enough how helpful he was!

I encountered the most disrespectful despicable person at the Grandea at Bellfort apartments today . I was inconvenienced moving because of the storm that has been happening in houston which pushed back my ability to move on the end of my lease date. I let the landlord know and she replied the apartment is leased we need keys today . In which i replied that was impossible seeing as how my move in date was a few days away . You would think she would show and ounce of empathy but no she then continued to call my phone days later again stating she needed keys i explained to her that i would bring keys the next day before closing so that i could finish moving and clean she then stated she had painters scheduled to come tomorrow as if that had anything to do with me. How unprofessional and ignorant could one person be ? She then stated that she would have to reschedule her painters again as if that had anything to do with me and my situation . She is completely lacking in basic customer service skills and should be retrained. Ive never had any issues and paid my rent on time every month of my lease at Grandea Bellfort and i don’t deserve to he treated like this because of a total of 3 days passed my lease agreement.

Very upset with this community. I started my application process with Claudia and was notified of company changes. The moment I was transferred to Jackie everything Claudia told me was out the window! Not only that Jackie called me basically telling me I was approved and gave me a date to look forward too which was 12/27. JUST FOR HER TO SEND AN EMAIL STATING I WAS NOT APPROVED. The carelessness in her tone let me know I did not belong here anyways!!! I honestly feel the new company has discriminated against me and that feeling is the worse experience ever. I got everything needed for move in and now without anywhere to go thanks to them! I was told a manager would reach out and nothing. This has been one of the worse experiences ever smh.
I recently moved from California and I can say after being misled by leasing agents here , Grandea bellfort was heaven sent ! I toured with Jackie who was absolutely wonderful and assured me along the way . The unit itself is clean and well kept with lots of natural light . The gym, pool and common areas are also very well maintained and I seen the groundskeeper busy working around the complex . As a single woman I feel safe in the area . Overall a breath of fresh air from an over all bad experience initially moving to Texas . Thanks guys !

Douglas is an Amazing maintenance man. The entire maintenance staff is A1. Enoch works hard to keep our property looking nice. They are always prompt, courteous and professional.
The communication here is absolutely horrific. I have contacted the office on numerous occasions since becoming a resident almost 2 years ago and the administration team rarely answers the phone. I end up having to send multiple emails for a response. When that doesn’t work, I have to stop what I’m doing at home, leave work or wherever I am to head to the leasing office to simply speak to someone. I thought this is why we had phones. When I do go into the office, they constantly make excuses saying they’re understaffed or busy. They’re surely not busy answering phone calls. It’s an extreme inconvenience and frustrating to always have to come in person. Prompt and effective communication is extremely important for any company. I only get in contact with administration after calling or emailing incessantly. I hardly ever leave reviews on sites, but I’m quite frankly fed up. I tried to give them time to improve with communication, but it has not gotten better since I’ve been here. I hope it does soon, but by then I probably would have moved out.

My husband and I are moving in this week to Advenir at Milan, Jackie has has been very amazing with everything! She has been very patient with because I am always calling her to ask her simple questions about our move in, I really like that about her. Everyone has been very polite and proffesional, everytime I come in to the office they are busy but they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in .
I do not recommend for any one !!! I’ve stayed going on three years. The first two years were fine . But they have switched management and i moved into a bigger apartment and it’s been very problematic, I put in work orders and they have yet to fix them !! On top of that , I’ve been waiting for them to return my security deposit from my previous unit that I was ever at because I’m a truck driver, an $1800 deposit remind you the apartment was perfect condition when I moved out, and they send me a $65 return. I am truly having a strong case of buyers remorse/regret!!!! So if you value your money and your peace of mind I sincerely warn any future and potential residents RUN!!!!!! In the opposite direction!!!!!

I had this experience yesterday and would like to share it here for future residents to decide whether to live or leave this place.**Recurring AC Problems:** The AC has malfunctioned numerous times over the last few months due to a water leak, affecting air circulation.**Lack of Prompt Emergency Maintenance:** Despite being a 24/7 service, the emergency maintenance team failed to address the urgent AC issue promptly, citing the time as a reason for coming the second day morning.**Inconsistent Responses:** Conflicting responses from multiple staff members regarding the arrival of maintenance personnel added to the frustration (on his way/not coming tonight).**Impact on Daily Life:** The recurring AC breakdowns significantly impact the comfort and well-being of a family with young children during extreme weather conditions.

Just moved here and everything has been great! I absolutely love the choice I made to move here! Great pool. My husband loves the gym very clean! I must say that Mr Douglas is the best. He came to fix one thing and I shared something else and he got on it right away even without a work order! Very nice maintenance guy! Everything about the property you will love. This is my honest opinion :)
Within the past 3 weeks, I have helped a neighbor with their maintenance issue, and had two of my own.I can not thank Douglas and Omar enough for their promptness, courtesy and knowledge of the issues. Their friendliness and acceptance of my neighbors dogs and my cats is wonderful to have.I certainly do not want to forget David, who not only tolerated my cat trying to inspect his work, but was prompt and pleasant within my space,Thank you guys for all you do.
Have lived here for a good amount of years and can truly say it’s been good to have a good team. The leasing office answers the phone or has the office open with enough staff to help out residents. The maintenance team keeps up with any trouble we would have especially Douglas. He’s always there when we need assistance or have trouble. He’s super nice and attentive with all the work he has done.

I was looking for an apartment for my friend who’s never had their own apartment and Jackie was the one who was helping me. She answered all my questions and concerns I had which put my mind at ease. I am thoroughly displeased and disappointed with lack of honesty and compassion with this move and situation.I just received my keys yesterday and as I walked in I couldn’t even take my shoes off because of all the visible filth. The bathroom cabinet was not working. There was rust in the freezer, shower rod, on top of the washing machine, wood chips on the floor, cracks everywhere, hair that was painted over and cabinets and drawers that still had gunk and toothpaste residue.This apartment is unlivable! There was no walk through.. it couldn’t have been! Or any replacements of anything, with the exception of a vacuumed carpet.This has made our “welcome home” experience seem like a complete nightmare. This business has been falsely advertised! I will not allow my family to be forced to sleep here.Please do not reply with the generic and automated message.

Maintenance is always great!! Douglas came by today to fix my door, and was nice enough to also fix my stovetop that I haven’t had a chance to put a work order in for yet. So accommodating and also extremely respectful the whole time he’s working. Amazing I don’t have to wait to use my stove now. I greatly appreciate all of the maintenance guys here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE❗️❗️❗️Bad place to move if you want to live in peace and quiet do not live here. They let residents with 12 people live in a 3bedroom apt. When complaining about it several times they want to put a letter on my door for having a unauthorized person living with me when there is only 4 people living in my apartment. I have called the regional manager still they have not called me back yet. Valet trash doesnt come to pick up trash and I still get charged for it. Gates are always broken cars getting broke into and it always smells like weed here. Do not move here!!!
DON’T RENT HERE!!! I moved out a couple of months ago and never got my deposit back. I even painted the apartment and cleaned before I moved out and gave my keys and they still charged my entire deposit, unbelievable they just want to steal your money😡 we always paid our rent on time and we’re good residents. Never have I ever had an issue anywhere else!
Douglas came to my apartment only minutes after I called the leasing office about my AC being out. He came and explained the issue and showed me a quick fix if the issue happens after hours and I cant reach anyone. I really appreciated that and the fact he made it out so quickly.
I have never made a bad review but please be careful leasing with them , I moved in last year and ended with them on July . Ever since then they have been emailing and calling about damages and we paid them without asking questions the first time but the second time they added a door mirror , we even have asked for proof of the door and they still haven’t send us anything and even charges us , they’re easy to charge you but they take their sweet time to fix the lights in the kitchen , the air conditioner that was broken until they finally came to fix it the month we were moving out and the gate that is broken every month or the lights outside always flickering in . This has been the worse experience and believe I regret moving in there so please be careful and take pictures when you guys get there and leaving , even if you think it’s on great condition. That’s something that we regret doing

The staff in this community is really very good and helpful.I will switch and move in this Saturday, they are very good to provide our KEY to confirm the maintenance status of the apartment we will live in.I have lived here for more than a year. When I encountered a problem, the staff maintenance was quick and friendly. Really good.A lot of appreciation to Mr. Melvin and Mr. Douglas.

Destiny and Danielle in the office were also helpful to me during the application process, follow up questions. Kudos to the whole team. I moved in about 7 months ago. The staff members have been kind and the community is so close to my work. The community is always clean and the maintenance staff is friendly. Maintenance usually comes in a timely manner. I’ve enjoyed my stay so far.
Jackie was helpful and showed me around the community. She answered all my questions and made me like a person and not a number. I am looking forward to applying in the next couple of months.

All the ladies in the office here are so helpful and attentive. They really made me feel at home relocating from another state . Naveera was very helpful with the whole process and Rosa the property manager was amazing !!! Not like all the other stuck up managers I came across in the past. Please do not move here the valet trash doesnt shower up smells like weed. We Live on the second floor. There is no peace and quiet here there is a family of 15 people living in one apt above us. We have complaint several times nothing has been done but a phone call to the neighbors.

Ive checked several apartment complexes in the area a few months when I moved to Houston and Advenir at Milan was the best amongst them with comparable rent price.My 1BR is very spacious and has a great floor plan and I love my patio.Office staff is always positive, super friendly and courteous.My maintenance requests were attended to promptly and with no issues.Pool is nice and large, pool area is neat and well maintained. Also I never have a problem with parking - plenty of spots are available all the time.Thank you for great service!
Just signed a lease today but this wasnt our first visit to this apartment complex. On both occurrences we were assisted by Lauren and each time she was SO HELPFUL! I appreciated her eagerness to help with the application process (since changing to electronic) and how she was able to answer every question with a quickness no hesitation. The staff all greeted us with a smile and the overall feel was welcoming. Im excited for our new beginnings at Advenir!

I went to tour the community today and instantly I felt welcomed. The manager was the one to show me around and she was super sweet. She answered every question I had and helped me find the perfect apartment for me. I got a sense that it was important to her that I felt like I was at home as much as possible. I am definitely coming back soon to lease.
I took a tour with Lauren and did my whole leasing process with her. First off, i want to commend her on how helpful and professional she was, i probably called her like a thousand times and she was so nice and welcoming every single time. The apartments are super nice, clean and very inviting; they have a really great leasing special that makes your moving so much easier and the price is great. I am so happy i signed here, everything is perfect!

We recently put in a work order for our track lighting being out and within 24 hrs Douglas from maintenance fixed the issue. He was great and super professional. I spoke with Sherry when I inquired about the apartment today and she was very helpful and personable! She even went above and beyond to show me a unit and expressed sincere interest in me and my unique moving situation. When I arrived, Sherry had residents demand things of her (they were just rude residents honestly), she had people trying to pay rent, pick up packages and just kept her cool with it like a boss! I loved the energy of the complex, there were couples reading together, children playing in the pool and the grounds were kept very well. The apartments look identical to what you see on their website which is rare and the floor plans were very well thought out. When we got back to the office the manager, Saneitra, helped me and man was she cool! She was very professional but personable and funny too! She even stayed late to help me with my application questions. I look forward to moving in next month!

I just move in yesterday and feel like I’ve made the biggest mistake of my life. First, the staff is sooo disorganized. I had to schedule my own walk through and was not notified of everything I needed to move-in. Next, when I went to review the apartment, it was so dirty and many things were broken in the apartment. How to you give out an apartment without inspecting or cleaning it?! I asked them to clean the apartment and they said they couldn’t because it was the weekend. Shouldn’t they spend at least a week cleaning it. My work order list is going to be so long. Plus, all these break-ins tell me not to buy anything crazy while I’m living here. Save the money and go somewhere else. I will definitely NOT be renewing my lease. I don’t know how the ratings for this apartment is soooo high. I think a lot of these reviews are fake.
I must say Douglas is an amazing guy, once we log in our maintenance issue, he makes sure everything is been sorted out fast. Best maintenance guy ever. Thank you Mr. Douglas for all you do.

I have enjoyed living here for over a year now! The staff is always friendly and the maintenance guys have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me and my family out. (even a flat tire on my car) Having community events each month also makes living here fun.

By far the worst place i have ever lived.Quality of apartment was terrible. The model they showed when doing a tour was completely different to the one they gave us. Quality of the apartment was poor with cracked corners of mirrors, missing pieces of blinds and kitchen cabinets falling off the hinges. (some of which they charged for damaging when trying to leave the place).Air conditioner failed several times throughout summer and maintenance took up to 3 days to repair it making the place un-livable for this period of time. The pool was also closed most of the summer due to maintenance and some days it just wasnt opened as the staff was too lazy to unlock the gates.The building/parking lot itself is not safe. Although gated, there was multiple incidents of dozens of cars windows being smashed and broken into.They changed online systems recently and as a result charged extra fees for payments not going through correctly due to their own system change. They also recently implemented compulsory valet trash collection which also added to the list of ridiculous fees and money they try to extort from you.The staff were lovely and friendly despite working for a terribly managed place that tries to take advantage of its residents at every turn. Theres much nicer and better apartments in the area for similar prices which i would recommend.

Very nice appartment complex, i am really enjoy living here with my family from the last 6 years. All the office and maintenance team members are very nice and helpful, whenever I called to complain for something and it has been resolved in less than 24hours. They have a very professional way of working.

I can not say enough how much I have loved living at Advenir at Milan.I have lived here for three years and sadly have to move for a new job in another town.I have had such a great experience with maintenance and manager Maria.Im blessed to have been able to call this place home and it will always have a special place in my life.Thank you Advenir for making this such a wonderful experience.
*They do maintenance inspections twice a year. The maintenance people will look through your cabinets and drawers when youre not home. During a maintenance request, I watched a guy, through my security camera, wash and dry his tools with my dish brush and towel. He used my bowl to catch drippings under the sink, didnt clean up afterwards and just left. He still works here, fyi. I can only imagine what they do off camera. Its disturbing nonetheless.Lived here for almost a year now. Got robbed on April 7th. Maintenance came to fix the doorframe the next morning. Across the hall, my neighbor has the same doorframe guard, so his apartment must have been broken into some time before mine. The apartment never did anything about the break in. There was no message sent out to the community. No plan for safety or prevention from it happening again. Im disappointed by the lack of action. No one has said anything to me, like it never happened.Update: I got charged for renters insurance even though I have my own and never had a gap in coverage. I showed them proof of insurance within 2 days and still somehow got charged. What a scam.Update: Got charged for renters insurance again, double this time. I switched insurance providers and sent Milan proof. No gap. They said that Advenir at Milan wasnt listed as an interested party so they charged me renters insurance twice. The switch was 3 weeks ago, I got charged 2 months of renters insurance for a 3 week gap while the apartment is fully insured. I pay monthly admin fees to get scammed.My lease ends in May. I refuse to terminate early and pay 2 months of rent to this company.

With my lease almost being up I chose to shop around for another apartment and stumbled upon this apartment complex. I decided to stop by and was pleased with the way that the employees greeted me. They gave me a tour and helped me with all my questions! Definitely some of the friendliest employees I have seen.
This is my very first apartment and I have to say the movie in experience was amazing ! Marie is a amazing person and the staff they are excellent . They help me in so many way they don’t understand . I love the location. The family activities they have monthly , shows that they are a family oriented complex. I plan to move into a bigger apartment at Advenir at Milan once my lease is up ! You will not be disappointed.

I recommend not living here. They will do anything to charge you extra and not give your deposit back. Eventhough, I cleaned the apartment and everything is in good condition.They also charged me utilities 3 months ago. This is ridiculous!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Weve been living here for nine months now and I have nothing but good things to say. Its quiet, the kids enjoy playing at the park inside the complex, maintenance is fast and efficient, I havent seen any bugs, and the gym and the pool are very nice and well maintained. Its very much a family-oriented complex.
We visited the property as we are looking for 2 bedrooms. I met Ms. Rabab, and she gave us the information and showed us the model apartment. Very is very helpful and professional. We recommend this place 100%
Spacious apartment, upgraded interior, outdated gym equipment, decent parking for such a huge property and well kept community. The customer service is horrible. Trying to reach someone in the office consists of rotating between the 2 #s they have back to back until someone finally answers and if your lucky theyll be able to assist. 2 months into the apartment I had to throw out my mattress and undergo treatments because bed bugs were found in it; and they were not there before moving There! Maintenance is average and slow at answering work orders depending on what the issue is.
The maintenance team is awesome! Melvin Torres was super helpful and quick to fix the garbage disposal in my sink. He was very professional about it even though I caught him at the end of the day.
Stay away from this place! Horrible management. They increase the rents by large amounts for existing customers even though the market rent value for new customers for similar apartment model on their own website shows 150 dollars less(for the same period). This is extremely UNFAIR to current renters.The manager is rarely on site. The people working in the leasing office always ask to email the manager for any concerns but no one ever responds to the emails.The referral program is a SCAM. More than 4 months later, no referral check is issued and instead vague answers like give it a couple more weeks, it is in processing are given. They give excuses like we have a hundreds referral checks in process so the system is backed up. Imagine if one refused to pay rent saying we have other bills to pay, would they accept that?Valet trash fee of 25 bucks is mandatory, and still one has to pay extra 15 dollars for trash fees.Leasing office agents dont care about concerns as they dont have proper information to give. On top of it the security gate is most of the time broken.
Arrived at 5:35pm on a Friday and was told I missed the 5:30pm cutoff for them to show their 2b2bth model,but they close at 6pm.Definitely not the way to win over a new resident!! And I wanted a 3b2bth. Learn to go above and beyond leasing agent!Crossed off my list! NEXT!

Office staff has absolutely no clue what theyre doing. Ive had multiple instances of problems with packages. One time I was told a gift package was delivered only for them to tell me it wasnt. The gifter reordered the package, and when it arrived, lo and behold I had two of the same package. I had another package that I was given multiple notifications that my package was delivered only to be told that they didnt have it. During the pandemic they left all packages on the front step of the property where any random person can come up and snatch it. And the offices only response is essentially, Tough luck we cant help you. I will not be resigning my lease here purely based on the incompetence of the office staff.
The staff I always willing to work with you. Friendly service with people who actually treat you like a person and not just a bottom line. I recently moved back to this complex. No other apt will do. Shout to Destiny for helping me out and smoothly moving us in
