Weve been living here for almost two years, and I can confidently say this is the best apartment community Ive ever experienced. From day one, the leasing agents, the maintenance staff, and the concierges have been nothing short of fantastic—always welcoming, professional, and ready to go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They truly care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. Its clear they work hard to maintain a sense of community and make this place feel like home.The neighbors here are also wonderful—kind, friendly, and genuinely good people. Its a peaceful, welcoming environment, and I couldnt be happier with our decision to live here.Overall, if youre looking for a place where the staff is amazing, the community is warm, and everything is taken care of, this is the place to be! The Belle Meade is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are great, not to mention the entire complex. The landscaping, pool area, workout facility and resident library are maintained beautifully. The staff is over the top, they are all very helpful and always pleasant. They even recommended a moving company that did a great job. The Belle Meade is a friendly, quiet place to live that’s in a great neighborhood. I’m so happy to be part of this community.

Safe, quiet mid-rise with friendly, responsive staff & maintenance team. Amenities kept very clean and up to date. Beautiful landscaping. Concierge is super helpful.

When it comes to visitor entrance, unless you are with the resident, its a struggle to get in. From the parking garage you have to dial for leasing and then dial again to get to the front. It gets frustrating when there is no one at the front or is busy with a resident, because then you have to keep waiting until they are done. Lots of residents tend to chill around the front elevator and so as a visitor its too much hassle.I highly recommend that when you visit, make sure your friend is there to open doors for you. Also the front lady has an attitude.

I recently visited Belle Meade at River Oaks for a scheduled apartment consultation, and my experience was shockingly disappointing and appeared to be tinged with racial discrimination.Upon arrival, I was blatantly ignored for an extended period. When I was finally approached, the staff abruptly informed me they couldn’t assist me that day, contrary to what was promised over the phone. This abrupt change in their willingness to help occurred immediately upon seeing me, a black woman, which leads me to believe that their refusal was influenced by racial bias.This experience was not just deeply disappointing but also distressing. It’s unacceptable for a professional establishment to treat potential clients this way. I was looking forward to exploring housing options at Belle Meade, but instead, I was met with behavior that seemed discriminatory.I believe potential renters should be aware of this incident. It’s crucial for management to address and rectify such issues to ensure that they do not recur. Equal treatment and professional courtesy should be the standard for all, irrespective of race.

I moved into The Belle Meade on Feb. 8, 2021. As someone who works in communications for a living, transparency and trust are crucial -- Jami Weed and the team at The Belle Meade have exceeded all expectations and go above and beyond to make sure their residents feel welcomed.The property is beautiful, residents are respectful, and the amenities are among the best in Houston. While working from home during COVID, noise was a reason I left old apartment. Here, its not an issue.Because of Jami, The Belle Meade feels more like a small business that cares about their residents rather than a large apartments where youre just a number. Thank you for the hospitality and the warm welcome!

The property is perfect if you are looking for a small (119 units), quiet community in a fantastic location. The Staff, the maintenance and the concierge are some of the best in the biz. Do not take responsibility for their awful, awful clients. Companies that condone racist and privileged behavior disgust me. They are an ignorant housing company.

Originally I fell in love with the property and management. After a few months the fabulous manager was relocated and her replacement team showed gross incompetence and negligence. . Major property issues are still unresolved. Recently they wouldn’t offer a guest suit or accommodations after my apartment flooded and we were displaced. (See photos) Took 2 hours from the time of flooding at 10:20 pm for the management team to come check on us after I told the onsite concierge about the water pouring from the ceiling, lights and HVAC ....and 10 hours into the next day before they finally begin mediation of the flooded areas. I was told they had a policy and their office wasn’t open before 9 am to be onsite to assist and help us any earlier than that. Made us feel and seem like we were the inconvenience .... and the flooding wasn’t from our apartment.

My experience at the Belle Meade at River Oaks has been excellent. I highly recommend working with Jami Weed. She is seriously the best!!! My apartment locator called and spoke with her when I was searching for an apartment, and when I called the next day, Jami knew exactly who I was and the details my apartment locator had shared with her. Jami is fantastic to work with, from viewing apartments, to going through the leasing application/process, to moving in, and actually living here. Jami knows her stuff, and more importantly she cares. She knows her residents(srsly every single one of us), she knows our pets, and she knows our family members too. You can really tell how much she loves her job. Jamis passion shows through every single day, and her kindness is unparalleled. I have never lived somewhere that has such a caring leasing staff (and concierges as well). Im so happy that I decided to make the Belle Meade my home - and Jami was a big part of that decision. Ive never had such a pleasurable experience throughout the entire process as I did with Jami.

Tennants will harrassing anyone who walks in the building doing their job just because they feel entitled, rude

Allows residents to roam like thugs and harass hard-working delivery people. Incompetent staff.
