700 Credit Plus, have been a life saver, very legit company. My credit score gone up in less than a year and they helped me cleared all the negative from my credit. After careful consideration of using this company and speaking to the general manager Hector, he reassured me that can assist me. We discussed the plan of action on fixing my credit and laid out the next steps. Hector was very helpful and provided me with some great deals to help me get on the best financial plan for fixing my credit. He took time to answer any questions I may have had and assured me that anything that needs to be done he will personally take care. I Have purchased a credit repair service with this guys and never worked, it’s been more than a year and my credit score hasn’t changed, matter of fact collectors are still bothering, got tired of it for every time they were calling and asking for 25 dollars just to check your credit score, a friend of mine fixed his credit 10 years ago and he said back then 700 plus was way better never charged him to check his credit score. I don’t know what to say about this guys but I think they services has gotten worse, they can’t promise for what they offer.

700 credit plus is a great company. However, the only thing I can complain about is I have paid a lot of money for my credit. I don’t have much on my credit I never used it….and I paid $700 and it’s been almost 6 months and I haven’t really seen any changes I recently called to have a recent 30 day late payment removed and that alone was like one $150-$200 and also when I make payment arranges with them, if I forgot a payment was coming out that is all on me. They don’t give you any reminders whatsoever they automatic drafted out of my account and when that happens, it overdraft me putting me more in debt if I do not have the available funds at that time

This company is not conducting business properly. They guarantee my loan only then to deny the offer when I didnt own a car.They took my information and now selling it to other companies. For a profit off my information.Do not trust them. Its all a gimmick.The sign of the time ⏲️ is make offers to unsuspecting consumers then drop them into deny the loan.My credit score is amazing.I have credentials. They have no loyalty.

It’s very simple. They just don’t do what they say. I’ve been promised something would be removed over a year ago and to date it’s still the same.

Please do not use this company! They got their money but did not provide service. My husband and I tried to get our credit fixed, and both of us did not get any help. They never followed up with us. They never gave us updates. It was all just a waste of time and money. I asked for a refund but was denied . I just want my money back. This is not right what they did to us. And from the looks of it, they did this to others. The worst part is that youre just trying to do something good for yourself only to be let down . They take advantage of hard-working people just trying to get their credit together. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are entitled to a refund. I have also spoken to the BBB and this company has a history of refuses to reply.

At first it was a very tough decision to make due to so many businesses out there offering credit restoration. But after seeing what my step dad went through in fixing his credit with 700 plus, it gave me a sense to choose them for my credit needs. Their customer service is excellent and always there to answer questions. Also you will see results!!!! When they say they will work on your credit, the business means it. I thought it was over for me because my credit was really upsetting to look at. But now that 700 plus credit has worked on it, I start seeing easier offers from creditors as well getting this with a great score makes it an easier transaction. I really recommend these guys!!! It takes time and patience but pays off at the end of the journey with a nice credit score to look at. Give them a try and you wont be upset.

Please stay away!!!! I been in this program for 2 years and not one time have I been contacted to discuss my progress! I have not seen not one item deleted or worked on. I have called them numerous times and all they says is “we are still working on it” You all I have been told the same thing for the past two years!!! I really don’t understand where all the other positive reviews and 5 stars coming from. Maybe fake reviews. Stay away and find another company!

I gave them over 1300 dollars and never heard from them again. They literally scammed me for my money. I called a few months later and they said they were still handling my case. After about a year of the same thing I called back and they said I had to pay an extra 500 for them to continue working on my case smh. Do not go with this company

Overall very satisfied with 700 credit! Lizeth did an amazing job following up. I worked with Jairo at first and he would not follow up with me as frequently as Lizeth.

Honestly dont waste your money. I spent over $1200 with this company and saw absolutely no results at all. Im currently working on my credit myself and have accomplished more than they have contributed. There are so many video and templates out to help you. DO the research and get the job done yourself while saving your money. They were friendly but just not proactive in getting the job done.

Like many clients may think, how can a credit building company truly be in the best interest of my credit score/history and can I trust them with sensitive private information? I was skeptical just like everyone else but, I can assure you all that this is the place to go in the city of Houston for credit restoration. I started my file as a client a little over 1.5 years ago and I am truly satisfied that I did. I met with Elvira, GM, who welcomed me with open arms and walked me through every step of this journey and what to expect and what my participation was going to involve. Through her masterful organizational skills and strong communication, she not only educated me on the infrastructure on credit scores and history but comforted me that my credit score/history was not a lost cause. Been calling for months attempting to cancel my credit repair. No one Ever calls me back! Within 9 months of being with 700plus I have only seen 3 small inquiries come off. When you call and tell them that you haven’t seen a difference they ask that you get a secure credit card like what? I signed up for someone to tell me to get a secure credit card? Why would I pay $300 just so that someone can say the only way your credit will get fixed is if you purchase a secure credit card? NO I’m paying YOU to fix my credit repair not for you to tell me to get a secure credit card! STAY AWAY! THEY WONT LET YOU CANCEL! DO NOT GET INVOLVED! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY UNTIL THEY CAN!

I hired this company to work on my credit i payed 800 dollars up front because i thought it would help bring my credit up faster .i never heard from this company again i called them 3 months later and they didnt even know who i was but still insisted they were working on it .dont waste your time and money here this place is a joke .

I would definitely recommend 700 Plus to anybody wanting to fix their credit. My daughter and son in law used them after I told them they did a great job with my stuff and they were very pleased as well. They worked on my credit years ago and got it to 787. A week ago one of the collections that they got removed about 2 years ago some how ended up back on my report I called them about it and they said they would work on it to get it removed again since we have been loyal customers. This company was recommended to me by a friend. They turned my friends credit around and she has a nearly perfect score. I was so impressed by what they did that I decided to move forward and hire them myself.I’M SOOOO HAPPY!It’s been less than a year and nearly all my accounts are taken care of. They are diligent and remain in contact, updating me once a month with their progress.On top of that, other situations have come up that I’ve needed assistance with. This place is nothing short of a scam they will take your money and you will never hear from them .I paid 1500 dollars to this company to remove some items off my credit and its been 2 years now they lied and said they removed accounts I went to apply for a loan and got denied .because come to find out nothing was removed so 1500 dollars and 2 years later my credit is still messed up .on top of that when I call for updates they will never tell me anything they are doing .and just ask for more money the manager Hector yells at me and tells me he doesnt have to give me any information.my next step is to file a complaint with the BBB.dont get ripped off by 700 plus credit .

I came across 700 plus credit upon searching google for credit repair companies. I’ve been working with 700 plus credit since August and it’s now December ...so far 7 things have been removed from my credit and my score is going up monthly . I’m so happy with 700 plus credit customer service and the staff . They are always a phone call away and very patient when it comes to customers . I’m closer to buying my home for my family with the help and guidance of 700 plus. I’ll continue to use 700 plus credit and I recommend them to anyone , honestly wish I would of found them a year ago . BEWARE!!!! RUN!!!! I read the negative reviews prior to reaching out to this company for help with my credit. I called anyway and spoke with the representative Jay, who changed my mind about what I read & I decided to still work with this company who then put me on a payment plan for $125 month. Being that I knew about those negative reviews I read I decided to use a pre-paid debit card & not give them my real bank information ( they may change this policy after receiving my review). But anyway, after around my 5th month paying these people I noticed much did not change with my credit and reached back out to Jay to let me know. He informed me that he would reach out to the credit bureaus and promised me a call back on a specific date. He did not return my follow-up call, where I then decided to call him back to let him know I was still waiting on an update. He then made another false promise & I decided to the $125 out of my prepaid account. Since then these people would attempt to take less amounts like $50, $25, etc. They were eventually able to deduct $40 from my card, without my consent. I called them immediately and was transferred to a manager by Rose, who I also spoke to in the past about these unauthorized attempts. The manager told me they did not see this payment in their system and advised me to send proof. After sending proof he then told me that I did not see what I seen and tried to convince that maybe it was another company with the same/similar name. LOL! I cant make this stuff up. While listening to the lies there must been someone in their office working on a refund, because the money was then eventually put back into my account. I am very upset I trusted these people to help me, even after knowing about their unethical ways. I wouldnt recommend this company to ANYONE! BEWARE!!! RUN!!!

I have worked with a few other credit repair companies in the past like Lexington Law and a few attorneys. I was a bit skeptical trying to use another one, but a friend recommended me to 700 Plus Credit.That weekend they were running a special for $499 and I decided to sign up. My credit specialist called me about 4 or 5 times and let me know what was going on behind the scenes.About 3 months passed and I started to get letters from the credit bureaus. I called the guy in charge of my account and he explained to me what was going on. The only issue I had was I was not prepared to see these letters.At the end of month 4, my credit score raised to an all time high of 694! I was impressed and I felt much better knowing my money was well spent.I never had results like this in the past and I am now referring my clients to see 700 Plus Credit if they have any issues.Now, I did only give them 4 stars. Reason being, I wish the communication was a bit better. I did receive calls in the beginning, but not so much at the end. But, the overall result was great! I am happy that I now have a good credit score!Thank you very much 700 Plus Credit.

I didn’t believe the work that they did, so I had to call the credit bureaus to verify. PAY THEM ON TIME AND WATCH YOUR FICO SCORE CHANGE. My husband and I recently signed up with 700 Plus Credit.To help repair our credit from the past. They are working on both of our reports. We desire to purchase a new home; however our scores are not where they need to be. Our credit specialist Vanessa is friendly and helpful & We look forward in watching our scores increase !Update...Dec. 2019--6 months later paid for credit repair/restoration and NO big changes. Paid for 3 different family members to get CREDIT REPAIRED-and still under scored. DID not work. Saw little to NO changes.Do not recommend this company.

I started off at a 460 and now Im pleased to say my scores are all above a 695. Their customer service department is very helpful as well, they answered all my questions along the way. I just want to say that we started with 700 credit plus about 3 or 4 years ago. I would like to let ya know that in this amount of time we have noticed a dramatic difference in our credit. Ive never posted a negative review until now. Everyone deserves to know how this place conducts business. I paid a large sum of money upfront for the credit repair program because I was told I would see a change within 30 to 45 days. I gave everything that was asked of me the same day. I understand that this is a process that actually take time but when I call 3 weeks later and my information IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, that raises a red flag. Everything I was told in the beginning by (the sales person) by the way I thought was the person working on my file.. was a complete lie. Finally 30 DAYS later, I receive a phone call stating the company FINALLY REACHED OUT TO THE CREDIT COMPANY. I still gave 700 plus credit the benefit although you would expect communication and NO DELAYS with a company you have paid 3x more for a standard of service. When I went to the office to meet the person that I thought was working on my file. After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, he walk right pass me and went to lunch without acknowledging me. I was passed on to a new person (over the customer service department that didnt have a clue about customer service) after asking very direct questions about the service she couldnt answer one question for me but she was very quick to tell me she can not tell me the process of how restoration process works because Ill do it myself after I asked for someone that could actually answer my questions with a higher level of customer service several times. She sends her assistant manager in. Im now asking for proof/notes what has been done to my account and no one can answer this question for me. I may have asked this one question over 9 times of the conversation. After clearly stating that I feel uncomfortable and due to the delay facts of my file and the customer service Im receiving. Im considering canceling. I asked to speak to the office manager to only get the SALES manager. She really tried to keep my business but after knowing that she will not be working on my file, someone (who over that person is) will not have the dedication to get me results. Plus not having the respect from this company to talk to the actual Manger but one over sales. I no longer wanted to work with this company. After sitting in the office for over 2 hours with clear facts of dates, getting the run around by 3 different people (not the manager or the person that actually set my services and gladly took my money) out of the 3 different people, they all have different stories, nothing added up. I asked for a refund to go to a company with better service than what I have received. This company only offered half of my money. Some would think thats enough but when they HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I gave money and valuable time away. Please beware and dont put yourself in this situation. You have a better chance of getting better communication, better customer service, not a sales person only trying to get some money for no work. Please do not waste your time!!

I just want to say that choosing 700 plus credit was the best choice me and my husband could have made. I was at 513, now Im at a 689 and my husband was a 608 and they were able to get him to a 753. They did a great job with us and not only that, they were able to give us a home loan. So I am so very very happy with the results and the benefits with joining 700 Plus Credit. I decided to go with this company because of Neila she’s very sweet and we went to school together. I just signed up a few days ago and I pray this company does what it promises it will. I definitely will come back with an honest review on how things are goin. But for now I just signed up cause of Neilas great customer service. Fingers crossed they don’t let me down!!

Going on 8 months now, NO returned calls, NO returned emails NO update on my credits status whatsoever. Eddie assured that making the full cash payment would guarantee me a score of 675 or higher ( After the evaluation) within 3-4 months. I have complied with every rule and step they requested of me per contract. I have been in contact with them every other week. Stop giving these non credited companies your hard earned money when you can get things done for free. Financial common cents even provides you with free templates of what to send out to the bureaus for deletion- basically what 700 club charges you hundreds of dollars to do! I dare Elvira to say this review is a fluke! She stated I needed positive accounts, my first consultation was horrible I was told I didn’t qualify and to stay away from opening ANY accounts now a WHOLE YEAR later she is telling me that’s what I need to boost my score? So what did I pay them for?? This company is awesome in a few months all my negative accounts were removed. All I had to do was stay in contact with them every 45 days and do what was I advised by my credit specialist. After seeing the results I enrolled my brother to the program.....excited to see the results for him.

I am NOT happy at all with 700 Plus Credit. I was called and they ran my credit report for a review and i was given some one else credit report. I was also in a month by month plan. According to my contract, 700 plus credit was supost to call me and charge me. But my money was drafted from my account with out calling. They do not acknowledge their own contract.I never received my letters in the mail. 45 days and there was nothing. I stop my services and wanted a refund, I was told that I would not get it back, so I lost it. Also, you should only deal with one person, you will end up dealing with several persons. There should only be one person handeling your case. I ask to talk to the “supervisor” and I was told they were not available.700 Plus Credit pls don’t bother to reply to my message. Don’t worry to refund me back my money, the damage has been done. I was a customer, I am not a computerized person.

Never suscribed for any services. Only had a consultation which cost me 40.00 .2 months later now my credit card was billed for 50.00 dollars . Scam..scam..scam..anyone posting good reviews is probably someone they asked to do it. They promise so much to get you to sign up. I have been waiting almost a year and 700.00 out of pocket and nothing has changed on my credit. Not 1 improvement. Not a single one. I decided to dispute items on my own using cedit karma for free and had more items removed from my credit in 30 days on my own then they did in a year. And it was free. After posting 1 bad review on their face book the GM basically threatened to not help me any further unless I removed it. Currenly asking for my money back. Use credit karma and dispute items your self its free and much faster

They are okay and when you make payment arrangements with them it’s almost like debt collectors they harass you like crazy they try to draft your car for whatever you have in it an cancel it and hurry and take out some of the money DONT RECOMMEND To do payment plans with them if you can’t afford the price they tell you. Too many issues. No improvement after 4 months. All they had was to remove hard inquiries for $300. I over paid that’s my fault but on the other end I’m not getting what I was told and have been told my scores were different on THREE separate occasions. So you don’t know which one to believe when the numbers are staggering. Asked for a refund and got declined even tho they didn’t do what was needed for what was promised. One rep told me that my numbers were in the 700s and I was like whaaaat? It went up that fast?? She said no, it’s been like that since the beginning to which I of course replied that it wasn’t what I was told. Had I known that, I’m NOT spending $300 while I’m sitting in the 700s. Cmon now. Anyways, can’t trust them and they want you to hold off on making any credit inquiries (ok makes sense) for 6 months. But when you are trying to make money moves and you see NO movement from the people you paid, well, it starts to feel like sh*** situation.So breakdown, false numbers (I think they said they use Smart Credit to check your scores) on 3 calls and no true movement in months. My credit has gone up like 2 Pts in the passed 3 months because I’ve been making payments on my vehicles.Avoid. Find a person that’s not a company or agency like this one or DIY kit. This company just left me 2 messages with in minutes of each other. Ive never contacted them, so dont know why they would call me. The message says, this is a very urgent matter regarding your credit and identity. He doesnt say his name and mumbled the name of the company, looked it up through the phone number. I didnt appreciate scare tactic used, giving me the impression that my credit and identity may have been stolen. Did not know till now they are a credit repair company.

Representative was highly rude at the beginning but Ive been dealing with someone else since than who is nice, They did boost my score a little but it has been 3 months and I have not gotten any communication from them or any letters from credit bureaus or anything that has to do with my credit. I recommend not to pay in full, I feel they dont care anymore as their persistency and results has decreased dramatically. The last excuse was We have sent you letters, I dont know why it takes so long to arrive at your home when I live 10 miles away in the same city... Not like I am in another state.

The owner is very quick to degrade clients who give a honest bad review stating how they are fake since they only have a history of ONE review, okay genius please explain yourself for the ones who left a proper review for you? I was referred by a banker so I called without doing any investigating. I’m an intelligent person, so after a few questions, I could smell a scam. They went from wanting to charge me $1100 down to $400 each, for both my husband and I. They wanted me to put $500 down as the “cash” option. I told them I needed to talk to my husband and would call tomorrow. First person tried her best to get me to agree to pay the $500 today then put me on hold and someone else came on the line. 2nd person asked what my reservations were, so I explained that my biggest reservation was the fact that they want to take my $ today but wouldn’t be sending me a contract/agreement until after 2 days. After changing my tone, we finally hung up. 3 mins later, my phone rings and it’s yet another person. She said they were willing to stay past 8pm to write up my contract if I agreed to pay “now”. I told her that i still needed to look at reviews and make sure the company was legit before I give anyone my $. Her attitude changed quick and said that I shouldve done my research before calling. I told her that my instincts are obviously right if she’s not confident enough in her company to let me do my research and make a decision the next day. Needless to say, this company won’t be getting my $. Not only were they persistent, but they were ugly about it.

This place is a joke.!!!!!! I paid 575 up front thinking they would do their job and at the minimum raise my score 10 points. I was wrong after a year in a half all I have are disputes that have not been looked at... Once you pay they no longer look at your file. I called recently to get them to erase all disputes, I was assured that this would be done. I am still waiting and have had to go about erasing disputes on my own. I feel like I deserve some.of my money back.... And i would never recommend this place....After seeing this below the truth is this they called trying to clean up there mess they created for me. So to expose there lies and bad buisness I went to a company called Lexington law firm to clean there mess up. Him claiming to have done something to my credit is a joke. He hasnt even been there as long as I been a customer. I am now contacting the better buisness bureau. Buyer beware. Credit restoration services are a hit or miss proposition - this outfit is a big miss! After lofty claims and promises, there is no follow-up, and calls and emails are not returned - even after management is alerted. They dont offer specifics as to the status of your file, and act as if inquiring about it is a problem. If youre satisfied with paying good money and forgetting about it, this is your kind of business; but if you want to actually get what you pay for, look elsewhere.BTW, mine is not a pseudonym - maybe this (and the reversed CC charge) will finally warrant a response.

The process was easy. After the 60 days they told me to wait, my credit score increased highly. Just had to follow their request. With their financial advise I am now buying home through their program! Two thumbs up.

It’s been more than a year and they still haven’t been able to remove an account I paid in full already, and it’s been 6 months on another account. I Get the same explanation which is I’m up for a re-evaluation, which means I’m going to have to pay more money to be told what I already know, that there is still two negative accounts on my report..

Worst $700 I ever spent, my credit score was lower after a year than when I started then they tried to ask for an additional $300 to continue working on my credit. Only a fool would have paid more money with no results what do ever. They dont even deserve the 1 star

Sketchy, they have fake reviews and asked me for my social and personal info without sending an agreement form. I asked for a refund after canceling the same day I hired them and they refused to refund me my money. I disputed the payment with my credit card company but still, very unprofessional

Shannon and Ruben are the best 😍 Shannon stayed in contact with me the whole 6 months while working on my credit even through corona she made her clients her first priority once my credit got to a certain score Ruben stepped in and helped me get approved for a auto loan i cried begged and stressed him out😂😂😂 to find me a charger and he did just that with a reasonable car note and apr he made sure that he stayed in contact with me through the whole process until i walked off the lot and even after he still kept in contact this is my second time going through them and i recommend them 100% they will not let you down
