I have been in a pickle trying to get student loans. My credit score is good but couldnt get student loans do to a couple late payments my credit card put on my credit score. I called Robert to see what I needed to do. He told me how to fight these unwanted late payments. He was straight forward with me saying this might work or might not. He told me past this he couldnt help me. He is an honest guy and is professional.

Im late to this review because I used their service in 2017. I my disappointment go, but I just today got an automated email that they will be closed on labor day, and it reminded me how useless I found this company to be. I have to be honest here. I feel like all I did was send them some money, and some paperwork, and pretty much was written off. I saw no real improvement on my credit score. And, I never really got any follow ups unless I called them, and even then, I was told to just wait, but nothing ever happened. Again I feel like they just took my money for absolutely nothing.

When I decided to call I was ecstatic that the same guy everyone was talking about had just answered my call & he was going to be fixing my credit. I could see my house already in my dreams. Anyways he said my husband had bad credit but mine wasnt that bad we ended up paying initially $300.00 first month and after that $125.00 for my husband & me, 6 months later today 9/10/19 my husbands credit score is the same 548. I called him last month to see what was going on because my husband at this point was livid, he explained he was working on it & to give him 1-2 more months, well August 13th our authorized paypal charge came thru of $125.00 & again on August 26th our next bill came through $125.00 Mind you our payments are scheduled one time a month not twice. I called Robert to see what was going on & he said it was a Paypal charge & I had to call them. Paypal said in fact 755 charged me twice in the month but because I had previous authorized payments for all my other transactions that they couldnt do anything about it. BUMMER!!! this is what got me so mad, in 6 months $1,175.00 just went to the trash. I feel so humiliated & sad. Please do your research before & if you dont see results then that means you are throwing your money to the trash. :( Just want to help you guys out there before you commit to this people. I really do not understand where the 4.7 star comes from because to my family there was no help at all!!
