I have been using ACCC for several years. They have made paying off my accounts much easier by reducing the APR/month, and more of the payment goes towards the principle.Each representative is always professional, and provides additional information to help me understand business behind credit and what my best options are.Would recommend to anyone that needs to tackle their credit.

The gentleman I talked to was extremely nice. when I first called I did not know anything that dealt with my credit or debt. He was very patient took his time and explained everything to me. I appreciate him very much.

I had an excellent experience with Gabriel during my consumer credit counseling session. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my concerns. I originally spoke with a representative named Andy who was very knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to understand my situation and was very helpful.I finished with a representative named Bruno the next day and he was very nice and helpful as well.I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs help with their finances.

I spoke with Josh today and requested a temporary adjustment to my monthly payments. With the adjustment I will be able to close out debt that is not included in the consolidation program. Josh provided very good feedback and additional strategies to help me attain my debt payoff goals much sooner than expected. 👍👍👍 Thank you Josh.

So far it’s been a good experience. Just know before you sign up you can’t be deficit. I wish I woulda knew that before contacting them but now I’m in a good place and I’m not gonna be in deficit. But I still need help. Everything will work out slowly but surely. So you get one person that signs you up and another person that handle you DMP. I haven’t made my first payment yet but it has been a great experience. I’m open to people who have question about the process. You can message me. I’ll will review again in a few months

I signed up a few days ago, had my first Credit Counseling Session w/Mike & felt good about what I chose to do. They send a to-do list for u to open and complete. I opened it the next day, wow, I was a bit overwhelmed! I did most of them and got worried that I might not be doing everything as I am not very organized when it comes to paper and forms. I called and spoke with a different credit counselor named Kim, the day before the first pymnt was to happen. She was a very kind, happy person who summarized it all for me and her excitement for my choice to start was contagious! The fee is so nominal that ACCC charges, u spend more at a gas station stop, on a daily basis. Thanks to Mike who got me started and Kim who really helped put me at ease on this journey to be high interest, debt Free.🙃

Kim was fantastic. Its only 3 days into me working with them and I was having issues with the app and she was able to get me where I needed to go to resolve all my problems.

The previous representative Robisha was extremely patient, informative and very helpful. This second representative Naomi was very aggressive, not listening and kept over talking me. I kept advising her that I was at work and it would be convenient for someone to call me back after work. She abruptly said well ok and acted as if she was fed up with me and didn’t want to continue business with me at a later time I gave her.

My first chat was with a guy named Matthew from counseling. I definitely felt understood and like he cared about helping me with me $10k of credit card debt. He helped me with a budget, repayment plan, and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. The only questions I did have were just my own. He explained everything so well I didn’t have questions about what he told me.10/10 a great experience and I have a plan and huge sense of relief and a huge weight off my shoulders.

Mike was awesome, not only was he extremely informative, but he has 30 years of experience working with finances in various fields. He can explain information to you, that other debt institutions (who claim to help) won’t tell you. They are non profit, so you’re not paying them directly. A simple call never hurt anyone, but definitely helped me.

A very helpful service in paying off debt. Customer service is also very helpful for when you might need to make any adjustments. Most importantly, there are actual people working there to discuss your situation. No robots, no outsourced help that you can’t understand.

You could barely hear him over the phone. But he did handle what I called for.

Got my credit cards consolidated to a much lower rate all the way to 0 percent on some. Service is great as well. Just be careful because you must close your cards, so dont do it your still using the cards

This was the first program that made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. They worked side by side with me for YEARS and together we got all of my debts paid in full. The call did last for a while but the lengthy conversation was worth it. My representative thoroughly asked me questions about different spending habits and what are my regular bills. She also thoroughly went through the program and also patiently answered my questions. She did not pressure me to sign up right now. I am seriously considering signing up but I havent yet because I wanted to update certain information to have an accurate budget.

They had the most realistic budgeting, actually send me tools to use, and made sure to continue to contact me about additional questions I had. They were never pushy or judgmental. I am so grateful to have been referred to ACCC. For decades Ive been struggling under the yoke of unbearable debt and too proud to seek help. Between cancer, COVID, being human and life on lifes terms, I was in way over my head. I received expert guidance from two counselors -- Jason and Tuneka -- to get me started -- at the age of 65 -- on the journey to freedom. They could not have been more knowledgeable and compassionate and professional. The plan crafted from our consultations was detailed, thorough and clear. No hidden clauses. No surprises. No unintelligible language. They were able to secure significantly reduce interest rates on the money I owed and more than halved my monthly payments. ACCC did not reduce the principal I owed and this was important to me. I bought what I bought, engaged the services I needed to hire, and did not want to shortchange the creditosr of money I owed them. I can live with re-negotiation of interest rates. No one should have to pay 27.99%. This debt management program is precisely that. Thank you ACCC for allowing me to breathe. I am forever grateful.

He didnt judge me for getting so much in debt, treated the situation with grace and honest care. I dont really do reviews, but I have to say this one is more than well-earned. Hairan helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel of becoming debt free. Just so happy that I called.I cant suggest enough for others to make the call to this company to help with your financial situation. There is light at the end of the tunnel! So far everyone I have worked with here is very professional and understanding of my situation. I am new so I will update my review later in the program but they are a great company, not trying to screw people over like other companies are, and actually care about getting you back on track towards a better wallet!
