Grateful that Monica helped to clear some items from my credit, but I dont know that the job done was as thorough as possible (e.g. pay to delete, requesting debt validation, etc - things I have since gone back and done for myself). While she did clear some items, she did not provide clear steps for rebuilding. Communication was also difficult, as I had to continually follow up with her for updates.I paid a rather large sum of money for her services, but dont feel as though I got my moneys worth.
