Texas best credit repair is the best. I started working with them as of this year and my credit coach Desi was very helpful and help me to get my scores back up. President Sam was also very helpful and offer me much advice on what I can do and keep my scores up so that I can be able to get my dream home and everything else that I want/need. This credit repair is not for those who want to sit back and have your credit fixed. I had already educated myself and disputed most of what I could off of my report before I chose to use them. I thought they’d be able to get the rest off of my credit. Unless you want a repair company that is going to require you to watch 15 videos and have scheduled consult calls don’t choose this company. I’m a busy mom of 3 and don’t have time to focus on their program. Although they mean well it’s a lot to take on where as I was looking for an easy quick fix. Within 3 months I didn’t see any change to my credit. I requested to cancel and go figure I had to schedule another call to even cancel. Sam the owner called me and was pretty aggressive in his tone of voice and blatantly told me that if I stayed with them I’d have money and good credit.. and if I didn’t he didn’t know where my life would end up… pretty pushy to me. I denied his offers and and told me my services would be canceled. Woke up today to see another charge for $49 from them. So again… I’d like to CANCEL. And I’d like my money refunded for all 3 months since you offered a money back guarantee. And no I don’t want to schedule another phone call.

The team at Texas Best Credit Repair has completely delivered on their promise for me. I unfortunately never paid much attention to my credit until about 2 years ago. After a year of so of trying to figure out things on my own, I was only able to take my score from around 580 to around 610. I just couldnt get the ball rolling on my own. I decided to reach out to TBCR for help. After a free consultation and credit review, I was advised on an appropriate plan of action. In under 12 months they have one bureaus score for me at over 700 and the other two right on the heels of 700. TBCR has had over 13 negative remarks/accounts deleted from my overall credit report, and they are still going after more for me. I came to Texas Credit Repair back in August of 2017 and I have been very happy with their work. Everything they promised that would happen has happened in the time period they stated as long as you do everything they tell you. Janie T from billing is so awesome she helps you if you need it. Texas Best Credit Repair is an amazing company to work with. I was refer to this company from my loan officer Jeff, I am working on my credit because we want to purchase a home. While in college I got in debt and my credit score suffer. Now when I am ready to purchase a home financially my credit scores is not ready. This is one of the best credit repair companies around. Sam (the owner) loves what he does and that is helping people. He is hands on with his company . You can tell he really cares about his clients. He will set you on a path of success. He is very knowledgeable and he educates his clients to help prevent them from making the same mistakes. ***Update. The Owner of the company himself called and personally explained and went over everything. I will say that due to COVID the disputes are taking longer. I was unaware of this. So he told me to leave this review up but I wanted to be clear that while it may be hard to initially get intact with someone this is a small business company and they do care about people first. They are truly concerned with helping you with your goals.I have been a member for 7 weeks. I havent received and updates to my disputes. my credit score has not moved. I was able to raise my own credit score before signing up with this company. For the price I do not see any results or value. What is worse is you CANNOT get a hold of anybody that works there. There is not enough value for the amount of money spent!

My husband and I have been enrolled in this credit repair program since February 2018. Our goal is to be able to purchase a home pretty soon, and I’m positive it’s going to happen. In just a couple months we’ve seen tremendous improvement in our reports. So many old/negative accounts have already been deleted, which has caused our scores to go up. HelloI would first thank Sam and his company for all they have done for My wife and I . I started this credit repair with one goal in mind that was to get my credit score up to where we would be able to buy a home . Being a disabled vet its not always easy to find trustworthy companies to work with. They will say that they have programs for Vets but most of the time they fall short . UPDATE: About a month after my original post I qualified for and was approved for a home loan because of Texas Best Credit Repairs help. My score continued to go up another 15 points with 2 bureaus and about another 50 with another.ORIGINAL POST: May 2020 What an amazing experience! why have I been putting this off for so long?!Heres what happened to my credit since I joined Texas Best Credit Repair on February 25th, 2020- 78 days ago.- I received an onboarding call that taught me how to navigate their website/my account.- I discussed my credit goals with an honest professional who genuinely heard my needs and told me what their plan was to get me there.-my 1st round of disputes resulted in 12 deleted accounts on Transunion leaving me with ZERO in collections. There were 7 and 9 accounts deleted from Equifax and Experian leaving me with 2 each.-my first round only lasted 48 days!-my score has gone up 102 points-I already feel confident that going forward I know how best to keep growing and maintaining my score-the minute I signed up, the dispute letters went out. The minute my 1st round results were in, the 2nd round of disputes went out. These guys are ON TOP OF IT!Ignoring my credit and procrastinating did not get me anywhere but deeper into the problem. I am extremely grateful to TBCR because now I feel like Im going to actually be able to get where I want to go. They are making it look easy!

As a Realtor, I know the importance of credit score in helping my clients qualify for a loan. TX Best Credit Repair has not only helped a couple of my clients get to where they need to be, but it helped me get pre-qualified for a loan on a condo (that should close next week!). I went from low 600s to 706, and its still climbing. Ill continue to refer this crew to my clients.

I have to say I am very pleased with this service!! I started working with them less than a year ago and had a very poor credit score. My credit has improved over 100 points on each bureau with a total of 433 points and 33 deletions!! Understanding credit scores and how things work can be very confusing and difficult but they provide guidance all along the way and have truly helped me improve my life!!! I now am able to buy a home and wouldnt have been able to do this without their help. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to use them. They truly care about you as an individual.

If it were possible to give a 0 stars, that would be more accurate. I hired this organization to work on only 3 old inaccurate items on my reports, as my remaining report is stellar. The agreement started on 5/11/2021 paid 199.00 to set it up and started an account with Identity IQ (which I am confident they are affiliates), and was informed that by 7/2021 I would have an update. Now, I am well versed on this subject matter, and I knew early on that nothing was done, because I had not received any notices from the bureaus stating that they had received a dispute. I did receive an email from Texas Best Credit Repair that my first round had been sent out on 5/12/2021. On several occasions I inquired about the status, proof of mailing, and when I should expect any response, only to receive no response. I would get nonsensical videos, that were recorded in the early morning hours that did not ever answer my questions. Then all of a sudden, there was a portal upgrade and received new logins etc. via text message on 7/20/21 after inquiring, and then was told that the credit bureaus are ignoring the letters sent, and taking longer than they should to respond. I requested in August to cancel the service and asked for a full refund, and on 8/26/21 Sam the President sent a cancellation video I watch the first few seconds, and then stopped because I was done with the video nonsense, and wanted a refund for 298.00, which I texted him on 8/28/2021, an received no response. I followed up with another text message on 9/9/2021and again received no response. On 10/10/2021, I texted Sam the President of the Texas Best Credit Repair and gave him notice I am planning to sue and send a complaint to the FTC and the the Texas AGs office for this grand scheme he is running. Then all of a sudden Sam, started calling on 10/12, back to back and I took one brief call from him and let him know I needed to take another call. The only reason he called now is because I insured him that I will be suing and posting the truth about this company.There is absolutely NO WAY, this criminal enterprise is what it claims on its site; Honest Fast Credit Repair With 1on1 Expert Credit Help Is The Difference which is an absolute LIE. They failed to effectively remove 3 inaccurate items, and as of 10/17/2021, nothing has changed and they have basically stolen my money outright. COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD! AND I AM CONFIDENT HE PAYS FOR PHONEY REVIEWS.

I have been working with Burnie here and he has been super helpful and nice. I initially reached out to ASAP Credit and their customer service was horrible. Here though, the customer service has been excellent and they are always communicating any updates with your accounts. The owner is also very nice and will take the time to reach out to you if you have any questions. Very transparent organization and cost effective.

Met with the owner of the company, which is rare, and left feeling so much better about my credit and future. My credit has improved quite a bit. Credit repair takes time and can be frustrating. But this company has been great with the repair but as well as taking the extra steps most other companies dont and answering any questions or concerns we have had throughput the process. I would definitely recommend them.

I also worked with Lexington Law prior to these guys and not that Lexington Law is a bad company but I’m the type of person that needs more attention and that’s exactly what Texas best credit repair gave me!!!

Often times when you decide to do business with a company you dont get the response you would like to get. I can honestly say,that with this company they will make sure they get the job done for you. And today that is exactly what i got in-return. Dont be quick to judge no matter what the issue is. Trust that they will handle the issue and will ensure that you feel appreciated and that your not just another account for them. I left a message and no one has contacted me but Im pretty sure they will happily collect my money. I only signed up with this company based on the reviews. If your going to have a company at least have a department where people will answer the phones and talk to the customers. I have not canceled yet. But If i see that my i formation is being used in any fraudulent way i will have them investigated. For the time being Im putting this review out because they need to work on their customer service . Not only answer the phone when someone call to sign up so you can take their money and then you dont hear anything else from this company.The only thing left in my mind to think is this company is fraud and presenting themselves as genuine. And I have seen where the owner responded to someone who made a review . So Im leaving this review for someone to contact me and talk to me . When someone is really trying to repair their credit and having to provide all their information to a company who doesnt respond to any calls at all and dont even stick to the scheduled call such as the E-Coaching like they are supposed to. Im left to think that this company is a fraud . If this company is not fraud prove to me other wise . Or Im going to take my business else where . This company has charged my cards and I had sent my information in on the online profile thing they had . And now no one can answer my calls at all to me this feels like a scam. The impression Im getting already from this company is that they are not genuine. Work on having your workers contact your customers in the timely manner which was stated that a call will be conducted and not left feeling that I got scam and they got all of my information and credit card Information.

I came in at a 650 mid-score and thought I knew a lot about credit. They were able to get me to a 726 in under a year. The Credit coaching was really the key to success. They told me when to open new lines of credit among other things.

I have been a customer since Oct 2016 and have had some AMAZING results. 60% of negative items have been deleted which is about 24 items to be exact! They have been so helpful and very knowledgeable.
