Refined Custom Builders

This is not the type of builder you want operating in your neighborhood. They bought a piece of property next door to us after they solicited the neighborhood saying they wanted to find a lot because they were down-sizing - that was the first lie...Then they framed & roofed a 6,000+ SQ FT house and then stopped construction with no activity for close to 3 years. They have had a dumpster and a porta a potty 30 ft from our front door this entire time. They are not actively working on the home but they do routinely bring trash into our neighborhood from other projects to dump into their dumpster. I went to their door (as they lived in our neighborhood at the tIme) and politely asked them about the dumping and the status of the project and they were very rude and not concerned with any of their neighbors concerns. I was told the delays were due to Covid. More lies...They told the Briarcroft HOA they would cease using the dumpster but they have not. Again, more lies.I would stay away from these unscrupulous people - to be clear we have not engaged them in any business dealings but living next to their project is enough for me to provide a little background on how they operate and the frequent lies told to further their business interests.

Refined Custom Builders are not nice people and not good neighbors. They built a house across the street from us last year. Their site was a mess. They made a mess of the street routinely and would only clean up after themselves when pressed by the HOA. They constantly parked vehicles on both sides of the street making the street nearly impassable in spite of HOA regulation against doing so and in spite of repeated warnings by the HOA. They often cleaned up their messes by washing mud and construction debris into the gutter on my side of the street. Finally they used a contractor (Aggie Plumbers, also not nice people or good neighbors) to dig up our front yard to install a waterline tap to their construction. In doing so they damaged our sprinkler system and have refused to repair it in a profanity laced invective. If you are considering buying a home they have built I would strongly suggest having very thorough inspection done, especially for mold.

Dealing with Bryan has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. He truly listened and if he didnt have the answer, he found it for me. I highly recommend Bryan and Refined Custom Builders for your new home or first class remodel. Thanks again Bryan!

I would disagree with Doug Hauns comment. I have seen their work and they are very professional. This sounds like a disgrunted neighbor that will complain if the wind blows in the wrong direction.Hi
