This was the first time I participated on an online auction. The steps to bid in an auction were very clear and easy to follow. I won a few items that I bid on. The descriptions on the items were very clear so I knew what the condition of the items were that I was bidding on. The directions on when and where to pick up my winning items was so easy to follow. I was nervous going in to pick up my items, and Bold Bids was so friendly and welcoming. They put me right at ease. I will definitely participate in future auctions from Bold Bids, and I will consider using them when we are ready to downsize in the future.

Clear accurate descriptions. If there is a problem with an item it is mentioned. Have bought 100s of items from Bold Bids. I love the short delay between auction items. They do not sell sell junk, they are after repeat customers, not a one time score. This is my number 1 auction site.

First time to ever do business with this company and now 3 months later I still dont have the item i have won and paid for. Everytime I try to call and inquire Stephen doesnt have time to find out anything, Collette did try to help but as mentioned still dont have my item. Will never do business with this company again! If I could do 0 stars that would be more like it...
