Ive been a tenant at several different locations throughout the Galleria area over the 21 years Ive been in Houston. I just signed a one year lease for this property, and I was beyond impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Jessica Barrera, the Senior Leasing Representative that helped me find my office space for this property. She suggested I look at a space I thought I would not be interested in, and it turned out it was exactly what I needed. She goes beyond the normal call of duty to assist you. Simply put, she has a 5-Star attitude! The building is in a great location, and I was very happy with the inside of the facility.

We have been at this location for over a year and could not be happier with the service that we have received. We mainly worked with Steve and he was a huge help when it came to switching offices or getting help with anything. The maintenance crew is super responsive and typically fix any issues (rarely any) within a day or two. Boxer Property has also recently renovated this building and is in a fantastic location for a good price! Definitely recommend

Catherine and Steven have been the greatest. Catherine is always there to answer any questions I might have and Steven has made my transition as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an office space.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. All was well when we first moved in but things turned for the worst when the cleaning company Doran hired let some other tenants into my suite on a Sunday without my authorization. (I have footage), which I sent to Doran. She sent the owner of the cleaning company to talk to me, and he stated that he fired the guy that let the people in but showed me text messages between him and the guy, and he said the man made him open the door, which is highly absurd. It’s another story that the guy said he knew us and the cleaning man let him in. However the cookie crumbled, we did not feel safe because the information we store in our suite is confidential. We left, will never deal with a Boxer Property ever again, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOXER PROPERTY. I will not pay my money to not feel safe. And to think had we not had cameras, we wouldn’t have known anything. A scary thought. RUN and don’t look back. And if Boxer tries to penalize us for a broken lease, I’m filing suite, as I already spoken to an attorney. Good riddance!

New management is very rude,first time I have such issue,they towed my vehicle without proper notice and responded to me very unproffesioaly. I have been here for 4 years now and now Im not happy at all!(Ive already moved out a couple of years ago)

I have been a tenant at this location for about five years. Waseem is one of the best property managers we have worked with. He is helpful, accommodating and prompt in his responses. Waseem keeps all the tenants updated on key communications (drills, construction updates,....) . The property owner has spent a lot of money in the last 18 months upgrading the facility it looks great.

Parking is always full and I hate when other people block me in and I cannot get out.The building hired a valet service for this issue, and it helps a bit. I still rather park my own car instead of a stranger.This building WAS ugly, the new management started remodeling the building. When I say entirely I mean entirely. New paint, new signs, new carpet, new parking lot, and much more!The staff are friendly and maintenece are always helpful and never rude. The renovations which are currently happening can get annoying, buy hopefully they are over soon. Place is relatively quite and nice place to work at.I never seen a security guard here, but I never experienced an occacion were one was needed.

Great office space. Serena Roberson is a great property manager. Always friendly and very responsive!

Seems to be well maintained
