I have been a tenant for about 3 years and have had nothing but a great customer service experience at this location. The property manager LaDonna is very knowledgeable and professional. LaDonna makes sure all maintenance requests are answered and addressed in a timely manner. The building looks great and is well maintained. I love the fact that they have an on-site cleaning crew that does an excellent job. This is a great location to rent at.

My husband and I own a business located in the Boxer Properties - 9950 Westpark location. Ms. Linda McVade , our property manager, is a joy to work with. She is very approachable and is available to answer all of our questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. We have been tenants for one year and Linda is always extremely professional and genuinely friendly. She also makes sure the building is clean and well maintained inside and outside at all times. Having a property manager who takes such pride in what she does makes our business look good! We never have to worry about potential or existing clients experiencing anything less than the best environment when they visit us. Thanks Linda for making our life as business owners a little easier! We appreciate all you do!

We have been in the building for approximately 6 months, and have had quite a bit of add-ons. Each time we may have needed something (rather small or large) Linda and or Chloe was there; with a smile on their face they got the job done diligently as well as quickly! Never do they complain or be unpleasant with any of our request. Everyone in the office love and adore them. We never hesitate to approach them with any concern we may have for we are confident they will accomplish any task we may ask of them! It has just been a tremendous pleasure to not only meet these ladies but to even work closely with them. What a joy!

****Buyer Beware**** Their advertised 2 page lease balloons to 10-12 pages full of disclaimers stating they can change the rules at anytime. We lease a small office that is part of their Workstyle product. Marketed as a collaborative space full of amenities that are supposed to include ( Pulled from their website ) complimentary coffee bar, 24 hours access, collaborative spaces, presentation equipment, Modern co working commons, free wifi and onsite management.1. Coffee Nope2. 24 hour access Nope3. Presentation equipment, no on this one.4. Free Wifi Completely non existent for the first 60 days of our lease forcing us to tether from our mobile devices causing our cell bills to exceed $500 per month. Boxer promised a credit they NEVER delivered on. Once it was finally installed it almost unusable, every time your device goes to sleep you are required to scroll thru 2 pages of terms and conditions of use before you can reconnect.5. And this one will literally blow your mind, The door access the common area aka lobby is ALWAYS locked, furthermore the lights are on timers so if no one is in the common area the lights are off AND the door is locked. Why is this a problem? Well anyone approaching the area would naturally assume that the businesses were closed, therefor your clients, or potential customers and FedEx just walk away.Any and all attempts to resolve this seemingly simple problem have been ignored, Boxers position is that they are concerned someone will steal the furniture in the lobby. I find it hard to believe that their irrational fear of large pieces of furniture being carried out of the building from the 4th floor in broad daylight past security supersedes the tenets reasonable expectation to have a lobby accessible to their clients. AVOID this place!!! There are 10 other companies offering similar products without the restrictions.
