While visiting Houston, I ran into a last minute situation where I needed office space and excellent internet ASAP. We called Novel in the Theater District and spoke with Mario who immediately helped us book an office visit in a matter of minutes. After a quick tour, we were able to book an office space right away for the short-term lease we needed. Mario was an amazing host, very accommodating, flexible, and helped us to get the space and resources we needed. The facility is clean and professional and the staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. We had a great experience working at his location.I would highly recommend giving Mario a call. We only needed the space for a few weeks, but I will definitely be reaching out again if we are ever in need of office space again in Houston.

Exposed brick interior looks great in video calls with clients, and the kitchen area and coffee machine are high quality. Tayvia at the front desk is wonderful to work with and keeps things running smoothly. I highly recommend if youre looking for a co-working office in Houston!

I love the space a lot; very modern and stylish. My clients always compliment the space when they visit me, and my neighbors are pretty dang cool too. A great place to have a business location as it is very centralized geographically and you has easy access to all major highways if you ever need to visit a client. The building manager Tayvia is also super helpful and caring. Shes always looking out for me and making sure that my needs are taken care of. I hope to expand into other cities through expansive!

I am so pleased with the service I received with Expansive! I rented a private office for one day to hold a meeting and the space was very clean and up to par for a professional setting. I would love to say that Ms. Tayvia Sloan was so professional and welcoming when I arrived with my party and she was helpful with answering any questions. I also love the perks of having access to coffee and vending machines, and private rooms for new mothers like myself to be able to nurse our babies. The provided bike racks also caught my eye. Overall 10/10 rating andI would love to return again!

I have absolutely loved my coworking experience at Novel! I have been a member for 6 months now, and I am very happy with the space, pricing and management (Erin & Kris are wonderful!). Novel is conveniently located next to a food court (with a Starbucks as well) and only a few blocks away from their other location on Main Street. This is a great work environment with friendly, familiar faces that you see every day. I would absolutely recommend Novel to any freelancer or business owner in Houston!

Love the look and location, parking is...downtown parking. Cool things like the snack bar, wifi, printing/copying, shredding, being co close to other businesses make this co-working space a gem.But I really was sold on this space for my company because of the Center Manager Kris! Throughout the whole process she has been a visionary and very innovative, from ideas about designing my space to promoting my company. Shes always available when we need her and keeps the property well maintained and fun with the networking events!

Great co-working space. Downtown digs at an affordable price, even for a start-up. Dont see otherwise how wed get an office at the edge of the Theater District. The location and renovation were good enough to make the deal, but they offer more amenities like coffee and cocktails that help make it a pleasant place to work. The best amenity is the friendly, accommodating staff. I always feel like Dawn and Paige are on my team.

I shopped around at several locations before selecting Novel and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I really like the downtown location, the vibe, amenities, and management (Kris and Erin) have exceeded my expectations not to mention the price point was exactly what I needed just starting out in my business. Parking took a minute to figure out but now I’m very happy with the arrangements. Great place to be for startups and for the more seasoned business owners.

Ive been at Level for almost a year and its been a great experience. I started with the co-working when I was in the development stage of my business and just upgraded to a private office because I need the extra space. Paige runs the center and makes life easy. Love the downtown location as well.

Level was one of my best decisions of 2017! I cant say enough about the facility and the our leasing manager, Paige. I love the fact that I am able to provide my clients with the same accoutrements they receive from larger law firms -- welcoming reception area, well-equipped, technology-enhanced conference rooms, food and beverages, etc. Words cannot express how wonderful it is to have a leasing manager that understands the challenges faced by a small independent firm (or company). We have rules and guidelines but Paige will absolutely work with you, if she can, to ensure the success of your business. She gets it!

Expansive Theater District was the perfect coworking office for our start-up. We had 1 suite and 5 people when we started and 3 suites and 10 people when we left. They provide the necessities so you can get up and running quickly. Tayvia made the building fun with frequent seasonal and social events

Kris Thomas, the community manager, creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere at Novel. Her ability to foster networking opened new opportunities and relationships for me. Not only is she professionally savvy, but shes truly invested in the well-being of community members.Ive even seen her personally go from office to office to find a charger for someone. The only draw back of this location is that there is no attached parking garage.

Ive reached out to multiple co-working locations around Houston to find a space that finds ours needs the best. Still, none came close to what Mario from Novel Co-working could offer us. He has super accommodating and more than helpful. We went from calling him ad-hoc, visiting the space and securing the leasing in less than 3 hours. The whole space is bright and clean, with tons of food options nearby. I would highly recommend reaching out to Mario to anybody thats looking for a co-working space around Houston!

Im very upset that I have to write this review. I was the first tenant to ever lease a space in this Houston buildings 7th floor back when it was only a concept in early 2016. Ive been a loyal tenant for 3 years and have seen the many management changes and tenants through time. Recently, my wife and I got pregnant, so I decided to temporarily move out of my space and into my home office to help my wife out through pregnancy. Knowing that I still had some time left in my contract, I reached out to the sales manager to see if there was a way to pay a fee to get out of the contract or if I could sublease the space. To my surprise, she said I could sublease the space and post it on craigslist or social media. So I did just that, and also left a sign in the office for anyone interested, also approved by management. I still had meetings scheduled and plans to work there from time to time, so subleasing was not a priority or a major concern. I let the building manager know that I was moving out temporarily and that I would come by from time to time to work. A couple of days after, I received an e-mail saying that I had moved out of my office and relocated to the 5th floor. A dark corner office nowhere comparable to my office on the 7th floor where the kitchen and co-working space is. After that, I was told that I would not be moved back to my office and that the office on the 5th floor was the approved office for me and my company. To top it off, I was accused of breaching the contract for posting a sublease sign, after the sales manager told me that I could do so. I am now stuck with an office that does not work for my business model and type of clientele, while I still have a contract for a space that someone else is renting with my curtains and all. I had a great time while I was here, but it is evident that at the end of the day, the interest for this company is not in its tenants, but its pockets instead. I have been backstabbed by a company I invested so much time on.

Had an appointment to tour the location. Finally got there after figuring out where to park. Our tour person didnt acknowledge us and showed some other people around, then 15 minutes after our appointment time, she asked if we could wait a few more minutes. We continued to wait and eventually ended up leaving. No point in making an appointment time...if a walk-in shows up, then you will have to wait, and be ignored. We could not wait forever...we had meetings to get back to. Huge waste of time, and she never even followed up with me via phone or email afterwards to apologize for the wait or to give me more information. Offices may be acceptable, but horrible customer service.
