Lucid Private Offices off of Westheimer is a great space! I really enjoy my office here. Its got a great view, wonderful amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff present are the best! Shannon, Andrea, and Samantha are always nice and attentive, willing to help out whenever there are any issues, and are quick to answer questions we have! Theyve given nothing but kindness and excellence in their duties!

I am a tenant in the Tanglewood location and also regularly meet with clients in other Lucid locations. The offices are excellent and impress my clients.The staff is always helpful and friendly. Lucid was responsive to my needs and solved a problem that I had with my office. The office was noisy, and I complained. Lucid then professionally installed an extensive, expensive and sophisticated white noise system throughout the floor and now I cannot hear anyone outside of my office. I was impressed that they cared enough to respond in such a professional manner.

Samatha was very disrespectful and nasty to a business partner. I have never seen such discrimination. She should not be sitting in the place of the manager while out for surgery. She will cause your company to lose a lot of money in the future.

Our company moved our Houston office to Lucid-Uptown/Tanglewood in October 23, and Ive really enjoyed my time here thus far. Its honestly been everything I couldve hoped for in a shared office space experience. Theres plenty of conference rooms and meeting spaces to host our guests. The office managers are kind and helpful, and theyve been very responsive anytime weve had issues due to weather/power outage.

I have been a customer since Lucid Private Offices were formerly known as Meridian (Worksuites) and even though weve seen office staff come and go, Im personally very happy with Lucid bringing in Shannon as the Community Manager as well as Andrea at the front desk. Not only are they both professional, helpful, accessible, and knowledgeable, but from my observation, Shannon seems to be the foundation and is very astute at community planning and steering the ship. Even though there are vast types of businesses and organizations here, the numerous community events that were planned and executed have served as great networking tools and as conversation starters for many of us. Also, the entire space is maintained very well, is always clean, bright in common areas, lower lighting in areas that need to be, and has been ideal when meeting with clients or getting some quality work done. Every single one of my own clients have complimented the space with even a few researching it even further for their own use. Whatever Shannon, Andrea, and Lucid are currently doing is working and we are all noticing and are appreciative of it. Highly Recommended.

This is one of the best investments weve made so far this year. WorkSuites is the perfect office rental service. Their floor is gorgeous and the place is always spotless. The offices are affordable, and the amenities are amazing. Free coffee, gym access, and a delicious cafeteria downstairs. The best part? Their staff! Lauren, Brook and Ariel are so helpful and always make our clients feel welcomed. If youre considering renting here, just do it. Its so worth it.

I have been a client for years at the Galleria location and wouldnt choose any other place. Lauren Weaver and Kimber are always pleasant and helpful to assist with any needs our company may have. My clients have often complemented me for how they have felt welcomed arriving for a meeting. The atmosphere and energy in the office is positive, uplifting and light, conducive for productivity. I have even recommended it to fellow business partners who all are now clients at Worksuites also. In all my years here, never once can I recall having a bad experience with Worksuites and/or its staff, except that one day the coffee machine didnt work(Temporary Withdrawal Syndrome)...I highly recommend this location, it is beautiful and you will love it!

Terrible customer service at front desk. Did not answer most of my calls reflecting poorly on my business. The receptionists always claimed to be in the bathroom or understaffed when I inquired why they did not answer calls when I was paying for this service. Very unprofessional. Have advised my colleagues and friends to stay away from them. No wonder they keep changing their name from Work Suites to Lucid to DaVinci, etc . . . Stay away from this office for your office space. Go with Regus instead better service and the receptionists are bilingual at Worksuites they never spoke Spanish.One time I caught them lying about how many of my calls they missed. Out of 14 calls they answers 1. Do the math.

Well in any business situation you learn the methods and manner people deal in. In my personal case Lucid Private Office Manager did not keep up with her word. (Ms. Erica Inalien is aware of this March 1st verbal billing agreement). Not Professional Ms. Lauren. To crumb clients and moreover, not honor a service provision as agreed upon verbally is down right tacky and unprofessional. Furthermore, to knowingly use documentation as the agreed term, which was only for processing is even more revealing of the unprofessional actions of office management. In business, we must always remember our word takes us far and to down play our words for profit establish poor customer service. Profits will come with patience not with deceptive practice.Rich

It disappointing to have to write this review, but as a client who has been verbally asking for a working copier since February of 2022. The office is beautiful, the ladies are great, but the bottom line is that this is a Business Center and a properly working copier is a business basic.I really dont know what else to do because asking internally doesnt seem to work. At least a 100 plus clients are expected to do business here with out a working copier. So for almost 6 months the problem has existed and nothing has been done. Only option is to take the complaint outside. Maybe we can get some attention if it is made public.

They have bad customer service. Slow to answer questions, i had to email and call multiple times just to get my phone number set up and they never set it up. Emailed to cancel for failure to set up my phone numbers and they refused to cancel and kept charging me even though they still havent set up my phone number
