It has been a wonderful year in this office managed by Shannon and the support by Karla was truly exceptional. Shannons expertise and personalized approach made me feel confident in leasing with them and Karla went above and beyond to address any concerns I had. Together, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made the entire stay not only efficient but also enjoyable. Im grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend their offices ♥️

I have had the most amazing time leasing my suite from this company. As a first timer Mrs. Martinez was a complete ANGEL and that doesnt even do her justice. Ms. Carla was super informative and welcoming through out the whole process of leasing my suite. If you are looking for a suite to host your business this is the place to be!

Shannon Martinez is the absolute best. She is quick to make your experience at North Houston Executive Suite a great one. The building is very safe and Willie at the front desk always has a smile and great welcome for your guest. All I can say, is come see for yourself.

The building has a clean & professional appearance. The Executive Suites floor is nicely decorated, offices are furnished with good quality office furniture and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant any day of the week. Having the HPD in the building gives the building a safe feeling on top of everything else. I would highly recommend North Houston Executive Suites to any body.

The building is everything one would expect in an executive suite office but Shannon at the front desk is the real superstar. Everything is handled perfectly, efficiently and seamlessly without a single misstep. The water bar and coffee service is what would be expected from a boutique coffee house. This is a serious office space with a really great vibe about it. I highly recommend North Houston Executive Suites to anyone looking for a professional space on the I-45 corridor.

I have rented a few offices but North Houston Executive Suites is superior by far. The amenities and the staff are so helpful. Plus there is a great Cafe and a gym in the building as well for tenants to use.

Very clean and beautifully designed. Love having the security desk at the building entrance along with HPD, makes environment feel more secure. Price is great and Shannon always makes fresh infused water and popcorn daily!

I leased at NHES for three years and had very good experience. The lease price was unbeatable as it included the space, phone services, and internet. You also get free covered parking and access to the gym on the 2nd floor. Overall, I was happy during my time at NHES and the only reason I moved was because I wanted a shorter commute.

Very professional and one of the best office spaces in the area. Shannon is amazing and is always ready to greet you with her awesome personality! Definitely recommend NHES.

Contacted this place to book a conference room and the person who answered ask if I was a tenant and I said no. I asked if that was a requirement to book she said yes so I said thank you and was about to hang up when she asked if I was a virtual tenant, If Im not a tenant Im not a tenant, not physical or virtual. Please get someone to answer the phones that understands what no means, this was a waste of time, dont bother trying to book if youre not a physical tenant in the building.

They had an awesome get together for Valentine’s Day! Shannon martinez is an excellent hostess. The offices are beautiful and safe parking in the garage.

With HPD and a guard stationed on the main floor, the building is the safest in all of Greenspoint. Shannon and the staff are very accommodating and patient. With so many amenities it was harder to find a reason not to lease with N.H.E.S. I absolutely LOVE this location!!!

Ive really been impressed with the staff at NHES with their attention to detail as well as their customer service. I started in a co-working space with another company in another city, and they were relentless with extra charges and renting out the communal space where I worked and it was exhausting. NHES is a breath of fresh air!

The place is quiet and laid out very nicely to have your own space when you need it. Gorgeous conference room is a huge plus as well.

Not really sure of North Houston Executive Suites services, but I do know that they send SPAM emails to people that havent opted-in to receive emails. Very Poor Taste.
