The Square at Texas Tower

Our company has enjoyed being a tenant at The Square located downtown Houston in The Texas Tower since January of 2023. The accommodations for a shared office space are the best we have seen in the area. The staff, led by Meredith Richter, are always available to help us with assistance and find a solution for our needs. As we are a growing organization, the flexibility to expand has been well appreciated. I’ve had the pleasure of working here throughout my time in Houston, and I cannot say enough great things about the space as well as the staff. This is truly a five star experience from the moment you enter the building. The staff are warm and helpful and the space itself is gorgeous with everything you could need to navigate your work day.

Ive been here for a little over a year now and love coming into the office every day! Everyone at The Square is great at creating a welcoming and fun environment while also being hospitable.

The Square at Texas Tower is absolute gem! The staff are genuinely humble and strive to ensure you are completely happy! From the morning hellos and afternoon chit chats in the lobby they truly make coming to work FUN! The morning breakfast and afternoon happy hour/snacks are a nice treat as well. I use the free flow workspace option and enjoy the space they provide. The technology is top notch, and the views are amazing. Also, the building gym is AMAZING! Come check it out, who knows, we might be office mates soon!

Honestly, the best coworking space! We had the pleasure of working out of their executive suites while we waited for our permanent space at Texas Tower to be ready, and the amenities and service they provide is unmatched.Not only do they provide all of your basic office needs, but they have multiple conference rooms to rent, and even soundproof telephone booths to take your Zoom calls from. They provide breakfast every day, plenty of snack and drink options throughout the day, and a weekly happy hour to mingle with the other tenants. You also get access to the gym, Lunch Drop, bike room and all of the other amazing building amenities.Meredith, Jay, Sariah and the whole property management team at the SQ make going to work everyday so comforting and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our 6 months there and still go visit them every chance we get!

Our firm leased space at The SQ from May to August 2022 when supply chain issues caused us to delay the move-in date at our new building. We selected The SQ at Texas Tower as our temporary home and could not be more pleased with the experience. The warm and friendly staff accommodated all of our needs and went above and beyond to streamline what could have been a very stressful transition. Our staff enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities from the conference rooms and private phone booths to the delicious coffee, breakfast and weekly happy hours. I highly recommend The SQ to anyone needing co-working or temporary space!

The Square at Texas Tower has been an exceptionally professional experience as first-time occupants of co-sharing space (since Jan 2023). From the moment that I walked in for my tour, I knew that this would be the place. There was a sense of friendliness, professionalism, and tidiness that was the ultimate deciding factor to us signing the lease (after touring 5 other places). The Team here is hands down the best to work with. Having people who actually care about assisting their clients with a joyful attitude makes the excruciating hour long drive in to downtown worth it. In addition, we are so spoiled here with their daily breakfast, fresh coffee/tea, unlimited sodas, and not to mention the immaculate fitness center that is just a few steps away. Our office worked in the Square while we were waiting for our build out. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I was told we would be officing in a co-op type atmosphere for a few months. however I could have never imagined that it would end up being such a wonderful place to go to every day. Everything about the Square is unbelievable, it’s sort of like being at a hotel. The staff is incredible, they were always very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate the tenants. They spoil you with breakfast every morning, snacks mid-day and Happy Hour on Thursday afternoons. I miss officing out of there but I make sure to have an excuse to go visit with the ladies to catch up. I would highly recommend becoming a tenant at the Square.
