Lodgeur at Mid Main Lofts

Overall, we had a great stay. Very responsive when questions came about. Really liked that you had to have the key fob to get up to the unit on the elevator, and there was also parking that you had to have the fob for. Made you feel very safe. Place was super clean and nice just what we needed! Great food close by not to mention transit was right out the front door. And the fact that we got parking space was awesome because we had friends staying in hotels and had to pay $50 a night for parking!

This apartment/studio was amazing! It looked exactly like all of the photos online and the communication with the host was perfection! This was our first Airbnb and we loved every moment of our stay from checking in to check out. The instructions were clear and concise. The studio was clean and peaceful, and it was a great experience! The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were amazing and all of the amenities were great! Do not get me started on the FULL length mirror in the bedroom size closet which is a woman’s dream when getting ready! Like that is the perfect touch! Also, the location is perfection sitting directly in Midtown Houston! It made things so much easier for food choices and to enjoy Houston! We really enjoyed our visit!

This place was perfect for our time in Houston. It was in a good location downtown so nothing was to far. The apartment itself was very clean and felt just like home. I will definitely be looking forward to staying here when I come back to Houston !

We had a long stay visiting family for the holidays. The apartment had everything my husband and I needed for 11 nights. It was super convenient to the metro that we used almost everyday allowing us to catch the trolly to the museum district and bars downtown. I would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed for a work trip and it was all around great! The bed was SUPER comfortable - Im talking soft sheets, fluffy pillows and huge which is a nice surprise when traveling. The unit was nicely appointed, had everything you would need and was directly across from a light rail which made it easy to get around. The only thing I would mention is that the balconies were on a ground level so I did have some initial comfort and security concerns but all was okay thankfully! I just wish it had felt a bit more private. Otherwise, Id definitely stay again and suggest to others!

Really enjoyed staying at Mid Main lofts. Lodgeur provides a very well organised check-in process, full of detailed information, making it very simple to get your keys and check in. Parking is excellent, and the location is central, meaning you have equal travel distances to any place around Houston that you would like to visit.The building is good, and new, the hallways do provide a slightly dingy first impression, due to the material used for cladding the walls, but this soon dissipates when you enter the loft.Air conditioning worked excellently - and had no difficulty maintaining a nice 71 even in Houston’s incredibly harsh humid summer.Absolutely would recommend Lodgeur, and would definitely stay again in the future...

Great stay. Location was perfect for getting to/from Texas Medical Center. Apartment was just as described. I felt very safe. Appreciated the detailed instructions and photos. Bottled water was added surprise. Thank you so much!

Great place slight street noise but to be expected per the location. I sleep with earbuds for this reason. Top tier otherwise I enjoyed the kitchen and bathroom amenities and large closet super comfy bed which I need details on because I want one now lol. Very cozy 🥰

We rented from Lodgeur after an extended power outage at our house. You couldn’t ask for a smoother check-in experience, a cleaner apartment, or a more communicative team. The bed and linens were really high quality, and the kitchen was almost overly-appointed. What other rentals have a rice cooker? Or a hair straightener in the bathroom? I only wish they were in lots of other cities. Lodgeur is the best in Houston!

Loved our stay! It was close to so many restaurants within walking distance and it was right in the heart of downtown!

This place was perfect for 2 people! The owners were very responsive and helpful. The unit itself had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, plenty of supplies, a washer and dryer which was an added bonus. The instructions were clear so make sure to follow them because the building is huge and easy to get lost in. The location was good. The same building the unit is in has a few restaurants too. I would stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lodgeur. I enjoyed it so much that when I return in December, I plan to book them again. Rarely do you come across a residential community where the photos replicate what you see with your own eyes. I am proud to say that Lodgeur validated their online presentation. Also, I was very appreciative of the fact that they corrected an issue with the ceiling fan. Thanks to Cornelius and the other staff for fixing that and making my stay even more enjoyable. I give very high marks to Lodgeur and am looking forward to ringing in the New Year with you :)

We had a great stay for my partners birthday! The location was perfect and about 10 minutes from everywhere we planned to go. The bed and pillows were soo comfortable and they had everything we needed. We look forward to staying again

The biggest thing for me when I book a hotel is making sure it’s in a clean and safe environment- and lodgeur exceeded my expectations. I loved staying at elan because not only was it clean and modern looking, it had so many cool features I could use during my trip! They had a pool table room, a gigantic pool with beach chairs and a pretty good sized gym.

This is my second time staying with Lodgeur. A few months ago I booked a stay and knew the next time I’d be in Houston I’d book with them again. This location is ideal for those who want to be near TMC and Rice. It’s very quiet and easy to navigate the apartment complex as a guest. I really liked the spacious bathroom and king size bed!

I stayed with Lodgeur at Mid Main Lofts in late October when I came to town to find a home due to my upcoming relocation to Houston. The directions and information about the arrival process were great and very clear. The room that I booked was lovely. It was a 1 bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything I used worked great. It was clean, quiet, and a great place for my stay. While I didnt have a car, parking appeared plentiful and the Midtown location is very convenient.

Highly, highly recommend staying with Lodgeur. We stayed in a beautifully furnished one-bedroom apartment located right by TMC and Rice Village. Great food nearby and easy to get around!Lodgeur also made it easy to extend our stay as we didn’t know how long we would be in town for. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back!

Everything is perfect! Clear instructions to get to the accommodation, very well located, tidy and beautiful. With coffee maker, iron, hairdryer and iron, dryer. All the necessary utensils. Loved everything

We stayed at one of the lodgeur lofts earlier this year for 2 months. It was perfect for our needs! The space was clean, well decorated & well stocked with kitchen/bathroom supplies. The location was great, there are endless food options within walking distancce! Seb was an excellent host, was very responsive and very considerate when we had a timing issue arise and needed to leave earlier than expected. It was an all around great experience, and I would stay there again!

My friend and I stayed here for a week and LOVED IT! We didn’t have to rely on those sketchy continental breakfasts hotels usually offer because we had a full sized kitchen in our apartment! We also took full advantage of the pool while we were there. 🤩

Lodgeur’s place as always was outstanding. This is where I always stay when I come to Houston. They even allowed me to extend my check out for free as I was running slow today. Every time I come to Houston I will stay with them.

Booked for a few days and ended up extending my stay here for a month because of work. Lodger made it really easy for me to extend! Had literally everything I needed: WiFi, coffee maker, pots and pans, washer/dryer, and a cool living space. Glad I could stay in an furnished apartment instead of a small hotel room for a month.

Super clean and comfortable, across the street from MD Anderson. Soft, soft bedding and a memory foam mattress.Easy, automated self checkin so you arent waiting around to meet anyone. Host has professional cleaners & laundry services handle the cleaning.Gorgeous pool, quiet study rooms, fancy coffee machines in the lobby and lounge, and a tanning room.

Everything was wonderful! Great location! The place was clean and beautifully decorated! All the essentials that we needed were there! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook with, washer and dryer worked great, and bathroom supplies such as shampoo body wash etc was included as well! They also worked with me when I needed to check out late last minute! I highly recommend staying here!

Great services and perfect location for me as a travel nurse! Everything is literally provided for your stay. The owner is reachable and quick to respond, if needed. The metro rail, many restaurants and other attractions are located in walking distance of the building. Also, the metro rail goes directly to the medical district. I will definitely recommend staying here, especially to other medical professionals. The only minor issue is the thin walls but, that’s a given in apartments.

We had a great long term stay with Lodgeur at Mid Main Lofts. They have the perfect setup for any business travelers. Easy checkin, nice amenities, fully stocked apt and centrally located with public transportation and restaurants bars just steps away. I would recommend them to any travel nurses!

My mom calls this place her second home. We visit Houston for routine doctor visits and can’t imagine staying anywhere else but Lodgeur. The room is wheelchair accessible and I  was able to take my mom to her appointments easily because it’s extremely close to the hospital. You could probably walk there if you wanted!

Made a Booking via Airbnb on 25th July 2022.Lodgeur have a request in their House Rules, well in their Additional Rules that you have to click See More to see stating5. GOVERNMENT ID AND MATCHING CREDIT CARD. To abide by legal requirements and building security rules, each adult guest is required to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and for the person paying to provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID for fraud prevention purposes. This information must be submitted through our online check-in and verification portal before access is granted. For security reasons, the Apartment Community does not allow Guests access until the screening process is complete.I wrongly booked this Apartment as I was in a rush before reading all rules in fine detail.Once I went to check-in and realised I was being asked to provide sensitive information (Name, E-Mail, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth and all Credit Card Details) I felt uncomfortable with this and queried it.I was informed I must complete the form to check-in. My initial thought, was to cancel but Lodgeur keep 50% of the fee, if you cancel.I could not resolve with Lodgeur on the Airbnb message, so had to contact Airbnb and explain the situation.The Airbnb Team raised the matter with their escalation team. The escalation team were not able to contact the Host, that I had spoken to briefly before and eventually it was settled that Airbnb cancelled the Booking on my behalf, so I got 50% back from the Host and they gave me a Coupon for the remaining 50%.Although, they do state it in their additional rules that this is their process. I think it is an unusual process, Ive been in Houston at least 6 times this year alone and booked Apartments through Airbnb and this has not happened before.I think Lodgeur should state their process in the first line of their advert on Airbnb or change the amount they return to 100% if people book and then arent comfortable with the process.I have asked Airbnb to investigate further, as redirecting people to a 3rd Party Site and requesting this type of information goes against their Terms & Conditions, would mean the Customer was breaching their Ts & Cs and goes against all the advice Airbnb give you when booking.I have no reason to suspect Lodgeur is not a legitimate company but redirecting people from Airbnb to a 3rd Party Site and requesting that information, is not the norm.Just posting this Review to maybe save some people time. Took me close to 3 hours to resolve with Airbnb.

The location is perfect. I felt safe staying here and there’s also a parking garage with a gate so not just anyone can get in. Just make sure to bring your keys and scanner because you need them to get into the building and enter/ leave the garage!

Good, clean, cozy place. Check in/out was simple. Nice walkable midtown location, steps from train and ample parking. Only regret was not staying longer so I could relax and enjoy more of the amenities.

This is my second time staying with Lodgeur! If you want a cool apartment with access to downtown and have a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance, this is the best spot.

During your stay you have access to so many cool amenities. There’s an infinity pool, a gym, yoga studio, and game room (it has a pool table y’all!) definitely stay here next time you’re in town

Location, location, location. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you need to make a meal, or within walking distance to great restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Highly recommend!!
