Sterling Relocation Corporate Housing

Great company! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area we were staying in. I loved that the have a 24 hour service, so if I have any issues its reassuring to know that someone will be there to help. I would highly recommend to those traveling. Alex provided excellent customer service and was very patient with my questions and concerns.

We were evacuated from our home country due to COVID. Sterling provided us with a corporate apartment. They worked with us to find the right apartment and were immediately responsive to our requests through our 9 month stay. We were pleased with our apartment and have only positive things to say about Sterling. I would absolutely recommend them.

Note to Other Leasing Communities: This is not the same scam company that calls asking for price updates daily. After doing some investigating I found out this poor company simply has the misfortune of having a name similar to the callers. If you call this company directly, you get a real, professional, receptionist on the phone. Not a foreign, pushy, call center. I cant speak to this business particularly, but I know it must suck to get angry calls and emails all day due to a scam run by someone posing as your business..

Avoid this companion at all cost. Not only did they wasted 11 days only to give me the info, the right hand was not aware of the left hand. They will not stop calling you and once they have your business they really dont care to follow through. I have only 3 days left to find a place to live after they wasted 11 days. I dont believe these people are aware who they are serving. very poor!

I needed to use this service on short notice. Awesome staff and superior location for my event! Everything was taken care of for me and my staff. I am grateful to have such a great go-to company for my short term housing needs!

Avoid this company like the plague! They had me sign a lease on a unit, and a month later, on my way to the new city, called me to say there was water damage and I needed a new place to live.I ended up being homeless and living out of my car in a new city for 24 hours.One of their coordinators admitted to me on the phone that I lost the unit because they were on vacation, and when I called the apartment building, the office confirmed there was NOT any water damage to the unit, and someone had just moved in - when I was supposed to move in.AVOID, avoid, avoid this company. Use any one else.

The process was nice and smooth. I worked with Jordan. Her customer service was amazing and any questions i had during the process she was able to answer for me. I would highly recommend this company.
