I have been using Ultimate Comfort A/C for years and they are always punctual and service is always top notch. The techs that come out are respectful and courteous of our home and answer questions with evident knowledge. They are definitely one of the better companies to use for AC.

Claudio and his team are extremely professional and attentive. When I needed a new system he took the time to walk me through my options and explain to me what I needed and what I didn’t. He walked me through what the process would be and came back to ensure the system was working properly. Ultimate Comfort sent Jose who was amazing, fortunate that I was he was able to identify the leak was in the evaporator and as it happens that was the last day of my 5 year warranty. The office staff Lauren and Ruth, stayed till 530 to make sure that the warranty was approved by the mfg. Then the following day the installation crew came in and left it in a couple hours.

About 2 months ago, the The Ultimate Comfort team replaced all of my existing ductwork, and optimized the performance of my existing unit to maximize airflow in our house. Previously, outdoor temperatures above 90 caused our temperature indoors to elevate to 78 and above while our AC was running. Immediately after the install, I could feel the difference with crisp, cold air throughout our house, which is something I had not felt before. I wanted to wait to write a review to see the improvements in the scorching summer heat. I had no doubt after the install, and am happy to say now, that our home has never felt this cool in the summer. In fact, multiple people have commented on how cool it feels in our house. I cannot thank Claudio and his team enough for the professionalism, quick install, and honesty throughout the process. I will continue to use Ultimate Comfort for future AC needs.

I have been using Ultimate Comfort AC & Heating for about 10 years. They have always been responsive and professional. A recent experience reinforced that view when Our air conditioner system went out last week in the Houston heat. They sent a technician out that same day and after refilling with Freon, be found a slow leak in the evaporator core. It was late in the day so they scheduled a crew to come out the next day to replace it. They worked hard to get us back cooling and then worked with the manufacturer to get the major costs covered under warranty.I recommend them highly!

I was delighted with the service provided by Ultimate Comfort, from the first call and thoughout he process. Ultimately I had the air handler and zone control board replaced. They worked me into their schedule, diagnosed one day and installed the new equipment the next day. Initial evaluation was set up for a 30 minute time frame. After waiting around for 30 minutes I decided to call the front office who informed me that the technician would need an additional two to three hours at the prior appointment. Totally understandable, but the lack of communication was a bit unprofessional.Once the technician arrived it was clear that he knew what he was doing and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. I believe our technicians name was Joe. He was great. Very informative and took the time to figure out exactly what the problem was with our AC. They don’t over charge or take advantage, but seem very honest.

He listened to my concerns, looked over my system and gave me a quote for we he thought would best correct my problem. He never once try to upsell on anything. Allow me to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. On the day of the appointment his workers arrived 15 minutes early. Prior to beginning the work, he walked me through everything he was about to do. Workers were very professional and finished the work in a very timely manor.

My AC died right as I was about to go out of town, I have two tenants renting rooms at my home. The three HVAC repair places I called before Ultimate all said they were to busy to come out that day. When I called Ultimate their techs were busy until that afternoon. After I said I was trying to get to work, the person I was talking with said Give a few minutes and Ill call you back. She was able to work things with their techs and had someone at the house within 40 minutes. My Evaporator coil had been leaking and needed replacement. I bought the house used so wasnt aware of the leak at purchase time. But Ultimate worked with me to give a fair price and to help me with payment. Every person Ive talked with from dispatch, technician, finance, installation, and even the owner have been personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Id recommend them to anyone.

After Ultimate Comfort’s installation of new AC/Heating systems, our home is now filled with crisp, clean, cool, dry air! What an accomplishment, as it’s now July in Houston, TX!Having to work in our hot attic, as well as trying to avoid rain and lighting made the job hard for all the workers, and we greatly appreciate their efforts. Stephen, the wiring, electrical, and zoning expert, is very knowledgeable, patiently; and, with apparent ease, connected all units to work together smoothly.All the work was done well due to the diligent, hands-on, guidance of the owner, Claudio, who treats all his workers with respect, kindness, and cheerfulness, a true rarity these days!

Work was completed when stated. Crew was very professional and hard working. Improved existing equipment to give the best end result. Consciously installed duct work to provide best access to equipment and storage location in attic.

He installed a new motor/circuit board, and let me participate and learn from the experience.The horror story, a 6 day fight to get my AC fixed.The line from the compressor outside into the house kept freezing up and I would lose blowing/cooling. The first contractor I brought out didnt check everything before adding freon (thinking it was a leak), and pumped my line to double its recommended PSI! He then tried his hardest to up-sale me to a completely new furnace and wouldnt work with the carrier manufacturer warranty (Courtesy AC/Heating), this wasted two days. The second contractor missed 5 (Freaking 5!) appointment windows over three days (AirTron). When they finally arrived, the tech glanced at the upstairs blower, went outside and realized the freon was off the charts and tried his hardest to get the heck out of there (high-balled the quote and said he wouldnt be back for 3 days). I finally and luckily called Claudio, he immediately picked up, gave me a very competitive quote, and scheduled me in for the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, and re-diagnosed the issues. He quickly figured out that the previous tech had almost destroyed my compressor by hitting 600PSI on a system that is supposed to run at 300! He then worked for an hour restoring the lines to the appropriate pressure (thank god it didnt blow my compressor or the lines). Due to previous appointments he had to leave before we could install the new equipment, but he promised me he would be back that afternoon. True to his word, he texted at 3pm, and was over by 3:30pm. We went to the attic, and replaced the motor and the circuit board. The AC has been working great since then. Thank you Ultimate Comfort AC and Heating!

Let me cut to the chase. If there was an option for a SUPERIOR rating that is what Ultimate Comfort would receive. Claudio Santinis company has been hands down the best experience I have ever had. His entire staff has provided exceptional service. They answer the phone promptly. Always pleasant and makes sure to verify all the necessary information for an appointment. They even call the day before with a friendly reminder. Prior to coming to your home, the Technician sends you a text informing you of the arrival time along with their picture. Our home is 20 years old & several years ago we discovered the ventilation system was not done properly. Our master bedroom was never the same temperature as the rest of the house. We knew we would eventually have to put in a completely new system. Stephen, one of his senior Technicians, came for the prewinter checkup. After he made many attempts to resuscitate our 20 year old Heater, we had to make a difficult decision to lay it to rest. He informed Claudio of the situation & Mike, his Manager came out & did a thorough evaluation of the AC/Heater & Ventilation System. He confirmed what we already knew. He presented us with three(3) proposals. We chose the one that would best suit our needs for the humid Houston climate. We had the entire system rebuilt & added the dehumidifier. Within 3 weeks we could immediately tell the difference. Our electricity bill dropped dramatically. The next phase of our investment will be the Reme Halo attachment. As a Healthcare worker I urge you to please read up on this. So, there you have it. An incredible exceptional company!

I was having problems cooling my house below 80 degrees when the temps were in the 90s. Thought I needed to move from a 4 ton to a 5 ton AC. Called a few places to get quotes including this one. Claudio gave me a quote but said he wanted to come take a look at my setup before hed approve the installation. The house was originally built in 1978 so there were a number of things he saw that needed changing/updating. Claudio redesigned my system, by putting in new returns and separating the airducts. Installed a variable speed 4 ton unit and two additional temp/motion sensors; one in the master bedroom and one in the downstairs family room. These have helped to keep the room Im in at the desired temps. The master bedroom is more comfortable than its even been in the 20 years Ive lived here and Im sleeping better. The job cost more than Id planned, but if Id just changed units, Id probably still be having cooling issues.

What I really love about this company is that Mr Claudio Santini is a hands-on type of guy. That is uncommon in most industries. The problem that I encountered with my A/C was condensation leakage from the evaporator unit onto my carpet. It was determined that the leakage was caused by faulty installation work from another A/C company. So, it was required that the condenser unit and the ducting be replaced to eliminate the possibility of mold. Mr Santini coordinated the entire procedure with his techs and a job which would have taken 2 days was done in 1 day. The ducting took a little longer because of the nature of the job. This is a small A/C company, but they go well beyond the customers expectations. The cost, considering the magnitude of the job, was more than very reasonable. I am highly pleased and very satisfied. I must also state that Mr. Santini treated my case as though it was an emergency even though it wasnt, due to the fact that the A/C unit was still running normally, except for the leakage. Highly admirable.

Today at 1:25 pm I went over and spoke to theTechnician about hooking his R12 meter to see If the Ac unit has the proper amount of coolant in my Ac unit and he quoted me a Price of $80.00 per hour. But first there would have to be a service order opened to show the address of where the service would be done. I asked him if there was a discount for senior citizens. I received no reply from him. He was done with the job at 121 SOUTH Ave Edmond Okla. as he was putting the ladders back on the truck rack. Ijust lived directly across from where he had finished servicing the home that had originally called him out for service. I thought just maybehe would do it for $20.00 but when I heard him state $80.00 per hour for something that may have taken him 15 minutes. I just walked away with discuss that he wouldnt take the time to tell me the information that I needed to know. I certainly hope that people do read replys about there Service technician and find someone elseto Service there Heating and Air conditioning.

I have known Claudio Santini at Ultimate Comfort for years and have trusted him to take care of my AC needs. My AC unit went out recently, suffering from old age. Claudios partner, Travis came out and diagnosed my situation and immediately ordered a replacement unit working within my budget. He the had me put on the schedule the next day and had the unit replaced by the time I got home from work. His installers were professional and explained the installation to me. So far in the midst of one of the worst contractor experience ever. Twice I was given a time between 1-5 and they missed the time frame by 2 hours showing up at 7 pm once with the wrong part, and now today decide not to show up at all.Worst part is they never communicated the fact that they wont be showing up nor did they bother trying to make life even a bit easier with a status update on the contractor. Multiple messages to manager were ignored.Imagine waiting in a 85 degree house with no AC for over 2 weeks.Lets see what happens tomorrow morning when I have to call and try and beg them to come and finish the job.
