Amazing Stay at Urban at Montrose!I recently stayed at Urban at Montrose, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location of this Airbnb is perfect, especially if you are looking to visit the museums or Rice University. The apartment is clean and has plenty of space. It looks just like the pictures. Easy to get in and out and the host was responsive to all questions. Would recommend it and would stay here again

Very nice space and very respectful and responsive host! Had an amazing weekend with fun things to do. Farthest we had to drive was maybe 30 minutes but Texas is big! We had a very good experience at this apartment. Its very spacious, modern, and the appliances and furniture are in perfect condition. The location was also very convenient: a residential area, with several restaurants, parks, and museums (some even within walking distance). In addition to this, the apartment is very well managed. We had very clear directions for checking in. Also, a minor issue with the apartment was solved very promptly. In general, the communication with the hosts was very effective. In general, the apartment is a very good and convenient option for visiting Houston for short or even longer stays.

I loved my long-term stay here! Would recommend it for traveling students.I loved your space. It was excellent and very well kept. Your fast communication was thoughtful and very helpful. I would recommend a few kitchen products for longer term renters: baking sheets, vegetable peeler, second kitchen towel. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you so much!

Very nicely furnished apartment with everything you need for a stay in Montrose. Access is via a locked courtyard so felt very secure. Nice and quiet in the room, yet close to various restaurants and bars et . Very helpful and responsive host.

Excellent stay. Lovely, neat and so convenient for anyone wanting to be near museums. I recommend a long mirror in the bedroom outside it. I also recommend some tea bags, not just coffee.

I have been at Urban at Montrose twice and I definitely recommend it! Both times, the apartments were well equipped and extremely clean. Plus, the property is located in the heart of Montrose, walkable distance from restaurants and grocery store. The host has been friendly and always available to assist us.

As advertised. Booked for a couple of nights as we were out of power in our part of town following the bad storm. Good location within the city for our needs and some decent walkable food and drink options nearby.

Stayed at this unit and it was perfect! It had everything you need while also being a very quiet and nice area! Food and cafes around the area to where you don’t need to travel far for good food and coffee! Highly recommend this place!

Urban at Montrose Called me out to help them with Wi-Fi trouble. They are trying to serve over 8 apartments with mesh Wi-Fi ( I told them you need a better solution for your tenants). They did not want to pay 150$ for my time. If this is any indication of the company, this would tell me that they are cheap, deceiving, an out for their own interest(money).I would continue to search for better option as I would never rent here.

Im so glad we decided to stay at Urban at Montrose. It was a very cozy spot, easy to find, and within walking distance of many good restaurants, theatres, and galleries. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This is my new favorite place to stay in the Montrose area!
