I am not one to write reviews but when it comes to the level of perfectionism and customer service that 314 provided on my recent re-roof, I had to shout it from the rooftop (get it?). Jose, our project manager and the entire crew were exceptional and communicative. Everyone involved really took the time to help educate us on the process, materials and the WHY behind everything they do! During the project, we found that our roof was not properly ventilated and midstream, adjusted the plans and added plenty of extra vents. It not only looks beautiful, but far better ventilated! It was a pleasure to work with the entire team- from scheduling to completion. Now, I dont have any experience dealing with other roofing companies, but I can assure you, I wont be working with anyone else in the future!! Thank you to the amazing 314 team!

314 roofing was amazing.I got my roof fully replaced in one week from the first time I picked up the phone and spoke to someone.Spencer and Bryan from sales were awesome. I ended up going with the storm protector class 4 shingle which will save me annually on home insurance as well as the solar fan which I can get a rebate through taxes.10/10 recommend also Jose A., the project manager was very responsive and sent me photos of my roof during and after the process.I got 2 other quotes from competitors and I feel 100% happy with my purchase from 314 roofing and the value I got for what I paid.

314 Roofing is the absolute gold standard of roofing inspection, roofing repair, and roofing installation. When I recently noticed water stains on the sheetrock ceiling in my garage closet, a quick visual inspection revealed that I had a serious soft spot in the roof and that flashing incorrectly installed by the builder was most likely the root cause for these problems. I contacted three roofing companies to obtain quotes for the necessary repairs. Two of the companies I contacted didn’t even put a ladder on the house nor make any attempt to get on the roof and determine the extent of the damage. When I called 314 Roofing, the owner, Andy Kelly, and two of his foreman showed up at 8a the next day and spent over an hour on top of my house inspecting the roof. After completing their inspection, Andy and his lead foreman, Homer Valencia, spent another hour showing me high-res color photos and videos of the areas of my roof that they deemed problematic and in need of repair. Needless to say, 314 Roofing got the job and these guys worked tirelessly for two days making sure the damaged areas of my roof were properly repaired. They even went to the trouble to paint all of the existing lead boots and vents protruding through the roof to make everything look aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Cannot recommend 314 Roofing highly enough!! True professionals who care about the quality of their work and truly want to do things right the first time, no matter how much time and effort that involves. Photos of my roof both before and after the repair show the amazing job that 314 Roofing did on my house. They matched the shingle color so closely it’s virtually impossible to tell the roof was even repaired. Thanks for fixing my roof, Andy and Homer! You guys are simply the best!

I was having consistent leaking in my modular home. I had tried several times to get the manufacturer to fix the issue, but to no avail. I called 314 and Josh came out diagnosed the issues with my roof vents and we discussed the solution options. He provided quotes for the options we discussed the next day, and I chose the option that worked best for me. Basically I decided for them to replace all the cheap plastic roof vents that were failing due to warpage, with the newer metal vents that Josh and hjs team recommended. They scheduled the work, came out completed the job as agreed, and I have not seen any leaks since. No problems even with hurricane Beryl coming through. So happy I got this completed before the storm. Again, no leaks, I am a very happy customer, and I would add that Josh and the sales/billing staff I interfaced with throughout the process were all excellent, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Called 314 after learning about them on Great Day Houston the day after Beryl hit. Id not sustained any storm damage, but I knew my roof was old and likely in need of replacement. Took them up on their FREE inspection and met with Andy Kelly that Friday. He went over EVERYTHING - provided pics & video of his assessment. The shingle color I selected was approved by my HOA and I got on the schedule to get my new roof. Worked with Jose Almanzar for my re-roof. He and his crew worked ALL day into the evening to get it done. Great prep, removal and cleanup, as well as a gorgeous NEW ROOF! Weve used 314 Roofing twice in the last few months. They were professional, prompt to respond, timely and efficient.The first time, my husband was out of town when a tree limb fell on our roof and we were expecting rain the next day. 314 Roofing was quick to respond and had the best bid for the repair work. They even came that afternoon to complete the repair. I appreciated that they provided before and progress pictures of the damage and repair work so that I could see everything that was done, not just the shingles at the end. Sales guy Houston stopped by to check in after the work was completed.Then a couple of days ago, another tree limb fell damaging the roof further. I contacted Houston directly and he came over to check the damage and provide a quote. Same level of service the second time around with guys showing up the next day to do to the repair. This time, in addition to shingle replacement, they replaced some ridge vents and siding/fascia trim.  Well definitely contact them again for future work as needed.

I wish this review could be higher but the customer service was pretty horrendous. We were initially helped by Josue who was awesome during the appointment. Was very thorough and informative, helping us get to the bottom of our problem. However, once he left we wouldnt receive any pictures, videos or information to help resolve our roofing issue and had our calls dodged for well over two weeks. We finally received pictures (with no explanation for their tardiness) after we threatened a visit to the home office. Very unfortunate. Wont work with again.

Weve had issues with a leaking roof for years that our contractor was unable to resolve. Chris and Homer with 314 were able to locate the leak and fix the problem. They kept in contact, showed up when they said they would be here, and followed up afterwards to ensure the problem had been resolved. We had an excellent experience. 314 Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof in 2022. A neighbors tree limb fell on my roof last week. 314 came out and gave me an estimate to repair it. The adjustor was on time, concise, and gave me a reasonable price to repair the roof!! I will accept his proposal!!!

In an Industry where contractors don’t necessarily have the best name they are doing their part to reverse that course. Timely service, didn’t experience delays, and they kept their job site clean.

We had an emergency, and not only was Andy kind and patient with me( I was frustrated abt having to deal with insurance), he was also very informative and explained the process and best solution for our roof. Its difficult to write a review that fully encompasses how happy I am with the job they did with replacing our roof. From scheduling the inspection to the final walkthrough it was an absolute pleasure working with this company. Andy & Josue took pictures & videos of the entire roof inspection so that we could see the exact damage & know exactly what were paying for. We met with 5 roofing companies & they gave us the best price for Owens Corning shingles. Although we didnt need it, they offer interest free financing for 12 months with no down payment required, no other company we met with offered that. They got us on the calendar in less than a week & replaced the roof in one day. Sebastian & his entire crew were so kind, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. They went above & beyond in making sure our house & landscaping were protected. Sebastian repaired a gutter that was improperly installed by the previous owner even though this was not the companys responsibility. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all are, Ill never use another roofing company again. If I could give them 100 stars I would! We used 314 Roofing to re-roof our home and we could not be happier with the results. Bryan Keefe did an excellent job from start to finish explaining what we needed, what our options were and what the process involved. He kept us in the loop the entire time and the project went perfectly. They increased the ventilation in our roof as well and we can already feel the benefit which keeps our home cooler! Jose Almanzar and his crew did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our addition. They were on-time, efficient, and provided an excellent product. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. They prepped the site beforehand with catch-nets to collect all the debris of the old roof, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. When they saw small maintenance needs on my main roof (not part of their contract), they made the fixes with no fuss and no extra cost. They even painted the vent stacks on the roof to match the shingle color. They obviously care about the quality of their work.

We recently had our roof replaced by 314 Roofing solutions and Bryan Keefe/team made the process incredibly simple and answered the 1,000 questions I had. Bryan worked around my work schedule to meet and discuss updates and next steps and did a great job with communication and follow up. When I mentioned my hesitation on coloring of shingles, he brought samples to help put my mind at ease and even brought a sample from the batch that would be used on my house the next day.Not knowing the roofing industry, I was incredibly hesitant on being taken advantage of and Bryan took the time to discuss the different types of materials, grade levels, etc. to explain the quality of work and product that would be used. I also loved not having to deal with a pushy salesperson trying to make a number (have had a number of knocks on my door from other companies when neighbors were replacing their roofs).Would highly recommend 314!!

Houston Jackson was Awesome. He came By to Inspect my roof for damage and helped us know what the status of our roof was. Houston told me what we needed to make it last a lot longer. Houston also gave us a leak free certification for the house. 314 Roofing Solutions is the best roofing company Ive had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend them and Houston Jackson.
