I have used Crafted Custom Homes for recovery and repair after two water events that damaged my home. They are honest, fair and trustworthy. I did have some remodeling and upgrading done also. The work was beautifully done and I have been so pleased with the results. I have known Curtis for almost 20 years and will always refer him to family and friends. You should use him too.

Excellent work, professional staff, very knowledgeable & experienced. Very pleased with our downstairs renovation and kitchen redesign. Cant say enough good about our Project Manager and Interior Decorator. Both were very involved in our project (start to finish), responsive to any request or question, had great attention to detail, and continued to respond to follow-up questions even after the job was finished. Highly recommend Crafted, and would definitely use them again!

We had Curtis and his crews redo our master bath and hall bath. They were great to work with. We went down to studs and gave up a hall cabinet to enlarge the master shower and it turned out awesome. The cabinets are well built, and perfect for the tight space. Were still very pleased with the work over a year later.

I had very high hopes and expectations for CCH’s and Curtis. He was very responsive before we started; he was kind and seemed to listen to our needs. He came highly recommended and I thought we hit the jackpot with a contractor. CCH was hired to completely remodel (with an addition) our home so we had to move out. We did so when they told us and had everything picked out, ordered and paid for. They didn’t start till 7 weeks after they said they would. If being off on their time line was the only problem I would have been okay with this company!I loved the forewoman Curtis had hired to work with us, although she was often not around to watch the work because he had over booked the amount of jobs she had. Those jobs also happened to be a good distance from one another. She was working 10 plus hours a day and often was not visiting all the homes under her care. There were never enough workers and I was finding that there were often not the same people coming to our home. Lots of inconsistent work from the beginning and many random charges were added to our bill because of this. Things they over looked (like a standard firewall) were added to our bill with a 10% surcharge. Our “decorator” was a joke and never even had the actual measurements done for our kitchen cabinets and now drawers are too close to one another and bang and hit each other because nobody paid attention. The lights in the ceilings were not measured out and we had to go through with the electrician to measure out all the recessed lightening in the house because he just “eyeballed” where they should go and they were mismatched in our ceiling. Walls were crooked- literally different heights on same wall. This happened throughout our home. Walls that were dry walled and painted, they tried to pass off as being complete. Windows and front outdoor lighting that were next to each other were the wrong heights!! The cement padded driveway was poured in the rain and started chipping immediately. When they came back, they capped the pads and made it worse. The gutters were all the wrong size and not installed correctly-they spray and leak. Caulking was missed everywhere; the painting was spotty and lazy. And the worse part? Was that I was nice and respectful to him and his staff the whole time. I was understanding, on time with all payments and his response to doing a bad job was firing the forewoman which only led to him giving us 4 random foremen to try to finish the job. More inconsistencies. We kept asking him to fix the things that were not what we paid 300k+ for and he hasn’t. In fact, it’s been over a year since we’ve heard from anyone on his staff after they said they would be back to fix things. He happily took our money and never fulfilled his end. Remodeling ones home is usually exciting but can be a frustrating process (ie.contractor reputations). I thought we had done enough research, met with enough folks-That I chose a honest man and a solid company. I was left insulted, truly disappointed and ignored. I asked for what I paid for and was respectful; that was not what I got in return. Please note Curtis fixed the crooked walls, windows and lights but has not fixed the rest of our house. We’re still waiting to hear back from him.

I could not be happier with my new, beautiful, well planned kitchen! Walnut cabinets, special storage, and appliance cabinet too!! Highly recommend Curtis and his team!!
