Our 1st KB Home purchase, and a great start with a very productive visit to the home of upgrades....the KB Design Studio! Did more looking and having fun than we did taking pictures (apologies). Dexter is awesome by the way! KB should be paying him more, because he brings life to your home before you even have it built! Thanks Dex!

Stay away from KB Home Builder. My foundation was less than 10 yrs old and had a crack that made my house damaged. I had my foundation fixed it myself from a 3rd party company because KB Home took 2 months for them to provide a report from their foundation engineer. My foundation keeps on shrinking because of their poor house design where there is no slope on the side of my houses ground and no gutters as well. Its obviously a poor design thats why the foundation had a crack. Now they are saying the warranty got voided because of the 3rd party contractor who fixed my foundation which is just a bogus of the company. Im not going to wait for 3 months just for my house to be fixed by KB Homes because who knows what will happen, I might wait for another 3 months and they will probably just tell the cracks are cosmetics and within the allowable deflection. So stay away from KB Home Builder.

Brittani was all around fantastic. The whole experience was great. Just make sure you and your significant other goes in with a pretty good idea of what you want.

My experience at KB Home Design Studio was great!.The items that were offered fit our style and our budget....lol.... My sales consultant Diane was very professional and informative. She shared her expertise and honest opinion. My husband and I were truly grateful to work with her. The experience was not stressful but actually exciting. Thanks KB Homes for the wonderful design experience! We cant wait to see our new home in a few months :)

Out of all the builders I have worked KB Home is the only builder that has made my clients and closings prolonged! Underwriting takes almost 1 week for any update. We have been trying to close on a home for almost 4 months. My client is now in a month to month with current landlord, kids have started school and my client didnt send her children waiting to hear when would be the actual closing. Since closing was supposed to be in May. Any documents underwriter asks for, my client sends them the same day! Underwriter, keeps asking for the same documents again & again! Closing costs with them are sky high! This will definitely be my last client I will bring to KB Home. D.R. Horton is 1 million times better! At this point I am very disappointed with KB Home!

I recently purchased my first KB home and my design appointment was set up with Desiree Gonzalez. I had my first appointment with Desiree online and at first I was apprehensive over having to pick all my design choices online but Desiree made the process so easy. The meeting was well organized, I was able to see all the options and above all, Desiree was extremely informative which was reassuring while making my choices. My second appointment was in studio and Desiree was nothing short of amazing. She was patient, informative and made me feel so comfortable finalizing all my decisions. She has great taste and great design skills - I could not be happier with all my choices and could not have finalized them without her help. Buying a new build is extremely stressful but Desiree made the experience seamless and fun! I highly recommend working with Desiree!

I have experienced the most horrible home-building process imaginable! I have built four homes of my own with little to no problems, this has been different, in the KB community off of the Beltway and WLH Pwky. started a build for my children, they started well over a year ago and the home still isnt complete today! Because the kids were expecting and almost 4 months pregnant at the start and the baby is almost nine months old today, there was no nesting period at all. I wrote a check (almost 24 thousand dollars after taking a loan out for the funds) to the design center (after speaking with both my Sales Consultant and the Design Center Representatives) where I was promised the money would be returned if anything went wrong, now that the permits were held up, there were no air conditioner condensers, electricity or gas and my children were basically forced to leave, Im now being told I can NOT be refunded the money, money I have to pay for each and every month. I never read or signed a CONTRACT at all, I went in totally on Good Faith, how can I be held responsible with my name formally written on anything? Thats the question of the day. They will sell the house regardless and at a profit so why treat a non-deserving innocent basically bystander who was misinformed and apologized to over and over which is fine, but apologies wont over for me its HONESTY and Integrity, if either of those is questioned or missing, think long and hard about who you want to do business with.

They have nice items here for designing your home. They should review their flexibility with design in my opinion. My kitchen cabinets had to be the same as the ones in the bathrooms and the faucets all the same throughout. This didnt allow for having a uniqueness that I prefer. The granite I really wanted wasnt offered as well. Other than that, a good experience with the design studio.

Mechelle and Dexter at the design center are awesome. Very through and help clients with great ideas and suggestions. I have gone there 20 plus times for different clients and investors who have purchased from KB. Great service and decent upgrade options.

I am building my home during COVID and have had to the process online for the most part. That went by smooth and were satisfied. However, once we went in for the final design approval, we ran into a few issues after working with Jeanne.1. She kept getting our options incorrect on the documents and took weeks to get it resolved2. Afterwards, the construction manager notified us we were over charged but luckily Diane helped us get that resolved.3. Now we are told we are not getting a house option we were told would be included. The only way to add something after construction has started requires a 350 fee, but why should we pay for a mistake they did?Racquel reached out and was able to resolve this problem for us :)

Very poor service overall. Low quality materials. Unqualified constructions worker. And very disappointing after home build customer services. If you have other options do not wastes your money with KB.

Thank god for Dexter, but they make this an extremely complicated process. Appointments are three weeks out, if not longer and no one is available by phone to answer quick questions. The staff is very nice, I assume its the KB policies that prevent them from being able to help customers.

I was on the sidewalk when a white lady in an orange car (which I found out later is the security guard) get out and yelled “stay off this property!” I was confused and said “what, why?”. She replied “the sidewalk is fine but stay off the property!” I was in shock. I’ve never been to this place but I never will now since they are clearly racist.

KB Homes really takes care of their clients. I felt welcomed and fully informed. The house buying process was fast and easy.

Only seven years in my home I have had to almost everything in here and still not finished yet. So I would never recommend K.B to no one house is beautiful but everything in it is cheap.SORRY K .B

The guy was very helpful to my husband and I have to boost up the credit a little bit and save more for down payment but we will be back again I fell in love with the area.
