In my recent experience closing on a new build, which was exactly one week ago, the builders have demonstrated commendable responsiveness and attention to detail. Their consistent communication regarding minor adjustments and their willingness to address my concerns promptly reflect a commitment to customer satisfaction.Upon inspection, both the exterior and interior of the home exhibit excellent craftsmanship, with the exception of the minor details I mentioned needing adjustments, which they promptly revolved, contributing to my overall satisfaction with the property. Their proactive approach in ensuring my contentment as a new homeowner has not gone unnoticed.While its premature to provide a comprehensive assessment, I anticipate providing further feedback following my one-year walkthrough. However, based on my current interactions and the condition of the home, I am inclined to rate them five stars for their exceptional service and my experience living in the home so far.Editing this to add Pietro and Carlos’ names to the review. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I have a good start in my new home.

I purchased a home recently and I have to admit it is very beautiful and located near downtown. The closong proceds was easy, quick and once I moved in I had a minor issue that was assisted quickly! I am happy and so in love with my new home! (Especially for the holidays)🤗

My son bought his home a couple years ago, during course that time it took a year to get things resolved. My point we went through 4 project manger they couldn’t get the job done. It was leveling and flooring issues. The 5 project manger by the name Liliana came in took care of problems ASAP. Liliana very sharp and knowledgeable, she a go getter. I highly recommend her for any repairs.Camila does excellent customer service, she stays on top of things.Liliana and Camila met my son expectation.

Wow! I have been living in my home for 2 years and I have to admit the home is very well built. I have requested a few services here and there but Camila has been very helpful. The supervisor Carlos has helped throughout the process of the services. The home is awesome, their team is the best! If you are planning to buy a house please consider MTY Builders!!

I worked with Liliana. She’s the manager director. We had a bad leak took time to find it but they did. It started from the kitchen down to the first floor bedroom. They replaced all the dry wall and everything. Liliana. Was there watching over the contracted who were fixing everything making sure they did not a good job but a great job. She actually was not happy with how one contractor did the job and sent someone else to redo it all as she watched them. All in all it was amazing experience this time around. They even gave us a check to cover the high water bill we had because the leak happen before we bought the house but it was so small it took a year until the dry wall got so wet that it fell to the ground. 2 years ago they had issues with managers and contractors I think about 9 months ago the owners fired a lot of people and hire new trained experienced staff. I did see some review were not good and I understand they had a unexperienced staff. Since then it top notch even the office is nice and very professional. I love our house quality is amazing and now so is the staff.

I recently purchased a home. Overall, it is a great build in a small gated community. Private water is included in your HOA dues. Close to major thoroughfares just north of downtown. The layout of the homes is thoughtful. But just as importantly, the customer service MTY provides with any questions/warranty is outstanding, and at the center of that great service is the superintendent, Liliana. Liliana responds quickly, communicates well, and handles issues promptly. MTY produces a great product. I highly recommend buying a home from MTY.

I purchased a home from MTY Builders in August 2023. My closing process was colorful, but the builders did a fair job of accommodating for the inconveniences and delays. The biggest delay was due to the city and was out of the control of the builders. The communication with the MTY team in the beginning was not the best, but I believe they were going through some staff transitions. The communication now is good and has improved greatly from the beginning. My overall experience has been great. I am enjoying my home. I have not had any major concerns or issues with the quality or condition of my home outside of what is considered standard or normal in a new build.Liliana, the lead for the construction team, is nothing short of amazing! She has been awesome since the walkthroughs to any other concern Ive had with my home. She is great about checking in to make sure my concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion. As a first time buyer this level of customer service is always much appreciated. Liliana is a big part of my positive experience with MTY.Camila and Lupita are also great. They do a good job of answering questions and following up on my concerns. I appreciate how many people on the MTY team go above and beyond when needed. I am a person who is big about being kept in the loop and Camila and Lupita meet that need. Thanks ladies!One major concern that I had was rectified and addressed, although it took some time. I appreciated Liliana and her team taking care of the issue and making me a happy homeowner. Everyone wants to feel good about making a purchase as large as a home purchase and Liliana has done that for me.I would recommend to friends and colleagues to purchase an MTY home.

We really liked how Semyon helped us find the right home. The process was very smooth. He did a good job of communicating and fixing a few issues that we had. My husband and I liked the finishes of the home, the tech features were a plus.

I recently purchased a home from this company and have had a great experience so far. Camila from customer service has helped provide information upon closing and was very quick to attend the walkthroughs and inspections. The house itself is very beautiful and is smart equipped. She made the process Smooth and answered all my questions. If you are a new buyer, please consider reviewing their homes, you wont regret it.

I reviewed this company as one star about a year ago because it took forever for them to fix all the mistakes I kept finding in my house. Then after the review, they finally came and fixed everything. Then asked me to take down my review which included pictures of their subpar job. We have been in this house for over two years now and we have put so much money into this house. I won’t go into detail for every single thing again but I will say the most costly Reno we had to do was replace all the floors on the first floor. We spoke to the builders about our floors warping after only 2 years and were told moisture might have gotten thru so basically not their fault and it’s over the warranty. Well it was their fault. Because after ripping up the floors we found out they did not lay a moisture barrier between the concrete and the vinyl floors. Because of these builders, we sadly will never buy a new build ever again.

I have been very pleased with the setup in the house and all the extra room. The customer service was amazing and always had a quick response to any issues I had. I would definitely recommend going with them if looking to purchase a home.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. Excellent customer service from day one, Camila was able to fulfill all my requests, answer all my questions and was very attentive all the way until the end. Beautiful houses, nice areas, great quality beyond expectations. I’m glad I chose MTY.

Nice gated communities. I love the high ceilings and the open space in the kitchen area. A lot of natural light and spacious master bathroom.

I purchased my first home from MTY builders last year and even though the home buying process can be quite stressful, the agent who represents them was very transparent and responsive which put me at ease. The house itself seems to be built well and whenever I had a minor issue pop up here and there in the first year they had someone come and address it. All of the people I’ve encountered were very kind and had good customer service skills. I feel like the house was a great price for what I got in return and unbeatable compared to other homes in the area just like it (big yard and each bedroom has its own full bathroom).They also let me used my own lender which was a huge factor in my going through with the purchase.

I would stay far away from this builder. The houses look good from the outside but there are several hidden issues. Not even 2 years in and I already have light fixtures in bathrooms starting to rust from condensation. If that doesn’t tell you the quality of products used I don’t know what will. I had a toilet replaced under warranty but because of lack of diligence in their work, eventually there was a leak that caused damage in the downstairs ceiling. While they claim a clog in the drain line can cause leaks, this would clearly indicate they do not properly pressure test their PVC pipes. There is no accountability in this group and I would suggest any potential buyer to look at their BBB rating and question why it’s at a D. I wish I would have done the same. The raving reviews on here are incentivized as well.

We have lived in our home for 2 years and I cannot wait until we sell this money pit we bought. 2 years later and we still have professionals coming out to our property to say “this wasn’t done right”. They have left things unfinished and unfixed from our warranty period. Do not recommend.

Poor worksmanship. Please get an inspection of your home prior to closing and make sure you do the 1 year Sheetrock repair and review all warranties! My inspector found a lot of issues that the builders tried to get away with thankfully they were caught before closing!! Also, customer service is unreachable and unresponsive so be weary of using these builders

Great home quality, my husband and I recently purchased our first home from MTY Builders. The realtor helped us through the process and provided enough information regarding the home warranties. The house is located very close to downtown area and very beautiful.

Although the homes are beautiful the properties are poorly managed. Its extremely difficult to gain commitments regarding any fixes and once those commitments are gained, theyre almost never accomplished unless followed up by 20+ emails, and several phone calls. The company keeps no record of the issues reported and turn their staff members far to frequent for you to work with the same person twice.Again, would not recommend for anyone who appreciates structure and service as it is not their priority. 1 Star because I can’t give 0

Just bought a house and it’s nice but they did not finish a few things that we have been emailing about. Customer service is not good! They need to fix the things that I have asked!!! I have only been in my new house for 2 weeks!

I get so many compliments on the layout of my home and the detail put into the upgraded design like the waterfall , wood floors on main, light fixtures, beverage cooler. I am personally very impressed with how MTY Builders does not only build homes they design a lifestyle for their buyers! I have worked with other builders in the past but MTY Builders has taken the industry standards and raised them to show not only their modern design but their quality of work!!! I really wish I looked into these builders before buying our first home. We were fooled thinking this home would be a place to call home. Unfortunately, the builders ruined that for us. Since the day we moved in we have had issue after issue after issue with our home. First a leak, uneven flooring, windows leaking, squeaky flooring after two months of moving in. Just a very bad experience along with never being able to get in touch with someone to come out and fix the issues. They even messed up ours and neighbors electrical box so from day one we have been paying our neighbors electricity bill. You think they cared to come out and switch the panels to the correct home after they realized their mistakes. Nope, they disappeared and have not been able to get ahold of them since. Just awful company! I do not recommend ANY ONE to buy from them.

We purchased a townhome in 2019 and have experienced multiple issues with our home. They are a poorly run business and are VERY unresponsive. I am going to have to pay for our shower to be completely remodeled as they did a poor job during construction! The water is seeping into the second floor!! We are not happy customers.

If you happen to find one of their new builds, I would steer clear of it. These people are fraudsters through and through. Lying to your face and apologizing later.Honestly, one of the most frustrating companies Ive ever worked with. We bought a home in February that they built and are still waiting on warranty repairs in October. I will give them credit for ~2.5-3 months during the pandemic when they were unable to enter homes, but getting a call or email back from Lupita, their Service Rep, has been like pulling teeth. It seems like their office staff has a high turnover from the amount of unhappy customers they have to deal with.

The WORST builders in Houston.I purchased my home in June of 2018 as a new construction in a grouping of 9 houses. Every single house has had multiple MAJOR issues. We are still to this day fighting. My house alone has had electrical issues, plumbing/leak issues, flooring issues, roofing issues, HVAC/Heating issues. I dont think there is a component of the house that has not had a problem. They do not communicate. They do not respond until you have browbeaten them and threatened them with legalities. To this day I am waiting on repairs that we begun 5 months ago. I would NEVER recommend this builder.

The quality of build the fixtures, the service was always a 10! My client was over the moon with me as a Realtor. Please make yourself a favor and don’t buy any house that MTY builded, if you don’t want to deal with your house falling apart and not having warranty just go other way with better constructors. We move to a new construction a year ago and the walls are cracked, floors cracked, ceilings falling off, this is just horrible and you have to call them and email them 1836 times per week and they will respond 3 months later telling you they have issues with their workers, they will go to check one day and come back to do one small thing and then you have to call again 18374 times... it’s just a joke.

Terrible terrible builder company...poorly built house and has several issues even within warranty period. Getting their team to come out and do repairs is like wishing for a miracle with continuous follow ups, I have a service call still open for more than 2 months yet the service manager completely ignored or even bothered taking action.

Awful finishes. Try getting them to come out and repair the things they either left unfinished or have been damaged even under warranty, they come out and always say they will be back and never show up. Their main office is a revving door of admins so everytime you call you have to explain yourself again. Terrible builders, do not buy homes from MTY

Great home features and really good finishes. Easy to work with. Very responsive to making corrections.

So far MTY and Victor have been amazing, very responsive and quick to help me through closing with any issues. I have had no issues with the house.

After buying a home they will not answer any calls or emails on repairs..... Called every day 3x and emailed them 6x and have not heard anyone. The builders on site are friendly and will help you out if given the chance.

Their communication is great and they took care of all follow up requests in a professional and timely manner. No problems whatsoever!
