Palm Harbor - Houston

At the very beginning of the process, my wife and I felt confident and well-informed, and the interactions we had with your team, particularly with Andy, were professional and courteous. So over all, the buying experience was great. However, as the process progressed, we encountered a troubling lack of communication and updates. We had numerous questions and concerns, but responses were slow, and at times, we were left entirely in the dark regarding the status of our home. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary stress and confusion, leading us to reach out for basic information repeatedly. Additionally, when my wife finally received the keys to our “new” home, we were very disappointed to find that the house was far from move-in ready. The condition was unacceptable, with several areas requiring immediate attention and repair. It was quite obvious that the home was not adequately prepared or inspected before we received the keys and yet we were informed that it was ready for us to move in. This left us feeling frustrated and uncertain about the level of care and professionalism that went into building the home. As customers, we expected a smoother, more seamless experience when purchasing a home. We are disappointed that the process was marred by poor communication and the inadequate condition of the house upon delivery. We anticipated a more streamlined and polished process, especially when compared to the experience of purchasing a vehicle. When you buy a car, it is thoroughly inspected and presented in ready-to-use condition, with any necessary repairs or maintenance addressed beforehand. We had hoped for the same level of professionalism and care when purchasing a “NEW” mobile home, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. As first-time home buyers, we were very excited but also very hesitant about starting the process. Right away, Andy made us feel comfortable and determined to settle into a new home for 2025. We made it clear that we were not in any rush as we were just there to look and get ideas. We were led to believe that things would all be taken care of for us all under one easy payment. That changed, and we are very understanding that there were unforeseen circumstances that no one could have predicted and that our situation was unique and required extra attention. So, we gave leeway in the stretches to the timeline, and we did our best to turn in documents and payments to make sure to stick to the timeline. We had to make our 1st mortgage payment, before we could even move in. One more the main item we would like to address the most is the lack of communication. Some of the setbacks might have been on our end as well, and we own up to that. We provided many opportunities for us to get on the same page and for Palm Harbor to correct the issues, But that t just never happened. However, many times, we brought up our concerns and issues to Palm Harbor, and they passed the blame to the contractors and manufacturers, and the contractors did the same. We were told we would be contacted about the date for the tear-down of the previous home. . Then we were told someone would reach out for delivery of the mobile home and then someone contacted us that same day saying they were on their way to drop the house off while I was still at work. Then, we were told everything would be good to go, and the keys were ready for pickup. I asked Andy as he handed me the keys if everything was good, and he said yes, and like idiots, we believed him. As we pulled up to the house, they were still working on the skirting, and we walked into a mess of problems that took 3 pages of warranty requests. From the power not working in the main bedroom and kitchen (whicvh we found out much later was due to negligence while installing the skirting, which was quite an expensive add-on) to sawdust all over the stove, pieces of trim and boards falling off, and nails sticking out, as a potential hazard that could hurt someone. When we reached out to the team for help, we were met with silence (again).

Nothing about our Palm Harbor Homes Houston TX is “showroom” ready. The stove that we bought with our house doesn’t even have the correct plug that fits into the outlet! The nails that were used missed the cabinets all together and pieces aren’t even put together in the cabinets underneath in the kitchen, not to mention there’s gaps in the vent. There’s glue that’s changed color throughout the house. I strongly recommend doing some research before signing a $300k contract. What upsets me even more is now I’m blocked from their social media page because I wrote an honest review. My cousin who shared by post and tagged them is blocked and guess what they did when I sister shared my post and tagged them.. you guessed it BLOCKED! We requested a copy of a recording we did with Cody Peek in SEPTEMBER and still have not gotten a copy. Then one of their contractors flipped the breaker to our water heater when we didnt have running water and fried the element! Thank God it didnt burn the place down!

Javier is very helpful he answered all of our questions and is always there for any concerns, sometimes we catch him on his day off and he still goes above and beyond to get us the answers to our concerns that same day! If youre looking for a new home I 100% recommend Javier aka Kermit to help you out. No one beats the experience that he provides.

Don’t believe everything the sales person says or even the manager. They’ll switch up the prices without explaining anything to you correctly. What a coincidence that our supposed sales person & the manager got fired for who knows what they did. Which who were the exact people we were working with and didn’t end up with a home but if not a waste of time & lots of money. I do not recommend this place. They don’t take ownership to their mistakes / false advertisement. This happened very recently too. Just a warning to any future buyers watch out (:

When walking in, we got greeted nicely and were able to look at some homes quickly. They looked nice and werent much messy. I was able to fill documents quickly and wasnt slow. The interiors also looked nice.

Called to see if I was able to see the homes but they wanted to run my credit before showing me anything. At this point who doesn’t know how credit works, I understand you need to run my credit to know what I qualify for but I don’t want to do that if I don’t like any of your homes. NO HELP to even see them I’m glad I’m not getting in debt with them.

Customer service is huge for me as Im sure it is for most of us. In this case the sales agent was nice but as I am doing more research I decided to cancel which refunds my 1,000 deposit. Well I feel I was taken through an unnecessary run around. One guy answered the phone and lied about knowing who to transfer me to, the sales rep said once week and it ended up taking two weeks and when I finally got in contact with the office manager she had a nonchalant ruden attitude. I think I did myself a good by avoiding this business opportunity

We are more than excited of our new 2018 Villager mobile home. The process was long about 3-4 months but the wait was totally worth it. Our Sales person Ivan Hernandez was nice and cared for all our questions and concerns, he also did help out with the financing which was a big PLUS. He is on top of everything pushing to get you your home. Thank you for everything Palm Harbor Homes did to accommodate our new home. I recommend Ivan Hernandez to anyone based on my experience with Palm Harbor Homes. Again the process to get a home is long and stressful but like i said it is totally worth the wait.

We had a great experience at this location. Our sales reps ANDY and CODY were so helpful. We got a great deal on a new 4 bed/2 bath for our growing family!!

The entire staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable; all of my questions were answered! The homes are lovely and spacious and will meet just about anyones needs and wants. Reggie Franklin was polite and helped my family and I figure out what works best for us. He was attentive and made the process much more enjoyable! If you need someone to show you the ropes, hes the guy for the job!

Kermit was very pleasant and very informative but I do wish they had more options for me to see on-site. We are only in the research stage so I did appreciate all the info we did receive from him and Ms. Leann.

My husband and I have been working with Mary Zapata for a year. My husband was retiring in June of 2018 and we started looking for a retirement home in June of 2017. Mary worked with us diligently for the whole year from helping us pick out the right home to keeping us informed of the progress on the home to see that it was ready when my husband retired. We have the Home and have a few more things to do, like porch, deck and driveways. Everything should be done in 2 weeks and then we move in. Can’t thank Mary enough for all her hard work. Also want to thank the entire staff for all of there help in making this happen. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And my husband got his free 55 inch TV and he is very happy. Would recommend them to anyone. 👍

I went to so many locations and they were not helpful at all. I finally came to Palm Harbor and the man Ivan helped me with information about buying a home. When I went back to purchase, he was not there. The lady Mary helped me and was surprised on how well they work together to help me. SCAMMERS !!! Bad service bad communication. All they want is money upfront asoon as they get the money they be all over the place and stop communicating with you about your home when concerned . They tell you lies after lies and better yet you ask for your money back they dont give it to you at all & tell you corporate has to deal with the money situation ! Read entire contract because these people will feed you lies and make u sign things & pay for things so they can have all the power ! And not give u anything at all . LIKE I SAID SCAMMERS ALL OF THEM ! all they care about is a “good review” so customers can fall for the trap .

I started doing business with Palm Harbor (Houston and Alvin) maybe a year ago after my house flooded due to Harvey. It’s been a very long process between trying to get a loan through SBA and finally just having to do without. They have been so incredibly patient, giving and helpful throughout. Now that this chapter is almost coming to a close, it makes me a little sad! It’s definitely bittersweet. We spoke with Nick, Wesley and Sandy what feels like almost every day for a year and these people truly become like friends!! I can’t thank each of them, along with the entire Palm Harbor family enough for guiding us this last year and helping me and my son get into the perfect house. I have never dealt with any business that has the patience and kindness that Palm Harbor does. You will not regret buying your home from them.

I dont recommend this company for anyone that is planing for their future dream home. This company sales you a dream only, after they receive the deposit they just give you excuses for everything and lie about the process. Now thanks to there lies I have lost money,time and have crushed my kids dreams. Please dont let Palm Harbor do this to your family. The star is only because I have to choose it to post not because they actually deserve it.

I have been to this location once before, (roughly 2 years ago) and at that time i received wonderful costomer service.Unfortunately I was not Re any to purchase at that time and they gave me tips on how to get there... but I went into palm harbor homes with my family recently and had a horrid experience. The new team they have in the office is just inconsiderate of the customer. We were given an idea of what we could afford and what we liked, but then we were pressured in a extremely rude way to give the man money that very instant. When we asked for a few hours to go to lunch and discuss our options and if we were ready, the sales man got very irate and told us what is there for you to consider?. This upset us very much so because buying a home is a process that is significant and we want to make the right decision. When we told him we just werent comfortable puting down Ernest money at the time he told us to quit interrupting him so he could make his point. At this point we just said goodbye and we will not be doing business with you.Long story short. The man (Matt) was extremely pushy, made rude comments towards my husband and I, and had no respect for the customer). When we tried to express our concerns to the managers they refused to answer any questions and jumped through hoops to ignore our concerns.Im sure there are some great Palm Harbor Homes sales reps and good offices in other locations. But the team at this location was really horrid. Go to another location if you are considering Palm Harbor Homes.

As a first time home buyer I was nervous and unsure of the steps to take in order to purchase my home. I came to work at Palm Harbor after living in a Palm Harbor rental for about 2 years. I was so amazed at the quality of the home that it made me start asking questions about how it was built compared to other manufactured home builders. I was so happy with what I found, I became a believer and wanted to sell this product that I was so happy with! I love my Palm Harbor which I ended up buying and I love working at the No. 1 Store in Texas! Go Palm Harbor and go Gulf Freeway!!

We have been dealing with Palm Harbor for about a year now. We picked one of the hardest location there was...LaPorte. Ivan was our salesman and I stayed mad at him because he couldnt get us in quick enough. But, he was very patient with me even when i was mad. We have a good relationship with everyone there, they are like family now. i recommend anyone to go there.

I am so happy with my new Palm Harbor home!!!! My Urban 3 is just beautiful and Mary Zapata helped us customize it so my daughter could move around freely in her wheelchair. Went to look around for the first time just to see what kind of deals they had and didn’t think I’d be walking out with a started application. Andy was helpful in answering any questions we had and helping me find the best deal.

Unlike some of the reviews here, I had a positive experience with Palm Harbor and my salesperson, Leann. The 1st time I showed up I didnt have an appointment and that didnt bother Leann in the least. She took me back to an office, we talked about what I wanted and what I could expect from Palm Harbor Homes. We viewed several model homes and I found one that I loved. She was not bothered in the least that I wouldnt commit right away. Once we committed to our home, Leann was very helpful in getting us what we wanted as in color schemes, etc. Nick and Leann also helped us find a contractor to do the pad, well & septic on our property. There was a long delay in closing due to the flooding in Wharton County and not being able to get permits issued but she never gave up on us.

I had been to 3 other dealers in Houston and was turned away. Palm Harbor Houston got me approved and I cant wait to be a homeowner!

Our sales associate, Leann Pederson, is absolutely FABULOUS!!!! She was able to answer any questions we ever had and always let us know what was going on with our house. Even now, months after our house has been delivered, Leann is always there for us and has made sure everything came in perfect with the house. If you are considering buying a Palm Harbor home, go see Leann at the Houston location!!! She is like a member of our family after buying our home through her.

My experience with Palm Harbor was very good! It was a long process, but they worked with us and as time went by we got everything into place. Everyone there treated us like family and I recommend anyone looking for a home to go there and see Ivan !!!! He made everything WORK !!!!

Went by today to look at the double wides, was met on the front steps by Matt, he took me to his office and right away he wanted me to sign some paperwork to see if I was credit worthy, I told him that I was just looking today so I can explore my options and that I would not sign anything. He told me that he was an upfront honest person that would tell me like it was, I thought he was very rude and obnoxious. He made a copy of my drivers license, tossed the keys over the desk, said that when I come back with the keys I can have my license back. I asked for some guidance to his lot, he gave me none, just said doublewide are out there. When I came back with the keys, he immediately gave my licence back without uttering a word and turned his back, I left, feeling absolutely horrible, little did he know that I was going to purchase a home and had plans to be in there by Christmas. But I definitely will not be back there, Matt needs to go to school and study customer service, not only did I have a bad experience but what about all my friends that I will tell them about it and then they have friends, yes, it is a domino effect.

Ive been kind and held off on posting this review. I will never refer anyone to this specific location and I hope this is an isolated incident. Still waiting to hear back from Nick (GM) or Teena. Been in my home over a month and still dont have my back door replaced that was damaged before the house was even set. It cant possibly take that long to get it from the manufacture. What is taking so long is they know they have to pay out of pocket to have a contractor come out and do the work instead of having the manufacture do it under the house warranty. Guess yall probably didnt realize I knew that? The manufacture warrenty guys are actually top notch and usually have someone out the next day. So its not them. Funny Hunter (sales guy) kept telling my husband dont you trust me? And he flat out told him no. To tell us you will pay the fine for not pulling permits at the time they need to be pulled thats horrible! Like I said hopefully thats just how this location operates.

The financing process was horrible. They asked for one thing after another. If it was not for Ivan my sales person and Tina who helped me get my home, I would have never bought. The time it took seemed like forever but now my home is on my property and my mom and grandmother are so happy.Thanks for the home.

We can’t say enough good things about Palm Harbor Homes, Houston TX.We had been to 3 different Mobile Home dealerships before stopping at the Palm Harbor Houston store.Leann was our Sales Rep, and we couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more helpful Rep.It was mid-July in Houston TX, and was extremely hot, but she made several trips, on the lot with us, answering all questions and filling us with information.We were introduced to Nick, Tina and Stephanie and have had occasion to call on them several times during (and after) our home purchase.Needless to say we are well pleased with our home and after sale service by the Palm Harbor Staff.

Kermit by far treated us the absolute best, great staff and quick process to buying our home. Great buying experience.

I reviewed other comments and its just weird to me - Im in a process of getting my home from them and they all are very helpful, I get everything explained in details, they ALL know my name, never ever I heard a rude word from them. Maybe some customers should look at their own attitude before entering any business place? Sales people are not your slaves - they are there to help you. If they so bad - go to home depot, buy bricks and build your own house. But then we gonna hear complaints how home depot cashier was rude...

The person that attended me acted as if he had us sold already. He took our info telling us that is was for security purposes, to see if we werent terrorist. I asked him not to run our credit. He told us no that it was for security purposes again. 5 minutes later I receive an alert that I had a new inquiry on my credit report. I confronted him an he said not to worry about it. Guess he thought he had sold a unit because he was upset when I told that we were gonna keep looking. I received a negative attitude after that. I called to question it an was replied with I could have ran it (credit report) like a car salesman through ten different lenders. Hello I asked you not to run our credit to begin with. I have a credit bureau app that notified me of the Inquiry, just feel sorry for those who been lied to the same an had no idea.. smh bad experience

Its been more than 6 months since they bought the house and they still havent delivered it, they havent finished all the details inside and nobody wants to take care, they just say they return the call and dont respond.The seller Teresa very kind at the time of selling but after she received the money from her she does not answer calls she does not answer.Very bad company I do not recommend it to anyone they need to be more friendly and professional. my question is who respond???

0 Stars for lying. I told them I wanted to compare a mobile home from Oak Creek for 43k. They showed me one that they are selling for 36k. The saleswoman said the mobile home cost 36k and because they dont include setup and fees I would end up paying $43k. She said the most expensive cost is delivery when today delivery should cost about 2k. They are trying to add about 5K in fees and didnt want to show me what I am paying for in fees. They wanted me to pay 43k for a mobile home that is not worth more than 40k including everything. She was just trying to increase her commission the whole time instead of showing me what I wanted. When I told them that Oak Creek was offering me a bigger better quality mobile home for the same price they magically had another bigger better one for the same price of 43k

The service here was excellent. The man responsible for our home was not only ,professional, kind and understanding he was VERY helpful . Went beyond what my exceptions where .I would definitely recommend Ivan Hernandez to anyone looking to buy there new home in the Houston or even Texas area

The first guy I spoke to appeared to not want to waste his time with me since he seemed to sense I wasnt ready to buy. He didnt want to show me pictures of modulars and didnt want to give me a tour of the buildings they had on-site. He wanted to know how much money I had available for financing first and whether or not I was going to homestead the property. He even offered his keys so I could show myself around instead of being willing to show me himself. I had to ask for a new salesperson to get reasonable customer service.The second person I spoke to (Christy) was nice and helpful. The variability in helpfulness is a little alarming. If Christy had been my first experience I probably would have given them 4 or 5 stars and she is the only reason they get a 2 instead of a 1.

My family and i dealt with Mr Ivan. He was helpful especially explaining the finance. I recommend Ivan and my family thank him. Buy a Palm Harbor. Best product ever.

Deserves ZERO stars! Salesman was rude, did not offer to show us around. I told him what I wanted, he continued to ask me. He was condescending. We have gone to see alot of other places when we stopped at Palm Harbor about a year and half ago. Our sales lady Gabby was very informative and showed us an impressive demonstration about how these home are built, and so we purchased a beautiful Kensington home in 2017. Lived in it for about 2 months when we got hit by Harvey. Our beautiful home got flooded, and after dealing with insurance and FEMA, were finally purchasing another home. Nick Taylor and Tina took over our account. Nick has gone out of his way to accommodate us and has really build a nice friendship with us. All the other people in Palm Habor have been wonderful and going out of there way to accommodate us and our needs. Nick Taylor is an amazing sales manager and I recommend Palm Harbor to family and friends and every one else.

Worked with the company and found the home of my dreams. The manager treated us with respect and has the most knowledge in the industry that we ran across. I would highly recommend Palm Harbor Homes to anyone looking to for a manufactured home.

We had a lot of issues with funding for our house (all of our own issues nothing to do with palm harbor) but Mary Zapata was with us every step of the way! She has gone above and beyond for us! She has listened to me cry and be upset but never gave up on us! We are should be closing next week and couldnt be happier! I cant recommend them less. I got a price before I submitted my application fee, then, as soon as I submit my fee, I cant get ahold of them to get it all in writing. I went and looked at the home at the Tomball location and the people there tried to steal me away. I called back after not hearing anything and spoke to the manager. He quoted me 70k more than the original pricing and started to go into all the things they didnt cover in the build that was never spoken of the first or second time I went down there. All very standard to be covered from what Ive gathered at other retailers. Their homes are beautiful, but the people are impossible to work with. Dont waste your time.

It appears like quality service, but after your purchase is made, youll discover that your home is cheaply and terribly manufactured. Every situation you try to bring up is ignored, shady practices, they will lie and deceive, do your research and avoid a big headache with Palm Harbor.

FYI everyone was a manager today!Was very nice at first, we insisted we where just looking and not ready to start a application and buy!We insisted that we did not want to run our credit.Matt ensured us we would not have our credit ran but he needs it to run it through his system my wife and i first mistake!To our saprised after finding out our credit score Matt was very quick to help us as we have good enough credit.He then had us look at homes.After looking we asked several times if our credit was ran, the answer up to 7 times was no!Matt tried to bully us into giving him a $1000 to start the prosses and then got mad when I asked if we could have time to discuss this we where not ready!Matt then told us that I was interrupting him and he was the customer and that I was drinking out about the credit isue because I showed a credit inquiry on credit karma. We left and I came back to get my credit report that he said he didnt run but had in hand!I asked him one last time if he ran it to give him the chance to come clean and he lied again. I talked to one of the many managers there and they all said they would talk to him and they also said I should have read the paper he made me sighn. Yes I should have read it but he should not have lied absolutely everybody made me feel like I was in the wrong denied they pulled my credit. Do not use them! And FYI if Matt asks you to sighn something that sais you are not a terrorist that is him pulling your credit and dont do it unless you want to get your credit pulled good luck shady ass people here and I would never ever recommend these lieing people here my business and hard earned money will go some where els maybe somebody with some respect and dignity!

The woman workers there make it seem like kids arent welcome. They make it seem like old people with grown kids or none, can afford to buy out or finance a home. These woman have no experience in caring for their costumers. Especially the Indian looking one. She looked at my kids like they where a bother to their boring job. Homes there are too over priced and you get the same flooring as any other local manafactered dealer. Save yourself from waisting your time like I did. Go to clayton or oak creek they got better deals for the same quality.

We wnt in to look at floor plans and find one that worked for our situation. We did not need the salesman to find us land or do anything else just show us floor plans and prices so we could decide what to put on our property. He was so rude. Clearly our children annoyed him. He kept asking well what do you want me to do? After he spoke to us like we were idiots for 10 minutes without ahowing us a single floor plan I politely said we would think about it and if we decided to go through them we would get in touch. His response was well if you dont I wont lose any sleep over it. This is going to be a lot of work for me and I am already busy with 3 or 4 other clients this month. Totally rude and disrespectful.

The manager Ivan here is worthless they sure paint a pretty picture for you to swipe your card for a deposit then after that nothing but crickets for TWO whole months LISA the one that was supposed to be helping us completely sucks if you want to hear see you Monday on a Friday at 530 after texting her all week thats what youll expect. Also be prepared to be told you have other two competitors waiting but you got a better chance. This Lisa lady had forgot we put 1k down and started asking us for another 1k after I refresh her memory then all of a sudden we were on top of her helping list. All a complete bull and waste of our time it doesnt take 5 to 8 weeks more like 4 months and nothing ever changed but yet they wanted more money for a deposit.Update:Ok so I was told to remove my post by LISA after posting this yesterday apparently she ask if we could remove this in order for our money our 1K to be transfer back into our account in 14 days but since this review was posted she said now its gonna take 30 days. THATS ILLEGAL CLEARLY!! The reason I post this and I got freedom of speech is cause ppl need to know this ahead of time instead of coming into a place like this blindly . IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!The worst ever!!!!! The people that moved my trailer in PULLED MY MAILBOX OUT AND THREW IT IN THE DITCH ON TOP OF CRACKING ALL MY CONCERTE ! I have had my trailer there for a few months now and there still are no end caps on the outside allowing water to come in, they still havent fixed the concrete or even apologized for throwing my mail box in the ditch!! They still havent came to fix ANYTHING inside my house that THEY LEFT DAMAGED!! This place is the absolute worst!!!! If you want a mobile home i suggest any place BUT THIS ONE!

So unprofessional. I almost get in a fight with manger hunt because I wanted to wait a week to think about it. I told me that I was wasting his time, and that if I dont buy that day I would never buy a home, he smoked in front of my pregnant wife when he was showing us only one home completely different from what we were looking for.

I went in with my wife looking for info on the homes, he took us in his office and pulled out paperwork to fill out and asked for my SS number, I did NOT give it to him, but I did let him make a copy of my drivers license. So this is where it gets sketchy, he still pulled my Credit without my SS number. There is something illegal going on in this place and it should be investigated! I am working on having the hit removed from my credit history. Matt should be FIRED and loose his abilities to sell again! I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this place of business. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

We clearly said we were shopping and comparing homes and wanted to see thiers... they asked us to sign a release so we can see the homes. We said no thanks, we arent signing anything to see the homes... and walked out...Marked them off the list quickly.

Whoa! Came into palm harbor with no idea if I could get a home. My credit was 520 and everyone had denied me. The team at palm harbor apparently has a lender that works with credit challenged clients. I couldn’t believe it... I asked them over and over but it came true. Thanks for the help. If you have bad credit and want a house they have solutions. I’m sending my mom next!

Definitely do not do any work with MATT (supposedly the owners son) will lie and say whatevers it takes to make a sale and then make promises that cant be made and kept. Will cash your check even after knowing the house you wrote the check for isnt available. We purchased a double wide in 1995. I am satisfied. My only complaint is, the home has a wood burning fire place. Didnt think to ask if it was convertible. Was not manufactured with a choice to be able to convert. Now, Im having a problem finding a plumber thats willing to do the job.

Salesperson was overly aggressive. After giving in to sales pressure, salesperson stopped contacting me with updates. I cancelled my process and requested my 1000.00 earnest money deposit back and still waiting for a refund for over a month now.

I was told i had a pre approval and that the would email it to me i waited and reminded them to send it for a week and never got the email then was told that i had to have a co signer for the pre approval... then i was told they where sending my money back to my on October 6th and that it would be in my account on the following Thursday the latest. Thursday came nothing happened i texted them they said well sometimes it takes 5 business days well as of today its been 9 business days and i still have no money. Tried calling the lady that supposedly send my money back so i could get some kind of proof it was sent back and pf couse i get a voicemail then i called the corporate office and got voicemail twice no call backs and finally got accountant on the phone and she said im driving back from a meeting im going to hang up so you can leave a voicemail are you joking?! this whole company is a joke.

The cost devided by sq.ft. if its more than 40 per sq.ft thats the cost to build. You are getting screwed. If you are around 90 or above in cost per sq.ft. get a home loan on a brick house. You can afford it and it lasts for many generations.
