Partners in Building

We just moved into our custom home about a month ago and had a very positive experience. Barry was extremely helpful in explaining the process and assisting us in answering all of our initial questions. We also got wonderful insight from their plan designer ( we already had plans drawn from an outside architect) who pointed out some wonderful adjustments to the plans that we thought were already perfect. We are extremely grateful for the adjustments that he helped us make.After we felt wonderful about the plans I was pretty nervous about having a builder turn them into reality. Our builder, Chad was truly top notch. He seemed to care as much about the house being built the way we wanted it as we did. Now that we have moved in we absolutely love it. Part of the reason I chose partners in building was based on feedback from other homeowners regarding getting their warranty items and punch list requests taken care of. Every homeowner I spoke with with the exception of those who used partners in building shared they were still waiting on Punch lists to get completed two years after they had moved in. We have not submitted any warrantee requests or punchlist items yet but I feel confident that they will take care of us.

We were impressed with the PIB team from our first meeting. We just seemed to click with them better than the other builders we met. They led us thru the process from beginning to end. They listened to us, but also gave great advice, as we had never done a custom build before. We were never overwhelmed with too many decisions at one time. The decision on selections were spread out over the course of a couple of months. Not only did we get a quality home with little to no stress, but our house was finished ON TIME, as scheduled. In Benders Landing Estates, we have seen homes that took 1-2 years to finish. PIB delivered within our time frame. Barry, Chad, Wes, Martha, et.al., the whole team were great to work with. Wed do it again!

Were about a month away from closing on our dream home. Picking PiB was absolutely the best first step in fulfilling this dream. PiB makes things so easy. Their process is fantastic. Weve never felt overwhelmed. We had everyones (sales, design center, construction supervisor) contact (phone, email, text). All communications were replied promptly which helped addressed any concerns and never left us anxious. We cant wait to enjoy our new home. We wouldnt hesitate to do this again with PiB.We also hired a 3rd party inspector to inspect all 3 phases (pre-pour, pre-cover up, final) of the home. In the final report, he said we should be very happy with our home. The build quality was above standard. He did not find any major issues that would impact the integrity and safety of our home.

We built a home in Benders Landing and couldn’t have had a better experience. We would definitely use Partners in Building again and would strongly recommend for a beautiful custom home.

We just closed on our home. We had a great experience and cannot be more happy! They allowed us to change things all along the way (of course we had to pay for it....but thats how it works) and we built our dream home. Thank you Partners in Building for the wonderful house!
