Retreat at Champions Landing by Centex Homes

This are awesome homes, built by Centex, very affordable, and energy saver.Im very happy with my Home.Thanks Centex.

Purchased our home a year ago, and we are very happy with it so far. There have been some issues that have come up along the way, but they have been taken care of at the 1 year home inspection. The neighborhood is nice, and it is in a good school district which was important to us. The streets are a little more narrow than I would like, and the garages are VERY small (basically only 1 large vehicle or two smaller ones), so most people have to park in their driveway, but the houses are good quality and very energy efficient. Out of the 3 new neighborhoods that are being built (other 2 are across the street), Retreat at Champions Landing is the best, most high quality one.

It’s been a year since we moved into our home! The workmanship, quality and energy efficiency are just some of the few things that have been so notable in this year! The area is nice and quiet, zoned to a great school district and the customer service we have received has been outstanding. Our one year warranty inspection came and they went above and beyond to help fix minor details as well as giving us tips on how to make our beautiful home stay in great shape. I highly recommend centex to everyone!

Home is beautiful and neighborhood is relatively quiet.. 1st year they fixed everything we call about. Today is my 3 year anniversary and the plumbing is terrible in our shower . Water is always backed up. My sink fell in the first year they came in put it back up and placed wood underneath to hold it..

Unfortunately, poor customer service. We got nowhere with an particular sales person. Never replied or follow-ups. Be aware of their pitch to have a lender pull your credit reports. Its not a soft pull. Its hard inquiry dropped my score 17 points. First time home buyer/ with father in law paying pur down payment and Not a call.... KB homes next door cares more about their potential new home owners

In the beginning, the home buying process was a little chaotic but Ill give Pulte the benefit of the doubt since it was a crazy market for everyone. As far as the warranty goes, Steven did a great got during the walkthrough and put my mind at ease with the little imperfections caused by the house settling. I feel confident that Steven out my needs first and will provide impeccable customer service to future residents. Thank you Pulte, Centex, and Steven!

This was my first time buying a house and I was pretty darn nervous. I never felt that the sales associates were very pushy or misleading. I always felt like they filled me in on every decision that I had. I really did think the home-buying process was going to be very difficult and confusing. They walk me through a lot along with my realtor. Even when I had minor questions they never hesitated to answer them. Some places dont give service after the sale but they do. Id highly recommend this builder.

The houses are very nice but they really need to get new employees for their financed department Lizbeth was really rude and didnt really know what she is doing. Overcharging for property taxes. $6800 a year for a house that is only worth $182,000 is unrealistic. Thats the amount youll charge for a house that is worth $400,000-500,000. Wouldnt recommend unless you dont care about customer service.

Customer Sevice they Had In the past was not that Great, but this year before our warranty end we had Steven Tucker helping us in our home and I have to say he took care of every issue on time and follow up with us in a good manner of time. Thank You for Your Service Steven Tucker !

It was great experience starting off with Elliot who really took time and patiently processed our application (10stars for him) followed by Melissa who processed our loan and then Nicole who worked with the underwriter to close within the PROVIDED TIMELINE!!! Justin topped it off with the home walk and took care of the blue tapes. very happy buyer. ofcourse nothing is perfect but the Pulte team is working to fix minor imperfections.

Tim and Justin at Centex homes were amazing! If youre ever in the market for a new home you should check out Centex. I was a bit Leary because I hadnt heard of them previously but I am so glad that took the chance and built with them.

Beautifully built homes! Great staff, great contractors!! Properties are immaculately kept. Family friendly. The only thing missing are subdivision pools! After all, this is Texas!!! 😎

Love the brand new community.The agent at the time I visited was his first day on the job and he was informative,he gave me a packet of floor plans and explained the building process of the community.Great experience.

Were open but no one is there. Today we went to the retreat at Champions and when we got there around 5:30 p.m. nobody was there. On the sign it said that they were open until 6 p.m. obviously not

Lived here less than a year only concern is easy flooding at main entrance but overall quiet

We love our house and like the area, the safety we feel. A great place to live.

Road work is excellent done by Beyer Construction. Nice new neighborhood and building.

It’s ok, high MUD tax, responsive HOA, relatively quiet, no flooding.
